Amazing rental company!!! From start to finish we had nothing but great experiences when it came to working with Confetti! They had SO many things we could choose to use for our wedding and were very affordable compared to other companies. Very happy with their service and would recommend them over and over again!
We used Confetti Rentals for our reception table décor, ceremony décor, and chuppah (wedding arch), all of which looked great. They had a great knowledge and working relationship with our venue, Cathedral Oaks, and knew exactly how to set up the site. Their delivery and setup personnel were quick and professional. At our first meeting, Chris contacted additional vendors that we had not yet secured, which was very helpful and led to us to hiring Creative Innovations as our florist.
Unfortunately, we had some communication and expectation issues with Confetti Rentals. At the time (summer 2021), their website was poorly designed, difficult to navigate, and had no information about the services or types of rentals they offer (this appears to have improved as of this writing, spring 2022). Their pricing structure was opaque, with little to no information provided until we received our first proposed contract. All item rentals were reasonable when compared to the cost of buying them ourselves (plus having to clean, store, and resell them). However, $645 was added to our final contract for delivery, setup, teardown, and a “Sunday Night” fee, none of which were disclosed at our meetings.
Working with Confetti during the planning process was stressful. Already overwhelmed with wedding preparations, I felt rushed on the phone to make decisions and provide information before hanging up as quickly as possible. Confetti required the use of unusually small votive candles, which were unavailable online (using the Amazon link they provided) or in any local store. The smallest candles I could find were still too big and had to be returned. After two meetings, we eventually learned that tea lights were acceptable. I wish Confetti would have mentioned this convenient option sooner, or, better yet, offered to provide the unique candles they require for a small fee and saved us the headache!
Initially, our plan was to rent tableware and glassware from Confetti Rentals as well as décor. Upon reviewing our rental contract, our caterer noticed the following statement: “All dishes must be rinsed free of food particles and sauce or a $20 per 100 piece charge will be assessed.” They informed us that the industry standard for rental dishes is to scrape only, not rinse. In order to meet Confetti’s requirement, the caterer would have needed an additional staff member solely to wash dishes. After several conversations between Confetti, our caterer, and our coordinator, we decided not to rent tableware and glassware from Confetti to avoid any unnecessary charges.
Confetti was recommended to us by our venue. They did have a huge selection with good pricing overall. While there was some issues with communication everything was sorted out and PERFECT in the end. In fact when they came to pick up the items we had rented their staff helped our bridal party pack everything up at the venue. They went above and beyond.
Confetti rentals had so many items for us to choose from. Chris was great helping us pick out different things and showing us how they could be used in different ways. I loved her honest feedback and how she provided us with ideas that didn't always lead to her getting our money- like she told us to look around our home for a fun way to collect cards at the wedding. She could have tried to sell us on more things! After we booked she came to our venue, met with the manager, drew a map of where all the tables would go, helped with the flow of the evening. She was great!!
Confetti Rentals were professional, gave good advice based on our needs and on time with deliveries and pick ups. This made for smooth planning of our event.

This business was a dream to work with!!! They were very quick with giving me pricing details and had wonderful cost saving suggestions. They even offered delivery, which was extremely helpful without having a truck! They were polite and professional !! I will be using them again with out a doubt! :)
Confetti Rentals made my day so easy. I even stretched them to the limit with making major changes to our rental package and they accommodated with ease!! The decorations were absolutely spectacular, and even better than I dreamed in my head. We had an outdoor wedding, and wind was not on our side this day, but they figured it out, made it work, and we didn't have any issues! I'm grateful to Confetti for being so positive when I was a ball of stress and working with my other vendors for me to make sure everything came out picture perfect.
Confetti Rentals is WONDERFUL!! I rented a couple table cloths from them and a bunch of gold sequin runners. Loved them all! Super easy to work with and very understanding as my rental order changed (added to) within the week of my wedding. I think we might have even had a change the day before. Just very helpful and easy- I would definitely recommend them if you need any rentals!!
We just had out wedding at Tenroc in Salado and it was absolutely beautiful! Chris was amazing and took our ideas and made it so elegant, romantic and beautiful! Everything we asked for and more!
Confetti Rentals did our wedding on September 5, 2015 at The Vineyard at Florence, Texas. They truly made it a beautiful and elegant event! The ceremony and reception decor was so stunning. Chris did a great job of helping plan and design our wedding. She was able to take my slim ideas and description and turn it into something beautiful that was exactly what I had in my head. They were so helpful throughout the whole process. A big thank you to them and I highly recommend them for your special event!

Affordable, unique, and lots of rentals to choose from! My husband and I recently got married out at The Vineyard at Florence. We were stationed in Fort Hood for some time and came across Confetti Rentals. Since we had to use a rental company for multiple items we were so pleased to find out that Confetti Rentals was very familiar with The Vineyard at Florence and they also worked in close contact with our florist, Creative Innovations. It made the whole process effortless since they new the layout and exactly what to do to make our wedding come alive! Chris was very accommodating from the beginning. We had a hiccup along the way when we discovered there was a mix up with lanterns we thought we had reserved. Chris came to the rescue and got new beautiful lanterns (which ended up working out even better). They also have chandeliers for rent. Since we had an outdoor wedding, Chris's team put three chandeliers up in a beautiful tree over our sweetheart table ....IT WAS GORGEOUS! People are still raving about how beautiful our wedding was. In the early stages of planning our daughters wedding we were referred to Confetti Rentals. Their showroom has many ideas to look at. My daughters vision was a rustic glam with a touch of vintage... We used a lot of mercury glass. Along with our day of coordinator (Karla McNeill Events) and Chris at Confetti they were able to bring my daughters wedding vision to life. The wedding was absolutely gorgeous! Highly recommended!
Chris and her team at Confetti were awesome. Their prices were very affordable. They offer a huge selection of linens, unique displays and tableware. Very easy to work with and communicate with. Would highly recommend.

I used Confetti for my rental service- they were great! They had everything that I ever needed/ wanted for a reasonable cost. The best part was that they came and set everything up and took everything down on the day of the wedding to where I didn't have to worry about anything! The best thing about them was their flexibility- when I realized how many people were coming to my wedding we had to alter the ceremony location (just moving the chairs to a different part of the lawn) which coincidentally did not have a large tree limb above which I was planning on hanging lanterns. Instead of having nothing else available they provided me with a huppa and a chandelier which was BEAUTIFUL and even more perfect than the lanterns! They were so easy to work with, very professional, and carried out my dream wedding.
I really enjoyed working with Confetti Rentals to get all of the miscellaneous items for our wedding. It was so nice to be able to rent the chargers, chair sashes, cake stands, linens, chuppah frame, couches etc all from one place. It was also great to work hand in hand with my day of coordinator Karla McNeill to order all of this, so she was on the same page as me as to what we has rented when the time came to put it all together. The staff is really good about getting back to you in a timely fashion with invoice updates or answers to inquiries. And the set-up and teardown was amazing! I know we could not have gotten it done as beautifully or stress-free as they were able to do! They were really great with working with me to get a clear vision of what I wanted, while staying in budget and making sure I got everything covered. I would definitely recommend them for any wedding or party rental needs!

The safe was pleasant to deal with. They came to see the private land the wedding was held on and were very complementarity.
I live in Dallas but was planning my wedding 3 hours away, in my hometown in Central Texas, so I wanted a full service place where I could tell them what I want and they could make it happen without too much hands-on work from me.
I described how I wanted everything to look. Karla showed me some choices for linens and decorative items, I picked out what I liked and they went with it! For the small details I hadn't thought of, they made great suggestions and everything was lovely.
I highly recommend their setup/takedown package - it was a huge relief to not have to worry about ironing tablecloths and arranging tables the night before the big day - or about taking it down the night of and returning everything! Well worth the extra cost.

Lets just say that before I went into Confetti Rentals I had no idea what I wanted my wedding to look like outside of my country garden theme. However, after talking with Carla for about an hour I was so excited about all of the ideas that she had that I couldn't wait to see it! Needless to say on the day of everything was PERFECT! This company does a stellar job and is very professional and can help anyone accomplish their dream wedding. Nothing but great things to say about Confetti Rentals and their staff!
Confetti Rentals offers the most beautiful accents for your wedding! They were so flexible and helpful. We had to plan a move of the wedding inside due to expected rain three days before hand. Confetti had several great ideas for indoor uses of everything we already planned to use, and created a beautiful alter inside so that it looked like that was exactly what we had planned all along!
The girls at Confetti are fabulous, their show room is always up to date, and they have just about anything and everything you can imagine available to rent. They were great to work with. All of their stuff is quality, nothing was broken, no stains on tablecloths, they even hand delivered a chair cover to us that they kept to mend. WONDERFUL!
