The owner of this place is the meanest , rudest most racist person ever! Worst customer service ever!
If I could rate a 0 i would, They tried to not only ruin my wedding day, They tack on extra charges every chance they got! Stay far away from this fraudulent business! Not only do they lie they admit that they lie and say they don't lie on purpose! The owner Gia is a fraud and refuses to own up to her companies unethical behavior! When my husband and I met with her about all the things they did wrong she admitted to everything and tried to cry as if we would feel sorry for her over charging us! Just sick! She also had a horrible Coordinater named Jody who is the most unprofessional disrespectful women! They went as far as pretending Jody quit and lost all my information pertaining to my wedding and needed everything from my colors for decorations, seating charts, food menu the list goes on. They later told me after my wedding that Jody actually just went on vacation conveniently the week of my wedding and didn't give her coworkers any information for my wedding which was a sabotage to purposely try to ruin my wedding day, she and I had numerous disagreements with her unprofessional conduct! This place did so much wrong the week and day of my wedding it's despicable! I really don't want anyone else's wedding day to be ruined like mine so STAY AWAY!
I wouldn't recommend this venue to my worse enemy. If it wasn't for an outstanding coordinator that I hired and family and friends this venue would have completely ruined my wedding. After signing the contract their pleasant demeanor completely changed to an "oh well" attitude. They lied to me saying that if I didn't like the ceremony room upstairs I could always change it so agreed to add it to my contract. The ceremony room is not only a tiny furnace but has filthy carpet and the tacky drapes and a loud fan. After telling me that it would be no problem to move the ceremony downstairs and drawing up a floor plan. I find out 1 week before the wedding that they could not move the ceremony down stairs do to "staffing issues" major inconvenience... decor plans and floor plan destroyed. I understand that things happen but Jody and Gia's attitudes about it were horrible. They continued to pass the buck back and forth to each other until I gave up. I was late to my rehearsal because I had to pick up my dress just to see if it would fit down the aisle. It did not. Had to remove the hoop skirt to make it fit. They never once apologized for the inconvenience which would have went a long way. They left without turning the air on the the whole venue was a swear box and it was JULY. Then for my reception they forgot to put up the uplighting that I paid for months ago. When contacted about it instead of apologizing and fixing it. They said they had to make sure I actually paid for it..... what? So while they made sure I wasn't being dishonest half the reception passed with no uplighting. When the person Finally set it up it was poorly done and thrown any where.... never again.... avoid this place.
I used this vendor for the cermony and reception and had one of their packages and these were the problems:
1. There should have been the decorations aisle runners and flowers on the side and there were not
2. The candelabras were the wrong ones
3. There was a table behind a pillar when I was assured even the night before at the rehearsal that none would be.
4. I was never told that I was to provide the punch for the drinking fountain, even up to the last week when we were discussing the alcohol.
5. The ceiling was still leaking and leaked all night this was the thing that upset me the most, it leaked on me as I walked out from my wedding ceremony.
6. My contract specifies two servers, if they were not to serve the food that should also be told and their total should be something different.
7. As for the wedding day coordinator, Susan did nothing and never spoke to me except when I had a problem and when I spoke to her or asked someone to get her for me she had a look on her face as of “Oh no hot her again!” She told me that she would help make things flow and tell me when to do things, she did nothing so I had to worry about that as well
8. Last there were problems with the food, the vegetables were cold, and so were the noodles and they were undercooked I heard other complaints from guests about other items, but I will not mention them because I did not eat them and cannot confirm it.
I do not think that this place should be used at all
