Coni & Franc were awesome when I came in the day before a formal event and needed a dress! Long story, but the dress I originally planned on wearing had a shipping issue and would not make it in time. I walked into Coni & Franc, and they immediately greeted me then worked with me to find something that fit me perfectly and was in my price range. They are so nice and awesome to work with! I'm so glad I decided to stop by their shop! Go there for any formal attire needs!

I was blown away by all the hard work and dedication that the women of this store put in to making my wedding day so special. Coni listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. They worked with my bridesmaids and accommodated with last minute hustle and bustle when there was a change in bridesmaids. I feel so blessed to have this wonderful store right in my hometown.

As a young bride on my first day of wedding dress shopping, my experience here was horrible. The atmosphere from the moment I walked in was not very welcoming and seemed busy. The dress selection is slim, and the dresses they do have come with a high price tag. I described to the sales associate the type of dress I was looking for, and the majority of the dresses she brought me were no where close. She also seemed to get frustrated when there were things about the dresses that I didn't like, and was very pushy that we could change *major* things about a dress to make it look like I wanted. Overall, it seemed like they were more concerned with making a sale than making a bride feel confident and comfortable. I would not wedding dress shop here again.

From the moment my mother and I walked into Coni and Franc we were treated with so much kindness and respect. I was made to feel like a princess through the whole process from finding my dress to alterations to taking my dress home. Truly in love with Coni and Franc’s!!

The entire staff at coni & franc were incredibly helpful! We decided to bump our wedding by 2 months. From the time I called and our wedding date 2 weeks later we were able to have my initial fitting, all alterations and the final fitting! Not only did they work with my short time line, but it was with great quality!

Found and ordered Christina Wu bridesmaids dresses for wedding in Morgantown. Wanted to buy local and was not disappointed. Dresses were stunning (so classy and elegant) and staff were so nice and patient. Had so many different sizes and body types and each one looked beautiful on the big day. Also bought my mother's dress here as well. She loved it and it fit her perfectly. Enjoyed seeing her so happy in her gorgeous dress. Thank you, Coni & Franc.

Coni and her staff are so much fun! I enjoyed going back to my college town to find the dress of my dreams! Here's the backstory: I was surprised with a dress fitting at Kleinfelds while I was in NYC for a friend's bachelorette party. I fell in love with a sexy, elegant Pronovias gown and went on a mad search to find a shop locally that could custom order it for me! Enter Coni & Franc, who sell tons of beautiful gowns only of the highest quality. I spent alot of time with my seamstress because my dress was form fitting and she knew I wanted it to fit me perfectly. She was so patient and understanding. I am forever thankful for this dress shop making all of my dreams come true! <3

I did not buy my wedding dress from Coni and Franc, however, Coni went above and beyond to try to help me locate a dress. I have been calling around for weeks looking for a specific dress and when I called their bridal shop, Coni was more than happy to help. She personally called the designer and the distributor to find the dress. When she found out that the dress is currently in production, she found a loaner of a very similar dress by the same designer so I could get an idea of my measurements and the fit. Although I was never able to go to the salon myself (it’s 3.5 hours away from me), if their customer service is anything like the way Coni handled it over the phone, any bride would be in good hands here.

Although it was very nice to actually have the owner, Coni, present to try on various dresses, I was very disappointed with the way she spoke to and treated me. The first let down was when she put me in a beautiful dress that was over our clearly stated budget. This I can understand to be a selling tactic. However, the way she talked to me was anything other than professional. I am a very naturally petite girl, and while measuring and trying on dresses she made several comments asking me if I ever lost more weight, if I was going to eat before the wedding, and how things were just hanging off me. Not only did I no longer feel beautiful, but it really hurt my feelings that it sounded like she was assuming I was unhealthy. I did find my dress there but was so upset I went elsewhere to purchase.

When we went dress shopping, I knew Coni & Franc would have my perfect dress and I would have an amazing experience. When we bought my dress, Coni and her staff treated us like royalty. They helped me pick the perfect dress and accessories & we waited until February when the dress came it. I was so excited to see my dress after a 5 month waiting period. To begin, custom measurements were taken for my beautiful Pronovias dress. I had expected my dress to fit close to perfectly, but I was sadly mistaken. My dress was over a foot too long!! The first time I tried it on, no measurements were taken and I was told alterations would not be started until a month before the wedding. That time frame made a nervous, so I made another appointment to start alterations early. BEST DECISION EVER!! First, when the seamstress started to cut off the extra layers at the bottom, she gathered all the material in the front and chopped it off with a pair of scissors. Now, I'm no seamstress, but I know you can't possibly cut fabric straight by bunching it together and cutting straight across. We didn't say anything, and she continued to pin pieces of my dress for the bustle. We left feeling good, and were told to come back in a month. When the day finally came to pick up my dress, I was beyond excited. When I left the store, I was crying ( and they were not tears of happiness). First, when we arrived, we were told that my dress was being finished so we would have to wait. I thought it was a little strange that my dress wasn't finished when it was promised, but we just walked around the store until she called us back to the very small dressing room. Before I even opened my dress bag, I was in shock! All along the back of my dress were bright white satin buttons!! 10 of them...bright white. This may have been alright, except for the fact that my dress was IVORY. I was never told that buttons would be on my dress for the bustle. So, with tears in my eyes, I put on my dress and the nightmare continued to get worse. My dress looked horrific. Not only were the buttons white, the ties for the bustle were bright white lace and even ribbons from other designers!!. The bottom hem line was not straight and pieces in the sides seemed to be way too long. My mom and mother-in-law could see my disappointment and asked to speak to Coni to see what could be done to fix the horrible alterations. When Coni came, we were told that the buttons would look nice outside and that you would never see that they were white. Remember, bright white on ivory. We asked if anything could be done, and they said it could be fixed while we were at lunch. However,I was too upset to leave my dress at their shop because of how my dress was treated and cut to pieces. There was no apology or attempt to make the situations better; rather, we were treated horribly and decided to take the dress as it was. Thank goodness my mother in law is a seamstress!! Here we were 3 weeks before the wedding, fixing the horrible alterations and attempting to make my dress beautiful again. We had paid over $300 for alterations, and we spent over 10 hours correcting the mistakes and horrible work. It was the worst part of the wedding planning. I was very disappointed in the customer services and lack of professionalism.

My advice to girls who are looking for their dress: pick the one that makes you feel EXCITED. It's not always the one that makes you cry, pick the one that you can't wait to see your fiance see you in, the one that gives you cold chills. I got my dress at Coni & Franc's and I experience both of those things. I have the most unique and beautiful gown I've ever seen, and I tried on more than 30 gowns. I had a very good experience at this store, I appreciated that the consultants weren't too pushy and gave me my space. I would recommend this store to anyone who was looking for a unique, classy wedding dress.

I purchased a half-priced sample gown here last September! It is gorgeous and fit perfect! I chose to make a few alterations to the back of the dress, I had lace straps added to the back and had the back meet in a deep "v" rather than straight across. Coni and Franc stored my dress for me until time for alterations in April. Everything turned out wonderfully with the alterations and I was very pleased with my gown!

Coni &amp; Franc helped me find all the perfect necessities for our wedding. I got my dress, bridesmaids dresses, jewelry, and my mom also got her dress here. The ladies at Coni &amp; Franc will go out of their way to help find the perfect dresses. I recommend them to everyone. They are fabulous to work with!
