Conrad was the best decision for my wedding reception! I keep hearing how classy the event was, how delicious the food was, and that it was the best reception they’ve been to! Kelly and the team at Conrad are so articulate and professional. The spacious room allowed for social distancing and guests felt safe enough to have a good time! Getting married in 2020 is bumpy enough, but for our reception, Conrad gave us a magical night that we will remember forever! Thank you!

Food/ service was amazing

There really are no words to described how truly perfect The Conrad and Artsgarden was for our wedding day. From our first look at the top of a breathtaking penthouse, to the ceremony in the luxurious and intimate Vienna Ballroom, to the grand, glass enclosed Artsgarden for the reception; the entire night flowed perfectly. Kelly was not only an extremely proficient and professional wedding coordinator, she was also a friend and source of constant support throughout the day of and the weeks leading up to our wedding. At the Conrad, the attention to detail and service is incomparable. I literally did not have a single concern throughout the day because I knew Kelly and her team were on it. If you want a venue that is truly stunning and allows you peace of mind throughout the planning process, The Conrad can’t be beat.

The facilities were awesome, the service was exceptional, and staying in the location where you host your reception makes life so much easier. But.....the real testimony goes to the staff - especially Kelly Robertson. Her competence, attention to detail, calm demeanor and humility set her apart from anyone that I've worked with in the service industry - TRUE!! And....I'm not related to her, nor do I have a vested interest in saying any of this. I'm just so delighted, that I need to share this for anyone who is thinking about utilizing the Conrad, and Kelly's unbelievable skill set.

What stood out to me the most as I planned my wedding reception at the Conrad was how easy they make it for you! The Conrad is incredibly polished and proficient at event planning- they have it down to a science! Every “small detail item” you could think of is either included in the listed price or can be provided by the Conrad for an additional fee and will show up the day of in its proper place without concern (tables, chairs, plates/silverware, votive candles, stage, dancefloor, up lighting, mirrors for bridesmaids, table numbers, menus, etc). This way, the only details you need to worry about are the details that you actually care about and make your day unique to you. Our coordinator, Kelly Robertson, is incredibly organized. She is responsive to emails (ESPECIALLY those last few weeks when the wheels really start turning) and will address any question or concern you may have. The Conrad allows you to enjoy your day and gives you peace of mind that nothing crazy “fell through the cracks”. If you are looking for a Venue that allows for as few wedding planning headaches as possible- I highly recommend you contact the Conrad!

The Conrad Hotel and the Artsgarden were the venue for our son's wedding this past weekend and we cannot say enough good things about it! Kelly, the wedding coordinator was so very good - organized, thorough, professional, kept her word, followed through.... etc.... The staff - literally everyone I came in contact with was professional, accommodating, organized, kind and on time. We highly recommend! The food was as good as the tastings, and the coordinated table service was very good! Thank you to everyone!

Can't say enough kind words about the staff and our wedding coordinator, Kelly Robertson. Every detail was handled and us, our dog, and our guests felt so pampered our entire stay! Everything day of was PERFECT! Dinner got rave reviews from guests. Would highly recommend this reception venue to all future brides!

My sister in law contacted them weeks ago to setup a bridal shower and had the details confirmed. They called a week before the shower to say they would not be able to do it without explanation. We are now scrambling to book another venue with a week' notice! I would find a more reliable venue.

The best thing about having your wedding at the Conrad is the pampering. Erin, our coordinator, helped take care of everything and we definitely felt safe with her. We knew everything would get done. The reception room was absolutely gorgeous (definitely get up lighting, either through them or your dj). We only had our reception here and had our ceremony in the Indy Artsgarden and it was perfect :)

From the very first time we contacted The Conrad, Justin Nichols went above and beyond what we had experienced with the other venues we had contacted. His professionalism, helpfulness and knowledge, and simply overall pleasant demeanor made it such an easy decision to pick The Conrad for both a block for our out of town guests and for the rehearsal dinner. Once booked, the positive experience simply continued. If any of us ever called or emailed, Justin was always readily available to answer our questions and even recommend some of your services to help us. The night of the rehearsal dinner went flawlessly. Justin was there to run the show and make sure we were happy, and everything went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Alcove was beautiful. The food was delicious. But above all, the service was IMPECCABLE. I am sorry to say, that names are my weakness and it has been a few weeks, but I sincerely hope that I get the names correct of these next two gentlemen because in my opinion they helped Justin to set the tone for the evening. I believe our bartender for the evening was Kevin. He was absolutely amazing. The only times he left the bar were in order to help someone else or to walk around and offer to get drinks for people that were mingling. While doing so, if someone even walked in the direction of the bar he would make a point to beat them to it. He had a smile on his face every second and was such a pleasure the whole evening. The next gentleman, I believe was named Greg, who was helping to serve that evening. I am not sure whether he was officially assigned to me or that was his own doing, but every time he walked by me he made sure that I had everything I needed or simply made sweet comments/compliments. He made me feel like the only person in the room. I know I was not the only bride at your hotel that weekend; however, these three gentlemen made me feel like THE bride. After an experience like this for my rehearsal dinner and as a hotel guest for my wedding weekend, my only regret of the weekend is not having my ENTIRE wedding at The Conrad.

You will not be disappointed with the Conrad! The food was outstanding, the service was phenomenal and the venue is gorgeous. Chef Michelle helped us create a menu perfect for our style of reception and Amanda was just awesome during the whole planning process. I wish we could afford to have another wedding because I'd do it all over again and have it there!

We held the ceremony and reception at the Conrad and it was amazing! The facilities itself are so beautiful. There was so much room and easily accommodated our large group. The food was so delicious and was a better than most restaurant food. The part that stands out the most about the Conrad was the service. Every employee we interacted with through the whole planning process down to the day of were so polite and accommodating. They went above and beyond every expectation.

This place is gorgeous! If you are looking for the top quality service in indianapolis, this is the place to go. It's hard to find somewhere that is up to par with customer service and quality of venue comparable to that of a larger city, but the Conrad was amazing. They are incredibly flexible and their catering managers give you full attention on your special day. I should note that I planned my entire wedding in 3 months. They never gave me a bit of lip for it. In fact, they made me feel comfortable about it! It's a pretty penny to have your wedding here, but it is completely worth it if you want top quality service.
