Sara and the Conrad team, There are not enough words for our overwhelming gratitude for your entire staff and team. From the moment we walked in the Conrad on our first venue tour, what stood out the most to us above all other venues was the genuine kindness and intentionality of every staff member. From the moment you walk in, everyone treats you with so much joy and kindness. After simply touring the venue, we got in the mail the most thoughtful gift from Sara, and we were hooked. We wanted a venue where our families and loved ones would feel taken care of and special, and wow did the Conrad go above and beyond to do exactly that! Every time we visited the Conrad, from simply showing our parents around, to our tasting, to our final walkthrough, Sara and the entire team was so generous and thoughtful. During wedding week, they quickly corrected a mistake from the rehearsal dinner, and made sure everything was taken care of. They were so patient and flexible with our wedding party who was running late, and absolutely blew us out of the water for their overly generous and accommodating service when a small welcome drink invitation rapidly evolved into a large event. They handled this with utmost grace and thoughtfulness it actually brought me to tears. They kept the bar open far later than they had to just for our guests, and every single guest was amazed at the incredible service they got along the way. In our rooms, we found the most thoughtful gifts from Sara and her team, and every room was simply spectacular, with so many thoughtful touches. One thing that simply floored us the whole weekend was the genuine kindness and joy every single staff member expressed to us throughout the weekend. Staff went above and beyond customer service, and were genuinely so excited for us. We felt so taken care of every step of the way. We loved meeting so many Ghanaian employees and hearing their excitement for us meant the world. On wedding day, everything was absolutely spectacular. Every person raves about the food and it was so fantastic. We were also so thankful on Sunday for the absolutely stunning and delicious brunch, and how they offered so many guests extended checkout services without batting an eye. We could not have found a more incredible venue with the absolute best staff. We are so grateful for every big and small detail that made our day the absolute most special day of our lives!!!
