10/10 experience with Ashly Nicole at Continental Diamond! Everyone has been so helpful, and the level of service has been amazing. They were super helpful in our wedding band selection, and my engagement ring is super great quality and beautiful!

Continental Diamond has the best service and prices! Unfortunately, my Husband and I did not buy my wedding ring here (we wish we had). We purchased it somewhere else and had problems with it cracking and stones falling out (happened 3 different times over 5 years). The vendor we purchased it from couldn't help - but Continental Diamond did! We asked them to take a look at it when our original jeweler couldn't help. Immediately Continental offered to re-make the ring for me. It came out beautifully. I am so happy! Avoid the issues we had and buy from Continental Diamond instead of the other guys. They now are our jewelry store for life. 5 years of frustration from our original jeweler was solved by Continental - and the price was unbelievably reasonable. I am grateful. My re-done ring is perfect, and I am confident that it won't have issues... and if it does, I know Continental will take care of it with the caring service we have come to know them for.

The entire team at Continental Diamond was amazing to work with. Kim worked with my fiancé to design an engagement ring that took my breath away. He said he really enjoyed the process with her. When we went back to pick out our wedding bands, we had a blast trying on different styles. And they helped him order a custom band. My fiancé even bought me earrings for the wedding from them. Absolutely recommend!

We worked with Linda at Continental Diamond and had a great experience! She guided my husband through picking the engagement ring (did a great job!), the resizing of the engagement ring (not her fault, my husband just didn't know the right size!) and helped us choose wedding bands as well (which we also love!) This place is amazing! We worked with them for my engagement ring and our wedding bands. Nancy went above and beyond for us, especially when I decided to change my wedding band 2 weeks before the wedding. Nancy made sure I had the band I wanted on our wedding day. Every time you go in, you are greeted and helped. You can also get your ring cleaned and leave with it looking new. Also, the chocolate chip cookies are amazing! I would recommend Continental Diamond to anyone!

I cannot recommend Continental Diamond enough. We picked out my engagement ring, matching band, and my husband's wedding band here. Each part of the process was amazing. From checking things out with my girlfriend (we met with Katie), to selecting the final design with my now husband (worked with Linda) each part was fun and relaxing. No pressure to buy, no pressure to up-sell, and no rush to decide on anything. Linda especially made it fun and educating to learn about the different diamond shapes, cuts, and color to help us select the final center diamond for my engagement ring. We actually even attended a Ring event to meet with our designers to help pick out our bands. It made the story of our rings more personal. I found the process of purchasing very easy as well, choosing to go with the credit card paying back within a year with no interest. Very easy and comfortable for our budget. As a side note I went back and worked with Katie to design some new pieces (earrings, necklace, and ring) out of some jewelry that my mother gave me. It was so fun and she listened to everything I wanted. I even wore these pieces on my wedding day as my something old and new :). Basically Continental Diamond, Linda, and Katie are awesome and we feel like old friends at this point. I love visiting to get my ring cleaned and catch up on life. Thank you for making this last year even better.

I absolutely love my rings, but when we first looked at engagement rings, they accidentally ordered the wrong one and delayed my husband’s proposal plan...The final products, however, are beautiful, and I love that I get free cleaning/repair for life.

My fiance (now husband) and I were shopping for engagement rings and discovered that Continental Diamond does custom rings for a very reasonable price. We decided to go through with it, since I had a couple of diamonds from my grandmother's ring that I wanted to have set and I had pretty specific ideas about what I wanted. Katie, our designer, was excellent to work with. She was never pushy, but she was always willing to suggest things or give her opinion if we were dithering about something. Katie helped us pick a material that had the look my husband wanted but also would be comfortable for him to wear all the time. Furthermore, she got us a deal on the ring that we weren't even expecting. I highly recommend Continental Diamond for their exceptional service and quality items.

Continental Diamond was wonderful to work with! They helped custom design a wedding band to match my grandmother's antique engagement ring. They also helped find my husband the perfect wedding band that matched his style and our price range. They have excellent customer service and are laid back and don't try too hard to oversell. Oh and provided a free deep cleaning of the rings prior to wedding weekend!! And threw in a complimentary bottle of wine! Highly recommend.

Ashly-Nicole helped is with several purchases leading up to our wedding this fall and was excellent every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help get my fiancé’s ring reset on a custom engagement band, she special ordered my wedding band (including sending the company another band to replicate), and even overnighted my fiancé’s wedding gift to Colorado so she could have it for our rehearsal dinner. My initial plan was to buy an engagement ring from an online retailer, but I am so happy that I chose to go with Continental. The service was absolutely fantastic. Between meeting impossible deadlines and helping me choose the perfect ring, Continental went above and beyond my expectations.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER (and most beautiful diamonds). As the bride, I didn't get the pleasure to work with Nancy Lach until I was engaged. My now husband met with Nancy, told her exactly what he wanted and together, they created my dream engagement ring. From his description of his experience, it was truly a custom experience (from start to finish). When I first heard he went to a jewelry store, I was blown away because I thought he would have gone to a "diamond guy," buy the diamond and customize the ring. Little did I know that at Continental, you can do just that. You can pick out a ring setting from their displays or you can design a ring from scratch. My husband told her the size of diamond he wanted and asked for a really sparkly one (men are so funny). He said he went into a backroom where he was able to look at different diamonds. He ended up going with a Crafted by Infinity diamond from Belgium (it's stunning). This is available in the states at less than 20 other jewelers. Continental has such an exclusive selection. He then worked with Nancy to customize everything else. I know you can get a diamond online or at any other jeweler, but this is where my five stars comes into play. I needed to get my ring adjusted to the appropriate size, so I went in to see if Nancy was in and this was when I fell in love with Continental. Nancy stepped away from the customers she was with to meet me, congratulate me and tell me all about the diamond my husband selected for me. She has the most charming and charismatic personality. You can't help but love Nancy as soon as you meet her. She makes you feel like you're her best and only customer. And let me tell you - not many people have that kind of charisma. Since meeting her, I've stopped in quite a bit. When you decide to buy your ring at continental, you get a lifetime of complimentary ring cleanings, adjustments, good conversation and COOKIES! I have needed to adjust my ring size, clean it multiple times (they make rings sparkle like you've never seen) and get it tightened - every time, free of charge. Now if you were to buy your engagement or wedding rings online, you are surrendering that aspect of customer service for a few dollars less. I am so happy knowing that I have a lifetime warranty with our rings and friendly faces to adjust and clean my ring when needed. I want to give out to Carrie (Kari?) who has helped me a significant amount with my adjustments and has been amazing to work with (I might just happen to be one of their more high maintenance clients, but I would never know if I were). If your dream ring is nowhere to be found, go to Nancy at Continental and she and the team will create it for you. The whole team at Continental is amazing, and I couldn't recommend them more. I would NEVER buy jewelry online or from any other jeweler after meeting Nancy at Continental :) Highly highly recommend!!

Just great to work with. They advised my fiance to pick out a diamond that was set in a basic setting to propose to me, then I went in later to pick out the setting I had wanted. Maybe they do this everywhere, but I was impressed. And, they have real staff that genuinely care about your satisfaction and are willing to work with you if you're unhappy. But, I was not, they helped me make some great decisions.

Top notch customer service! My husband bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. Linda was a pleasure to work with! I loved the wedding band she helped us pick out and was able to customize the band so that it would match beautifully with my engagement ring. I love it!! My husband chose a Tungsten type band and the size that was ordered was slightly too big when he tried it on. Linda and Continental Diamond went above and beyond to get the right size verified and ordered for him without much hassle. They are always prompt and professional. My husband bought my engagement ring and our wedding rings from Continental Diamond in Minnesota. He grew up in Bloomington and knew of the quality that Continental Diamond provides. The store, which is a family owned business, is truly high quality. They have beautiful jewelry and are extremely kind and helpful. They treated us to bottles of champagne in celebration of our life event and purchase. They did not tax us since they shipped it to our residence in NJ. They also threw in jewelry cleansing solution and a jewelry tray as service. We feel like we got a great value on our beautiful rings and are so happy!

I have yet to see any other bride with my wedding band! My fiance had been looking for a very particular ring.. after he described it to the staff at Continental, they weren't able to quite find the right one for him. After he checked out some other jewelers... still nothing. Two weeks later Continental called him up and wanted him to come in to take a look at a new ring that they just got in.... IT WAS THE ONE! He said it was perfect. GREAT JOB on their part for calling him back! When I saw the ring on the day he proposed... I couldn't believe my eyes. It was so beautiful and perfect. Since then we've bought our wedding bands there and I've referred multiple people there! Their service is hands down some of the best I've seen for ANY service. A+ to you!

I absolutely love my engagement ring and both my husband and my wedding bands from Continental Diamond. The service was fabulous! I was able to get my rings soldered together in less than 24 hours before my big day, so I didn't have to go too long without my ring before the ceremony. The staff was always very helpful!

I got my engagement ring at Continental Diamond after looking at several places and by far they had the best deals. They don't have financing options and limited hours since they are a family business but definitely worth it! I worked with a few different people between my engagement ring and my wedding band and everyone was amazing! They were so professional, gave us deals that were quoted months before after diamond prices went up, and had my wedding band fast tracked when we decided on it last minute. They have been great at resizing, cleaning, and soldering my rings as well!

We love our rings and were greeted by name when we came in. THe salespeople were NOT pushy.

My husband bought my engagement through them and it is absolutely stunning. He was able to handpick the diamond itself as well as its setting. We returned there to get our wedding bands. They have wonderful service and our jeweler was very patient as we both tried on all of our options and described all the different ways the rings could look. Also the week of the wedding I was able to take my engagement ring, where they re-dipped it into white gold, for no cost. It looked brand new for the wedding day and just perfect for all of the pictures.

Continental has a wide variety of rings to choose from with lots of different price points. They are approachable and not a hard sell like many jewelry stores. Its a family run business with a personal one on one sale person business.

I had my shadow wedding band made and bought my fiance's band here. They make and have high quality products, but at a steep price. But for something that'll last a lifetime, it's worth it. They even gave us a bottle of wine when we picked up our rings.

We got my engagement ring, which I love, the wedding bands and pearl earrings at Continental Diamond. The staff is so wonderful to work with. After I got home with the wedding bands, I decided I didn't like it with my engagement ring, and they took it back no questions asked. I picked out a different one that I'm very happy with. I was looking for a pair of drop pearl earrings to wear on our wedding day, and found the perfect pair. My husband bought them for me as a wedding gift. We will definitely go back for anniversary gifts, etc.

I looked at five different jewelry stores during my ring search and after visiting Continental, I knew I wanted my ring to come from there. The customer service is top-notch. If you visit with Kayla, you won't be disappointed! I know they'll stand behind their products. And, the place just presents itself as selling only high-quality no matter what the price tag says. We have subsequently gotten birthday presents and anniversary presents there and just think we've found an amazing jeweler.
