This past August we had our wedding at Cooper Creek Event Center, with an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception, and overall it was a beautiful experience. The outdoor ceremony space was stunning—peaceful, well-kept, and the perfect backdrop for our vows. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how lovely it all looked. The indoor reception space was equally impressive, with modern décor, great lighting, and a layout that made the evening flow seamlessly. The staff on the day of the event was organized, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. We worked primarily with Erin on our wedding and she was wonderful. Was open to adjusting meeting times since we were out of state and helpful with providing a list of what she needed and helping us to coordinator with the caterer.
The only downside in the experience was a change in their getting-ready room policy. When we booked (and after we had already paid a significant deposit), we were told we could use their getting-ready space starting at 9 AM. Later, the policy changed and we were informed we couldn’t arrive until noon. This created a stressful, last-minute scramble to find an alternate location for hair and makeup for the bridal party, which wasn’t ideal so close to the wedding day. While I understand their reasoning behind the change (past brides taking advantage and showing up as early as 4am for some reason), it was a caught without the 9am language in my initial contract type moment where it was just an understanding that we were able to come at 9am when we initially booked - so make sure you really understand it all and have any time details clarified and written in.
Despite that frustration, the venue itself was WONDERFUL, and the overall day was everything we hoped for. Cooper Creek truly offers a stunning setting and a well-run event experience, and we would still highly recommend it to other couples.
P.S. If anyone is wondering a good solution for the getting ready space that's not as expensive as a hotel room, we rented out the Blue Ash Community Room only 6 mins from Cooper Creek and it was the perfect solution.

Cooper Creek was THE BEST venue we could’ve possibly booked. The process of booking, Planning and paying was made so simple by Erin (event coordinator) and the rest of her team. Every thought and question I had was answered so quickly and our wedding was executed to perfection by their team. Of course things go wrong on wedding days, but Erin was so great that I never knew about anything that went wrong, which is how it should be. We will be forever grateful for the perfect day there. details. The team could not have been more organized and excited to help out. The venue is the perfect back drop for pictures which was so nice not having to travel anywhere else. The bridal suite was also a nice perk, especially with it having a secure key code. Everything is included (tables, chairs, linens, table numbers, some candles/vases) which was so nice not having to have a ton of different vendors for. They also include bartenders which is great, but a heads up that ours were rude and we had several complaints from our guests. Only downfall of the night. Overall, we would recommend this venue (just hoping they get some new bartenders in there)! My husband and I were blown away and would relive the day over and over again!

with one of a kind staff.
Erin, Jamie & their team were unbelievably kind & helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and went above and beyond to make our day so very special. Erin was always quick to respond to emails, answer questions, provide input and offer a helping hand. She was extremely flexible when it came to meeting times and change of plans, which I super appreciated as a busy bride. Thanks to Erin & Jamie, the decor was set up beautifully, everything was in place and our day went off without a hitch! The bartenders worked quickly & efficiently, Jamie directed all of the vendors to the correct place & Erin made sure the timing of my aisle “walk” song was just as I had practiced.
I truly cannot say enough positive things about this venue and their staff, and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a high end, classy wedding venue. We’ve received more compliments than I can count about it being the most beautiful wedding our guests have attended, which is a huge testament to the amazing staff and venue of Cooper Creek.

my wildest dreams. They communicated well, accommodated so many different things, provided suggestions and just made the lead up as well as day of go SO seamlessly. Wish I could give 6 stars that’s how incredible everything was!!! My husband and I could not be more pleased with how it went. We got numerous compliments (and still are) by how flawless everything was. Cannot thank this venue and the team enough!!! Look no further than this place for the wedding of your dreams!

Everything turned out so flawlessly and they put me at ease since I was nervous for the big day and I’m thankful for them. The venue itself is beautiful with the big windows in the natural lighting plus it’s on a golf course so you, can’t ask for anything prettier when it comes to photos. We had such an amazing experience so if you’re looking for a beautiful venue and wonderful people to work with, and this is the best place for you.

ave a large guest count). We loved having the option of having an indoor or outdoor ceremony (we went with indoor because of the gorgeous windows), and the overall flow of how the day would go. Erin was our coordinator and was a dream to work with, she really got along with us and was able to answer all of our questions and help us execute everything we wanted! We also really appreciated the fact that we were able to drop off our things on Thursday to be set up and that we didn't have to pick things up until noon on Sunday - not to mention their Friday evening event was cancelled, so they were pretty much fully set up by the time we got to our rehearsal on Friday evening.
There were a couple of miscommunications the day of our wedding, mostly with the bartenders, but the other vendors we worked with turned this venue into everything we could have dreamed of and overall the day was absolutely magical. I highly recommend this venue and working with Erin - we loved planning our wedding with her!

ll the windows made the reception so beautiful. We were able to have our ceremony outside and it felt and looked perfect. Not only was this venue so gorgeous but the team I worked with was AMAZING. I worked with Erin and Sarah during the wedding planning and Gabby stayed the night of my reception. The team is just so helpful. During the planning process they answered all my questions, and quickly, they let me come see the venue as many times as we wanted and they were so kind. The weekend of my wedding you could tell that they were solely focused on us and our wedding. Erin and Sara helped turn my vision of the reception into reality, like they went above and beyond decorating for me. Gabby was also so helpful during the ceremony and reception, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The next day everything was packed up and organized for us to take home and that made it so simple. Honestly, I could go on and on about this venue and their team. Seriously the best experience!!!

coordinators, Erin and Jamie, was unbelievable!! Erin answer the gazillion questions that I had via email or phone call in a timely manner, she was on top of it for our planning meetings, the rehearsal, and the day of. She helped husband and I make our vision come to life when working with us. She made the venue look beautiful and if there was any stress on her end, we didn’t see any of it. She made planning a wedding seem easy which is amazing because it definitely isn’t! The rehearsal went so smoothly and she gave us her recommendations on what to do and when, if we had any and since she is the expert, we gladly listened. The actual day of the wedding, Erin was right there by our side every step of the way from walking down the aisle, setting up the room from ceremony to reception, any spills, cleaning up at the end of the night. We couldn’t have had an amazing wedding without her! Jamie was also amazing! She made the day of the wedding run smoothly. If we had any questions, needed ANYTHING, she was right there. Our wedding was perfect and we have them to thank! Cooper creek is an amazing venue, the workers are spectacular, and you won’t regret booking with them!

decided to postpone a year. CCEC made this so smooth and we easily were able to change our date to one that was available in 2021! Ann Marie and Erin were such a delight to work with during our details planning and Gabi and Erin were so helpful during the day of procedures! The venue itself was so beautiful and timeless, everything we could have dreamed of having on our wedding day! Out of the caterers that were available we used Vondehaar's and people raved to us about the delicious food! Everything went wonderfully and we highly recommend Cooper Creek Event Center!

She was so easy to keep in contact with, and answered all questions I had in a timely manner. We had our ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek, and they helped everything move in a timely manner. Lauren set up the place beautifully - décor, making sure I was taken care of in the morning, and throughout the day. They made sure I had drinks and water. vent Center (along with Vonderhaar’s Catering) made our day literally perfect. Having the bridal suite and upstairs area to get ready during the day was perfect. Having an event supervisor from start to finish was wonderful. Everything honestly went perfect on our wedding day all thanks to Cooper Creek. My husband and I highly recommend hosting your ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek if you are looking for a relaxing and incredibly fun time. Any time anyone asks for a wedding venue recommendation going forward, Cooper Creek will always be my number one recommendation.

There is honestly not one single complaint that we have about our experience with the staff or the venue. Every single person that we came in contact with was helpful and respectful. Lauren (sales & event coordinator) was especially patient with us and helped us to make decisions about all the things we were unsure about. The day of coordinators (Julie & Julia) were amazing as well - they were always there when anyone needed anything, but were so considerate about giving us space to get ready and do our thing! We would recommend Cooper Creek over and over again to anyone!

Cooper Creek met and exceeded every expectation and made our day so special from letting my groomsmen and I sneak on for 9 holes the (very busy) Saturday of, to hooking us up with the best DJs and Caterers in Cincy . Vonderhaar’s catering blew us away with quality of food and service. If you’re looking for a top notch reception hall with new amenities, outstanding hospitality and a classic feel with tons of natural light, I really don’t think you can do better than Cooper Creek. wonderful job of setting up our selected centerpieces, flowers, lanterns and candles, adding special touches throughout the reception area. The bridesmaids enjoyed using the lovely open spaces for their hair and makeup in the morning. The event coordinator, was easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and very accommodating to my ideas and questions. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Plus a coordinator was there all night making sure all went smoothly. Cooper Creek handled every detail so well, I knew I could just relax and enjoy the evening. I am so glad we chose Cooper Creek!

op a plan with. We had just under 350 guests and it did not feel crowded at all. Anytime we had a question or needed to change something, it was resolved almost instantly. The venue staff fully set up our centerpieces and put everything together for us for an easy pick-up the next morning. The bridal suite was stocked with all sorts of last minute item (mints, deodorant, hair pins, sewing kit, etc.) that really came in handy. and the service is amazing! Everything especially all the little touches throughout the day were just flawlessly executed!! They made sure to work their very best to meet all my needs for the day!
Lauren was amazing to work with especially with all my little details, she was so patient with me and always had a smile on her face!
Best decision I made to have my wedding there!
All my expectations were definitely met, and I had Sara, Ann, and Hillori working day of and all of them took such good care of me and made sure my husband and I had everything we wanted done for the day! Just all the workers there are so sweet and genuine!
I also could go on and on about Cooper Creek (saw a previous review); just have to copy it because it is completely true! This venue just gets how to throw a wedding!
All of our guests had an amazing time, loved them venue, and said it was one of the nicest weddings they have attended in a long time.
After the wedding, we received so many compliments and it is due to my amazing team I had especially at Cooper Creek.
I would recommend Cooper Creek to anyone! I promise they will not disappoint!

- everyone at Cooper Creek completely exceeded our expectations. All of our questions and concerns leading up to the wedding day were answered promptly. On our wedding day, all of the coordinators and staff were excellent-- we didn't have to worry or stress about a single thing! They even had all of our decorations and day-of items loaded up on a cart for us to easily pick up the following day. I cannot stress enough how incredible our experience was. Would 100% recommend!

h we were outdoors with the amazing windows but our guests did not have to suffer in the heat. The reception was perfect and every single staff member was so helpful and nice. Every step of the way Cooper Creek went above and beyond. Lyndsey was incredible and always responsive to questions and concerns. Jamie provided so much assistance on the day of from picture ideas to helping set up the ceremony. I just can’t say enough about how happy we are we chose this venue. f is top notch! Our reception was perfect from start to finish! Not only was it easy to work with Lyndsey and the rest of the crew, but it was FUN! You do not hear often that brides truly enjoy planning a wedding, but I did because of the Cooper Creek staff! The venue itself is amazing, from the tall windows to the gorgeous bar. This is definitely not a boring "country club" room with four walls. Plenty of room for guests, giant dance floor, plenty of space for our live band, and enough space for our cookie table that had 300+ dozen cookies on it! Photographs very well!

we toured. Needless to say, we should of never looked else where! We were looking for a venue that was more than just 4 plain walls. When I walked into our reception, everything was just how I expected it to be. It was simply perfect. The staff at Cooper Creek really put their all into making your wedding day excatly what you want.

as stunning. We planned the wedding in 3 months but we could not have done this without the help of the Event Coordinators- they went over and beyond their jobs! Most brides can be stressed out on their wedding day but with the Event Coordinators and staff helping from 9am-midnight I can honestly say I was not stressed out or worried at all. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married here! Thanks Cooper Creek!

and ready to go :)) even though at times these were repeat meetings he staff was always willing to meet with us and go over everything as many times as we needed! Lyndsey, Jamie, Sarah, and Ann were pronominal to work with! The day of our wedding the venue was stunning! All of our guests loved the bar and the big windows in the ball room. I highly recommend Cooper Creek! I would do it again in a heart beat. They are amazing!

planning and the day of go so smoothly. The venue its-self is incredibly beautiful; the giant windows, tile and natural look of the space decorate for you. The staff also set Cooper Creek above the rest. They provide you with a day of planner (and multiple others to help) who is there is coordinate everything. They help with the rehearsal, decorations and organization of everything. They took so much stress off of my shoulders and thought of things I did not think of! The y set up decorations, communicated with the food vendor & setup, and so much more. I cannot say enough great things about this venue. It was one of the best choices we made while wedding planning.
