Run as far as you can in the opposite direction of this company. I hired Kate Charter, the owner, for my wedding planning. She seemed great on our initial call - personable and knowledgeable. But as soon as I signed the contract and paid the deposit, she disappeared. I have tried reaching her multiple times via phone and email, and haven't heard a word in response for 6 weeks.
I booked Kate early as I was deploying and wanted to get a majority of the big wedding planning completed prior to leaving. In the beginning, I ADORED Kate. She is incredibly personable and really seems to have a good grip on the business. I enjoyed that when we spoke, it was like talking to a friend and not another one of the million business calls I was taking each week. My only complaint about Kate is after booking with her, her communication became rather inconsistent. It took me several MONTHS to reach her at times and our most recent booked zoom call, which she scheduled, she was unable to make it to. That is more than fine, I understand that we all have lives but to have had no communication is what has been frustrating. I have since that time sent 3 follow up emails, then 3 emails stating I would no longer be needing her services. It has been just over 5 months and I still have not heard a word back. It is sad to be out the money we spent on her, but I understand that life and circumstances come up.
When you do get the opportunity to work with her, she is wonderful. Just a warning that her personal life and communication may not always be the most reliable.
DO NOT put yourself through the agony and disappointment of working with KATE CHARTER. I have received absolutely no services from this company. The owner Kate Charter, is who I hired. I signed a contract and made one payment and have received no communication or services. At this point I am honestly disgusted with the lack of professionalism. She will take full advantage of you. I am now without a wedding planner for my upcoming wedding date. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER HIRING KATE CHARTER'S COMPANY. I would not want any bride to have to go through such disappointment.
Kate and Maija were absolute life-savers for the wedding!! I booked Kate’s Day-Of Coordination services when I was deployed and my venue closed suddenly. She was incredible, meeting with me and seeing the venue and other vendors when I go back and only had 4 months left to plan. Planning with Kate felt like I was just hanging out with a friend, and the day of, Maija was a saint. They made sure the tiny details i cared about made it to the ceremony and kept the silly little ankle biter problems away from me on the day of my wedding. Maija made sure the decor made it to and from the venue, as well as our gifts, and kept us on timeline. Would 100000000% recommend them to anyone who is getting married in the Springs.
Planning a destination wedding in the middle of a pandemic is quite interesting and a bit challenging. Kate was fantastic. She was able to pivot and also take care of all of our ever changing plans. She was also a joy to work with and extremely capable o the actual wedding day! I highly recommend her services! Thanks Kate!
Kate was a wonderful wedding coordinator! My wedding was the best day of my life and if I could relive any day, it'd be that day, and Kate had a lot to do with making it perfect. We hired her to have a "day of" wedding coordinator but she helped me from the minute I started planning. I panicked when it came time for our rehearsal because there were some scheduling conflicts between us and Coordinatiom Co. but Kate moved around her schedule to make sure she was there for that. Kate and her team were absolutely wonderful on our wedding day! They took care of every little thing you could think of and executed it perfectly; they took all the stress off me. Because of how chaotic a wedding day can be, I was shocked by how well it went. I know I would not have had as perfect of a day, if it weren't for everything Kate did for us on that day!
Kate was AMAZING with coordinating our wedding in the fall of 2019. As a bride, I truly appreciated how easily available she was when I hit a snag in planning or an issue with a vendor; the unlimited communication via phone, text, or email, was so comforting. There were at least two times that Kate called me after I panic texted her about an issue I was having. She consoled me and came up with a quick plan while I was on the verge of tears.
Coordination Co.'s pricing is so reasonable and we really appreciated the fact that she understood we could not spend an arm and a leg on this wedding. I don't really think you can get a better deal for a coordinator than what she offers.
Kate is so laid back compared to other coordinators/people in the wedding industry which was exactly what we were looking for. She sends you detailed/super helpful questionnaires throughout the process to help you and her get on the same page and to help you think through small details that could be easily missed; right down to family dynamics and potential drama she needs to look out for! Thanks to Kate and Coordination Co. we felt at ease (as much as you can be) with getting our big day all together and it felt like we had a friend helping us through all the chaos :)
We were blown away by Kate. She did a job well above what we expected. From start to finish she was there with insight, reassurance and a calming breath.
She stayed on top of all our vendors, paying special attention to ones who were a little more difficult to deal with and come wedding day was nonstop moving and keeping us on schedule along with the wedding party on task. She made sure the guests were all taken care of, and most importantly the bride and groom were able to have a good time.
Her personalty is great, and you can tell she truly does care about what she does. We are sad our wedding is over because we will miss the calls and planning with her.
Seriously if you want someone with a good heart, great head on her shoulders and who knows what they are doing without ripping you off on price, stop looking and hire Coordination Co.
Kate is seriously the greatest person I have ever met. She is so down to earth and tells you things exactly how it is which is so necessary when it comes to wedding planning. She helped me plan my wedding from 1000 miles away and continued to be so helpful throughout the entire process. We had the greatest wedding of all time and it wouldn’t have happened without Coordination Co ♥️♥️♥️♥️
I hate to write bad reviews, but have to be honest about our experience with Kate as our day of coordinator. She seemed to be alright at first, but at the wedding walkthrough did not have a commanding presence (we ran over our allotted time), forgot to print out several important forms from her planning software, and asked us several questions that were spelled out on the forms-almost as if she didn’t read through them until the day of! On wedding day, she was nowhere to be found on several occasions when we could’ve used her help (namely family photos)- I had to get my Dad go find her and he found her on her smoke break! It took the help of another family friend to keep her in check and make sure the night stayed on schedule. The wedding software was great, but overall did not have a good experience with Kate as our day of coordinator.
WOW! Zabrina was AMAZING! I cannot say enough great things about her. She made me dream come to life and was SO kind doing it. I definitely recommend Coordination Co!
I hate writing bad reviews, I usually don't even post reviews unless they are positive. But I have to be honest about Kate. She started out great, very promising and fulfilling. I felt like we got along pretty well and she knew what she was doing. But on the day of our wedding, I repeatedly told her the weather looked suspicious. I felt like she should have backed the wedding up a half hour, had cocktail hour first or even relocate our outdoor ceremony to the 'back-up' plan... which is why we had one! But instead, we continued onto the ceremony location, where it absolutely down poured rain on us and all our guests. I understand you can't control mother nature and that is the chance you take getting married outside in Colorado, but our problems with Kate that day were just beginning.
Guests were going every wrong direction for 30 minutes before being directed to cocktail hour.
No one was reminded of the champagne toast, so all the poured champagne went to waste.
She called me up to cut the cake while my groom was outside with the groomsmen, leaving me to stand awkwardly by the cake until he came back inside.
Our guests were wrongly told to load onto the shuttle bus an hour before the proper departure time and she didn't stop this from happening. Meanwhile my husband and I are freshening up and come back to an empty reception hall. Not being able to say goodbye to any of our guests.
The guests gifts she was meant to distribute were not distributed and now I have $400 worth of gifts that I can't do anything with.
We had a whole courtyard full of décor (giant jenga, cornhole, vintage furniture, florals) that she never thought to bring inside so our guests could use. It just sat in the rain all night.
And probably the most surprising part, was her outfit. Old black t-shirt, black cargo pants and an outdoor shoe. That's what she wore to MY WEDDING!
Her assistant was nice.
Working with Kate was nothing short of amazing! She is down to earth, fun, kind, and genuinely wants your wedding day to be the best day ever! Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and Kate is there to answer any questions you have, provide recommendations, and direction, which I found incredibly helpful (since I’ve never planned a wedding before!). Cost associated with weddings can also be stressful and Kate is worth EVERY penny! She transparent in her prices and what she offers, she never makes it feel like there is a ‘hidden cost’ with her services. She goes above and beyond! I am a very type A person and she was able to adapt to my personality to comfort my nerves and make sure everything got done. I cannot say enough great things about her. We are truly grateful for everything she did for us!

I believe Kate caused more stress than she alleviated
1. As the mother of the bride, it is my opinion that Kate was very little help as a Day-of Coordinator. I was present for the entire event and felt that she did not assist with anything other than the reception set-up which was not managed with the care we had hoped for. I felt that Kate ignored the bride’s instructions which were given prior to the wedding. For example, it seems that Kate did not follow instructions for placement of the bride’s handmade centerpieces on specific tables.
I do not think she assisted with any part of organizing the bridal party, processional, photos, etc. and I believed these were the central reasons we hired her. It felt to me like she resented being asked to do anything.
2. As the mother of the bride and the payer of all wedding related bills, I was present and considered it inappropriate when Kate pulled the bride aside during the reception to try to arrange payment for an extra $65 charge for rental of 4 tablecloths she provided. I did not think this urgent enough to have to be addressed to the bride in the middle of the reception. I do not think this could possibly have been an overdue charge since we did not know until the reception set-up that we needed 4 extra tablecloths for the buffet.
3. I did not think Kate’s attire was professional for my daughter’s cocktail attire wedding. It is my opinion that in our wedding reception photos she looks out of place and unprofessional.
4. It seems to me that Kate had difficulty keeping phone appointments due to “a family emergency” “busy with a wedding on the east coast” “a hospital stay.” I believe she should have withdrawn from being our coordinator with the many challenges it seems she was facing.
Kate is an absolute dream to work with! She was so wonderful leading up to our wedding, going above and beyond to help with anything and everything she could. She kept me at ease during the entire process through her calm and confident approach... and is also just super fun to work with. On wedding night she absolutely crushed it. She made my entire (very detailed) vision come to life perfectly... my guests, wedding party, and parents have not stopped telling me how wonderful she was. I am extremely organized myself, and honestly could have been really let down by a planner... and Kate just NAILED IT! I would recommend her to anyone getting married... you won’t only get a great coordinator but a friend as well! Thanks so much, Kate!!
Leading up to our wedding Kate did a great job helping us find vendors, taking our calls with random questions, giving us advice, etc. But the week of it became more and more clear that she wasn’t as organized as we thought. She kept forgetting small details and not giving us the guidance we really needed or expected from her.
The day of was frustrating and multiple people have brought things to our attention that fell through the cracks or were just completely ignored. Our caterer was over an hour late and my fiancé had to ask her to call him (mind you I found this out RIGHT before I walked down the aisle, not ideal), a family friend made a handmade ring bearer pillow that Kate neglected to give to our ring bearer, our wedding party wasn’t instructed in a timely manner how to walk down they aisle and they all felt rushed, our immediate family (my in-laws, my mom and grandpa) were sitting in the front 2 rows alone when they were all supposed to sit together with other immediate members of the family. One of my sisters was running around for over 2 hours to help when she noticed multiple things had been left undone and I saw her rushing to get dressed minutes before the ceremony started.
And last but not least, Kate asked if it was okay to drink during the reception and someone told her no and to stick with water or soda. I wasn’t going to write this in my review, but after seeing the 1 star review I felt it was necessary.
Again, Kate did a great job leading up to the wedding but the day of felt very unorganized which was very disappointing.
After my day of coordinator bailed on me 3 weeks before my wedding, I found Kate! And for once in my life I was so pleased at people being unprofessional, because it led me to Kate. She was on top of everything the days leading up to my wedding and the day of. I wasn’t aware of any “bad” things that happen on my wedding day until after the fact (that means Kate did one heck of a job) I was stress free the day of the wedding and it made for the most perfect day. I can not thank Kate enough for everything!
Although this review is a little late, I absolutely wanted to encourage other brides to consider Kate and her services. Kate was professional, but also really fun. Kate was willing to help with every aspect of my wedding and was amazing throughout the planning process. I can't express enough how nice it was to work with Kate and how much smoother the entire planning process became after hiring her!
Kate seemed professional when we first met her, but on our wedding day we quickly learned that was NOT the case. We got married at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, and the day did not go smoothly at all.
1.) Kate stated she would assist with decorations, but she never offered to help my friend, and instead my friend had to do all the decorations and miss the ceremony because she had no help at all. When my friend asked venue related questions, she would just shrug her shoulders and tell her to figure it out.
2.) The whole afternoon multiple people asked "were is Kate", no one knew, and no one could find her. Come to find out (from relatives and friends who finally found her) that she had been sitting near the ceremony site taking personal calls and calls from other clients. Since she was no where to be found, our photographer had to round everyone up for photos. No one had any clue of where they were supposed to be and when (for pictures or other items). My husband and I did not see Kate once from the time we got to the venue until when I walked down the aisle.
3.) We had just finished the ceremony, and we walked back into the groom's lounge to take pictures and sign the marriage license. The groomsmen were supposed to bring the beer to the alcohol vendor when they got on site, but Kate didn't mention that to them, so they didn't know. Kate's assistant was in the grooms lounge when we came back from the ceremony, and she looked at me and the best man and stated "are you f***ing stupid, I told you the alcohol vendor had to serve this when they got on site", then went ranting on. Quickly, the happiest moment of my life turned sour, and I almost started crying. Kate then pulled my husband aside for a 15 minute lecture about how she was going to cut off the best man, and maybe the other groomsmen (my husband and the best man hadn't even had a drink yet). The reason she wanted to cut off the best man, was because he told the assistant that she was not allowed to talk to me or him that way.
4.) Kate wore scrubs, and sat in front of the fireplace, which was the main focal point of the room, eating cross legged and scrolling on her cell phone. She was on her cell phone and laptop for about an hour in front of everyone.
5.) Multiple people saw her drinking at the reception, and at least 15-20 people commented on how unprofessional she was.
I typically don't give negative reviews, but feel that I should warn people. I would not recommend Kate.
Working with Kate was a dream come true. With Kate, you get a wedding planner, a day of coordinator, and a close friend. In the year that it took to plan our wedding, she was always there, always available via email, phone calls, text, every step of the way, supporting, cheering, and cracking jokes to help lighten the mood of wedding planning. She understood my schedule, traveled every time closer to me to help me out, and was fantastic at giving me options and choices on how to proceed with decision making. Kate was perfect at keeping track of every detail of my wedding. Our wedding day was simply smooth and perfect. She worked wonderfully with all my vendors, coordinating every segment, like a beautiful orchestra. I would choose and recommend Kate a hundred times over. Thank you!
Kate is the wedding coordinator for you! Both my husband and I feel like we met a friend for life. Kate was extremely organized, creative, and gets things done. We hired Kate as our day-of coordinator, and she came in clutch before the rehearsal when the venue events coordinator completely flunked her role in getting things ready.
The day of - I didn't worry about a single thing. Kate was on top of all of the details, she was extremely calm and peaceful when communicating with me, and gave updates as necessary so I knew things were moving along as planned.
I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT KATE!! If you're not sure if you need a coordinator - you do. Kate was absolutely the best decision in building our wedding budget and preparing for the big day.
Kate was amazing to have as our “Day of” coordination. I was a pretty hands on bride but wanted to be able to enjoy the day I put all the work into planning. So it was nice to have someone there to make sure our day went smoothly and stayed in a timely matter. She was so nice, even family commented later how good of a job she did. From getting the details in the initial contact, to ensuring all our decorations and gifts ended up in the right car! I do highly recommend her. We worked with Kaitlyn (in the Maryland location of this company) and she was incredible!! We are so so grateful for her warm personality, smoothing over so many items we had no idea about (and probably stuff we still don't know about!), planning our whole timeline, dealing with our one vendor mishap that a lot of people saw but she and her assistant remained focused and calm, etc. Truly a dream to have her with us on for the wedding experience!
Hired Kate as our Day Of! And thank goodness I did. It was so nice to have someone else to make sure we stayed on schedule, to catch the small details, and to ensure nothing was left behind at the end of the night. hired Kate for Day Of Coordination because I loved planning the details of my wedding and just wanted some help on the special day. Kate wad a godsend on the day of AND before. I wasn't expecting the level of support she gave me even before my wedding (she called a local Chapel and secured a hold on my wedding date for me). If you're thinking about booking with Kate, just do it. A couple of days before the wedding, Kate and I had about a 1.5 hour call to go over allllll the details. Even my skeptic mom was impressed by that. 😉
On the wedding day, Kate was difference between perfection and disaster... No exaggeration. My husband decided he didn't want a first look shoot and wanted to see me coming down the aisle instead. Super sweet, but it made EVERYTHING run late. Having Kate there was the best decision I made during my wedding planning. Sure, everything was late, but she made sure we got everything in. She handled all of our decor set up so no one in the wedding party had to worry about a thing, I told her "make it pretty" and she delivered! She took care everything for me during the reception and only grabbed me when she absolutely needed me. And at the end of the night, I told her my mother in law was freaking out about clean up and she just winked at me and told me not to worry about it.
If you work with Kate she will go above and beyond for you on your day and really make it special for you and your new spouse! Thanks Kate!!!!
We chose Kate Charter to plan our daughter's wedding and we are so pleased with her. I learned thru the process just how much the planner does and Kate had her jogging shoes on the day of the Wedding. Excellent job.
You think you might not want a day of coordinator? Trust me, it is 110% worth it and Kate help make our wedding day absolutely perfect! She arrived early and ready to get the ball rolling. I would mention things I wanted to do or have done and then hours passed and I would say, "oh no Kate..." and she would have already completed whatever task I was remembering. It was nice to have someone who understood the timeline, was constantly checking on you (even to take my sticky bra when it wouldn't stay on due to heat), and just keep the evening moving. One of my favorite photos of my dad with bridesmaids has Kate in the back doing a pose that screamed "yes that worked out", I just wish I knew what it was! All my family and bridal party raved about how nice she was and she really kept everything in order. I left my car unlocked at the venue and she was sure to have all our decor and belongings locked in the car before she left. She also sent the sweetest thank you! I plan on recommending her to any bride's I know! Thanks a bunch Kate!
Kate was amazing to work with! She made the wedding planning process easy and as low stress as possible. She was organized, responsive, prepared and very friendly! Our wedding day went off without a single issue and Kate made sure every vendor was communicated to and updated throughout the entire process. Kate had online checklists that were easy to fill out along the way to make the planning easy and efficient. At the end of our wedding and after a very long day, Kate made sure everything was accounted for, organized and made it safely back to our home. I would highly recommend Kate to plan your wedding or event and I am so glad she was part of our wedding!
Since day ONE Kate of Coordination Co has been literally the most helpful human being in planning my entire wedding. I'm from Michigan, had our destination wedding in Colorado Springs. Planning at that much of a distance was very overwhelming until I talked to Kate!
She assured me from day one that she will do anything that I need and she did just that- and more! From finding various amazing vendors out in Colorado to being there for me 24/7 with any questions I had- Kate always put in 100%. She always had everything under control. I love that she uses the Aisle Planner site- so we were both always on the same page, she had contact with all of the vendors I had hired, & the timeline was on the website for both of us to view/update to the big day. Kate is also very creative- which is important to have in a wedding coordinator! She had various ideas & little details to add that I would have never thought of- for example I was skipping out on the decor for the wedding reception, but she had a wonderful idea to decorate and brought her own vases (in many types for me to choose from) to display the girl's bouquets as centerpieces for dinner and that came out beautifully!!! There is so much that she has done for our special day that made it THAT much more special and I couldn't be more thankful.
Without Kate this wedding would have been a nightmare. She is VERY well organized, is such a kind person and does her job with the upmost professionalism. Even on the day of the wedding I wanted to change a few things last minute and she did so with ease. Everyone who attended commented on how great & helpful Kate was!
I am so beyond lucky that we found such an awesome wedding coordinator out in Colorado. I can't say it enough- being an out of state bride made me nervous but Kate put my nerves at ease and our day was absolutely wonderful thanks to her! It was so nice not having to worry about anything on the big day with her being there to take care of it all- Kate is the best!
From day 1 Kate was my knight in shining armor. The biggest "non fight" my fiancé and I got into during the wedding planning was to hire a coordinator or not. Long story short, after months of debate, I found Kate and life changed 100% for the better. Kate met with us over lunch, dinner, text, phone, email...I talked to her more than I did my own mother and maybe fiancé after that. She made sure our vendors were in sync, our timeline was in check, and our family members and bridal party showed up on point. I work in a detail driven career field and got the same kind of communication and professionalism from Kate that I do from my customers on a daily basis. Grooms, do yourself a favor, hire my new BFF Kate!
Kate with Coordination Co is awesome! I'm a wedding professional (I work as a wedding DJ and run a company providing photo and video services as well) and have had numerous experiences with Kate as a wedding planner. She cares deeply and is very relaxed and fun to work with. She has a team-oriented mentality which makes all of the difference when you are working an event with lots of service providers. She'll make sure your wedding goes off without a hitch. She also just took over ownership of the company and is very driven to provide an excellent service and restore a sterling reputation to Coordination Co which suffered briefly from an owner who was on her way out the door and didn't care as much as she should have at the end of 2017

0 stars. We had our first consultation with our coordinator, and then heard nothing since. No contract, no deposit, no nothing. I attempted to reach out several times with no response. This is certainly not the kind of company that I want to be paying to coordinate my wedding day.
We loved working with Kate! She was a huge help in coordinating all of our vendors and making our months of planning a wedding reality.
It may be excessive to deduct a whole star for this, but we couldn't give her the full five because there were some issues in our wedding that definitely should be addressed. Like the fact that it was raining when it came time for our first look and she did not come to get us or find a new location for us until we asked, which set all of our pictures behind schedule. She also didnt check that the table numbers were properly assigned and my wife's family ended up sitting in a corner table.
That all being said, we still highly recommend her. We loved our wedding and a large part of it was because she took a lot of the stress out of it for us. She even had food brought up to our room after the ceremony since we didn't get to eat in all the excitement!
Kate was my day of coordinator and everything went so smooth and on time!! Every detail was perfect and having her there set my mind at ease so we were able to enjoy the day taking pictures and relaxing with friends. She was there all day coordinating vendors to packing everything up at the end of the night. Thank you so much for helping to make my day perfect, Kate!!
I would echo the review below me. Emails and calls definitely go ignored. You should also know before you go with this company that your main contact leading to the wedding will not be your actual coordinator. I was given someone especially incompetent who did not return my calls or e-mails leading up to the big day, and frankly, I didn't really have a lot. She also missed my rehearsal because of traffic and started my wedding day late (by her choice, not traffic) so she was setting up my ceremony location when the guests were arriving. She didn't end up working the ten hours I paid her for. I could honestly go on and list more things, but I don't think I need to other than to say, don't add more stress onto your day than you absolutely have to. This caused me stress.
I would probably have been better off paying a little extra and hiring someone personally. The amount of extra tips I had to give vendors who covered up, and gifts I gave to friends and family members who saved my day, cost me what I would have spent on someone better.
Sent an email over a week ago, no response. Scheduled a call using their appointment system, nobody called. Is this the level of service we would expect to receive if we utilized this company for our day-of coordination needs? We'll never know because we're going with someone reliable.
Jessie Lynn was FABULOUS! We used her as a day of coordinator, but she went above and beyond what a day of coordinator would normally do. She helped me nail down the timeline for the day, made sure our vendors were all squared away for the day of and she even met us at the reception site a few weeks before to sit down with our reception coordinator. Leading up to the day of I just felt so comfortable and confident with her work. My husband and I could not have had a more spectacular wedding day, and Jessie Lynn's organization, attention to detail and overall positive attitude played a major part in this. We cannot thank her enough and HIGHLY recommend her for anyone searching for a day of coordinator. And to top it off, she is way more reasonably priced compared to others who I am sure wouldn't have completed the job more successfully.
Jessie Lynn is out of this world. I was lucky enough to have her as my day of coordinator and all I can say is WOW! She is not just a day of coordinator. We had spoke countless times before the wedding, she helped me find certain items and vendors, and even helped me with my wedding vision. I would've been lost without Jessie Lynn. On the day of she went out of her way to make sure everything was handled and we could enjoy our day and live in the moment. At the end of our night she handled every last detail so we could leave without any of the stress.I cannot express how helpful she was. Jessie Lynn was fantastic to work with! We met with Jessie several times before the wedding to go over the timeline and all the details. She facilitated the rehearsal which was a big item for us as we weren't sure how to handle the rehearsal details. The day of our wedding, she came to our suite to get all the decorations, etc. She really took over and handled everything so we didn't have to think about anything but having a good time. Anytime I needed her she always seemed to appear out of nowhere and was there to support us on our day. I can't say enough good things!

For seven months, Jessie made herself available to meet with us anytime and she always responded to emails immediately. I wanted to feel like a princess on my wedding day. I wanted a day of coordinator so didn't have to worry about anything. For the same price as one coordinator through other companies, I had my coordinator and two assistants. I didn't have to lift a finger and I paid less than most my friends did at their weddings for half the service.

I mean I filled out the form online, they call me the very next day, we set the meet and greet where I met Jessie Lynn and the girls that would be working my wedding, and they were there for my rehearsal and then my wedding day and took care of Everything!

I remember feeling completely overwhelmed by the planning process. It seemed like my sisters, bridesmaids, mom, pretty much everyone had an opinion but no one was really helping. That's when I decided to look for a wedding planner. I called around quite a bit but when I spoke with Jessie I knew immediately she was the one to hire. She listened to exactly what I wanted & was able to help me figure out the things I was stuck on. She had no problem meeting for a quick coffee to go over a new idea, or go along to meetings with me. I honestly don't know how many times we ended up meeting. She was really great about handling all of my vendors and gave me weekly updates on everything. Jessie is a very creative, thoughtful, and patient person and I know she will do everything she can to make sure your wedding day is exactly what you want & I cannot recommend her enough.
