Hi! I'm Abby, your behind the scenes guru of wedding & event planning! I started in the wedding industry when I was 18 working for San Diego Style Weddings and fell in love with the details and I've been a bridesmaid 20 times. In addition to weddings, I plan corporate events from 30 people to a corporate party for 1500+ employees. I'm a 4th generation Arizonan. Our name, Copper Blossom Events is a tribute to my Arizona roots. Copper is one of the 5 C's of Arizona's economy and Blossom is a nod to our state flower, the Saguaro Blossom. The desert is a great source of inspiration to me!

I cannot express enough how essential Abby was as my day-of wedding coordinator. From our very first meeting, it was clear that she was not only passionate about her work but also incredibly skilled at what she does. Abby took the time to understand my vision and dreams for the wedding day, and she executed everything exactly as I had imagined. Abby was an absolute dream to work with! Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail was amazing and I knew I was in great hands the moment we chatted. From start to finish, her work went above and beyond - especially on our wedding day! As a Bride, I had so many things to think about, but Abby made the day fly by with ease by making sure all of our vendors were in contact with her on the day of, provided everybody clear timelines, and even wrangled in our huge wedding party when needed, and more!! With her help, I was able to dance the night away! I cannot thank Abby enough for making me and my (now) husband feel so incredibly special and taken care of during our whole wedding process! Abby was my wedding planner from start to finish. Not only did she save me a lot of stress throughout the whole process, when I called her panicking about moving our decor to our venue the day before she drove to my house and took them herself! She even helped us find a new ice cream vendor when ours cancelled on us a month before our event. It turned out even better than our original plan. Abby made everything so smooth and easy going, never allowed me to panic, kept us on our timeline the whole day of the event and all my bridesmaids and family loved having her around! She got our whole reception and all our decor set up. While still keeping us on time all morning! We’re so thankful for everything she did for us.

Abby is truly incredible! Hiring her as our month-of coordinator was without a doubt the best decision we made for our wedding. She brought our vision to life flawlessly, going above and beyond managing every detail and logistic. We did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day because of Abby! Abby was amazing! My son and his fiancé were married in the Phoenix area recently. Being from Texas, we weren't familiar with the area, so we asked Abby to help us with the Welcome Dinner. She made the process so easy! She listened to my vision, communicated well, answered my many questions and took care of the set up as well as the tear down when our event was over. I can't say enough good things about Copper Blossom Events. I didn't have the time or desire to plan my wedding but wanted it to be gorgeous and perfect. To add to that, I had a destination wedding in Sedona, AZ but live in Washington. Abby set up an initial call to learn about my vision, then set off to find the best venue and vendors within budget and make my dreams come true. I requested many changes along the way and Abby was quick to find new options for me that I loved. Her communication style is unmatched. Emails, text, and calls were responded to immediately. She stayed on top of every detail and gave me nudges whenever I needed to make a decision, submit payments etc. This was so helpful for me as my work schedule took over my life. Abby went above and beyond to make sure the decor was how I liked it from sending pics of different options to bringing her own collection of items that the vendor didn't have. Besides being an outstanding planner, she is an amazing person and you can see the pride she takes in her work. She planned my wedding as if it were her own. Once on site, she helped steam my dress, make sure the early arrival guests were taken care of, helped the venue with decor setup and food service. She was everywhere, always. It was magic. At the end of my wedding all my guests were talking about how much they love Abby. Since this was a destination wedding, we asked everyone not to bring gifts but still recieved 2 giant packages. Abby told me not to worry about it and she took care of packing them and shipped them to my house. My wedding was absolutely perfect for us and we owe it all to Abby and Copper Blossom for making it happen!

Hiring Abby and Copper Blossom was the best decision we made in our planning process! We were feeling overwhelmed and needed an expert like Abby to help us navigate the many steps and decisions of planning our big day. Abby coordinated with our vendors which was SO helpful so we didn't have to worry about when or if they were showing up - Abby made sure it was all covered and that they knew what to do. Leading up the big day, Abby was so incredibly 100% responsive to all of our questions, and she went Above and Beyond to help us get ready! She helped us make our decor, picked up the desserts, and overall helped us bring our entire vision to life. She helped us figure out what we wanted our tables to look like, and then on the day of she set everything up and made sure it looked perfect. I don't want to even imagine how stressed I would have been without Abby. We looked at a lot of planners and we chose Abby because she brings incredible value for an affordable price (especially compared to some of the quotes we recieved!) and she was flexible with us, and helped us build a package that filled our needs. Ultimately I would recommend Abby to any couple getting married who needs someone competent, creative. responsible, kind and top of their stuff to help them navigate this stressful process.

Abby is just amazing. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. In the month leading up to the day she communicated with all of my vendors and set up a lovely timeline. She goes above and beyond for her brides and I would recommend her a million times to everyone! She rocked setting up both locations, ceremony and reception, and everything was absolutely perfect. She had every contingency planned from Kleenex to water to having food and drinks ready for my husband and I when we got to the venue. Just a wonderful experience.

Abby is the best planner I have ever met. From our weekly calls, to the most detailed timeline and excel docs, I just don’t think our wedding could’ve been such a success if not for her. So many of my guests and wedding party were in awe of her and kept telling me how amazing she was the day of. If you are on the fence of if or who to hire for a wedding planner or coordinator, I promise you, go with Abby and you won’t regret it. She thought of every detail, stepped in where needed, and kept the day going so smooth. Not one thing went wrong on the wedding day and that is because of her. Abby was so on it from our very first screening call. It didn't hurt that her rates are extremely reasonable compared to the arm and leg that many industry people charge. She went above and beyond in more ways than I could count (including finding a friend to deliver our late-night Whataburger wedding order) We hired her to manage the moving parts for the rehearsal dinner in addition to the wedding itself, and having her there truly allowed us to live in the moment knowing that all of the behind-the-scenes details were being taken care of in a calm, cool, and collected manner. Not only did her services come with day-of-coordination but also taking over vendor conversations in the weeks leading up to the event itself. Abby means business and I love her for it. I'll never forget realizing that I didn't have my bouquet moments before we were set to walk down the aisle and when I tell you that Abby ran to find it...like she literally sprinted away. Thank you, Abby for helping us to create the unique, bohemian fairytale that was our wedding weekend. I couldn't recommend Copper Blossom Events enough.

Who would want to deal with 100 out-of-town guests, a wedding that was in a remote area, AND a very stressed out Mother of the Groom? Well, happily we found an incredible human and very organized wedding planner, Abby Fenzel, from Copper Blossom Events. Abby's meetings with the bride before the big day were invaluable. The calendar that she shared with the bride kept her on task for the months prior to the Big Day. Abby was able to share so many vendors with with us- from Bridal gown shops, to caterers, florists etc. Everything she recommended , helped us to stay within budget. She and Suzy were awesome ! During the wedding, We knew everything was being taken care of and We were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves on the Big Day! Abby’s professionalism and organization were so appreciated She was a delight and we would highly recommend Copper Blossom Events to anyone. Abby was amazing and we're so grateful to have had her as our coordinator! She was very professional and answered all of our questions. Abby is incredibly kind and patient, we had a lot of "We're not sure" responses to her questions and she always helped us find an answer! Leading up to the wedding Abby was very communicative and checked in frequently with how we were feeling, not just tasks. The day of the wedding was PERFECT! If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! Her timeline was so detailed and organized, there is NO way we would have been able to have our perfect day without her. Our other vendors even commented on how professional, detailed and organized of a wedding coordinator she is. Abby was fun and easy to work with and we have no regrets about hiring her!

Abby was fantastic to work with! She was our wedding coordinator within the last 30 days before our wedding and truly helped out so much. We met weekly to check in and ensure all tasks were done before the big day and if I was missing anything, she helped in that regard. If you do anything for your wedding, get yourself Abby from Copper Blossom. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and boy are we glad we did. They were easily the best decision we made that day - aside from getting married. If you think wedding planning can be very overwhelming, you have no idea how busy the actual day will be and they were with us every step of the way. Any issues that arise, big or small, were squashed by Abby! Also, she seamlessly fit in with our family and was just a joy to have around on that special day. When we look back on our wedding there is so much that we are thankful for and Abby is at the top of our list. She handled EVERYTHING so we could truly sit back and enjoy the day. Her ability to handle unforeseen circumstances, build relationships with our family and other guests, and become a trusted partner with our other vendors allowed us to fully enjoy the best day of our lives. For example, she learned of, and got prompt medical care, for my mother who tripped and broke her ankle before we had even learned it had happened. It’s like she was everywhere, all at once. Abby Fenzel, can't say more positive things about her as not only an awesome human, but her skills that killz being our wedding coordinator! Punctual, professional, & polite, Abby was a godsend for us. First off, for all you soon to be newlyweds, planning a wedding is STRESS, hell i think it even gave me gray hairs! With Abby's help, they certainly didn't come in earnest, as she was instrumental in coordinating all the minutia with planning a wedding, especially with the intricacies of renting a venue for said wedding. I can't recommend Abby enough! Our wedding turned out great and Abby was a critical part of the execution!

Abby did the most incredible job helping me prepare for the wedding and making sure everything went smoothly the day of. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to weddings and is an excellent creative problem solver if things don’t go according to plan or if you need options. I seriously can’t rave enough about Abby at Copper Blossom! First, I rarely write reviews, but she definitely deserves a shoutout! If you are on the fence about needing a coordinator, I’m here to tell you- YOU DO! I’m a pretty detailed person, but there are so many details and things to keep track of, while websites are helpful there’s nothing more amazing than a physical person to connect with! Abby made sure I always felt like a priority, she set up check ins and helped follow up on tasks, connected with the wedding party and helped lessen any stress that as a bride to be may have overwhelmed me. She gave me advice on what is needed and not needed and worked within my budget! She truly helped my vision come to life. To say 2022 was a challenging year for me is an understatement, we grieved the loss of my FIL, moved homes, jet setted, recovered from Covid and planned a wedding. Abby definitely adjusted to my needs and never made me feel like I was failing, even though sometimes I felt that way inside. She was definitely the bright light that was needed!!
