This place was amazing. We hosted our wedding reception here and everything turned out great! The owners are so easy-going and they made sure everything turned out perfectly. I highly recommend booking your wedding/reception here!
Beautiful venue, great opportunity for an amazing wedding, just a very unfortunate lack of responsiveness with the owner. We never even met the person who we were emailing with about all transactions. We only ever had contact in person, with a person named Mike, but all the professional communication was with someone named Jen through email. Never saw her, don’t know who she is. But yet we’re expected to give all money and everything to Mike and then communicate with Jen. It was an off putting experience. Mike was nice but his lack of clear communication on things was disheartening and confusing. We did the micro wedding package and vendors were included but we chose to use our own officiant and it seemed like they were upset with us and we’re kind of short and rude. Overall a beautiful place just a HUGE lack of communication. The day of went great thanks to the day of coordinator we had but without her I have a feeling it would’ve been total chaos with the lack of communication and guidance through the venue owners/staff. I wish I could give it a 2.5 stars.
A wonderful venue with excellent staff provided my wife and I an amazing wedding this summer! Beautiful decorations required little addition with the exception of some floral arrangements. The microwedding package works nicely because its an all-inclusive package with excellent catering and a very easy timeline (12-10pm is all you want/need). The staff allowed us to visit several times before the wedding to ensure it met all our needs and they facilitated and set up all the tables and chairs to the exact needs of our group (we have just about 40 people). I highly recommend this venue, Jen was very responsive to text messages (a little difficult to contact via phone) and email was the most responsive. The grass area was where we did our ceremony and the staff moved all the items back upstairs for the reception and dinner. Thank you Copper Gables barn for an awesome event!
My husband and I were one of the many couples who were originally going to get married in 2020 but we all know how that went. We lost or original venue because they shut down completely at the end of 2021, and Copper Gables Barn became our new venue. The building itself is gorgeous and working with the owners was super easy. They let us come out I think three different times to see the venue for planning and such, no fuss at all. Day of was great and there were no issues with the staff switching the room upstairs from ceremony seating to reception seating. Staff was polite and really we hardly saw them, they were like ninjas making things happen for us. A lot of our guests complimented the venue as well. Its so lovely on its own that we really didn't feel the need to bring many of our own decorations, though we are pretty laid back to begin with. Our wedding was fairly small, we had 35 or so guests and a wedding party of five not including ourselves, and the venue didn't feel too small or even too big. I was a little worried it might feel empty but it didn't at all. We had a great time and can't recommend it enough!
Hands down BEST venue and service. Period. We started to look for a venue during the midst of the shut down of Covid and luckily we didn't have to wait too long to check it out. The pictures on their website does not do it justice. I was SHOOK on how beautiful it is in person. They have all the props that I didn't even think of that was included; from vintage mirrors to the most gorgeous chandeliers. The process working with Jen & Mike was so seamless and they made every step so much easier for a bride. Coming up to weeks before the wedding we were able to meet again in person and Mike literally held my hand and told me it was going to be perfect and to not worry about a thing. But being an OCD and perfectionist of a bride, I was still so anxious. Now looking back, it literally went perfect and I don't remember anything that didn't go as planned. Jen and Mikes crew that they have to help were AMAZING. They did so much that I didn't even think was included. It literally took so much stress off of my shoulders. I can't say enough about this wedding venue. It will always have a place in my heart because of how quaint, romantic, fun, and rustic it is all in one. One memorable surprise we got was our names and wedding date on our own customer board that hung in front of the venue the day of the wedding. I didn't even know they were going to do that. We got to keep it and everything! SO COOL. What venue does that? I highly recommend checking them out, as they do more than just weddings too. They are awesome to work with. And I am a cat person and they had a few kitties around the outside which just calmed me and gave me good vibes for the big wedding day! : )
Stunning. If you are looking for a barn wedding then this is it! This barn is huge and perfectly set up to accommodate all your wedding dreams. The owners, Jen and Mike are incredibly accommodating and thought of pretty much everything from the custom welcome sign (with bride and grooms name- they gave that to us as a gift!), the beautiful bridal suite, comfortable groom’s suite, Bluetooth sound system, and absolutely breath taking chandeliers. Seriously BOOK THIS PLACE ALREADY!
The owners of Copper Gables are wonderful people. They are so accomodating, and responsive! The barn itself is breathtaking. The bridal and grooms suites are phenomanal, and the chandeliers are picturesque!!
My wife and I loved everything about this venue! When we visited for a tour, she immediately fell in love with it. The staff were really easy to work with and the price of the venue was very affordable. The rustic barn turned out great for our wedding pictures and worked great for our formal wedding, but also would work well for a casual wedding as well. The owners also created a wooden sign displayed out front for our wedding with our names and the wedding date on it. They gifted that sign to us after the wedding which was really sweet and a nice personal touch!
