Corcoran Caterers

contact, was the star of the show. From the beginning of the process she was open and helpful in walking us through every part of the catering and how it interacted with the other parts of the event. She was patient when we changed our mind about various details and was always happy to help advise us on various choices while still leaving final preference-based decisions to us, like what beer to serve. Not only was the Corcoran team great in the planning stage, they also knocked it out of the park with their execution. The food was delicious, from the appetizers to the main course to the desserts, and we got compliments from several guests on the food. The catering team was really efficient and served everything on time, too. We really enjoyed the tasting, so we were really happy that the food on the main event ended up being just as delicious, even though the volume was way higher (a 140 person outdoor wedding)! We highly recommend working with Corcoran – they took all the worry out of the catering process and were a huge part of making our wedding such a success.

we chose them. Corcoran handled both our catering and all of our rentals—and absolutely nailed it. The food was exceptional. We’re still getting texts from guests saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had—some even said it was the best event food, period! We got compliments on everything from the starter salad to the passed hors d’oeuvres. I wasn’t initially excited about the beer corn fritter, but it ended up being my favorite bite of the night. But what truly set our experience apart was working with Jordan. I honestly can’t say enough positive things about her. She became like a second planner for us—offering expert guidance, always responding quickly and thoroughly, and saying yes to every single request with grace and positivity. I had so much trust in her judgment, and she never steered us wrong. One week before the wedding, in a moment of pre-wedding panic, I decided I wanted to change our napkin fold. Jordan didn’t just talk me through options—she went to the showroom, set up our exact table settings, tested multiple options, photoshopped in our decor, and sent over a mini lookbook… only for me to choose the original one. That’s the level of above-and-beyond care she provided. On the day of the wedding, I shared a special moment with Jordan about my grandmother, who had passed before the wedding. She held my hand, we shed a tear together, and I felt so supported and comforted by her presence. It meant the world to me. We will absolutely be recommending Corcoran—and specifically Jordan—to all of our friends getting married, as well as to colleagues planning corporate events at 101 Constitution, where we got married. If you’re looking for a caterer and rental partner who will care deeply about your event and help bring your vision to life, choose Corcoran and request Jordan!

y also worked great with our wedding planners and venue staff. Food was great as well! We got our cake through them and loved the chocolate/raspberry and lemon/pistachio flavors. We got a lot of compliments on the cake.

g the entire planning process enjoyable and stress-free with her caring approach. Emelie's team also went above and beyond by developing several new dishes from a family recipe book to honor the bride's late mother, which we served as appetizers and desserts. The care and precision with which they executed these recipes were truly impressive. Friends and family commented about how well Emelie had nailed the bride’s mom’s recipes! Emelie is exceptionally detail-oriented, caring, and flexible when we wanted to add unique elements to our food/drinks. She was always able to creatively problem-solve and provide valuable recommendations for any issues that arose during the planning process, no matter how small. We even texted her at one point to coordinate napkin-folding looks based on our paper menu sizes, and she was super responsive and thoughtful in giving napkin-folding input. Emelie has a way of making you feel like you are her only client! She was proactive in anticipating our needs, a strong communicator, and was always available to answer questions, offer suggestions, and provide support. We must also discuss the FOOD – it was absolutely phenomenal! Emelie's team delivered high-quality, flavorful, and beautifully presented dishes that our guests raved about, from the passed hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour to the entrees at the reception. We got to try every dish and each one was somehow even better than the tasting (and we loved our tasting)! Corcoran also nailed the signature cocktails. We iterated through several versions of cocktails until we found two that represented us well, and guests raved about them. Corcoran baked our beautiful wedding cake too! They used a recipe from the bride’s mom (tasted just the way the bride remembered!), and they decorated it exactly like the inspiration photos we sent. We also found it helpful that we could rent all of our linens, tableware, chairs, etc through Corcoran. They have a nice variety of looks, and we found it so easy that we could work with one vendor on all of that. Emelie and her team also epitomized professionalism, seamlessly managing everything on the day of the event. This allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Every detail, from appetizers to the main course, to desserts, to late-night bites was meticulously planned and executed. Corcoran Caterers truly brought our culinary vision to life. She even made the groom’s dream of espresso martini shooters come true! We couldn't be happier with Emelie's services and highly recommend Corcoran Caterers to anyone looking for an unforgettable catering experience. We know of at least two additional couples who have worked with Corcoran as well and also sing their praises. Thank you, Emelie, for making our wedding day so special!

d turn to, to get thoughts on literally EVERYTHING wedding related (even honeymoon planning :) lol ). It got to the point where my now husband then fiancé would say, “Well, have you run this by Emelie?” My wedding planner would say, “What does Emelie think?” We all recognized, very early, her experience and knowledge of the wedding space were bar none. Emelie was, simply put, our safe space! When Emelie was on vacation halfway across the world and we had some last minute changes occur with our venue, Emelie was on the phone with us at 2 am her time helping us navigate this challenge. I’m Haitian American and my husband is Ethiopian American. Emelie and her team blew us out the park with their tasty food. It’s one thing for your food to look good (food was always presented beautifully) but their food tasted absolutely delicious. I was so impressed Emelie and her team were able to make a very traditional Haitian inspired dish (diri Djon Djon) for our wedding. My family and friends are tough critics but everyone, literally all our guest, complemented us on how good the food was. So many things to consider when it comes to the caterer you choose for your wedding. Let’s face it, we are in a HCOL in the DMV. I did not know what was reasonable for wedding cost pricing. I received about 15 quotes from other catering companies of the same caliber as Corcoran and without a doubt Emelies prices were competitive and she provided insight on multiple ways we could save. Arguably food and venue are what your guest are going to remember the most. I prioritized reviews, experience, and vibes. You want to go with a caterer who has good energy because this is the energy you will receive through out the planning experience and on your wedding day. One of my bridesmaids came with us to our first tasting with Corcoran and said, Emelie literally has the sweetest soul. We could tell everything she presented to us was intentional and had a lot of care placed into it. I say all of this to say, stop your search. If you need a wedding caterer, Corcoran is it. So many of our other vendors spoke highly of Emelie and her team, their amazing reputation precedes them (rightfully so). I won’t be getting married again but when my husband and I recommit to each other in 10 years you better believe we are going to use Emelie and her team! Thank you Emelie. We miss you and appreciate how you made our dream day come true! Kat and Gabe

ality was impeccable. Many of our wedding guests told us that the beef was the best cooked steak they’ve ever had at a wedding, and our Cuban family couldn’t believe how amazing the desert Flan was. If you’re looking for a delicious meal, you can’t go wrong with their chefs. In the end, they crafted several incredible menu options that incorporated our cultures to perfection. But what really made Corcoran incredible was the service. From day one Emily Corcoran was our guide and our rock. She walked us through all the options for food, was flexible in accommodating our vision and always had an amazing fun attitude (even when we changed our minds on napkins again and again). Before we had any other vendors, Emily was solving any problem that came up — whether that was managing outsourced rentals or handling a guest mixup on the day of the wedding (when we realized we messed up the escort chart). Emily was one of the most reliable people we’ve every had the pleasure of working with and the quality, professionalism, and experience of Corcoran Caterers cannot be beat. We feel true friendship and gratitude for her. Thank you for being such an amazing wedding partner with us!

attentive the catering staff were and how amazing the food was. We are so happy with the quality of service and food Corcoran provided!

to see her on our wedding day after all the planning was done! The food was incredible and we got so many comments from our guests about how delicious everything was. People RAVED about the cake (chocolate with raspberry jam and pastry cream), and we couldn't stop eating the leftovers! The staff were so professional on the wedding day and everything looked beautiful. We could not have asked for a better caterer than Corcoran!

een vendors - makes the day just run that much better! We were blown away during our tasting. It was a very difficult choice to narrow down our apps to just a few- the menu that Martha presented was just amazing! Guests raved about the passed apps - the crab cake apps and mini pizzas were a big hit! For dinner we offered beef or salmon. Guests told us the food was stellar - they didn't expect such quality for the wedding! Martha was very easy to work with - we had an easy time picking out linens that helped matched our vision for the big day. We 100% recommend Corcoran Caterers!

ery single one of our phone calls, tastings, dinnerware set ups, etc. Her kindness, professionalism and expertise is unparalleled. Everyone at our wedding unanimously agreed that it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. We even had to go boxes to taste the cake at home (we were dancing too much the night of our wedding 😅) which was such a thoughtful touch!

nication, they were easy and fabulous to work with. The actual food on the wedding day was such a highlight; it was important to us to have really delicious meals, and our guests RAVED about the food, even months later. Their offerings for plateware, linens, and decor were also impressive - we loved their floral offerings and antique glassware. Don't hesitate to book!

y was. The presentation alone was gorgeous. We loved everything from the appetizers through to the wedding cake. The 2 signature cocktails we selected were perfectly done. Corcoran staff were so kind and attentive. We are so lucky to have found Corcoran and to work with them. They really made our day memorable and special.

ion call with Emelie, we were sold. She is attentive and asked thoughtful questions to ensure she could curate a menu that would suit our needs. However, what really stood out to us was how communicative she was throughout the 1.5 years we worked with her. From the tasting, rental choices, all the way to wedding day, working with Emelie was incredible. She was always respectful of our budget and was transparent about how certain things would affect it. The cherry on top though was her incredible knowledge of our venue, DAR Constitution Hall. We really wanted al fresco dining on the terrace, and she knew of the perfect floor plan to make it happen. She was able to share best practices in terms of the event spaces. Not only did she have Plan A, but she also had a Plan B in case of rain and how all of our vendors could accommodate that change. On wedding day, Emelie and her team brought our dream wedding vision to life. After our ceremony, Emelie had our signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres ready for us to enjoy some quiet time with each other. It was the best special touch because once we joined our guests at cocktail hour, we were both so busy mingling with our guests we forgot to keep eating! We heard that our guests loved the hor d'oeuvres so much that they soon figured out which entrance the Corcoran team would enter through to grab their favorites! Each time we looked around during dinner, we thought of her. Her attention to detail and her eye for design brought everything together. Our guests could not stop raving about their dinner and the Corcoran team. Most of our guests commented on how it was one of the best meals they've had at a wedding. Emelie and the Corcoran team made our day truly special, and we'll never forget it.

th Emelie who listened carefully to our vision of a chill brunch wedding with some unique food. She and her team came back with an incredibly creative menu and made the entire process enjoyable! At our wedding our guests raved about the food! We are so happy we chose Corcoran as our caterer!

n’t stop talking about how great all the food was, from the thoughtful selections for cocktail hour appetizers, delicious entrees, and tasty desserts. We couldn’t have been more impressed with the quality of the food and service. The attention to detail and care exhibited by the staff was unparalleled. The staff was so professional, yet fun and accessible, keeping our guests so happy and making our wedding memorable for all our guests.

xecution in our catering, rentals, cake & bar for our Big Day! They truly rocked every part & the guests were raving about all aspects, including the bomb food! From start to finish they nailed it all & treated us like the only client. We became such great friends in the process & look forward to working with them in the future beyond the wedding!! Thankyou Corcoran!!

lections using fresh ingredients for us to choose from, great alternatives for those with allergies and/or food intolerances, and impeccable service. An added bonus was that Laura has worked with our wedding planner, Kristi Hartig, of GLOW Weddings & Events many times and at our venue Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion. This duo worked like clockwork and provided us peace of mind throughout the whole planning process. Thank you, Laura and Corcoran Caterers!

he was a constant source of information, guidance, and comfort from the beginning to end of our wedding planning process. She helped us not only nail down the perfect menu that our guests raved about but she also made all my table linens dreams come to true. The food was UNREAL, I know it is hard to cook that well for 120 people and it was amazing from the appetizer, main course to late night bites. Also, when I said I love an espresso martini but was scared of someone spilling on me, she came up with the brilliant idea to make them shooters!! It was perfect!! She was so helpful during the rental process with helping us pick linens, chairs, and bars. When I told her I envisioned four white wooden bars, they went out and got them for us so we didn't have to use an outside rental company! She referred us to both our planner and florist who both made my dreams come true but also stress go away. When we had to pivot due to tropical storm Ophelia, she quickly hoped on the phone with us, my parents, planner to figure out how to make the best rain plan that was even been better then our original plan. I cannot recommend them enough! I already miss my emails and texts with Emelie, she is just the best person and that’s what you need in your wedding vendors!! You need to hire them for your wedding day!!

ould get a good sense of how they would handle the event. The food was delicious and the wait staff, bartenders, as well as the administrative and organizational teams were extremely professional at our wedding. We had a clear indication of cost and what to expect with a line item budget. We really appreciate how wonderful our whole experience was with Corcoran!

ur guests! The wide variety of food she offered was very appealing since we had asked for pescatarian, vegetarian, limited dairy, kids and gluten free options for appetizers, entrees, and desserts. She was able to modify dishes and provided valuable suggestions, insights and recommendations for the food. The presentation of the food was very elegant and we could tell a lot of thought went into plating and presenting the appetizers, cocktails, desserts, beverages, and entrees. This really elevated the level of sophistication for the wedding. Laura also had excellent linen, plate, and glassware options for the reception. I couldn’t have been happier with how the reception and cocktail area looked. Her suggestions to mix linens colors (cocktail area was light green, reception was cream with light green napkins) from the cocktail area to the reception created a nice flow and theme for the venue. The service was exceptional. One of the waiters even folded my napkin when I got up to socialize. Michelin star level service. All of our guests loved the bartenders, waitstaff, and baristas. Finally, when my husband and I first met her, we had asked for an affogato bar and a crepe cake. Laura and her pastry chef executed the request flawlessly. It was a very unique addition to our wedding and I was very happy we were able to have our favorite desserts for the event. 10/10, highly recommend Corcoran caterers for your wedding or event!

vide honest feedback, deliver an absolutely quality product, and maintain joy and positive energy throughout the planning process! Jordan, our On-Site Coordinator, was flexible, calm, and ran a flawless event the day of our wedding. The food from start to finish was delicious - a diverse initial proposal allowed us to fully personalize our menu and appeal to many different dietary preferences. The service was outstanding - bartenders and servers made guests feel welcomed and kept incredible energy throughout the night. We are now dreaming of ways to enlist Corcoran’s help again!

ssionalism of staff, the food was both stunning and delish. I loved seeing the room and tables come together exactly as I had envisioned. Corcoran is also very experienced with historic venues and takes great pride in ensuring a smooth set up and break down. I cannot wait for another fabulous event I can plan so I can use them again!

did very well to follow-up with us on any details and specifics over the course of pre-planning. The food is delicious and the teams has great ideas for setting up a wedding and utilizing the venue space. We loved working with them throughout the whole process.

sistently attentive (without being overly so). They guided us through the decision-making progress, were always punctual with responding, and efficient at setup/breakdown on the actual day-of. We couldn't recommend them any more highly.

ding had an empty wine glass at any point in time, they were overall amazing.  The food is delicious, served hot, and the team works with you to find the best meals and cocktails that fit you and really personalize your wedding.  No request is too crazy or too odd, they even made us delish arepas as appetizers as a nod to my fam background!  Their prices are extremely fair and, although I know they had a very busy year, they always treated us a top priority.    Emelie is also a delight to work with, she was super calm, always had answers and suggestions at the ready.  She was the MVP at the wedding, truly going above and beyond with her help, not just with food but with other ideas or things she had seen at other weddings that would work well at ours.  She is so fun to chat with and if I ever need an event catered, I am absolutely hiring them again.

-oriented. Our meetings and tastings with her were very productive, and we always got the sense that she was really listening to what we wanted. Laura's menu recommendations, her suggestions on timing, her layout and staffing plan, clearly were coming from a place of expertise; even her suggestions on the smallest things turned out to be super important, and really added the touches that made our wedding exceptional. On the day itself, her team was incredible. Our guests continually remarked at how genuinely kind and helpful the service staff was, and how delicious the food was; in fact, several guests said that this was the best wedding food they had ever had. Can't ask for much else!

ha made sure that we had little touches that we want. Additionally, they were great partners for planning the tablescapes and venue layout.

r guests raved about how delicious the meal was, including friends in the restaurant industry. We loved that the options were unexpected, crowd pleasers that elevated the entire experience. We couldn't recommend them more!

tional dessert of creme brulee and chocolate truffles was a huge hit. Even the vegan truffles had people talking! But more than that, working with the Corcoran team is an absolute joy and we knew they were just as invested in our big day being a success as we were. We can’t speak highly enough of how kind and accommodating they were to us during COVID. Not only did they postpone with us twice, they made sure the linens we selected back in 2020 were ready to go two and half years later. When we decided to still legally tie the knot in 2020 anyway, we worked with them to put together a fabulous boxed dinner for our immediate family. They surprised us with a little monogrammed sticker of our names on each box, which was the sweetest touch. When they pivoted during COVID to offer takeout family meals, we ordered from them a few times and enjoyed everything so much, we constantly questioned whether we should tweak our wedding menu to include the latest dish we’d just tried. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Corcoran for any event that requires catering, they’re fantastic!

like some other caterers, they make cakes, and really good ones at that.

ess with, and all the family members are completely devoted to service and products that are absolutely top notch. I hired Corcoran to provide the food, bar service and all rental equipment for my daughter's wedding. The exceeded my expectations in all three categories. The food was simply outstanding - as good as you would expect in any top tier restaurant. Their bartenders, alcohol selection, and bar service was excellent and much easier that contracting from a liquor provider. I was able to select and specify exactly which wines etc. we wanted for the event. The rental equipment was all perfect, and I appreciated the fact that there was not an upcharge for things like selecting gold flatware instead of silver. They were literally able to provide everything that was needed except our dance floor, and the selections they offered were fantastic. This was important since our venue did not provide anything other than the venue itself. But what was most exceptional was our primary contact at Corcoran - Emelie. Together we face MANY hurdles along the way and Emelie always focused on solving the problems, and doing so with grace and professionalism. I could not have done it without her! I recommend Corcoran Caterers without reservation and thank them for all they did to my daughter's wedding the wedding of her dreams.

eception format – cocktail style with food stations – and Laura and her staff did an amazing job executing our vision and making sure that the event flowed smoothly. We received so many compliments on how well-paced the evening was, and much of that was due to Laura’s advise and expertise in event planning. Our guests raved about the food (especially the hors d’oeuvres!) and our custom cocktails. And the bartenders working our event were so charming and fun to talk with! Also, perhaps my favorite part of working with Corcoran is that they sent us home with leftovers after our tasting and reception. As someone who loves food (and hates food waste) this meant a lot to me. I am so glad that we worked with Corcoran for our wedding!

T of changes over the months leading up to our big day (including adding guests literally 48 hours before), and their team was always incredibly supportive and accommodating. And truly, the food was amazing - I was so nervous I barely had an appetite that day, but all of our guests loved the food and I know it tasted great from the tasting we did. Thank you, Corcoran, for making our day special and delicious!

ortant part of any celebration, so we wanted to make sure our wedding food didn’t disappoint – and man, it didn’t disappoint! From the very beginning, they awesome to work with and very responsive! Martha was there every step of the way to provide us with guidance and share her expertise. She understood exactly what we wanted for our wedding and made our vision come to life. She even gave us some great hors d'oeuvre recommendations – the butternut squash soup was to die for! On the day of the wedding, the food was better than we ever expected, with most of our guests going back for seconds. All of our guests have been raving about how delicious the food was and I must say, the risotto bar was a huge hit! We had a very complicated signature drink and Martha worked tirelessly to make sure it was executed perfectly (I mean, there was celery juice and *** as part of the drink). I can’t say enough how happy we are that we choose Corcoran Caterers as our wedding day caterer! We highly recommend them!

nd most importantly ... their staff, especially Laura, is truly just perfection. We were one of the many impacted by COVID, and after 18months and four reschedules, we were sure we'd have put our vendors through too much change! But not Laura - she didn't miss a beat. She remembered everything we wanted down to the smallest detail. She made our wedding ... truly. The company itself was so professional, well run, and just a true pleasure. They have incredible staff who were so kind and so amazing to our guests. And they made sure to find ways for us to remember the night too - had food in our little room after the ceremony for us to enjoy, had champagne there for us to toast, and sent us home with food as well. Truly, I recommend Corcoran OVER AND OOVVEERRRR!! If we ever do another big event, they will absolutely be the only caterer we talk to!! Thank you Laura - you truly made our night perfection!!!

ie and the team really listened to the vision we had for blending our two cultural cuisines together- and it was a perfect match. Everyone loved the food! We had a few last minute hiccups with our venue, but Emelie and the Corcoran team navigated the situation with grace and professionalism making it one less thing that my husband and I had to stress over leading up to our big day. Needless to say, using Corcoran Caterers was a great experience and I highly recommend using this catering company for your wedding event- and beyond (think birthday parties, showers, corporate events)!

ran was very flexible and worked with us the entire time. Even though it was a small event, the service was exceptional and they really made the day special. Finally, the food was amazing! Our guests raved about the menu! I highly recommend Corcoran Caterers for any special event!

ra took the time to meet with us over the phone, something no other caterer did, to discuss our menu vision. We didn't come to her with much. We wanted, "comfort food but not because it's summer and we want fresh food." Yeah, that was helpful. Somehow Laura managed to wade through our lack of clarity to provide us with a menu that instantly appealed to us. Potato chip crusted chicken? Beef tenderloin with a red wine reduction or chimichurri? Mashed potato bar? Fresh green beans? Heirloom tomato station? Summer corn and avocado salad? Yes, please! Once we settled on the menu Laura continued to be fantastic to work with. My husband and I wanted lots of colors (OK, mostly me) and Laura didn't even bat an eye. We were worried that some of our vendors would try to push us the more traditional route, but Laura helped to make sure that our vision came true. We wanted lime green napkins to go with our other rainbow napkins and Laura had them special ordered for us so that they'd match the material of our other napkins. On the actual day of the wedding, our food was the talk of the night. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing all of the food was. They kept telling us that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Finally, the entire waitstaff at Corcoran was fantastic. They were helpful and friendly. Some of our guests spilled drinks and the mess was cleaned up within seconds. We couldn't recommend Corcoran Caterers and Lauran Hennigan more.

able to meet with them several times before the big day and had a very thorough walk through at the actual venue with them that made us feel calm and confident going into our wedding weekend. Everything from the floor plan to the food selection to the service staff was perfection! We can't thank them enough for all their wonderful work and highly recommend to any couples in the DC metro area!

erful to work with - she started by working with us to provide a proposal customized to our expectations, which was very helpful in letting us understand and compare different caterers when were were deciding who to go with. The tasting itself was also very useful. Corcoran provides a tasting before executing a contract, and the tasting itself focused on the food we had preliminarily decided on (neither of which were true for all of the caterers we considered). The food itself was delicious, but more than that, we were able to have a good conversation about all aspects of the day - from the delivery timing constraints, to hora chairs, to whether we would be able have little glasses for a traditional toast. We left the tasting confident that not only would the food be excellent, but that Corcoran would be able to execute on the complicated logistics that is a wedding. During the months leading up to the wedding, Laura was always responsive, and very diplomatic in steering us in the right direction (that chivari chairs didn’t make for good hora chairs, so we should get other chairs), away from the wrong direction (that chimichurri sauce was a poor choice for passed hors d'oeuvres), and was fantastic to work with on allergy issues, dietary restrictions, etc. And for the day of the wedding, everything was amazing! The food was delicious - we thought so at the time, our guests thought so, too, and we thought so again two days later when we had leftovers. Corcoran did a great job setting up the room to look beautiful, and most importantly, their staff was amazing! The service was great - attentive without being obsequious, and they were so efficient in serving everyone promptly (which let us go around the tables and get the dancing going on schedule!) From our perspective, everything worked so well! When we got back to our hotel room, they had even left us extra servings of food and dessert, which was a special extra touch. We would absolutely go with Corcoran again, and are so glad that we went with them!

ran Caterers because the food at our tasting actually tasted great and not like mass produced catering - which we encountered a lot! We received tons of compliments about the food from our guests and are so appreciative of their work in making our wedding an amazing success.

H and her team met with us multiple times before our August wedding to help us plan the meal and beyond. They had experience with our venue and other vendors, and they readily offered their expertise. During the wedding, they pivoted during an unexpected rain storm and instead of going with plan A, B or C, we came up with a new plan and they executed it flawlessly. The food was delicious and we had numerous guests tell us that it was the best wedding food they ever had! We cannot thank them enough!

t fare-quality. We also had a specific recipe we were hoping for for our specialty cocktail, fresh lime margaritas. Corcoran did not disappoint in either regard! The food was absolutely delicious from the appetizers (spring rolls, bacon wrapped dates, and chicken and waffle bites), to the tacos and the CAKE. Best wedding cake ever. We got so many compliments from our guests on all the food. The tasting session was also very helpful and delicious. Sue was wonderful to work with overall. She is very kind and patient, she was happy to explain the ins and outs of planning to me, and she was very flexible with making changes to our proposal. She also made us feel totally taken care of on our wedding day. She made it a point to learn what was important to us and to make it happen! There were some minor communication issues along the way but that's part of the busy wedding season. I would definitely recommend Corcoran!

llent. We received numerous compliments from guests about the food at our wedding. In particular, everybody LOVED the mini grilled cheese/ soup passed appetizer. However, the quality of service was even more outstanding than the food. All night long, the bartenders and catering staff were so pleasant and attentive - not only to my husband and me, but to all the guests. Water and wine were flowing through dinner and the line at the bar was never more than a person or two deep. Yet, the thing that stood out the most to me was the support we got from the catering coordinator, Sue, in the months leading up to our wedding. Sue was the kindest, most knowledgeable professional I've ever worked with and she made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. She had only catered at our venue once before but she worked with me and the venue to get all the information she needed. When the forecast threatened a hurricane on our wedding day, Sue had lots of ideas about how we could make an indoor layout work most effectively and offered lots of advice that helped calm us down in face of the forecast. Sue was so responsive and helpful any time we had questions (which was often) - I don't know what we would have done without her (and I honestly miss working with her now that the wedding is over)! We had the perfect wedding day and I feel like we largely owe that to Sue and the excellent team at Corcoran.

at our wedding and the food was unpretentious and delicious! Our friends complimented it many times throughout the evening. Also, all the staff that worked our event were very friendly and funny which was just what we were looking for. I would recommend Corcoran to anyone looking for good food and pleasant people to deal with.
