Gorgeous job with our daughter’s wedding

o to make sure we were still on track with our planning and making sure we hit milestones that we didn’t think of. Even beyond that she was so nice to help us troubleshoot through any conflicts we had as we were planning and giving us her advice on how things generally go. On the day of, she had a team of people helping out. We had a liaison which stayed with us the whole day and kept everything moving. If anything went wrong we didn’t know about it because the team took care of it and the day stayed on track. We are forever grateful for Rachel and her team and will recommend them to everyone looking for organization on their wedding day.

ith me for the hotel blocks. I can’t thank her and the team enough for making the day perfect and stress free for us and my parents. They are so knowledgeable and truly professionals! We couldn’t have done it without them and I would recommend them to anyone 🤍 we are so grateful for Rachel!!
I got married in October 2023, and now that nearly two years have passed, my husband, family, and friends still talk about how incredible Rachel was. With complete confidence, I ca...
n say that having her by my side was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. I hired her for day-of coordination, but she played a much larger role in helping me plan and refine my entire wedding timeline—I truly cannot imagine my wedding without her.
For context, I’m an interior designer and genuinely loved planning every detail myself—but I don’t think I would have made it to the finish line without Rachel’s guidance. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and above all, one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She also has amazing industry connections and helped me source my DJ, dance lessons, and even a spray tan appointment the week of the wedding—every recommendation was thoughtful, reliable, and spot-on.
The week of my wedding, my venue began unplanned renovations without notice, which could have completely derailed the experience. Rachel immediately stepped in, reviewed my contract in detail, took over communication, and helped me navigate the situation with confidence. Because of her advocacy, I received concessions back from the venue and, more importantly, was able to stay present and actually enjoy my wedding week. She has an incredible ability to problem-solve calmly while making you feel completely supported.
On the wedding day, Rachel arrived early with all of her perfectly organized bins and tools (truly the most prepared person you could imagine) and immediately got to work. She checked in to make sure I was happy and calm, steamed all of the bridesmaids’ dresses and my gown, ensured every detail item was accounted for, and even brought a speaker and played music when we realized we had forgotten one. The planner in me was able to completely relax knowing everything was being handled with care and precision.
Rachel also quietly solved problems behind the scenes without ever involving me—fixing a suit mix-up between my dad and brother, handling a missing bridesmaids’ bouquet on the spot, and ensuring a cocktail-hour detail I didn’t want never appeared. These are things I wouldn’t have even had the time or awareness to notice, yet they made all the difference.
She and her team executed my reception setup flawlessly. I literally cried when I saw the room. From the arch behind our sweetheart table to the placement of charger plates, napkins, décor, table numbers, place cards, and vendor coordination, everything was done exactly as I envisioned. As far as I knew, there were zero hiccups—and I know that’s because of Rachel and her team.
Beyond her professionalism, Rachel is simply an incredible person—warm, calm, compassionate, and an absolute boss at her job. She kept us on schedule without ever making me feel rushed, adapted effortlessly when changes came up, and handled every moment with grace. My entire family, bridal party, and even the groomsmen noticed how exceptional she was.
Rachel was hands-down my favorite vendor of the entire wedding process and the number one person I would recommend to any couple. I am so grateful to have had her on my team—and trust me, you will be too!! Xx

ons, offer guidance, and keep us on track with every detail. She attended vendor meetings with us, created the most organized and thoughtful timeline, and truly made the planning experience so much easier and stress-free.
On the wedding day, Rachel and her team were absolutely amazing. They handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly and made sure we had anything we needed. The entire day ran perfectly — and if anything didn’t go perfectly, we never even knew about it! Because of Rachel, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment.
We are beyond grateful for all of her hard work, professionalism, and dedication. We would 100% recommend CoseBella Events and Rachel to any couple looking for a seamless, stress-free, and beautifully coordinated wedding day. She truly went above and beyond!
Thank you for making our day unforgettable!

m were amazing to work with.
From the start, Rachel was super knowledgeable about the local wedding scene and helped us with all the little details we hadn’t figured out yet. Even though she hadn’t worked at our venues before, she had great connections, like the transportation company we hired and the printing press she used for our ceremony programs and menus, and gave us tons of helpful recommendations.
She checked in with us monthly, kept us on track, and was always calm and reassuring. When I would get nervous or overwhelmed (like when our florist was slow to respond just weeks before the wedding), she would step in, without missing a beat, to fix or ease the situation. She even found me new shoes last-minute (the day before the wedding!) when my dress ended up a bit short after my last fitting, and also helped with things like applying decals to our welcome sign and seating chart.
Rachel also made sure our Spanish-speaking guests felt included by staffing someone bilingual at our rehearsal and ceremony. After the wedding, she kindly held onto our stuff while we were away on our honeymoon (she also held on to our signage before the wedding!)
On the big day, everything ran so smoothly, we didn’t even know if there were any issues because Rachel and her team handled everything behind the scenes. They were everywhere, making sure every detail was perfect.
I should add, Rachel did all of this while pregnant!
If you're getting married in Rhode Island, we highly recommend Cose Bella. Rachel is a total pro and helped make our day absolutely unforgettable and perfect.
P.S., sorry this review is a bit late! Life got busy after the honeymoon, but we didn’t want to miss the chance to thank Rachel and her team for everything they did to make our day amazing. Thank you, Cose Bella!

ands. Our venue was a yacht club that typically doesn’t host weddings, but Rachel helped us envision the possibilities and on the big day, it was beyond anything we could have dreamed of!
Thanks to Rachel, our wedding day went perfectly smooth and stress-free. We were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment because we had complete trust in her. I also have to give a huge shout-out to her incredible assistant, Elizabeth, who stayed by my side and handled every detail while Rachel worked her magic at the venue.
We couldn’t have asked for a better team to make our day the absolute best! If you want a coordinator who truly cares and brings your vision to life , Cose Bella Events are the ones to make it all come true! We are beyond grateful to Rachel and her team 🩷 Love, Gel & Nate 08:09/2025

lanning process. It was an out of town wedding Rachel was available to us whenever we needed her and our questions and concerns were answered promptly. She kept us on budget and was incredibly helpful when picking and vetting our vendors who she communicated with on a regular basis which was a huge help and time saver for us.
Rachel is a total delight to work with. Her sunny personality was calming on multiple stressful occasions
We had regular meetings with Rachel, where she made sure that we were organized and on track
and even went so far as to check to make sure that my daughter and future SIL were up to date on their passports
As the wedding approached Rachel and her assistant Elizabeth were our rocks
They were with us (and a separate person for my SIL) pretty much all day and night on the wedding day
They didn’t miss a single thing on the day of the wedding. Decor check, vendors questions answered check
We were fully able to relax and enjoy our daughters wedding without a worry as Rachel did all of the worrying for us
The day was perfect in every way possible and I have a new friend in Rachel Koger and you will too if you go with Rachel Koger&Cose Bella That would be my strong recommendation to you

There are so many little details that go into wedding planning and it was very comforting knowing that Rachel was keeping track of everything that still needed to be done. ecution of our wedding vision! They have an eye for detail and their ability to communicate effectively is unmatched! The check in meetings leading up to our wedding left me feeling confident that we had covered every last detail needed to have the wedding of our dreams! As a very type A bride (and human) many questioned why I felt the need to hire addition help for day of coordination and I can confidently say their coordination was the reason our wedding was flawless. They took the extra stress off of our shoulders and handled every last detail and many many little things behind the scenes! We are so grateful to have had them as such important part of our wedding day there will never be enough thank you’s for all they did!

ing would not have been possible. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and everything went according to plan. She is very meticulous and organized, which made our lives much easier. With our busy work schedule we weren’t able to coordinate time for vendor meetings but Rachel did. She was able to effectively communicate our vision into making it a beautiful reality. Rachel also created and designed our menu cards, table numbers, and escort cards. It all came out beautifully!! Brides, if you want an exceptional wedding, you need Rachel Koger!

redibly amazing throughout the entire process and put my mind at ease from start to finish. From the beautiful custom mirror signage designs, to helping set up a special and meaningful memorial area for my late mother at our venue, to sewing my wedding dress during cocktail hour, Rachel and her team did an OUTSTANDING job. In the beginning of our engagement, I was a bit hesitant to hire a wedding planner or coordinator service, as I am very “type A” and had a specific vision for our special day. But after reaching out to Rachel and booking her services, I am SO happy that we hired Cose Bella inc. Rachels support and thoughtfulness throughout the entire planning process is completely unmatched!
Rachel provided regular check-ins up until the week of our wedding. Rachel also helped us stay on track with everything while creating a full day-of timeline to help us organize the day. Rachel is incredibly professional, personable, kind and above all else MAGNIFICENT at what she does. During the planning process, Rachel helped communicate with our other vendors to ensure all went smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were very communicative, flexible and so kind! We are so taken aback by how helpful Rachel and her team were on our wedding day. We were so lucky to have you, Rachel, as our Wedding Coordinator. Thank you, Cose Bella Events for all of your help and the incredibly memorable execution of our special day. I will SO miss working with Rachel, and will be sure to refer any friends or loved ones that are in search of the PERFECT Wedding Coordinator! Thank you, Rachel! You are the best! XO

lved than I expected, making us feel much more comfortable. She is very responsive and addressed all the many questions we had! She gave SO many great recommendations for every little thing during the months leading up to the wedding - everything she recommended was exactly what I was looking for and her knowledge of local RI vendors was invaluable. She is very detail-oriented; she went over our contracts and documents from our vendors and pointed out issues.
One of the most important things for us in hiring a Day-of Coordinator was that we enjoyed our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. On our wedding day, we had an absolute blast and I truly don't know what happened behind the scenes, which was likely a LOT considering our entire ceremony/cocktail hour had to be moved inside due to rain!! We are so thankful we hired Rachel; in addition to being a kind, thoughtful person, she was absolutely the best vendor we worked with during the wedding process!!!
While the second photo isn't a professional picture of the day, this is her working to keep our day working beautifully - pictured is Rachel with my bridal party, all in dresses that she steamed (including my second dress which she is carrying), plus she has her bag of literally anything to solve a getting-ready emergency, and she even brought birthday candles after I (last minute) told her we had a guest celebrating a birthday that we would be giving a special slice of cake.

g planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Cose Bella immediately!!!!!! You won't regret it <3

derstatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please,
and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. Brides - please give yourself the gift of peace of mind on your big day and book Cose Bella. Thank you Rachel & Cose Bella - we love you!

ing I did for our wedding. From the very first time I spoke with Rachel I felt reassured and confident that she was going to help make my dreams for our wedding a reality. Rachel spent hours talking with me, planning, organizing, and creating the perfect timeline for our day. Before, during, and after the wedding Rachel and her team went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Rachel, Elizabeth and Brianna were extremely attentive, right by our sides when we needed them and worked extremely hard behind the scenes making sure that the day went smoothly and that our timeline flowed seamlessly. I had so many guests, friends, and family complimenting Rachel and her team and commenting on their organization, kindness and professionalism while coordinating our wedding day. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and I attribute so much of that to Rachel and her team and I cannot thank them enough. I absolutely recommend Cosa Bella Events to brides needing the peace of mind that you are in the BEST hands when it comes to planning/coordinating such an important and special day!

went above and beyond every step of the way and made us feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful time. Her style is warm and directive, always professional, and never pressured. I appreciated her structured check-ins and assistance in prioritizing tasks. She was enthusiastic about our ideas and offered her creativity when we didn’t know what to do. She is organized, communicative, and open to feedback. She dedicated time to multiple site and vendor visits to personally confirm the logistics of our off-the-beaten-path venue. On our big day, she exuded both excitement and a sense of calm that helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Her team did an amazing job with setup; I was very hands-off and completely trusted Rachel’s ability to carry out our vision for table decor and linens. Elizabeth was also a key player and helped everything run more smoothly. I met her on the big day and immediately felt I was in good hands. We give our strongest recommendation of Cose Bella planning services to ANY couple, especially if you are having a DIY or destination wedding.

ior to our wedding day, it dawned on us that we might need a day-of coordinator. We got SO lucky that Rachel was still available on our date. She is worth every penny. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Rachel!

el of professionalism made me feel secure about all of the million of decisions that needed to be made - I had complete faith that everything would get done and taken care of working with her. At the same time, Rachel is so personable and easy to work with. I never felt like she judged my decisions but instead she helped guide me to create the wedding I wanted. Her expertise on vendors in Rhode Island was invaluable. She is clearly passionate about weddings and working with all of her clients, and she is an overall very positive person and joy to be around. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She was also incredibly responsive - she would respond to emails or texts very quickly and take care of any problems immediately. Clearly, I cannot stop thinking of great things to write about Rachel. After the wedding I had several friends and family members tell me how impressed they were with Rachel on the wedding day and how much they loved her (after only briefly meeting her).
