Cose Bella was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made for our wedding. As someone who is very type A and very much a do it yourself type of person, it took me many months into wedding planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day ...of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged.
