I never felt like she judged my decisions but instead she helped guide me to create the wedding I wanted. Her expertise on vendors in Rhode Island was invaluable. She is clearly passionate about weddings and working with all of her clients, and she is an overall very positive person and joy to be around. She is extremely detail oriented and organized. She was also incredibly responsive - she would respond to emails or texts very quickly and take care of any problems immediately. Clearly, I cannot stop thinking of great things to write about Rachel. After the wedding I had several friends and family members tell me how impressed they were with Rachel on the wedding day and how much they loved her (after only briefly meeting her). Thank you for everything Rachel, I will miss working with you but I look forward to watching your business thrive!

ake sure everyone was happy and everything went according to plan. She is very meticulous and organized, which made our lives much easier. With our busy work schedule we weren’t able to coordinate time for vendor meetings but Rachel did. She was able to effectively communicate our vision into making it a beautiful reality. From the beautiful custom mirror signage designs, to helping set up a special and meaningful memorial area for my late mother at our venue, to sewing my wedding dress during cocktail hour, Rachel and her team did an OUTSTANDING job. is very responsive and addressed all the many questions we had! She gave SO many great recommendations for every little thing during the months leading up to the wedding - everything she recommended was exactly what I was looking for and her knowledge of local RI vendors was invaluable. She is very detail-oriented; she went over our contracts and documents from our vendors and pointed out issues. One of the most important things for us in hiring a Day-of Coordinator was that we enjoyed our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. On our wedding day, we had an absolute blast and I truly don't know what happened behind the scenes, which was likely a LOT considering our entire ceremony/cocktail hour had to be moved inside due to rain!! We are so thankful we hired Rachel; in addition to being a kind, thoughtful person, she was absolutely the best vendor we worked with during the wedding process!!! While the second photo isn't a professional picture of the day, this is her working to keep our day working beautifully - pictured is Rachel with my bridal party, all in dresses that she steamed (including my second dress which she is carrying), plus she has her bag of literally anything to solve a getting-ready emergency, and she even brought birthday candles after I (last minute) told her we had a guest celebrating a birthday that we would be giving a special slice of cake.

of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. If you are looking for a wedding planner, hire Cose Bella immediately!!!!!! You won't regret it <3

Rachel I felt reassured and confident that she was going to help make my dreams for our wedding a reality. Rachel spent hours talking with me, planning, organizing, and creating the perfect timeline for our day. Before, during, and after the wedding Rachel and her team went absolutely above and beyond my expectations. Rachel, Elizabeth and Brianna were extremely attentive, right by our sides when we needed them and worked extremely hard behind the scenes making sure that the day went smoothly and that our timeline flowed seamlessly. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Rachel!
