n say that having her by my side was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding day. I hired her for day-of coordination, but she played a much larger role in helping me plan and refine my entire wedding timeline—I truly cannot imagine my wedding without her.
For context, I’m an interior designer and genuinely loved planning every detail myself—but I don’t think I would have made it to the finish line without Rachel’s guidance. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, a great communicator, and above all, one of the kindest people you will ever meet. She also has amazing industry connections and helped me source my DJ, dance lessons, and even a spray tan appointment the week of the wedding—every recommendation was thoughtful, reliable, and spot-on.
The week of my wedding, my venue began unplanned renovations without notice, which could have completely derailed the experience. Rachel immediately stepped in, reviewed my contract in detail, took over communication, and helped me navigate the situation with confidence. Because of her advocacy, I received concessions back from the venue and, more importantly, was able to stay present and actually enjoy my wedding week. She has an incredible ability to problem-solve calmly while making you feel completely supported.
On the wedding day, Rachel arrived early with all of her perfectly organized bins and tools (truly the most prepared person you could imagine) and immediately got to work. She checked in to make sure I was happy and calm, steamed all of the bridesmaids’ dresses and my gown, ensured every detail item was accounted for, and even brought a speaker and played music when we realized we had forgotten one. The planner in me was able to completely relax knowing everything was being handled with care and precision.
Rachel also quietly solved problems behind the scenes without ever involving me—fixing a suit mix-up between my dad and brother, handling a missing bridesmaids’ bouquet on the spot, and ensuring a cocktail-hour detail I didn’t want never appeared. These are things I wouldn’t have even had the time or awareness to notice, yet they made all the difference.
She and her team executed my reception setup flawlessly. I literally cried when I saw the room. From the arch behind our sweetheart table to the placement of charger plates, napkins, décor, table numbers, place cards, and vendor coordination, everything was done exactly as I envisioned. As far as I knew, there were zero hiccups—and I know that’s because of Rachel and her team.
Beyond her professionalism, Rachel is simply an incredible person—warm, calm, compassionate, and an absolute boss at her job. She kept us on schedule without ever making me feel rushed, adapted effortlessly when changes came up, and handled every moment with grace. My entire family, bridal party, and even the groomsmen noticed how exceptional she was.

From the start, Rachel was super knowledgeable about the local wedding scene and helped us with all the little details we hadn’t figured out yet. Even though she hadn’t worked at our venues before, she had great connections, like the transportation company we hired and the printing press she used for our ceremony programs and menus, and gave us tons of helpful recommendations.
She checked in with us monthly, kept us on track, and was always calm and reassuring. When I would get nervous or overwhelmed (like when our florist was slow to respond just weeks before the wedding), she would step in, without missing a beat, to fix or ease the situation. She even found me new shoes last-minute (the day before the wedding!) when my dress ended up a bit short after my last fitting, and also helped with things like applying decals to our welcome sign and seating chart.
Rachel also made sure our Spanish-speaking guests felt included by staffing someone bilingual at our rehearsal and ceremony. After the wedding, she kindly held onto our stuff while we were away on our honeymoon (she also held on to our signage before the wedding!)
On the big day, everything ran so smoothly, we didn’t even know if there were any issues because Rachel and her team handled everything behind the scenes. They were everywhere, making sure every detail was perfect.
I should add, Rachel did all of this while pregnant!

From the beautiful custom mirror signage designs, to helping set up a special and meaningful memorial area for my late mother at our venue, to sewing my wedding dress during cocktail hour, Rachel and her team did an OUTSTANDING job. She gave SO many great recommendations for every little thing during the months leading up to the wedding - everything she recommended was exactly what I was looking for and her knowledge of local RI vendors was invaluable. She is very detail-oriented; she went over our contracts and documents from our vendors and pointed out issues.
One of the most important things for us in hiring a Day-of Coordinator was that we enjoyed our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. On our wedding day, we had an absolute blast and I truly don't know what happened behind the scenes, which was likely a LOT considering our entire ceremony/cocktail hour had to be moved inside due to rain!! We are so thankful we hired Rachel; in addition to being a kind, thoughtful person, she was absolutely the best vendor we worked with during the wedding process!!!
While the second photo isn't a professional picture of the day, this is her working to keep our day working beautifully - pictured is Rachel with my bridal party, all in dresses that she steamed (including my second dress which she is carrying), plus she has her bag of literally anything to solve a getting-ready emergency, and she even brought birthday candles after I (last minute) told her we had a guest celebrating a birthday that we would be giving a special slice of cake.

g planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful.
