We hired Rachel for Day-of Coordination, and she absolutely exceeded our expectations! She met with us multiple times in the months leading up to the wedding and was much more involved than I expected, making us feel much more comfortable. She is very responsive and addressed all the many questions we had! She gave SO many great recommendations for every little thing during the months leading up to the wedding - everything she recommended was exactly what I was looking for and her knowledge of local RI vendors was invaluable. She is very detail-oriented; she went over our contracts and documents from our vendors and pointed out issues. One of the most important things for us in hiring a Day-of Coordinator was that we enjoyed our wedding day instead of worrying about logistics. On our wedding day, we had an absolute blast and I truly don't know what happened behind the scenes, which was likely a LOT considering our entire ceremony/cocktail hour had to be moved inside due to rain!! We are so thankful we hired Rachel; in addition to being a kind, thoughtful person, she was absolutely the best vendor we worked with during the wedding process!!! While the second photo isn't a professional picture of the day, this is her working to keep our day working beautifully - pictured is Rachel with my bridal party, all in dresses that she steamed (including my second dress which she is carrying), plus she has her bag of literally anything to solve a getting-ready emergency, and she even brought birthday candles after I (last minute) told her we had a guest celebrating a birthday that we would be giving a special slice of cake.

Cose Bella was HANDS DOWN the best decision we made for our wedding. As someone who is very type A and very much a do it yourself type of person, it took me many months into wedding planning to realize I would need some help and look for a day of coordinator. Finding Rachel and her team was honestly the BEST THING that happened to me. Although Rachel was technically our Day of Coordinator, she met with us monthly from the time we signed our contract, about 5 months before our wedding, and then more frequently as the day got closer. She helped keep us on track and assigned us monthly to-dos. She thought of many things that I know I would not have. She designed BEAUTIFUL signature cocktail signs that I am truly obsessed with and had our menus printed as it was cheaper to do in her area than ours. She is so thoughtful, kind, positive, honest, and fun to work with. The day of our wedding, Rachel and her team were with us the ENTIRE DAY. They organized all of our belongings, steamed all of our dresses and the guys' tuxes, ran around literally all day, helped set up all of our candles, built our candelabras, put together our table settings, and helped flip the reception room in 30 minutes. And so much more. All while keeping the rest of us on time. Even at the end of the night, Rachel was there packaging cake and desserts into to go boxes for our guests, bringing our valuables into our suite, and cleaning up all of our decor from the venue. We have since gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and well organized our wedding was, and honestly it is all thanks to Cose Bella. I am sad I don't get to work with Rachel anymore, and will be looking for any excuse to do so. We already know they are the first vendors we are calling when my younger sister gets engaged. I don’t even know where to begin. I hired Rachel about a year out from my wedding. I was looking for a day of coordinator and to say she exceeded those expectations would be the understatement of the century. We had monthly check ins leading up to the wedding, with even more calls as the day got closer, to ensure everything was on track. Hands down the best decision my fiancé and I made in the wedding planning process. I am a type-A perfectionist, who is not easy to please, and Rachel eased all of my worries. Without the help of her and her amazing team, I’m not sure how I would have survived the planning process let alone, made sure everything was perfect on our wedding day. Rachel and her team ensured everything ran on time, contacted all vendors leading up to wedding, ran our rehearsal , set up all tables, flowers, candles, bars, gift tables, cigar bar, the list goes on and on. She truly was our wedding fairy godmother and a million thank you’s would never suffice in expressing my gratitude towards her and her incredible team. I don't have enough words to thank Rachel and the team at Cosa Bella for making our wedding day perfect! I worked with Rachel as my "day-of coordinator" and it is truly the best thing I did for our wedding. From the very first time I spoke with Rachel I felt reassured and confident that she was going to help make my dreams for our wedding a reality. We hired Cose Bella for the month-of planning. We were planning a backyard, tent wedding for 150 people, from the opposite coast, and Rachel made it as easy for us as possible. She went above and beyond every step of the way and made us feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful time. Her style is warm and directive, always professional, and never pressured. I appreciated her structured check-ins and assistance in prioritizing tasks. She was enthusiastic about our ideas and offered her creativity when we didn’t know what to do. She is organized, communicative, and open to feedback. She dedicated time to multiple site and vendor visits to personally confirm the logistics of our off-the-beaten-path venue. On our big day, she exuded both excitement and a sense of calm that helped us relax and enjoy ourselves. Her team did an amazing job with setup; I was very hands-off and completely trusted Rachel’s ability to carry out our vision for table decor and linens. Elizabeth was also a key player and helped everything run more smoothly. I met her on the big day and immediately felt I was in good hands. We give our strongest recommendation of Cose Bella planning services to ANY couple, especially if you are having a DIY or destination wedding.

We cannot say enough good things about Rachel & the Cose Bella team! She truly went above & beyond for us. We got married at OceanCliff in Newport, RI on 7/8/23 and a few months prior to our wedding day, it dawned on us that we might need a day-of coordinator. We got SO lucky that Rachel was still available on our date. She is worth every penny. She is so personable, kind, helpful, and resourceful. I assumed as a day-of coordinator we'd have a few phone calls and hope for the best but Rachel went above and beyond in the planning process and day-of execution. She attended all of our vendor meetings and even created all of our wedding illustrations from our place cards, menus, drink signage, and guest book item! My bridal party and I kept saying we felt like she was a fairy godmother. Anything we needed she had, she was somehow everywhere at once - it was incredible. She even helped fix my stepmom's shoe moments before the ceremony! We cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough. If you want your wedding to be as seamless and drama-free as ours, you need to hire Rachel!

I could not have asked for a better wedding planning experience than the one I had with Rachel. As I was somewhat apprehensive to start the planning, Rachel made the process seamless and enjoyable. Not only was she organized, responsive, and communicative, but her joyful and positive personality made our meetings something to look forward to. She always came back to me with several options and ideas for my many questions. She also caught on quickly to the vision I dreamed of and made it a reality. I would recommend her for anyone looking to plan the perfect wedding!

Rachel Koger, owner of Cose Bella events did an extraordinary job for my daughter's wedding. She coordinated a three-day weekend in Newport, Rhode Island. From the rehearsal dinner, morning yoga and managing a last-minute change of plans due to severe weather (we did have a plan), plus a Sunday Farewell brunch. Rachel is responsive to a fault, creative, and the most detailed person I know, both personally and professionally. We will miss our meetings and touchpoints.

I had the pleasure of working with Rachel and Lou throughout my wedding planning process. Rachel is so kind, caring, and has and excellent attention to detail. I was so happy to have her because I would not have thought of many important things she brought to my attention! She also recommended excellect vendors. Even with some surpise hiccups, Rachel was able to calm my panic and easily solve anything that came her way. I cannot recommend Cose Bella enough for future brides!

Rachel was a huge help throughout the planning process. She kept me on track and made sure even the small ticket items were completed in a timely fashion, helping to lessen my overall stress! Rachel was on top of it the day of the wedding even though we had to adjust for weather. I so appreciate all she has done for me and could not imagine having done all this without her!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Rachel was when it came to planning our day and on the big day itself. She was organized, professional, kind, and completely eliminated all of our stress. I would have paid thousands more than we paid for the service we received. I don’t know what I would have done without her. She is so personable and we will miss meeting with her. We love her so much!

We can't say enough great things about Rachel. Our only regret was not finding her sooner in the process. She is so responsive, detail-oriented, organized, made fantastic recommendations for additional vendors and offered us so much support along all the details. She has gorgeous taste and really helped with bringing together the vision we were going for. She is by far the best vendor! I'm thinking someday we'll have a vow renewal just to work with her again.

Working with Rachel as our Day or Coordinator was perfect. She was there for anything that Jimmy and I needed without being over bearing. She reached out to all the other vendors and made sure everything went smooth. Rachel was the perfect balance to my Type A Project Manager style and let me run what I needed to but also took the reins when I needed her to. Rachel really went above and beyond for us and I can’t recommend her enough!

I was a part of the bridal party of one of the weddings Rachel just helped day-of organize. She was the perfect mixture of "in the picture" and off doing behind the scene planning and prepping. She made the bride feel zen and taken care of. Though I am not getting married in Rhode Island, I would trust Rachel with my wedding... she is kind, supportive (but not pushy) and very organized!
