ething was a bit off.
The food was exceptional and we were excited to be able to taste a wide variety of things but the manager, Jill Blanco, did not seem to listen to us. She kept pushing things we had already said no to and wasnt listening to things we wanted to add to the invoice. We had two other guests there to help sample food and they eventually had to step in to try to get our questions answered and our opinions heard.
It took us a few tries to get the invoice right but after that I felt that the quality of food made up for the issues with communication.
About 2 weeks before the actual wedding, I reached out to Jill asking when we needed to provide final counts and she let us know that we needed to that week and pay on Friday. That was about 2 days away and so we needed to finalize the invoice and pay in full by that time. We made sure we paid on time but did not get time to completely check the invoice. That was my error because some things got changed.
On the day of, we ran into so many problems with communication it made me regret my decision to pick them. First, the delivery time for the breakfast buffet got changed so instead of having it at 0800 it was listed at 0730 so our poor delivery driver sat outside for about an hour since no one was scheduled to be there early. I had to rush and pack my stuff and head over there to let him in. Then we wanted coffee and juice with our breakfast buffet and were told before that these were included but they were not so we had some people run to the store to grab these things for us. Then when it came down to cocktail hour we were told that they would make a box of the snacks we had for my husband and I but this did not happen and the one thing my husband was looking forward too was gone before he could get any. We had one gluten free meal for someone with Celiac Disease and we were told that once the person went to the buffet and asked for the meal it would be provided to them. The catering team instead went around to try to give it to someone and ended up handing it to the incorrect person and the gluten free person had to order their own food.
All in all, I do not recommend Consentinos. The issues we had out weigh the quality of the food and as much as our guests enjoyed everything we served, I dont think I could recommend them to any couples.

We also had a few turnovers of managers at Cosentino's, but they did an excellent job of keeping our information and choices accurate for the perfect day!

She did an amazing job with the floral installation (her first one!) and all of the other flowers. I only have great things to say about the flowers - she did a wonderful job. Rhyann made awesome cakes! Communication went well and the cakes were awesome. I had a lot of ideas that I sent her way and we had a lot of back and forth brainstorming. We ended up doing something simple. We had one cute smaller one made for our cutting cake and then two sheet cakes for guests. All of the flavors were really good. My only regret was that I did not order the entire wedding cake in the wedding cake with Chantilly filling (even though Rhyann said to!), because I only got one bite of it when we cut it for the photos! The bottom tier was pink champagne with raspberry jam - which the raspberry jam was ok. The flavors that we chose for the sheet cakes were: 1/2 Red velvet 1/2 carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, 1/2 chocolate w/oreo filling, 1/2 white w/chantilly filling and buttercream frosting. People said that all the cake flavors were wonderful. We didn't end up with any extra!

y recommend this service! I would give the floral experience a 4/5 overall. I would definitely use this service again but there were some issues. There were delivery problems the week of the wedding with one of the main flowers. That resulted in last minute substitutions without the best communication. Ultimately, the flowers ended up looking beautiful, but the bouquets and arbor piece were smaller than expected. The centerpieces were perfect though.

s great with us from start to finish. She was very responsive and helped with more than just planning the food. She worked with us on the layout and assisting planning from day 1. On the day off, her staff was extremely attentive and helped our coordinator set our entire reception. Their food was great and the staff was on top of it when it came to beverages and clearing plates as people left.
Stacey in desserts absolutely killed it. Every dessert was great and our dessert table looked incredible. She was very helpful for us from day 1 and we had a great experience with her. There were hardly any desserts left by the end of the night!
Caroline in floral was also awesome. She nailed our vision with the flowers and utilized feathers, pearls and other items we gave her perfectly. We got a lot of compliments on the floral and couldn't have asked her to do any better on the design.

ll with each other or with us. They served us the wrong food at our tasting. They took over a month to get a final quote back to us. The quote was a battle to keep updated. They overcharged us for service. THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD AT DINNER, and blamed it on people taking too much food (we had 20 fewer people show up than anticipated…..), and they took over an hour to clear dirty plates from the tables at the reception. The only reason we tolerated the early mistakes with this company is because they provided an excellent service for my sister’s wedding two years ago.
The servers who were at our event were professional and they appeared to work hard, including helping my family load cars with dishes and décor at the end of the night. Additionally, the presentation of the food was lovely, and the small amount of food we did have there was delicious.
In the end we should have stuck with our guts that Cosentino’s was not the right option to cater our wedding. They severely disappointed and literally left our guests hungry for more, not in a good way.

She was always easy to get ahold of and went above and behind to include every little thing that you want to make your day special. She even overheard us at the first consultation talking about skim milk for eating the cake. Sure enough she made sure there was skim milk at the reception. Her staff was professional, friendly and did a great job. Truly went above and beyond and would recommend her and her staff to anyone.

ld have expected from a supermarket bakery (we had the chocolate mousse filling - highly recommend). Bonnie was super competent and helpful. When I told her I hadn't arranged rental tables/chairs/linens yet, she took care of it for me. She also arranged setup and cleanup and communicated directly with my event space coordinator on the day of, so I didn't have to worry about a thing!
One other thing I really appreciated about Cosentino's was that they walked my groom and I through our buffet first and made our plates for us. They checked on us a couple of times during our meal to make sure we had enough to eat. They also packed a second meal for us to take with us after our reception, and although I completely forgot to grab it on our way out, I really appreciated their willingness to make sure that we had everything we needed.
I had an extremely short 4-week planning period for our wedding. I called Cosentino's with 2 weeks left to get everything pulled together, and they really delivered for me and made things easy!
Side note - my flowers and centerpieces were beautiful. They made everything look wonderful and I couldn't have been happier with them.

ad contact called me a few weeks before the wedding and went back over everything. Nothing from that phone call was discussed with my main contact the day of the wedding. Things were missing from the catering menu. There were things incorrect with the menu from what I had asked for such as getting breaded chicken instead of grilled, and not having barbecue sauce for the pork loin. My floral bouquet looked cheap and small. I was extremely disappointed in it. I paid $60 for a small clutch bouquet of one dozen carnations and a handful of spray roses. On the upside, the cakes were perfect, beautiful, and they tasted amazing. The staff the night of the wedding also did a great job assisting and setting up.

When my (now) husband and I met with her and Jennifer (chef), they totally individualized our meal and the presentation of our meal. We did good stations rather than family style or buffet and it was amazing and beautiful! Bonnie went out of her way to decorate the tables to match our theme. We got so many compliments on the presentation and taste of the food!
Bonnie's communication was amazing and she was so enthusiastic about OUR wedding.
