HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH GABY DANIELLE. did not show up until way after the rehearsal, didn’t have any plans for the day, didn’t know anything about the day. Completely unreliable. Didn’t communicate with myself or my venue and didn’t sent the event insurance until the day of. Promised me supplies she then told me she didn’t have several days before the wedding (cost $600) so I didn’t have an arch for my wedding that I had been counting on for six months. The day of, after the rehearsal, I fired her since she didn’t show up. She promised a full refund but when I disputed through my bank, she disputed it back and lied to them saying I paid for her services AFTER they were rendered, but the date on the receipt she provided is 6 months BEFORE the wedding date. Now I’m suing her in small claims court and reporting her to the AG, consumer reports and the better Business Bureau

I NEVER post bad reviews like this, but no bride deserves to be put through what this woman did to me and my husband. In April 2022 I paid her $650 for day of planning our wedding was in early October. I had a lot of problems reaching her and with her lack of communication. My venue also had a lot of problems with her, as she did not communicate with them either. Even though the venue added her to my entire wedding planning project site, she did not join it or contribute to it. I have email proof from my vendor saying that she wouldn’t communicate with them. And texts from me to her asking for better communication. For weeks leading up to the date, I asked her for information and the plan, she never had any answers. The week before, she still hardly had any details and I still couldn’t get her to communicate. A few nights before the wedding she tells me she doesn’t have half the supplies she told me she had including an arch decor and bubble blower- told me I needed to provide those now. I was livid. The day before, I texted her asking to meet for the rehearsal at noon, and according to the venue she had even contact them asking to come earlier in the day than what I’d suggested. She agreed on noon. Day of wedding comes, and she didn’t arrive until 1:30!!!! Then, when she got there, she still had no idea what was going on. She hasn’t made any plans or done anything for the wedding. Luckily, my family at the wedding was able to figure out everything in 30 minutes that she was unable to do in 6 months. Because of this, us having to figure everything out ourselves on the day of, I decided to fire Gaby day of. She told me then and there in person that she would be providing me a full refund! I even have it in text that she agreed to refund us. When she was fired and left, she also just “accidentally happened” to take our marriage license and a card from the venue- and I’m sorry, but it was entirely intentional. She was petty and vindictive. Then she acted like she couldn’t bring it to me, so I had to drive 45 minutes to her to get it. I did a charge back on the account because after I Was entitled to an IMMEDIATE refund (per her own contract!) that she wouldn’t give me AND NOW I’ve just received word that she disputed the chargeback. I wasn’t going to trash her if she gave me a refund like she said she would, but clearly she didn’t and now I’m done. Nobody hire this woman. Additionally, my family on site was told by her personally that “this was her first wedding”?? So why are there weddings posted on her socials? Which ironically are stock photos when you do Google lens reversal (my friend did when I showed her Gaby’s insta). ADDITIONALLY- Gaby stated she did NOT DISPUTE my claim with the bank, but they sent me the "evidence" she sent in, and it says "CH gave authorization of pmt AFTER goods/services were rendered. payment authorization serves as acceptance that goods/svcs were satisfactory". on the SAME PAGE, it shows they payment date as 04/05/2022....but my wedding wasn't until 10/4/2022. So how did I pay for services after the wedding when the posted date is 6 MONTHS PRIOR. BECAUSE OF ALL OF THIS, GABY DANIELLE AND COSMO PLAN WILL BE GETTING SUED, REPORTED TO THE AG OF FLORIDA AND CONSUMER REPORTS.

Thank you Gaby for making my daughter’s wedding last Sunday so special! The chapel and the Ballroom were absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious. Gaby and staff went above and beyond all my expectations. They were very professional, friendly and diligent. Gaby made sure everything ran smoothly and took carry of every last detail. Everything was perfect!! Thanks again for the best day ever!!
