This one is for you George! Let me start off with saying I'm a returning customer and for good reason. Cotillion Banquets hosted our reception for our wedding 07/11/2015 and now, our baby shower 10/14/2018. George has been our go-to guy for ...both events.
07/11/2015 - Our Wedding Reception - 288 people
Late is better than never - after doing quite a bit of research on availability, customer service, and price, Cotillion Banquets did not disappoint. Out of all the banquet halls we visited, Cotillion, specifically George, was the most personable and reasonably priced locations we were able to find. ALL other locations in the area either charged for ridiculous things, didn't care if we used them or not, and just didn't feel right. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and overwhelming, but George made it easier by being available and flexible with our needs and exceeded our expectations when it came to the day- of. He was very personable and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Although, his easy-going personality switched over on the day- of to one of professional and seriousness, which was absolutely needed considering there are SO many moving parts on the day-of.
Fast forward 3 years...
10/14/2018 - Baby Shower - 92 people
Again, we looked around the area for other banquet halls and restaurants to host our baby shower and again, either they were over-priced for the smallest things, not very flexible or personable, which brought us back to Cotillion....and George :) We were no longer "customers", rather "family". It took 10 minutes of discussing the event that we decided going with Cotillion and George again. It was a no-brainer. Available, personable, and reasonably priced - all the basic things that are required for planning a major event like this one and again, we were not disappointed. Anytime we had questions or concerns of what to expect, George worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. The day of, everything went SO smoothly, even with minor adjustments that had to be made due to change in guest #s and table arrangements.
I can't emphasize enough that Cotillion Banquets is the place to host any event you're considering doing for the reasons I listed above. My family and I have done research and had meetings with other banquet halls and restaurants and NONE of them can compare to the treatment you will receive from Cotillion. It's a beautiful location, the price doesn't break the bank, and the only thing I can say that could be an issue for any booking is availability since Cotillion has so many returning customers and awesome reviews. The personable experience and process of arranging any huge event requires reliability and the sense of security that you will be taken care of and Cotillion definitely meets those requirements. And on the day of your event, like I said before, everybody puts their game faces on and take ALL the stress away from the customers. Being available, helping setup, making recommendations - you name it and Cotillion has set the very high standards that other halls rarely meet and it couldn't have been done without the infamous George. :) Thank you again for making our events amazingly memorable ones. We'll be coming back.
