e knew right away that this was the place over all the other halls we visited. They offer so much at an extremely competitive price. I didn't know exactly what to expect but we did have high expectations since it was our only daughter. Our expectations were met beyond our desires. Everything was perfect when we were finally able to have our reception. When the pandemic hit we didn't know what would happen or what to do. My daughter's wedding day was right in the early stages so we could not have the wedding/reception. Our dreams seemed shattered. But George and the owners were so helpful and accommodating. They helped us through the dilemma of what to do and moved our reception to the following year on almost the exact same date. My daughter wanted to get married anyway so we had a very small ceremony during the pandemic and waited to have the reception on our date at the Cotillion. Because of how much the Cotillion did for us, you could not tell that the wedding and reception were in two different years and separated. We had such a great celebration. They did so much for us and made the evening a grand success. The food was amazing! We had so many compliments on how good everything was. People couldn't believe it. We felt so honored and taken care of. I attended chef school as a trade and am very fussy about food. I can't say I expected great food since it is a banquet facility but it was probably the best food I have had at a wedding. We worked mostly with George who is at every party no matter what. He made sure every little detail was taken care of and did it with ease and expertise. I had the pleasure of also meeting one of the owners who was also there the night of our reception. They both kept checking in with us and making sure everything was okay, but they were not intrusive at all. We had a fabulous evening, they took care of every little detail. They made sure the temperature of the room was perfect for us, the food was hot and tasty, the cake was beautiful and good too, the room was perfectly lit and clean! Who has a good wedding cake? We did! They have many great referrals for vendors and hotel accommodations. We highly recommend this place! This is the first time I have written a review but felt very strongly about this. r our wedding. A venue so clean, vibrant, up to date, great location, and very accommodating. What we did not expect is to find a venue with people that cared as much as we did about our day!!!!! When Shenika and I met George, we immediately knew that The Cotillion Banquets was our home for our wedding. He was so genuine and friendly. He listened to all of our needs and made EVERYTHING HAPPEN. It was the wedding of my wife’s dreams and George did everything to make sure of that! We originally had a date set for March 13th, however, due to Covid restrictions, we had to change the date. We weren’t sure how that would work out but George made it happen without ANY concerns. George, Tom and the staff are WONDERFUL and we will be going back to the Cotillion for all of our major events!!! Even the staff at the bar was having a great time with us. That was amazing! He made my entire planning absolutely easy he gave me vendors that I would possibly need and start setting myself up with and it helped so much. Holly was our florist from ever story has a flower and the two of them together brought tears to my eyes when I entered the banquet hall the day of our wedding. The food was so hearty and delicious we chose the all inclusive combination plate with steak and chicken.. The meat was so delicious and just melted in your mouth. The chicken was cooked just right with such a delicious sauce. And let me tell you about the avgolemono soup.... You just need to go there and try it it speaks for its self! I felt like I expanded my family with the cotillian George and Tom were really welcoming and made sure our night was everything we dreamed of. They worked well with all our vendors and made sure we were 100 percent satisfied! Thank you thank you thank you for making life so easy we love you guys and your team see you for our next event!

George is an amazing man and he is the reason why our wedding day went PERFECTLY. He's so organized, detailed oriented, loving.. and will always put YOU the couple first.. Remember this.... he listens to you. The Cotillion is not out to get your money...they're in the business to create fairly tale memories and George did that for US, you become family. He made every dream come true for us. He will literally provide you with whatever you need for your wedding day, no questions asked, he's got the answer! Not only did his ability to guide us through the planning process help immensely, he worked with us on the price and was very flexible throughout the unsure time of the pandemic. It put a lot of strain on every sector and every business, but George held firm that he would deliver my fiance (at the time) and I a wedding for the ages, and he delivered just that! The food, the decorations (the ones we did not provide), and the setup was flawless! To whomever reads this: my wife and I highly recommend having your ceremony and your reception at the Cotillion and trust us, work with George. It made the entire process so much easier and relieved a lot of unnecessary stress!! wedding date, everything was so smooth. These guys are very nice and genuine and they know how to do business. We still cant decide what our favorite part of the wedding was. The place looked amazing (George IS AMAZING. Made the place look breathtaking. BEST GUY EVER) The food was delicious and the service was very good. Honestly, we cannot think of a single thing that was not perfect EVERYTHING was perfect. If we could go back in time, we would still choose this place to host our wedding a million times over.

owner and George the event manager were so hospitable from the first time we sat down with them to discuss our wedding details. George made sure everything we wanted was taken care of and came in to check on us to make sure everything was to our liking. So many of our guests loved the banquet so much that they potentially will be inquiring for future events. Cotillion Banquets held our wedding at their venue and made sure we didn’t even think about our original postponed wedding date due to Covid. George and Tom were so personable and made us feel like we were part of the family. Romeo and I thank you so much for the wonderful experience you provided us and the memories we have made not only at your venue but with the friendly connection with you personally.

From the cake, to champagne for all our guests, to monitoring the buffet table(making sure it was not empty) and omg, the fruit tray was superb. I remember my husband enjoying some fruits after the party.All of our Nigerian friends and family had an amazing time and most certainly got nice pictures too. If you are looking for a space for your event, look no further. Irrespective of your number of guests, the parking lot can most definitely hold a rally. Lol. Again, George is most without doubt someone I will be doing more business with in the nearest future at the cotillion banquets.

d I know it wouldn’t have been as amazing of an event. We probably changed our wedding date 3-4 times between August and September trying to get all of our vendors on board, and the Cotillion always made it work for us to have a beautiful event. We were expecting to have roughly 225 people in a room for our wedding, but it had to be reduced to 50 in a room because of Covid. It was very important to us to keep our guests safe, and the Cotillion followed the state guidelines, but still allowed us to have 150 guests by utilizing all three rooms (at no additional charge to us!). It was a worry of mine that each room would look empty with only 50 guests, but George and the staff really delivered. The space was used excellently and the venue looked magical when the night came. If you meet with George you’ll instantly see that he is extremely nice, but also very confident in his work to make your wedding dreams come true. I’ve now learned this confidence comes from his 20+ years of experience and that he will actually work so hard to make it happen, and he did for our wedding. We received so many compliments throughout the night and over the next few weeks after our wedding. Some compliments we received that I would like George, Tom, Gus, and the whole team for: “Best food I’ve eaten at a wedding” “Dessert table looked and tasted amazing” “The staff were so kind and cheerful” “The room looked beautiful with the lights and the color scheme” I can’t thank the Cotillion enough for how great of a job they did on our wedding. I didn’t imagine it could have been that magical even if Covid wasn’t a factor, and they really made the best possible day for my wife and I!

booked and planned for our wedding to be June 19,20. As we got closer to our date we had to reschedule our wedding. George was on top of it and got us in another date this year. When sept came around I talked to George several time and everything was set. George saw my vision and helped me make it come true. On sept 25,20 we had our wedding. And it was everything I could imagine. It was my vision and an amazing night. All our guests said how delicious the food was, how gorgeous the cotillion was and how it truly was my vision. Eveything went just right. And if we had to do it again we would definitely pick the cotillion. For having a wedding during COVID I was worried about it but it truly was amazing.

We are so grateful that we chose such an wonderful venue and an even better team that’s a part of Cotillion banquets. Cotillion is the best example of a family owned business. ld once I met with George! My now-husband and I didn't have the financial means to get a wedding planner but George was more than I could have asked for! He had amazing recommendations for photographers, limo services and floral shops; he made the planning enjoyable and not stressful! What I loved most about George is he would check in to see if I had booked other services for the big day! I am a very detailed person and George is just as detailed so he made everything perfect. We met a couple times to go over the event down to the time everything was going to happen. Everything was perfect that day and I am so glad I was able to work with a person like George. The venue was beautiful! The Cotillion should be your choice! The banquet hall was a perfect size. The decor matched the theme for my wedding. Also, the food was spectacular! My guests and I truly enjoyed ourselves. I have amazing pictures to show! Thank you so much Cotillion for giving me a beautiful memory that I will cherish forever!!

The venue was absolutely beautiful from all of the decors to every details on the each tables. The team at the Cotillion was very accommodating and worked with our budget and even went out of their way to help our vendors set up and letting my husband and I practice our first dance in another room while they set up. The servers and bartenders gave one of the best services to all of our guests which is amazing and very important to us. Our guests rave about the amazing food and the venue. George and his team are the of the best in the wedding business!!

he venues we looked at, this one offered the best quality at the best price. We had multiple meetings with George in the year leading up to the wedding. The planning process was very thorough and there was never any doubt about how the day would run. George worked closely with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, including some upgrades to our package which were most appreciated.  As for the day of, we couldn’t have been happier with how everything went. When we arrived for our reception, we were absolutely blown away by how incredible the room looked. George and his crew made it look just like the fairy tale style my wife had in mind. The food was excellent (we offered beef, chicken, salmon, and a vegan option) and we received numerous compliments about its quality and taste. The night stayed mostly on schedule, although with the length of our toasts and there being two other events that night, some delays were understandable. As to there being other parties that night, you would have never guessed it from inside our ballroom. So, to anyone worried about competing noise volumes, you can rest easy. At the end of the night, clean-up was quick and we were able to stow some of our things at the venue overnight. Now, onto the most important part of this operation – George. This guy is incredible at his job. He is thorough, organized, and absolutely professional. He will have you read his reviews, which he should because, like this one, they are very positive. George isn’t trying to oversell you on how good he is. He really is as good as he says. We felt so welcome at the Cotillion where George, Tom, Gus, and the entire staff truly treat you like family. They have a strong sense of hospitality and friendliness here that made for a very enjoyable experience. My wife and I hope to host more events here in the future and I can’t recommend this venue highly enough.

One of our guests was having a little too much fun and spilled and Tom was the one cleaning it up! At the end of the night he helped my mom pack everything up and she wouldn’t stop talking about how amazing he was! I received SO many compliments on the food! Everyone loved it! I couldn’t thank the Cotillion and their staff enough! You made our wedding dreams come true!

I didn’t like the lighting color I had originally chosen, so last minute George and Tom changed it for us which we really appreciated and the change made the room look amazing with our colors. Our room looked absolutely fantastic and everyone was in awe!! The food was delicious, especially the chicken and rice soup, everyone loved it and are still raving about it. There are plenty of opportunities for pictures from the outside gazebo to their beautifully decorated foyer. This venue is very well kept and clean, George did not hesitate to give us a full tour including the kitchen which we were very impressed by. We HIGHLY recommend this venue for your upcoming event!!

George was so informative in general about the whole wedding process. He was always available to answer our many questions, walking us through all our options, meeting with us multiple times prior to the wedding, and even connecting us to other vendors that we needed for the wedding. The Cotillion banquet is also one of the few venues that accomodated outside catering, which was very important to us as we wanted to bring in a Nigerian caterer for the wedding. They were so receptive to accommodating cultural needs and ANY needs that we brought up and we are so grateful for that! Finding the Cotillion and most importantly having George there to help coordinate all aspects of our reception took a huge weight off our shoulders (especially as we didn't have a planner) and enabled us to really enjoy our wedding. The level of professionalism at the Cotillion is outstanding and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. We really felt like an extended member of the family with how well they took care of us. We cannot thank George and the entire staff of the Cotillion enough for making our wedding so memorable and so perfect.

area and everyone one was interested in only money and numbers. GEORGE was the only one to talk to us like family. Once we visited the banquet hall and met GEORGE , we didn’t need to think twice. This was the only venue we visited in Illinois. George will keep you on track with everything throughout the whole process and he is there every step of the way. For example, he made sure to keep us on track with getting the guest count, setting up the cake, decorations, event planners, and anything that was needed to make the day go smoothly. He goes above and beyond to make sure you will be taken care of. The night before our wedding he kept the place open just for us so the decorations could be done. The day of the wedding , he wouldn’t let the guests enter the room until he was sure my wife and I could finish our wedding pictures. His priority is going to be the bride and groom. He made sure the food was amazing and served impeccably. Even after the wedding day he personally helped us with taking things into the car. He really does make you feel like family. My wife and I were doing the wedding just by ourselves basically and George was our guide the whole way. He always will be upfront with you, give you the best options for your budget and it is extremely important to him that you feel its family environment and not just a business. I know all the guests were so happy with the wedding and especially the food and complemented on how professional his service staff were. During the wedding in the bridal sweet , his staff made sure everyone was taken care of all the time. George will be there day one and he will be there on the day of the wedding behind the scenes. He does not leave anything up to anyone but himself.

& George are the absolute best!!! We had the first two rooms of the banquet named Crown and Tiara we agreed on 400 people when we booked and long story short ended up with way over. George & Tom we’re both SO accommodating and when I say accommodating we mean it to the max. We ended up with 498 people and were so nervous every time we would add a couple people but they were so calm and made everyone fit with enough space to comfortably move around. Our florist was able to easily work with Cotillion Banquets’s as well to make the wedding of our dreams really come true! The night of our wedding there was also another wedding in the back room and we received sooo many compliments on our room from their guests. We had a Romanian wedding, and Romanians are very picky when it comes to food but not one guest complained about the food and everyone was amazed and told us how amazing it all was. From the appetizers to the main course everyone ate and was filled. Our bridal party couldn’t wait for the next platter to come out with our appetizers that’s how amazing they were. We had only good reviews about the food, room, and service from every guest. Our servers were so respectful and did their job diligently. What can we say, everything we wanted for our reception, we received AND MORE. George and Tom made it happen. They are truly wonderful people that we can say we grew a friendship with and it was not only business. We urge all who are looking for venues to stop looking anywhere else and make an appointment at the cotillion. We promise you will not regret your decision!!!! We are so so thankful for having the Cotillion be able to host our reception we can’t say enough how happy we were and are for our beautiful wedding! From the time we arrived at the Cotillion to the time we walked out the door at the end of our party. We knew everything that was going to happen, when it was going to happen, and how it was going to happen. He went out of his way to meet with our entertainment to make sure that they had everything they needed as well. He made us feel so at ease and comfortable. There is no place I would trust more to handle such a precious event.

George treated us like Family from the moment we walked through the doors. Throughout the whole wedding process George was very informative and responsive. He answered every question we had, even when we called multiple times a day. George was very helpful and is very attentive! Fast forward to our wedding day, everything ran smoothly, on time, and the food was absolutely delicious! I am the pickiest eater ever and they catered to my dietary requests. The Cotillion (George) is also very cautious with their guests and any food allergens. George finds a way make sure all guests are happy. The room was absolutely beautiful. Better than what we could have imagined it to be. We are so grateful to George, Tom, and the wonderful staff for making our wedding so memorable. The venue is jaw droppingly gorgeous, with white granite dance floors, UNBELIEVABLE crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, a beautiful staircase to enter in. THE food was top notch. No lie I am a picky Italian. My whole family just loved it. The staff that served us were also wonderful and the bartenders ARE so cool.

We checked out other venues, but we knew when we left our meeting with George that the Cotillion was where we wanted our wedding. George doesn’t just live up to his promises, he exceeds them. The hall was set up beautifully. The service was great. The food was served fresh, hot, and quickly and everything tasted fantastic. The dance floor is huge and comfortably held a lot of dancers at once. We didn’t have to worry about a thing all night and focused on having fun with our friends and family. Our guests told us how much they liked the hall and raved about the food and service. We could say a lot more about how great everything was at the Cotillion, but to make a long story short: pick the Cotillion for your wedding and let George deliver the exact wedding you want with unmatched personal service.

both events. 07/11/2015 - Our Wedding Reception - 288 people Late is better than never - after doing quite a bit of research on availability, customer service, and price, Cotillion Banquets did not disappoint. Out of all the banquet halls we visited, Cotillion, specifically George, was the most personable and reasonably priced locations we were able to find. ALL other locations in the area either charged for ridiculous things, didn't care if we used them or not, and just didn't feel right. Planning a wedding can be very stressful and overwhelming, but George made it easier by being available and flexible with our needs and exceeded our expectations when it came to the day- of. He was very personable and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Although, his easy-going personality switched over on the day- of to one of professional and seriousness, which was absolutely needed considering there are SO many moving parts on the day-of. Fast forward 3 years... 10/14/2018 - Baby Shower - 92 people Again, we looked around the area for other banquet halls and restaurants to host our baby shower and again, either they were over-priced for the smallest things, not very flexible or personable, which brought us back to Cotillion....and George :) We were no longer "customers", rather "family". It took 10 minutes of discussing the event that we decided going with Cotillion and George again. It was a no-brainer. Available, personable, and reasonably priced - all the basic things that are required for planning a major event like this one and again, we were not disappointed. Anytime we had questions or concerns of what to expect, George worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. The day of, everything went SO smoothly, even with minor adjustments that had to be made due to change in guest #s and table arrangements. I can't emphasize enough that Cotillion Banquets is the place to host any event you're considering doing for the reasons I listed above. My family and I have done research and had meetings with other banquet halls and restaurants and NONE of them can compare to the treatment you will receive from Cotillion. It's a beautiful location, the price doesn't break the bank, and the only thing I can say that could be an issue for any booking is availability since Cotillion has so many returning customers and awesome reviews. The personable experience and process of arranging any huge event requires reliability and the sense of security that you will be taken care of and Cotillion definitely meets those requirements. And on the day of your event, like I said before, everybody puts their game faces on and take ALL the stress away from the customers. Being available, helping setup, making recommendations - you name it and Cotillion has set the very high standards that other halls rarely meet and it couldn't have been done without the infamous George. :) Thank you again for making our events amazingly memorable ones. through the building and spoke with George, we knew we had found the place we wanted to spend our big day with family and friends. Throughout the entire process, George made sure to answer any questions we had and made sure we did not feel the stress of planning a wedding. He assured and continued to re-assure us that our big day would be more than perfect. That statement couldn't have been truer. During the days leading up to our wedding, my husband and I felt the stresses of last minute planning. George touched base with us several times, kindly reminding us of what we needed and when we needed it by. Without George's meticulous planning and organization, we wouldn't have made it through the process without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, I do not have the words to express just how amazing and perfect our day was by having our reception at The Cotillion. We will never forget the gratitude we experienced with the staff of The Cotillion and how they made us feel. I highly recommend visiting The Cotillion, so you can see for yourself just how special of a place it is.

lso combined two backdrop designs for us on a special request and it was absolutely stunning! I chose golds and purples for colors and it was marvelous. The entrance was dreamy and the head table was amazing! When I got to the venue to see the room, I was in shock! It was gorgeous and better than I pictured it! George has a special touch and he truly made the room romantic. Something a bride truly dreams of! Many of the guests commented on how good the appetizers were as well as the beautiful, elaborate sweets display. The magnificent white dance floor is to die for and was the reason I chose the venue in the first place!! My photos of first dance and Daddy/daughter dance are a dream! And it honestly was my dream wedding!! I did not want the day to end! George did a wonderful job capturing the vibe and Greek Island feel that I asked for and used my decor perfectly. He is very detailed and as he will tell you, he does care for each and every bride! I loved that he came to visit our head table and personally communicated with me and my husband that evening. It made us feel cared for and his attentiveness to us and to my family was really top notch! Hospitality is a Greek thing and they do it so well! He worked amicably with other vendors for the day, especially the florists, and I did not need to worry about the end result. They had it handled. George also allowed both bride and groom to request special meals and made certain everyone with food allergies was taken care of! The only negatives were that the staff broke my expensive custom cake topper (I hope I can get a new one...)by not following the directions for how to support it on the cake and also the service for dinner was really slow. We actually had to abruptly end dessert service because it was nearly 10:00 PM and we wanted to start the dancing since people were leaving. They did make-up for this delay by allowing us additional dancing time instead of ending right at 11:30 per our contract. One of the highlights of the night was Tom catching my mother as she fell from the stairs! He saw it happening, scooped her up, and gently put her on the ground without a scratch! He knew if the Mother of the Bride fell it would not be a pretty sight! He was such a gentleman about it and we were all happy he caught my lovely mother! I could not have asked for a more beautiful room and evening through and through. We only wished service was faster and that the lights for the backdrop were not so close to the chairs as my clumsy bridesmaids and groomsmen kept tripping over them! Maybe something they can consider with set-up in the future. At any rate, Tom and George and the Cotillion staff are great people and I hope to host another event there in the future. He was so detailed in each meeting, we never really had to follow up via email or phone call. He worked within our budget and made gave us everything we wanted and then some to make our day amazing. George and his team keep the communication open; if you email them, they will call you back (it's awesome). Budget friendly, delicious food and desserts, beautiful venue - cannot go wrong.

in we felt very welcome. It was like love at first sight. The place was pristine. George took us on a tour of the whole facility, including the kitchen. Im sure no other banquet hall would ever show you their kitchen, but the Cotillions is very clean. George made us feel like we would actually be taken care of here, unlike the others where we were just another couple getting married. The food is outstanding. Never have we walked out of a banquet hall saying the food was excellent, but we were able to say that here, and all of our guests could say the same. We even had George participate in a video we filmed, which he gladly agreed to do and knocked it out of the park. Tom the owner was very nice and was seen many times helping out with everything. I don't think you will see an owner doing the dirty work anywhere else. In the end, we could not be happier we chose the Cotillion for our wedding. George, Tom and their entire staff made our fairytale wedding come true! Wow highly recommend booking your wedding or any other event at the Cotillion. You will not be disappointed.

We first booked the biggest room and even though the Cotillion would have gotten more money from us, they were honest and said with our guest size, we would be paying a lot of unnecessary money to be in the biggest room. We listened, and they were so RIGHT! We barely met the minimum of the small room, AND it was still absolutely gorgeous. They are genuine and wanted us to get what we actually needed and weren’t just trying to make money. They literally had everything set up PERFECTLY. I even had fish as my centerpieces and they had no problem working with that hassel. The room was lite up with over 100 candles, everything looked like a picture, and everything George had promised came true. Then, the day of the wedding, George was there making sure everything went smoothly. He came to check on me a couple of times. He overheard me asking my mom for some water in the hallway and next thing I know he is back with an iced cold glass of water. When we got to the Cotillion we were running about 20 minutes late. He didn’t get frustrated at all, he said take your time, whenever you’re ready we will get started. The one suggestion I have is to make sure the temperature is set extra low. It was pretty warm in the room, we had to request the temperature be lowered a few times! They did handle it once we asked! Anyway, I could go on and on about how beautiful the Cotillion is and how AMAZING George is. However, I will end with this, I could not have been more blown away with this venue. I would recommend the Cotillion and George to ANYONE getting who is getting married.

trusted him because he said he's done a lot of desi/ south Asian weddings and knew what he was doing. George assured me through the process that everything would run smoothly during my wedding and he had everything handled. That wasn't exactly the case, as many things were handled badly during the wedding. 1.) food setup: I had told George the order of events beforehand so he knew when the food should be set up. Once my speeches were done, we asked George about the food and he was scurrying across the room and stated it would be 10 more minutes. I'm not sure why the buffet wasn't already set up when we had gone through the plan beforehand. 2.) service: my family tables were served family style where the food was brought to them. This went smoothly, but my husband's cousin had to get food for us from the buffet and set it aside at the sweetheart table. I would assume the servers or George would make sure of that detail. When my husband and I were at the sweetheart table, we had no napkins and often had to ask our family members to get us things. It was very difficult to track down any waiters because they seemed more interested in clearing the plates. 3.) speaking of clearing the plates, the servers went around with these huge cafeteria style carts to put plates and glasses on while some of my guests were still there. They were an eyesore and I've never seen anything like that. At my other banquet, they just cleared the plates normally. Maybe they needed to hire more servers. 4.) I left my stuff in the bridal room which I assumed would be ok because it's the bridal room for the bride's stuff. However, as I was leaving, I was told the bridal room was locked which was just a wonderful thing to hear right as I'm supposed to walk out That just shows lack of coordination to me. My family had to track someone down to unlock it and my stuff delivered to me later on. Basically, most things about my wedding were good due to things other than the banquet hall or the people servicing it. The decor was beautiful because of the decorator, the food was good because of the caterer. We got what we paid for but the service wasn't anything exceptional. Just as a warning to brides,if you decide to go with this place, make sure you're more on top of the person managing your events. Otherwise, you'll spend more time hearing about the excellent service later than receiving it. Service is overall just average. Nothing impeccable.

My wife and I just married on April 14th, 2018, and were absolutely BLOWN AWAY with this place. We came to the Cotillion randomly on a Saturday, at around 4 just before a wedding at the venue. That particular day we had visited multiple venues searching for the perfect place to host our wedding reception, and after continual disappointment randomly visited here. George greeted us at the door with a smile, a shake of the hand, and from there on out became our new best friend. The venue itself will make you want to host your event there, but George puts this place over the top. George bent over backwards for us to ensure that every single detail was discussed, planned, discussed again, and planned again. He left no stone unturned, was incredibly thorough, and had tons of fun and made us laugh throughout the process. And for those of you who meet George and think he’s just a smooth talker, please take this review to heart and know this: everything that George says he will do for you, he means it and it gets done. Even the slightest detail! We ordered house salads for everyone at the reception, but my wife wanted a Caesar for herself, and George made sure even something as small as that salad was taken care of for us. This was only one of seemingly hundreds of details that George made sure were perfect for our day. The reception itself was absolutely stunning. We received nothing but compliments all night from family and friends who, frankly, were speechless at the beauty of the venue, the taste of the delicious food (their bread is home made and FANTASTIC) and the friendliness of the wait staff and bartenders. I can type a book of thanks and positive praise for the Cotillion. They treated us with the upmost respect, LOVE, and care. This was the best day of our lives, and we are so happy, proud, and BEYOND satisfied with our experience with such a genuine group of professionals. George, Tom, and all the Cotillion staff members represent the pinnacle of what venues should strive to be.

I went to many many other banquet halls and I would ask to see the kitchen and they wouldn't allow me. The kitchen at the banquet is huge and spotless. I brought my parents and they immediately fell in love; I thought if George can handle my family, then I'm making the right decision. The entire process George made me feel so comfortable and so important and valued as if I was his only customer. Respond to emails and phone calls the same day. If you get to know George, you'll think he sleeps at the banquet! He really spends his time with you making sure you are happy. The week of the wedding, I was so stressed and he kept telling me to relax he will take care of everything. The day of the wedding, I was speechless. The entire room was exactly what I had pictured. He was in and out of the room the entire night making sure everything was ok and was so attentive. I cried tears of happiness at one point of the night when I hugged George. The guests are raving about the food. Everything was amazing and I will book again with Cotillion in a heartbeat. Thank you George and thank you Tom and staff for one unforgettable night.

We were going to hire a wedding coordinator but didn’t need to because of how helpful everyone was. Until we meet the owners, I was convinced that George was an owner because no employee goes that above and beyond for someone else. The owners were so helpful as well. One of our guests has severe allergies to multiple foods and the owners made sure that she would be able to enjoy her meal and evening as much as everyone else. All in all I can’t say enough about how helpful and accommodating everyone was. I couldn’t happier with our decision to go with the Cotillion. Our wedding day was more beautiful than we could have imagined and went off without a hitch. Everything was absolutely perfect.
