Country Bridals is a small yet mighty shop. It was easy to book appointments online and we had the shop to ourselves to run free looking for the perfect dress. They had plenty of styles at various price ranges, but they didn't have so many options that it was overwhelming. The only negative was when my mom went to find a dress for herself and I wasn't able to go, a man was there to assist her.. She would need help with zippers due to an injury and was very uncomfortable with the idea of a male stranger seeing her not fully clothed. Some notification of who would be there to assist would have been appreciated. Aside from that, Country Bridals was wonderful!

My dress was absolutely gorgeous!! The alterations were done on time and I didn’t have to have them fix anything. I went way outside my budget with the dress but I was absolutely in love! Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and nice. I didn’t feel like I was pushed or rushed at all. They really make you feel like you are the only person they are working with. Everyone at my wedding was complimenting the dress and asking where I got it from. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Like many trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic - after changing plans four times, my partner and I decided to take 2020 back and elope. I had originally wanted to get a custom dress made (I'm over 6' and have long limbs), but with this new plan I had to find a dress in a matter of six weeks. I found some (begrudgingly) that I thought would fit my picky taste - and the closest shop that carried them was Country Bridals. An hour and a half each way from me. It's my wedding day, who cares about the drive - let's make the appointment. From beginning to end I worked with Elicia and honestly, she was a pleasure to work with. She pulled a ton of dresses for me - and when I tried on my #1 pick first and uh, hated it - she had plenty for me to try on. I am not great at trying on clothes, nevermind something this important, and I get uncomfortable with feeling like "a burden" - despite my anxiety, Elicia made sure that I was comfortable and that the appointment was going smoothly throughout my 90 minute appointment. Ironically, I found a dress that I never would have picked out - and fell in love with it. (You hear things like that - that you'll 'know' when you find the dress - I always thought it sounded corny, but looking in the mirror that first time - I knew). To make a long review shorter - I had to make two more trips (alterations, and then final try on) to Jaffrey and I can truly say that those 9 hours of driving were worth it. (Even after googling my dress after my appt and realizing that my dress I had just ordered was in a shop 5 minutes from me - that's how much I liked Country Bridals). They take covid seriously, they're affordable, and the alterations were done well and very quickly. I cannot recommend them enough - if my driving that much for a dress I could have gotten closer isn't an indicator, I don't know what is. Thank you again, Elicia and staff!

Country Bridals was amazing! Everyone at the store was beyond helpful as I tried on several dresses and narrowed it down to the perfect dress for me! They helped with my veil and allowed me to bring in my bridesmaid dresses to make sure it was the look for me. Even with my alterations I couldn’t have asked for more. The day of my final fitting they helped to sew on lace when I was worried about seeing the cup of my dress. I was so happy with everything they did and their customer service was top notch. Not to mention I STILL love my dress.

I had the best experience with Country Bridals. I came for two trials and both times felt like I was the only customer! They have me their full attention and seemed genuinely invested and excited to find my dream gown. I picked a dress from the mannequin in the window to try on and sure enough, it was my dress!!! I wasn’t sure what size to order (as my waist and hips are 3 sizes different!) and they helped guide me in the right direction and calmed my nerves. Buying my dress was one of the first things I did, and I felt so at home here. I was glad I came to a small shop with devoted people who clearly love what they do. They sent me a little letter reaching out after I came in, just to check in. They’re truly wonderful and I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was so excited to find that my dress (a dress that I had previously tried on in Michigan) at Country Bridals and Formal Wear after searching and making calls across all of New England! They were professional, clean, and were able to get my order in a sufficient amount of time. My only compliant was that I wish I had not let them convince me to order a dress size that ultimately ended up feeling two sizes too large.

They were amazing! Everything about my experience there from finding my dress to the end. We were both not happy with the bustling of my gown at my final fitting, so we changed it in just a few days. No high pressure sales great staff and selection. Would recommend to anyone!!💜👰

From start to finish, I had the most flawless experience at country bridal! Casey was extremely helpful helping me sort through dozens of dresses and picking THE ONE! I valued her opinion immensely and ended up going with her favorite one, which also matched my families favorite one! The seamstress work was tediously perfected and the veil suggested to match the dress was stunning. I would recommend country bridal 10/10 times, and already have, to many brides I encounter!! Thank you again country bridal for assisting me with selecting and fitting such an important part of our day!!

Elisha was a very patient, kind, helpful consultant. I felt comfortable with her at all times in the fitting room and had her undivided attention. My custom gown was unfortunately produced about 2" too short by the vendor (Allure Bridals). Country Bridal was professional and responsive about resolving the issue and ensuring I got the right gown, with the correct dimensions, as they had carefully measured and ordered. They were flexible in allowing me to come in on a Saturday for a fitting (they typically reserve Saturday for new brides). My only complaint was honestly that my custom ordered vale was not steamed or hung up, but left folded and vacuumed sealed in the package. I would have loved to have just gotten dress on my big day and not been anxious about locating a steamer :-) All around, 4 out of 5 stars even despite the setbacks. Great family owned business!

Country Bridals was extremely helpful with my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, and all the alterations! They are a one-stop shop with a great selection. They were so accommodating and I loved working with them!

I loved being with the people from Country Bridals & Formal Wear! The small shop atmosphere made it feel very cozy and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. I absolutely loved my wedding dress that they helped me find and I felt like Cinderella! The big day was the best day ever!

I found the dress of my dreams in less than an hour at Country Bridals in Jaffrey,NH! They have the most beautiful selection of designer gowns at a reasonable price and all of the girls that work in the store are simply wonderful to work with. I popped in here with my mom after visiting my venue just to see if I could browse and they ended up letting me try on dresses until after they technically closed. I didn’t “say yes to the dress” as it was the very first shop I visited and it was a little far from home (although I may have to venture back and purchase mine there because I loved the shop that much), but I cannot say enough about how laid back the experience was and sweet and accommodating Cathy was. Definitely make an appointment!

I purchased my wedding dress at Country Bridal for my August wedding and couldn’t be happier with the dress and the shopping experience. I had my eye on several Rebecca Ingram gowns that they had in stock and they were great about pulling specific dresses I asked for as well as some that were a bit different, too. The staff is lovely, helpful, talented, and accommodating – particularly Vicky and Elicia and Cathy. They also did all of the alterations which were beautifully done and very reasonably priced. Loved Country Bridals & Formals. When I went to them to look for my wedding dress they were super flexible and had a lot of really great tips. The only problem that I had came with my dress alterations. I had cups put in and my straps readjusted. On my wedding day, one of my cups fell out and I noticed that one of my straps was twisted and not attached properly. I would definitly recommend them to go to get your dress but i would go somewhere else for alterations.

I visited a few bridal stores but found the one at Country Bridal. It was a double bonus that I was planning a barn wedding so the theme fit perfectly. They were very helpful, great at communicating, and pleasant to work with. Offered advice when I prompted but wasn’t overly pushy about anything at all. Would highly recommend.

Cathy was a life-saver! I'm so happy with the service I received from Country Bridal! Let me tell you why: My dress retailer went radio silent for several weeks and I was in a panic. It was only 74 days until my wedding and I still needed to do alterations and pick out accessories but I didn't have a dress. Mind you I had already paid in full. Another bridal shop shared my predicament in an online forum and Cathy responded to the distress signal in less than 3 hours (and it was after hours for her timezone)! She had the same model dress on her showroom floor, in my size, AND even on sale. Within less than 24 hours Cathy found my dress, texted me pictures, packaged, and rush shipped the dress to me. Not to mention, I live in SEATTLE, WA and she's in Jaffrey, NH. I wish I could leap through the phone and kiss her I'm so pleased. Do yourself a favor and shop at Country Bridals and Formal Wear: they're simply the best in customer service.

Right from entering the store Country Bridal was welcoming. The staff was attentive, yet not pushy. They allowed me to look at all their beautiful dresses and find something that I felt comfortable in and that fit with my personality. My wedding dress shopping experience was exceptional thanks to the staff at Country Bridals. They were very accommodating and took time to ask me what I was looking for and help me find the perfect dress within my budget. During my first appointment, I had my own dressing room and staff member helping myself, mother, mother in law, and MOH pull dresses off the rack. It was fun for everyone to get their hands on the dresses and bring them into the dressing room. We all felt we had a great experience shopping at a small boutique. Cathy was phenomenal when it came time for alterations. She made sure I was 100% happy with the dress before we left. She also took the time to offer suggestions regarding how/when to bustle the dress and recommended having someone as your designated "dress fluffer" before walking down the aisle. I would highly recommend Country Bridals to anyone shopping for a wedding dress.

I have been going to Country Bridals for many different events over the years, but my bridal experience was absolutely fantastic. Vicki and Cathy definitely know what they are doing. The place is beautiful, the atmosphere was not stressful even in the slightest, and the customer service was phenomenal. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, and after trying on lots of options that Vicki pulled I ended up going with a completely different style! She knew me better than I knew myself! I couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

I went in so many bridal shops, but this one was different from the first moment. I had a big changing room, and the girl I worked with asked me my budget, what I was looking for, and how much help I needed. They were not pushy at all, and really paid attention to what I said I liked and didn't like about every dress. I'm a bigger girl, and yet that was never an issue as they had many samples in many sizes. If it didn't fit they were more than willing to pin me or clip me so I could see the dress, and worked within my budget. I also had a tight timeframe, and they were able to check what dresses would be available in time. Very knowledgeable. Every trip to this store was a pleasure and worth the hour drive. They were friendly, and put up with my indecision very well. It was a big decision and they were super understanding and helpful. When it came time for alterations they worked with me to get everything right, and held the dress until a few days before the wedding. The girl I worked with for alterations was wonderful, and super helpful. I never once felt like they didn't want to help me . I was very apprehensive about dress shopping, especially after having a poor experience at some other bridal shops. Country Bridal made up for it and more. I honestly wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This place is excellent! The staff is friendly and helpful. They have an excellent selection of beautiful gowns, many of which are very affordable. I actually came to their store all the way from Boston because I was struggling to find a store with many short, tea length, or high/low dresses. They had so many great options for this type of look! I will definitely be back!

Country Bridal's was the second place that I went to try on gowns and I absolutely love my dress!! We went with an allure and did the four inches shorter option because I'm petite and it fit almost perfectly. When I went to pick up my dress, they were very nice and accommodating to me. My mother and bridesmaids had very different experiences with them. I had 9 bridesmaids, 6 of whom were out of state, so they called and gave their measurements verbally. Their dresses were disasters. Two of them needed major reconstruction because they either could not get their dress on or they could but had trouble breathing. Two others were too small. When my mom, who is very non-confrontational, went to the store and explained this to them, they were rude and told her that the store was not responsible for weight gain (none of my bridesmaids or had gained any weight). They later told us that the particular designer ran small (why they didn't tell us this beforehand really ticks me off because that could have saved us a lot of trouble). My sister, who is local and had her measurements done in the store, had to go somewhere else to have her dress taken out because they told her it couldn't go out any more even though she literally couldn't breathe. I'm am very unimpressed with the service at Country Bridal.

Country Bridal was amazing to work with and had a huge selection of dresses to choose from. Being a plus size bride, while I really wanted to be excited about dress shopping, I was also nervous...but the ladies made me feel so comfortable and my dress is absolutely amazing! They even made sure that when my family came to visit me they were welcome as well. The ladies kept me in constant contact and had unbeatable prices! I would definitely recommend them for your dress needs on your special day!

Amazing. I went to Country Bridals because I was unhappy with my original choice for a wedding dress, so I was in a serious bind. I arrived at 4 pm on a Thursday, and after trying on 25+ dresses, chose a size 12 dress I loved. The problem is that I'm a size 4! They completely tailored the dress to fit me perfectly, and I picked up the dress the next day at noon!! I never once felt rushed or felt as though I was putting them out in any way. They were gracious, happy, positive and wonderful!! I loved their honest approach and sincere care they took to make me happy. The best part?? My dress was amazing!! It fit my personality to a tee.....was "adorable," beautiful and just perfect. If I could give Country Bridals 10 stars instead of 5, I would!

The staff was so accommodating, I brought five adults and my flower girl with me. The young girl helping me was wonderful and patient with me. I could not deicide between two dresses and she did not make me feel rushed. The only thing I wish they told me was that they do there alterations by wedding date. I only had my dress hemmed and a belt tacked on, but I had to wait till a week before my wedding to pick it up. I will say when I picked it up and had my final fitting the dress was a tad long and the women fixed it right then and there! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

I originally found my dress in California where I live. However, my family is in NH and I wanted them to be part of the dress process. I called Country Bridals and they were able to get the dress into the store just for me! I flew to NH and was able to try on dresses with my mom and family. I picked out my gown on my first trip to Country Bridals. The girls in the shop were so patient and helpful! They have a large selection of dresses covering a wide budget. The gowns are all name brand. If we hadn't already picked out the guys' tuxes we would have gotten them from Country Bridals, too. I am obsessed with my dress and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wedding dress at Country Bridals! I visited many different bridal salons in search of the perfect wedding dress, and the vibe at each of them were very different. I felt pressured, stressed, and rushed at several, but not at Country Bridals. Ultimately, I found a few different dresses I liked, all of which Country Bridals carried, except the one I liked most. But, I went back to Country Bridals because I enjoyed my experience there most, and since they carried the designer, they informed me that I could purchase it through them (they also had the best price!!!). Ideally, I wanted to try on my top choices side by side, so they went above and beyond and custom ordered my "top" dress so that I could try it on in there store alongside the others I liked. They carry great lines and have a TON of absolutely stunning dresses. The associates are all warm and friendly and kind, helpful but not pushy. I never felt pressured. I was able to browse and pull dresses I liked, and the associates also pulled a few that they thought I might like as well. It's a relaxed environment, I never felt rushed, and they were always incredibly accommodating. They let me take pictures of the different gowns, which was incredibly helpful since I tried on so many (some other salons don't allow this)! My bridesmaid was running late to my appointment on my third visit (when I had the chance to try on all my favorites together, including the one they custom ordered, and ended up purchasing my dress!) and they didn't mind at all that I waited for her to get there. They were very responsive over email. It's an incredibly comfortable and wonderful shopping experience. My alterations have not been done yet, so I can't comment on that yet, but will update my review after those are complete! Thanks Country Bridals!

I was having a hard time finding the dress and had visited many other bridal shops in my area. I was hesitant to visit Country Bridal at first since it was a bit of a drive from my home. They carried a number of designers that I generally liked so I decided I should make the time to visit. My mom, maid of honor and I finally took the trip out there and it was such a great experience. Adrien helped us pick out a few dresses and was great at taking feedback of what I liked and didn't like from dress to dress. She let me take my time in each dress because to me, I need to feel like this dress is the me I want to be on my wedding day. Adrien didn't rush me like I had been rushed at other bridal shops to make a decision. I got stuck between two beautiful (but very different) dresses and Adrien took the time to help me see what the whole picture would like on the day. I was still struggling to pick so Cathy and the staff were kind enough to let us run down the street (an adorable small town main street) to eat lunch to think about it. When we came back the decision came easy. Country Bridal also has a nice collection of bridesmaids dresses that my maid of honor tried on hassle-free to get an idea of what she looks good in. I'm so glad I took the trip out to Jaffrey to visit Country Bridal. I was worried that I wouldn't get the sparkly dress I hoped for, but I found it surprisingly affordable there in Jaffrey. It may be a little out of the way, but it was such a lovely day trip with the shops around town and fun events on the town square. We had a great lunch topped off with some amazing pumpkin whoopie pies for dessert. We've made the trip out there twice so far and both times it's been worth while. Thanks so much Country Bridal!

What a fabulous experience we had at Country Bridals! We had been to a number of other bridal shops in NH but she was unsuccessful in finding "The One." From the moment we entered the store the whole staff was warm and friendly as well as professional and knowledgeable. There was a large selection of styles from a number of designers. Adrien listened to what my daughter had envisioned for her dream dress and found it. Well, actually she found TWO gorgeous dresses that she loved. The hardest part was choosing THE perfect dress. The staff worked it out so we could go to lunch and return later that afternoon to make the decision. It was exactly what my daughter needed to pick her perfect dream dress as the decision was quick and definitive. From start to finish we have warm, wonderful memories of this special day. It was well worth her trip from Chichester, NH!

Getting ready for my wedding has NOT been easy. Before coming to country bridal i went through three dresses, they simply did not look good, didnt fit, or weren't to my standard. I received some advice from a co-worker of mine to try this place out (as she had gotten her dress from there, and was STUNNING BTW!) I went in there with not a lot in mind. I had no idea what i wanted, what color, what size i was, what details i wanted, absolutely NOTHING. i tried dresses on, all of them were absolutely gorgeous. but this one in particular. lace top with a ballroom gown, was beautiful, i automatically knew it was the one for me. They stood me upon a stool and told me about my dress and were very accommodating. they let me pay for my dress in increments, they sent me cards, emails, and even called me on a weekly basis to tell me about my dress and ask how i was doing. They are so caring, passionate about their job... its just a fantastic place!

I have been visiting country bridals since I was in middle school in search of my first semi-formal dress... many years, 2 semi- formal dresses, 2 prom dresses, and 3 bridesmaid dresses later, it was my turn to look for a wedding gown of my very own! Kathy and her team are AWESOME! The store is great, set in the beautiful town of Jaffrey, that I now call home! I would highly highly recommend this store for anyone's wedding gown, mother-of-the bride/ groom gown, bridesmaid dress etc... you want it, they've got it!

Cathy and her team of wedding dress gurus at Country Bridals are simply amazing! They really came through for me when my wedding dress "situation" - and oh boy was it a situation - with another bridal shop became completely unbelievable. I absolutely can't recommend Country Bridals highly enough! Here's the short version of the story: I had tried on and liked several dresses at Country Bridals about a year before my wedding, but (unfortunately!) I decided to purchase a dress at a different bridal shop in the area. Bad decision. A month - a month! - before my wedding I still had no wedding dress from the other bridal shop (which shall remain nameless). This was NOT my fault; I had ordered my dress WAY in advance and had paid a 50% deposit. I don't know about you, but I'd guess that most brides expect to have their dress come in a lot earlier than that. It turns out it was due to a HUGE error and ABYSMAL communication on their part. Apparently, my dress had been ordered and was ready and waiting at Allure Bridals FOR MONTHS, all the while the nameless bridal shop was telling me that my dress just wasn't in yet (foisting the blame onto Allure which was just plain WRONG). I will spare you the rest of the unbelievable and stressful details of my attempts to work with this other bridal shop. Ultimately, I contacted Country Bridals in a panic about a month before my wedding, and Cathy was able to work some kind of magic! I was able to purchase my dress - the one that was ready for me at Allure - through Country Bridals instead. Cathy not only had my dress shipped from Allure to Country Bridals within a week, she also quickly scheduled a fitting for my alterations (which were thankfully minimal) and completed them quickly. I still ended up getting my dress way to close to the wedding for comfort(it was ready a week before my wedding day, and my Mom picked it up literally two days before the wedding). In the end, I did get to wear the dress I originally wanted and ordered, and it was all because Cathy was willing to help me, an unknown, stressed-out, disillusioned bride. She and her staff were professional, courteous, and did their ABSOLUTE BEST to handle a bride and mother-of-the-bride who had been sorely disappointed and majorly stressed out by the other nameless bridal shop. If this is how Country Bridals handles a last minute, completely insane situation, I can only imagine how pleasant it must be to work with them in a normal wedding timeline. My biggest regret is that I did not purchase my wedding dress from Country Bridals from the start. My advice for southern New Hampshire brides: if you're going the traditional white wedding dress route, do yourself a BIG favor and buy it from Country Bridals!!!!

Everyone at Country Bridals in Jaffrey, NH is wonderful! They are not at all pushy and will help you find the dress of your dreams! Christina found my dress, and on the sale rack of all places! The entire staff was so helpful, we bought my dress, a beaded belt and my mom's dress too. All of the alterations were perfect and the bustle of my wedding dress was so pretty! You wouldn't believe that this amazing store exists out in Jaffrey. Check it out-you won't be disappointed!!

I walked into Country bridals and was immediately surprised with how different of an experience that I was about to have. I had been to 3 other store looking to find my gown but I just wasn't happy with their selections. I am a larger girl and it was very defeating to go into these stores and for them not to have dresses that would fit me. I went in to country bridals and dress after dress in all different styles they fit me like a glove. I was able to see how styles were supposed to fit, not just imagine, and see what looked good on me and what didn't. The girls stayed with in my budget and on my wedding day I was dressed head to toe in Country bridals fashions from veil, hair piece and dress ( i went barefoot on the beach) I tell everyone they have to go to Country Bridal!

I LOVE the dress that I found at Country Bridals. Many people at the wedding said it was made for me. The staff were all friendly and helpful and most of the alterations were done perfectly. there was a back panel sewn into the back of my dress last minute (right before my ceremony and after the last try on) however that made the dress too small day of and we had to rip it out right before the ceremony. Not a huge deal but added a little bit of unneeded stress day of. Overall a great experience.

Watching my daughter walking down the aisle in head-to-toe items from Country Bridal was a proud moment for me. From the beginning the staff at Country Bridal were awesome! As a plus size bride it wasn't easy to find bridal establishments with an adequate number of gowns to try on. These ladies put the first dress on her zipped it up and she walked out in a dress that fit! She tried on more until she found the right one. She had a budget and the sales woman stuck to the budget and I was able to purchase the gown of her dreams. I was so impressed with them that I purchased my dress there along with the bridesmaids and the mother of the groom. I can't say enough about Country Bridal. If you are getting married Country Bridal is the place for you!

My brother recommended this store after having rented a suit for his prom. I went in knowing only that I wanted a sweetheart neckline and tea length gown. Adrienne, the employee who worked with me, was fantastic. She helped to find gowns that were that style or could be made into that style. We pulled about 8 dresses into the fitting rooms. I made it to about #6 and was sold on a long, lace gown. This was not the type of dress I would have pictured myself in, but it was THE dress (the tears from myself, my mom, my gram, and my moms best friend made that very clear). I ended up going back in a few months later for my shoes and then for my alterations, and then for my very last minute veil. They were great throughout all of it. Everything was ready on time and absolutely perfect!

I ADORE my wedding dress--Country Bridals has a great selection of dresses. It was nice to shop in a small boutique, especially since the sales attendants are not pushy or rude. I had a negative experience with alterations at this shop and would NOT recommend them to anyone. I had to return to the shop 3 times for my hem to be corrected--and only because I said something about it being off (the bustle was a mess). I wonder if they would have let me pay and walk away with a bustle that was uneven all around the back of the dress? This all occured the week before my wedding and was quite stressful. To add to the stress of returning time after time until it was correct, at one point they had added $45 to my bill for the changes! Luckily the owner revolked those charges, but in my opinion they should have taken money off--simply due to the drive, time, and stress this mishap had on me, days before my wedding. That being said--I do LOVE my dress and it was unique and I am glad I purchased it there. I just don't recommend their alteration services.

I LOVED my dress! Not only was my dress amazing, but the service at Country Bridals was amazing as well. Everyone was supportive, helpful, and completely accommodating.

Everyone at Country Bridals has a great knowledge of their work. We purchased my wedding gown and my bridesmaid dress. Also we rented tuxedo's through Country Bridals. They are always helpful and professional at Country Bridals. Their staff puts the effort to find you the perfect outfits for everyone in your wedding party!

We could have never had the wedding we had without you. Almost 2 years since my Dad passed away and sowing his shirt in a heart shape on the inside of my dress allowed him to walk me down the isle. I can never say thank you enough for your generosity and uplifting spirits. Being diagnosed with a disease before your wedding is never what a bride wants to experience but YOU all made me feel beautiful for our day. Thank you :)

Thank you so much to everyone at the shop. I had been to a couple other places and I couldn't find anything. Adrien was so awesome, she knew exactly what I was looking for and actually picked out the dress I chose, it happened to be the first and only dress I tried. She was so great and helpful.

I shopped at Country Bridals for my wedding gown and they actually found the perfect dress for me! I came in to look and found one dress I thought would be the answer, and they listened to what I was talking about that I envisioned and found me perfection!! I was so impressed that we ended up doing the bridesmaid dresses and tuxes through Country Bridals as well! Even during hectic prom season, they got our dresses done right in time and the tuxes delivered! There was one vest that accidentally came in the wrong color, but the next morning the correction was in hand. Overall everything was fantastic! They were very personable and get to know you by name, they also have private dressing rooms which is a nice touch!

This out of the way boutique is really a hidden gem! The building appearance itself may be an initial turn off, but the dresses and customer service make you wonder why you are not paying Kleinfeld's prices as it is definitly worth it! They have an amazingly large selection of dresses and the staff is very attentive. For an out of the way location, you may not think they would have the latest in bridal trends, but I showed the staff a picture I had ripped out of a magazine and they pulled that exact dress off their rack for me to try on. They have dresses for every budget as well and two of my girlfriends that recently got married bought their dresses there as well. Their customer service is wonderful. At my scheduled appointment the staff spent as much time with me as I needed, from a 3 hour dress trying on session, to my indecisive debating if I wanted further alterations due to weight loss. Even dropping by with out an appointment I have had attention quickly after walking through the door. They not only have beautiful dresses, but accesories as well. My groom got his and his groomsmen's tuxes there as well. When the tux company sent some wrong items, the Country Bridals staff were quick to work with us to make sure we received the correct items in enough time for the wedding. I would tell anyone to shop here and only here for their dress, it is a much more personal shopping experience than the chain stores and you will be glad you shopped here!

This store is AMAZING. There aren't many stores in NH to buy wedding gowns, and this one is certainly in a weird spot but it is a hidden gem. They have hundreds of dresses. When I went the sales associate listened to what I liked and picked out some styles and also allowed me to browse and pick what i wanted. I tried on several dresses but dress number 5 became the perfect one. I still wanted to try other shops though and didn't buy my first day. What a mistake! I had terrible experience at a store near Portsmouth and went back to Country Bridals to buy my dress that no other store had, or anything that came close. I bought all my bridesmaids dresses there too. Everything was perfect and the ladies there are so friendly and knowledgeable. They do alterations right in store and they have very reasonable prices.I wouldn't go anywhere else for formal wear again.

I purchased my dress elsewhere, but the team at Country Bridals was more than happy to help me with alterations! They did a wonderful job taking my dress in, and even when there was 1 week to go and it had to come in a little, it was not a problem! I had to drive over an hour to get there, but it was TOTALLY worth it!

My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from Country Bridals and they all were very pleased! The service was wonderful, the dresses were beautiful and the prices were very reasonable. The alterations pricing was far better than I've seen anywhere else too! Our groomsmen also rented their tuxes through Country Bridals and my mother purchased her dress there as well. A very happy bridal party!

I went to Country Bridal on a mission to find my dream Maggie Soterro dress. They just happend to have my size and that style i was in search of there as their sample dress. They won me over right there! I had a large wedding party and they handled the whole troop very well and I would recommend Cathy and her girls at the shop to anyone!!!

I didn't have a very large budget and was dreading the cost of a wedding dress but they had such great selection and I was able to find the perfect dress for about $100. We also rented vests and ties there and it was a really simple process. The only downside was that the alterations on my cost around $200 which I was a bit surprised about but it came out perfectly and was still a low price to pay for the dress of my dreams.

I am so thankful that I found Country Bridals & Formal Wear in Jaffrey. I spent many months at bigger shops with no luck finding a dress and terrible experiences with staff. When you first walk into Country Bridal, you are greeted by the NICEST staff. They give you space when you need it, and support and suggestions when you ask for it. They have a great selection of wedding dresses in all shapes, sizes, designers and styles! They also have accessories and great wedding party outfits as well! I found the perfect dress & everything went exactly as planned. If you are getting married you should DEFINITELY check out Country Bridals!

I've worked with Country Bridals for three weddings as a bridesmaid, so I knew who I wanted to use when it was my turn. I cannot say enough good things about the Country Bridals team. If you're not from the Jaffrey area, it's worth a trip to see them. Low budget? Check out their sale rack. Looking to spend a lot? They have an enormous selection to choose from. I can't say enough good things about Country Bridals.

This store was recommended by a friend so I figured I should check it out. Physically, it is a small space, but they had numerous designers to choose from and a good range of prices as well. I found the consultant I worked with to not be very helpful. Although the store was dead, there were numerous times that she was MIA and my friends were lacing my dresses up. Dress selection was great, but service was lacking.

i fell in love with the designer Maggie Sottero but could only find this one shop to sell the dresses I wanted to try on. I went during a trunk show so I received 10% off my final price. The bridal consultants let me try on every dress I wanted and the ended up suggesting a dress that I looked over but it ended up being my perfect dress! I loved the overall service and quality of my gown. I also bought an artificial flower for my hair from there wide variety of hair pieces.
