Country Catering

ood food within our budget and after our tasting we knew we found the right place. We landed on the Central Oregon wedding menu (big tri-tip fans), and everything was delicious, our guests continue to tell us a month later how great the food was. We had a handful of big eaters coming and the portion sizes were great, everyone was satisfied, and they even packaged up the leftovers for us! Would recommend in a heartbeat! P.S. get the burnt ends!!

rassing to ask your guests if they are finished with their forks and to try and wash them for others to use. This is totally unacceptable and the (new) owner accused us of not giving the correct guest count. We only had 2 little kids extra from our final count. How you run out of forks is ridiculous. What if someone dropped a fork or went back for seconds and grabbed a second fork. This should not happen! They did finally give us a discount but only after negotiating and having them make US feel bad about it. Won't use them again for sure! PS. If you've booked them, be sure you have extra stuff on hand.

We got guests meal choices for the wedding, and learned upon providing the caterers our totals that guests could have some of everything and beef or chicken didn't matter. We were casually told to set up 2 tables for our buffet and we had to put the tables together for one long table for serving during the reception. When they arrived at the venue, the caterers sat in their car waiting for the bride to tell them what to do. They stood around awkwardly when they needed the buffet tables moved, and again waited for the bride to make things happen. The bride had a coordinator on site that they were meant to work with. The service was mediocre, but the food was delicious. Our bigges issue is that we were promised that onions would be substituted with shallots because of an allergy the bride has, and this change did not take place. The bride had an allergic reaction to the onions in the potato salad when she got home which lasted 36 hours. The parmesan bread was also substituted with whole grain rolls without any word or explanation. Our choice in caterer was based on their ability and willingness to work with the bride's severe dietary restrictions. The menu was perfect except for the onions, so this was a major disappointment.
