Courtney's Catering

Courtney’s Catering was a great vendor to work with from beginning to end! The tasting we had sealed the deal for us. The manager Brandi was super sweet to us and everything we tasted was delicious! For appetizers we chose the fruit display with chocolate mousse, chips and guac, and the absolute crowd favorite of mac and cheese with assorted toppings. For dinner we chose the dinner buffet serving the Cabernet beef, garlic cream chicken, green bean casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, and a field greens salad with rolls. They also accommodated a few vegan guests with a stuffed portobello mushroom with potatoes and vegetables. Let me tell you, do not pass on that mac and cheese! Every person that commented on the food mentioned it. It’s delicious and kids and adults love it! The chicken and the beef are both covered in sauce so they are flavorful and not dry at all. I heard several compliments on those dishes as well. A few parents told me their kids actually ate real food because everything was so good. This is great considering we didn’t necessarily pick foods with children in mind, but the choices were well received! We also selected sweet and unsweet tea, water and lemonade, plus coffee. The coffee was a big hit as well! Never underestimate how tired your guests will get. They dance exhausted but keep chugging the coffee! Brandi was very easy to work with and never dropped the ball on communication. She responded promptly and always has an out of office message when she isn’t available. The service staff did their job without getting in the way, blending in and cleaning up promptly. As far as I’m aware we had plenty of food and did not run out of anything before everyone was served. The food was a good temperature and the flavor was consistent with the tasting we had. There were boxes of leftovers packed up for us, including cake (which we opted in for the cake cutting services). We found this vendor through the venue as they were a preferred vendor. It’s definitely a plus to know that your caterer knows the venue, their rules, and the layout. I did not hear of any problems from the coordinator with the catering team, so if anything went wrong it never affected our experience. I’d gladly recommend Courtney’s Catering to anyone looking for a full service caterer!

Very easy to work with and friendly. Pricing things out, Courtney's pricing made the most sense with full service and bartending. What's even better is that several guests reached out after wedding to tell me it was the best meal they've had at a wedding and the bartender was top notch.
