Choosing food options for wedding can be super overwhelming. Since half, if not more of our guests were from out of state we decided to do BBQ to keep the ‘Texas’ theme. We’ve had multiple people tell us it was top 3, if not the best wedding food they had. Super easy to work with & everything went according to plan. Thank y’all for making our day perfect!

Courtney's was a great caterer: -They were very flexible in customizing the menu to meet our needs. We had a cross-cultural wedding, so we really appreciated that they were willing and able to create some non-standard dishes for us -They provided us a tasting at no cost that was private and with wonderful service -Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of product. They were in the middle of the pack for costs. -Our guests loved the food and we also enjoyed the leftovers for the next few days after the event -Their service for setup, during the event and for cleanup was stellar. We got our entire security deposit back from our venue. Overall they provided and excellent experience and we would highly recommend them.

Delicious, great communication, efficient, good price! I have nothing to say other than it was scrumptious and a easy process! Absolutely fabulous and my guests loved their meals.

We provided bbq to our guests and we got so many compliments on how great the food is. Our guests mentioned that the brisket was hands down some of the best brisket they've ever had. You're missing out if you don't book Courtney's Catering!

Courtney's Catering was the perfect choice for a wedding caterer! We choose to do their Italian Feast buffet which was amazing. The buffet included a salad, lasagna, chicken marsala, mashed potatoes, veggies, bread, linens for the service tables, acrylic plates and plasticware, water and tea station, and cups. It was really a one stop shop for all our food needs. They made the process very easy and were very communicative during our planning. Doing a tasting with them was also really helpful. We got so many compliments on the food! It was truly delicious. The staff that worked on our wedding was so nice and attentive and they bussed the tables all night long. They seemed so happy to be there with us and really made us feel taken care of. We also used Courtney's as our bartender while we provided the alcohol, they still provided napkins, cups, ice, and an ice chest. They made everything so so easy on us. They even helped us with renting all our linens and napkins and brought them too and from the venue for us. I loved working with Courtney's and I highly recommend them!

Courtney’s worked with us and were extremely accommodating to any changes requested or questions we had. The Sliders were a hit for our cocktail hour!

There aren't enough words for yum to describe Courtney's Catering. They did such an amazing job for our wedding. The food was delicious, their catering team and bartender were all fantastic. We did tastings at numerous catering companies before choosing Courtney's and not only were they the best tasting but that same flavor held up for the catered meal! We were also so happy that they were open to doing family style service.

I used Courtney’s Catering for my wedding yesterday and they are absolutely amazing! We did a buffet and it was perfect for the amount of guests we had. We were planning our wedding for 2 years and basically that whole time I was emailing back and forth with Brandi. She is so sweet and caring and truly helped us out so much throughout this process. I changed up stuff so many times and she was still so nice and made sure we were 100% happy. We used them for their bar service too and we couldn’t be happier. There was one main lady working at the bar and there was another lady by her who might have been with the actual catering service part but they were both so sweet, nice, and fun. I could not say one bad thing about this company. We are so glad we found them!

Courtney's Catering was an excellent choice for my wedding day. Their pricing was great, and they had a nice range of food options. I was very pleased with how the food turned out and we received lots of compliments from our guests. They also did our bartending which made life a lot easier.

The best catering company in the Austin area! My nieces wedding was catered by Courtney’s and the food was delicious! They also made a donation for a friend’s benefit/fundraiser and once again the food was delicious!

My husband and I attended a wedding last month catered by Courtney's. We were so impressed with the presentation of the catering set up, which was beautiful! As we got in line to taste the food, my husband whispered, I hope it tastes as got as it looks. We were wowed by everything that was served!!! We so wished we had know of them for our wedding catering. Then to top it off, we asked the right person, Brandi, on how to get information on Courtney's Catering. She was so helpful and willing to set up an appointment to get back to us. We just want to spread the word to a few friends we know engaged to check them out!!

Courtney’s catering was okay we liked the mac and cheese.. when we went for our tasting the chef that cooked was different than the one that showed up to our wedding. The guy that was in the kitchen was not the cleanliness looking which was a bit annoying. The food tasted different from the tasting in person which is what we were afraid of. The shrimp rice was way too spicy which we asked it not to be. The chicken and crab was decent but again none of the food tasted like it did when we went in for the tasting. My guess is they save their best chief for tastings so they can get booked. I wasn’t too impressed overall with the catering. We paid for the Mac and cheese to be in the buffet style martini glasses where you go and add the toppings and paid for that feature and never got it. I also don’t like that they never reached out to asked how everything was. They take your money and are pretty much done with you. Not great customer service

Our food was AMAZING! We did quesadillas and nachos for cocktail hour and an Italian buffet for dinner. They were super friendly as well!

Brandi from Courtney's Catering was awesome! She made the entire process of planning the catering super easy for us. There was constant communication throughout the entire planning process, she answered any silly questions I had, and was just overall super professional. She also made stuff happen for us that we did not think possible because our wedding was the Saturday after the big winter storm. She literally moved mountains for us and it was really nice to have that support from the caterer on our wedding day. The food was delicious and I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for your wedding!

My fiancé and I came in for a wedding dinner tasting. Mark and Brandi completely wowed us with their hospitality and award-winning dishes. We were delighted by the variety and quality of the tasting spread. They even offered to modify my meal for dietary restrictions. We can't wait for our big day when we can to try their food again with our guests.

My husband and I were so torn on what type of food to serve at our wedding and after a lot of research we very quickly decided on Courtney's. Their meals sounded incredible! We were so worried we would not be able to have a tasting due to the world being shutdown for Covid, at the time our wedding was being planned, and they made it happen for us!! My husband and I went to pick up our to-go tasting for Courtneys and two other companies so that we could make a final decision and let me tell y'all...there was no decision to be made after tasting their food. I kid you not, my husband and I were shoveling their food into our mouths as we were driving down the highway and were fighting for who got to lick the bowl. It was phenomenal!! We ended up going with the Italian meal: chicken with a white garlic cream sauce and beef lasagna. DROOLING. It was amazing. We ended up throwing our tastings away from the two other companies because Courtney's was the very clear winner. Our guests loved their food so much! My husband and I were such big fans we made it a point to truly sit down at the reception so we could chow down on all of our food-we could not leave there without full and happy bellies. Best catering decision we could have made! Hire them for your wedding, you will NOT be disappointed!

Courtney’s Catering was amazing for our wedding! Brandi was an absolute blast and worked with us through every obstacle, question, and last minute need. The tasting was like having dinner with a family- they are just great people! And They are affordable and delicious too! We went with a BBQ buffet, passed canapés during cocktail hour, and bar tending services and were blown away- our guests still talk about how great everything was! Thank you SO MUCH Brandi + team!!!!

We had the BBQ for our wedding, and it was honestly among the top 3 BBQ places we've ever eaten. Our guests were raving all night long about the food. Everybody we spoke with during the course of planning was incredibly kind and helpful, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our menu. I was actually a little sad when we finished all the leftover food from our wedding because of how delicious it was. We highly recommend Courtney's, you will not regret picking them!

We used Courtneys for our Kindred Oaks wedding package, we had their barbecue menu. It was affordable and delicious! From what we heard our guests really enjoyed the food also and there was a good amount.

The team at Courtney’s catering is wonderful. Not only did they help me plan my catering and bartending needs, but they answered so many other questions I had around the wedding planning process. They’re true professionals. Oh and of course, their food is amazing! They were so flexible with our budget and made sure to offer items that didn’t put us overboard but were still elegant and delicious. They made sure to send us home with a few boxes full of food and were so sad once it was gone!

We lost count of the number of people that told us, “This is the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding!” Enough said lol 😂

Delicious food and a phenomenal staff don’t even begin to describe how amazing Courtney’s catering was. Callie went above and beyond, even walking through the venue with my mom and helping come up with set up ideas. Like how amazing is that?! She orchestrated the rental orders and was so patient while we tried to figure out what we were doing. AND THE FOOD. It was absolutely phenomenal, we still have people reaching out to us about how great it was. In the end, Courtney’s was truly one of the best decisions we made!

I received countless compliments during and after the wedding about how amazing the food was. Also, the servers were extremely nice throughout the wedding and brought my husband and I food right when we sat down! Everyone on Courtney's staff is also extremely nice and helpful via email/phone.

Courtney and her team did a great job! Communication was great and I truly enjoyed working with her. The food was absolutely delicious as well! Would highly recommend to any couples getting married!

We only have great things to say about Courtney's Catering. We used them for our wedding at Villa Antonia in June. All of our guests raved about their food, particularly the mac and cheese! Several people even went back for seconds. We also used them for linen rentals and they made that process super, super easy and made our vision of how the napkins on the table would look come to life! We booked 3 bartenders for 2 different bars and our guests never had to wait in line for a drink. We made a great choice in going with Courtney’s Catering and highly recommend them!!

I should have known their would be issues because the communications started going down hill right from the start. Courtney’s Catering did not show up for the only meeting before the wedding (since the tasting). I contacted the owner and the event coordinator was replaced but no explanation was given. Note that 1 month out was to late to replace caterer. I was not advised of a replacement for the event coordinator until 1 week before the wedding and then only when I insisted on having their name and phone number. I was concerned that no one would show up or be late on the wedding day. On the wedding day two of the catering staff members left the venue to purchase cucumbers without telling the wedding coordinator. In the mean time, the food delivery was going to be late which made the wedding start late because appetizers were to be served immediately after the wedding ceremony. Buffet consisted of Canapés appetizers; Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce; Crab Stuffed Chicken; Gumbo; Vegetable Medley; and Roasted New Potatoes. The food was good with the exception of the cold appetizers and the Roasted New Potatoes were burnt, they were black and tasted burnt. You would think that after spending $7,500 the caterer would care if I was happy with their food and service. No one from Courtney’s Catering every contacted me at or after the wedding. I do not recommend Courtney’s Catering.

We loved the food, setup, communication, and price! The only negative point is the staff were dressed unprofessionally.

The most compliments from our wedding was in regards to the food! People were raving over Courtney's catering and I couldn't agree more. The food is 5 stars yet affordable. I was beyond impressed (so were my guests) with the quality of food for 260 guests. Their customer service was great and very responsive. Everyone was full and satisfied. We had the salmon with lobster sauce and chicken with garlic cream sauce and it was out of this world. No complaints here. Highly recommend Courtney's Catering to everyone.

The food is amazing! Courtney's catered our wedding on 6/25/17 at Chateau on the Creek. We had several guests go back for seconds (which was awesome since we had a few last minute cancellations... lol.) Days after the event we had family members and guests asking us who had catered our wedding because it was THAT good! Thank you so much for helping our wedding be a memorable event!

If you are looking for a caterer who will bend over backwards, jump through hoops, and literally do anything and everything to make sure your wedding day goes smoothly and is perfect, then you have to go with Courtney's Catering. From our very first conversation, I genuinely felt like Courtney considered our wedding to be the most important one she had ever done. She assisted us with securing tablecloths, linen napkins, and charger plates from another rental company. We didn't have to worry about picking any of it up, assembling it, or returning it - Courtney and her staff handled it all for us! Now, let's talk about the food. We had fruit and cheese for cocktail hour and it was delicious. For dinner we went with the BBQ buffet and also ordered mac & cheese. We were blown away by how delicious everything was - especially the mac & cheese! The brisket was moist, the chicken was super flavorful, and the sausage was addicting! Everything was perfect. Our guests are still talking about the food almost two weeks later! It was a huge hit. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing - we knew Courtney would take care of us. Courtney is extremely professional and always promptly returned my emails and phone calls. I felt like she was always willing to do anything I asked and she made planning our wedding SO much easier and stress free! We highly recommend choosing Courtney's Catering for any and all of your catering needs!

Courtney's catering was amazing!! We had them cater our wedding and we had so many people tell us that the food was the best they've had! They communicated so well and were so patient with me, even though I emailed them a hundred times and changed so many things, they were always so accommodating.

Absolutely delicious and such a great staff! We went with their barbecue menu and loved it (must try their mac 'n cheese). They made sure that we had full plates waiting at our sweetheart table as soon as dinner started and sent us home with all the leftovers!

Courtney’s Catering/Capital Barbecue catered our wedding at Kindred Oaks. We wanted BBQ since most of our guests were from out of town and we wanted them to be able to experience Texas BBQ. The food was fantastic and they were so easy to work with. We went with a buffet appetizer and buffet dinner. Courtney's worked with us to provide vegan options and even allowed us to add this at the last minute when we found out some of our guests were vegan. I would highly recommend them for weddings.

We were looking for a caterer that would offer quality food and bar services while letting us have the wedding we want. Many caterers required an outrageous minimum, which was difficult for a wedding of about 100. We anticipated a culturally diverse group, so we chose a Texas flavor with a BBQ buffet. At least 75% of my guests asked me what restaurant this was so they could get more brisket, pulled pork, and MAC 'N CHEESE (I could've eaten that all night). They were so disappointed to learn that this was a catering company and not somewhere they would be able to regularly go. She even accommodated my vegetarian guests with grilled portobello mushrooms. The bartenders were fantastic too! This was the first wedding I had ever heard anyone talk about the food as much as they did. Thank you!

Courtney's has excellent service and is really great to work with. The price is also a really good selling point- it was the main reason we went with them. For what you pay, the food is really good. We got several compliments from our guests who didnt seem to notice it came from one of the smaller caterers! But if you're expecting gourmet, probably go with one of the more expensive caterers. We didn't really care, and we got exactly what we paid for- good food.

Courtney was one of the smaller vendors recommended by the venue I chose and so we almost overlooked her. I am so glad we didn't! She was phenomenal to work with- easy to contact, always quick with answers, and very accommodating of our schedule and willing to work with our budget. We ended up going with the prime rib and salmon covered in lobster sauce and it was a huge hit with our guests!! We ordered enough food for more people than showed at the wedding, but there was absolutely no food left when it was over! I had guests approach me multiple times throughout the night raving about dinner, especially the salmon and lobster sauce! Overall, the fact that they are a smaller operation works in their (and your!) favor. We received amazing service and even better food. I would definitely recommend her to anyone having a wedding in the Austin area.

Courtney was very quick to get us a quote and very responsive to what we wanted for our wedding. Her prices were really good. We ended up going with another vendor due to family connections, but Courtney was great to work with.

We got lots of rave reviews about the food at our wedding! Even now people are still telling me how good dinner was. Everything was delicious, cooked perfectly and the service was excellent as well.
