ion I made for my wedding. From the second we started working together until today, a week after my wedding, Laura has been there for me every step of the way. She helped with vendor selection & handled all vendor communication, helped me make important decisions, organized tasks, to-dos, even my own thoughts, and throughout the process, she made sure that I was always stress-free. She handled every single aspect of my wedding to the point where I sometimes felt bored because I had nothing to do. I always felt like a priority, she never made me feel like I was bothering her (which I was, 24/7…), and on top of that all, she’s hilarious, fun, sweet, and caring, and she kept me sane when other people were driving me crazy. She took my needs and preferences into consideration while also providing her own advice without pressure or judgement. She made everything personal with little touches, sweet gifts, even just kind words to get me through a rough day. From the day I got engaged, I always knew that my wedding day was going to be perfect because Laura was going to make sure it was… and she did, which ended up being a much more difficult task than either of us originally anticipated. My wedding ended up being the last weekend (pretty much the last day) before everything shut down due to the coronavirus. Laura was 8 months pregnant. I had 60 guests cancel in the few days before the wedding. Laura had team members unable to work the wedding day. And somehow… everything was still perfect. Laura worked tirelessly to rearrange table arrangements and chairs and plans to make sure that my day was still how I dreamed of it. And she did it with a smile on her face.
I don’t really know how to even describe in words how it felt to have Laura there with me, not just with the planning leading up to the wedding, but on the actual day of the wedding. The amount of comfort knowing she was there is beyond words. Any time I needed anything, I didn’t think to ask my maid of honor, my mom, or even my husband, I always wanted to know where Laura was. And she was always there. She worked from 8am to 11:30pm on the day of my wedding (again… 8 months pregnant). She was in a million different places at once, and yet always made sure to bring me water whenever it seemed like I needed it. In the days after the wedding, everyone in my family commented on how amazing she was and how important it was to have her there. I truly could not have done this without her, and I can never thank her enough for everything she did for me.

very single detail from the bathrooms to the kosher BBQ caterer to the stressed out bride (hi!) to helping choose the perfect songs. We even switched venues during the process and Laura could not have made it more seamless. Laura’s design vision, wonderful attitude and overall boss lady skills truly made the whole entire day and planning experience come together in the best way possible. I’ll even use the cliche that everyone tells us it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to. But seriously- put your trust in Laura and the CCNY team. They will do everything in their power to guarantee you have the best day of your life.

I felt like I was talking to a good friend when we would have our decorating meetings. When I first walked into the room on my wedding day I was blown away by how beautiful everything looked! It exceeded my expectations and could not have been more perfect. The Couture Concepts team went above and beyond to decorate not only the indoor space, but the entry way and the large outdoor space! I also didn't have to stress about printing programs, menus or escort cards as they took care of every last detail. If there was anything I wanted or needed, Laura would step in and I felt like I could ask her anything wedding- related. I was so thrilled with their work and my guests did not stop talking about it our whole wedding weekend! and she immediately started coming up with ideas to make my visions come true. From our first initial meeting, she was the sweetest, most lovely person to work with and continually reassured me not to worry about a thing-and I never had to! Working together periodically throughout the summer leading up to my wedding, Laura and Johanna were both extremely responsive to any of my emails, questions, or just wedding breakdowns! Laura always let me know of my options, and worked with me to save on costs wherever I could. At the time of my initial proposal, I was unsure about a guest book. Laura started chatting with me about ideas and came up with this amazing guest book option that I'd never seen done before and knew that's exactly what I wanted! Wedding week, my coordinator was able to pick up ALL of the beautiful decor we would be renting and bring it to our site for us. Although CCNY wasn't able to setup our event, Laura made sure that everything was boxed, labeled and even with a picture of how the decor would look in the room to help facilitate the decorating process that day. I'm not sure anyone else goes through this level of attention and personalized care like Laura and her team and I was truly blown away. CCNY also hand wrapped each of our beautiful favors, and went above and beyond to make every single one absolutely perfect. I had a request for Italian almonds on our favors and not only were they able to help me find the best cost-effective option, but the most delicious and non-traditional option as well. From photo displays, to antique and unique props, pixie lights, guest book (inclusive of pens and paper), and everything in between, I would have never been able to have the wedding I did without the help of CCNY. Pre through post wedding I've received top quality service, felt like my wedding was one of their own, and can not stop recommending every bride to work with them. Best in the business hands down, and hoping to be able to work together again in the future!

venue. Because of the nature of our wedding, a wedding planner was very necessary and Laura exceeded our expectations. Throughout the planning process, she ensured that we stayed on track and booked all of the necessary vendors. She and her team were also on site the day before and day of setting everything up - working SO hard in the heat and humidity to make sure it all looked perfect. In addition to all of her support, guidance and wisdom, she is worth the price alone for the decor and signage that is include in the price. Every wedding she works on is literally Pinterest perfect and I am so thrilled that we used her for our big day.

Her attention to detail is uncanny, she did a great job capturing personal details about my husband and I and integrating it in to our wedding. She truly made it "us", I had guests left and right complimenting everything and anything about the wedding. Not only is she an amazing wedding planner, but she's as sweet as can be, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I have to say I am a little sad that its all over because we loved Laura so much! Her staff is also amazing, Johanna ran our rehearsal and did a spectacular job - she had to deal with 9 rowdy groomsmen too! I wouldn't even hesitate hiring Couture Concepts, you won't be disappointed!

thought about. I am not a person that enjoys event planning and I was so overwhelmed before enlisting Laura and her team. Not only were they great at planning the perfect event, but they were also so great at coordinating with all the vendors the months leading up to the event and the day of, which is basically a job in itself. Her vendor recommendations are also great (shout out to Scott and the team @ Elite Tent who were so awesome). I had a variety of issues with the planning, but Laura was there for me with every one of them and kept me sane. I truly don’t know what I would have done without Couture Concepts. Let’s be honest, wedding planning is crazy. If you want professional planning assistance, but also want real, attentive people who truly care about your event, and people that are able to be your friend/wedding therapist/mediator/wedding crisis manager, go with Couture Concepts.

The whole process started out with a long phone conversation in which she took detailed notes on all of our vendors, on the venue and on our vision for the special day. Laura helped us with our scheduling, contacted and coordinated all of the vendors and made the entire process seamless. Everyone was on the same page and our day was perfect, thanks to Laura! Laura was more than just a wedding planner. She really seemed to take a vested interest in making our day perfect, and it was! We could NOT be more thrilled with Laura and we recommend her as your wedding planner without reservation!!

ecause she made my wedding more beautiful than anything I could have ever imagined. My husband and I live in Manhattan, but we are total beach bums at heart & we were having a Montauk wedding. I tend to be over-analytical about details (it's the Virgo in me) & I was stressing about how to recreate that NYC/Montauk vibe for the wedding. When I described my concept to my florist, she immediately recommended Laura (& thank goodness she did!). During our very first conversation, Laura put me at ease instantly - she completely understood my vision for our wedding & was coming up with the most unique, creative ideas that totally blew me away. I didn't have to give much direction - she already knew what was going to make my wedding perfect. When we did our site visit, she walked me through every nook and cranny in the room & came up with stunning concepts & decor for each area. She didn't leave a single area bare - every corner, walkway, stairway, & room was staged with personal & touching details. The signs were so unique, cool and rustic. I was a little nervous because our ceremony was a bit of a walk from the farmhouse ballroom, so she wrote in chalk on the walkway the cutest sayings with our hashtag directing everyone over. She then had a wooden sign painted and written to say "Vows this way, Dancing that way, Love everywhere". Our seating chart was right out of a magazine – ombre escort cards mounted on greyish rustic wood with wax seals. It’s already been posted on multiple sites. Any idea we discussed, she made 10 times better!! Everyone said the décor was unbelievable; just the most beautiful designs they have ever seen & by far the most beautiful wedding they have attended. If you want your dream wedding - Laura will make it happen!!!!

She made 3 site visits with us, as well as 3 or 4 in office visits. Laura and her team were very understanding, attentive, and in sync with my daughter's vision. My family and friends can't stop talking about how absolutely beautiful the wedding was. Laura and her team did ALL of the decor and florals and it was magnificent. I wanted something that I hadn't seen before for my escort cards. Couture Concepts NY came up with a BEAUTIFUL magnetic photo board using one of our engagement photos. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. Karen and Laura are extremely professional. They truly put your mind at ease the day of the wedding. They took care of everything! Everything from making ALL of my stationary items (invites, church programs, menu cards, inserts for photo booth frame favors) to being the day-of-coordinators (lining up the bridesmaids and groomsmen and doing all of the behind the scenes tasks with the vendors) You can really put your trust in this team! I will use them for all of my future events!
