Stephanie and her team were a huge help to me and my husband both in the planning of our wedding and especially in the execution of the day's events. She kept us both calm and on track (a difficult task to accomplish!) and she had a friendly and professional demeanor the whole time. She was also a great source of knowledge for all things Newport, which was especially helpful for us out-of-towners. The team kept the day running smoothly and all the details were pulled together beautifully!! We owe so much to Stephanie and her team for bringing it all together and ensuring we had a wonderful, trouble-free, fun and beautiful wedding day!!

My daughter's destination wedding was in Newport, RI - and our entire family lives in Dallas! We relied on Stephanie and her team for referrals regarding music, hotel accommodations, venues for private pre-wedding parties, hair/makeup for the wedding party, florists, and on and on. She was our ground zero and we hardly took a step without running it by her sensible and vast knowledge. But the most shining example of Couture Parties professionalism was on the wedding day. Stephanie, Sara, and Sierra were onsite, making sure all details for a beautiful ceremony and reception were handled. I recommend Couture Parties to all brides (and for the sanity of mothers of the brides), but most especially for those of you who are not from the area and need an adviser with experience and a high taste level.

Stephanie and the girls at Couture Parties helped us with our month of coordination. With so many hands in the pot, they helped keep us on track and focused on getting things done in the meetings prior to our wedding. They were very organized and were prompt in their responses to concerns that came up along the way. They also helped make sure that all our vendors were on the same page for the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, they handled all the bumps in the road that came up and allowed us to focus our day. She was able to make sure that everything ran smoothly and no detail went unnoticed. We used Couture Parties for our Rehearsal Dinner in Newport in June. They did an unbelievable job. We live in Dallas Texas so everything was done by Stephanie and her team without us being there. My husband and I got married in Newport last June and were lucky to work with Stephanie. She was so kind and always made me feel like my crazy crises weren't quite so ridiculous and even came up to Boston for our planning meetings. I had some ideas that I didn't know how to pull off and she, seemingly effortlessly, turned them into something so beautiful. One of the things that I really appreciated about Stephanie was her ability to allow me to be a control freak while still helping so much, and taking charge with anything and everything that we needed. She was so organized and on top of coordinating all of our vendors, and let me not have to worry about anything at all at the wedding, which was amazing. Probably my biggest thanks to Stephanie would be for her amazing design aesthetic. I'm a designer myself and am very picky but needed a lot of help making my vision come to life. She understood what I was (poorly) explaining so well and created a setting that was absolutely stunning. There is no way I would have been able to do it without her!

Stephanie and her staff helped plan our daughter's wedding in June 2013. From the very beginning, she carefully navigated us through the logistics of planning a "destination" wedding, thoughtfully suggesting accommodations and vendors that offered superior services and were within our budget. While her creative skills are incredible, she takes the time to understand your vision of the wedding and then puts her talents to work. She has the rare combination of seeing the big picture and implementing the details flawlessly. My daughter had a unique idea for the display of the escort cards; one that challenged Stephanie's resources, but she created it perfectly. As the wedding day approached, so, too, did tropical storm Andrea. Since the ceremony was outside and the reception under a tent, this caused significant anxiety. A true test of a wedding planner's skill is dealing with the unexpected. With several conference calls and constant contact with vendors, Stephanie was able to help us make decisions that ensured comfort for our guests and a memorable wedding for our daughter. Many people have said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have attended and one of the best planned. Thank you, Stephanie, for making it so.

My daughter got married last weekend and we worked with Stephanie at Couture Parties for almost a year. She provided invaluable and timely service from start to finish. In the beginning she helped with guidelines for the budget, negotiating hotel rates for out-of-town guests, and setting up a great website. It was so nice for me to have expert guidance to bounce questions off of as things came up throughout the year. She created beautiful programs for the church ceremony and added lots of nice touches to the reception. At the ceremony and afterwards, Stephanie and her assistant Candace were there to make sure things went smoothly. Always professional and courteous, we were delighted with our decision to trust Couture Parties with a most important day in my daughter’s life.

Stephanie Grimm of Couture Parties exceeded every exception every step of the way. She has a true talent for design, paired with her ability to calm any bride makes her a must for wedding planning. I would hate to think how our wedding would have turned out without her. She was so patience when I flip flopped on wedding colors nearly until a month before the wedding- she always guided me in the right direction while making sure my "vision" came to life. I really can't say enough good things about her. The entire planning process from the beginning she was there to help navigate any question or concern I had. One of my favorite things about her was any time I had a question big or small it seemed like as soon as I sent the email asking about what ever it was.. I already had her reply in my inbox. Her quick email responses were awesome. She truly cares about you and your wedding. You definietly don't feel like "just another client" She makes you feel like your her only priority all the time. She is fun, easy going, and GREAT to work with. Weddings can be very stressful but with Stephanie having your back there is never any reason to worry. You know with her planning capabilities everything is going to be stunning. From RI she planned my Virginia wedding.. she found the best vendors.. reviewed the contracts .. everything. She addressed and sent out all the wedding invitations. (AMAZING) But best of all was her design plan. The way she creates your own personalized dream wedding. For our wedding she designed everything and she also made the wedding programs, menu cards, escort cards, seating cards, table numbers, she "glittered" the votive candles. The list goes on and on of what she did for us. You'll appreciate all the small details she puts into your wedding too make it just so personal and that "extra" special touch. She will end up saving you a lot of money because she can do so much herself. (also her work is so much better you'd want her to be doing it anyway) She answers all your questions along the way.. Then when you see her design come to life its amazing. You can't put a price on the work she does. Your state of mind is at ease, your wedding day goes off with out a hitch, and you know it is going to be breath taking. As far as wedding planners look no further- Stephanie Grimm of Couture Parties & her team is the one you want! She is much much more then a "planner" she is a wedding creator! I would not want to host a wedding in Newport without the help of this amazing local wedding coordinator/planner/stylist. Stephanie and Couture Parties' team were always available to guide us: from our initial meeting, researching venues, straight through to packing up after our post-wedding Sunday brunch. They anticipated our needs and were always a step ahead of whatever needed to be done. The owner, Stephanie, even saved a flustered MOB from forgetting her wedding jewelry when a vendor "glitch" compressed our timeline. Stephanie is extremely kind and caring, but don't confuse that with being a push-over. She is amazingly firm while handling any little vendor issues that arise -- all while sheltering the bride from any stress. Couture Parties is worth every cent of their fee. Stephanie saved us several hundred dollars by pointing us toward amazing local vendors who don't raise their rates just because your wedding is in Newport or is at a higher-end venue. We saved untold expense on invitations, flowers, photography, etc. due to Stephanie's relationships with several great local vendors! There is no substitute for choosing an experienced Newport area native who is well-regarded and "hooked into" the community. The amazing Couture Parties staff even collected the floral centerpieces from our Saturday reception and took them home to re-make them into arrangements for our Sunday brunch. They also provided an amazing custom budget-planning Excel spreadsheet to help us plan and stay on budget. Stephanie is an incredibly creative designer. She came up with several special decorating touches to really personalize our daughter's wedding weekend. One of my favorites was turning Autumn leaves into escort cards to celebrate my husband's family's Canadian heritage. Couture Parties also made great & unique photo-booth props and an amazing custom guestbook. There was never an extra charge for all the hours of work on creative elements which Stephanie herself suggested. Couture Parties is also super-organized. You would not believe the detailed timelines they provided to make sure everybody was on the same page. Would we use Couture Parties' services again? Wouldn't want to plan a wedding without them! When my second daughter recently got engaged, Stephanie was the first person I sent a text message. My daughter & I agree that we will only chose a wedding date for which Stephanie is available!

Stephanie was incredible from start to finish. She was on top of every aspect of our wedding...which was a relief considering others were not. She had everything under control at every moment and never missed a beat. A few things went wrong...as do with most wedding and the magnitude of what a wedding entails, she gracefully moved passed any problems without me even knowing. Just what a bride wants on her wedding day...NO PROBLEMS! She was amazing and made me laugh and take deep breaths at just the right time. I can't imagine the day without her and her fun attitude and meticulous organization. She is worth every penny.

Stephanie (and her team) were lifesavers. In the beginning I didn't think I needed any help, but then decided a day-of coordinator would be helpful... At first I balked at the price- but at the end of the day, it was totally worth it. It was so wonderful to be able to just enjoy the day and know that all the details were taken care of. Everything went off without a hitch (or if there were any problems, she took care of them so I never even knew about it!) She was always available by email, and very organized. She even ran out onto the dance floor with a bobby pin (twice!) to fix my hair when she saw me fussing with a piece that kep falling out. To anyone debating the issue- go for it. You won't regret it!

For anyone considering a wedding planner for their Newport wedding (or in any other area for that matter), I HIGHLY recommend working with Stephanie at Couture Parties. First of all, we live in New Jersey so it would have been extremely difficult to try to plan an entire wedding by ourselves from out of state. I cannot even imagine how we would have pulled everything together without Stephanie's help! For over a year she was right there with us every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was there setting up appointments for us with the various potential Newport reception spots and would come with us on every appointment. She even agreed to help out & put her photography skills to use once we selected our wedding date, photographing us on a pretty cold & windy day near the Newport Bridge for our "Save the Date" magnets. Being from the Newport area, she always had recommendations on multiple local vendors for every aspect of the wedding. Just as an example: the photographer. If you do a search online, you would come up with probably 100s of options. Stephanie gave us a list of her top 10 with links to their websites. Once we picked our top 3-4 she set up appointments with each to meet them all in person and make our decision. In the middle months before the wedding it was invaluable having her there taking care of correspondence with vendors, dealing with any issues that came up, and answering our endless (and I mean endless!) questions. She also even on occasion would play the role of middle man/mediator if there were any differing opinions between all of us involved with planning the wedding and was great at dealing with all the different personalities & preferences of everyone. In the days leading up to the wedding she handled soooo many things that had we had to have done would have made it difficult to enjoy the days before our wedding. For the welcome bags, all I had to do was give her our welcome letter/itinerary and a list of items that we were thinking of including and she took care of the rest: gathering everything, filling the bags, and delivering them to all of our guests (I believe she even put her mom to work stuffing our welcome bags to make sure they were all finished on time!) On top of all of this, Stephanie is also very creative as well. Just as one example, my husband is a Chemist and as an added personalized touch she thought up the idea of having beakers and test tubes as vases for the flowers at our cocktail hour at our reception. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. If you are planning on having your wedding in Newport, you NEED to call Couture Parties! Thanks again for everything, Stephanie!!!

We loved everyone at Couture Parties! Stephanie and her team are professional,knowledgeable,and fun to work with. I found the pricing to be lower than I expected for a wedding planner. All of the packages were very reasonable. Our only regret was that we chose to do many things ourselves. If I had to do this over again I would have purchased a different package,and had Stephanie involved in much more of the planning process. This was our choice, as the bride (my daughter) is in the wedding industry, and I enjoy and have experience with party planning myself. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, it is important to have a planner from start to finish! We were told by many people that we didn't need a planner. Don't believe it! You really do! Two days before the wedding we were informed that there was a problem w/ the butterflies that we had planned for a release after the ceremony, and they would not be sent. The team at Couture Parties got right to work to make streamers for us to use instead. I'm so glad that two days out, I didn't have to pull that together. Stephanie took care of every situation that came up, and things did come up. She worked well with all of our vendors. I even heard our pastor mention he would like to have Stephanie at all of the weddings he officiates. We did have a major snafu with our caterer. I now know if we had included Stephanie in that part of our planning process it would not have happened. ( Again this was our choice) One of the most complicated components to this whole process was working w/ the rental company. Having a handle on every chair, table and place setting is a big deal. Things changed right up to the day before the wedding. Stephanie handled all of that for us. Stephanie made invitations and centerpieces for us for the engagement party. She even knew that the ''string'' that I wanted to use for the party favors was called baker's twine, and where to get it. She designed the candy bar for the wedding with little touches important to the bride and groom. We just told her candy preferences and she did the rest. Anything we needed and asked for we got,and it always exceeded our expectations. Stephanie thought about many things that we had not. Even after the wedding Stephanie was delivering things that were left behind the night before. Couture Parties did a wonderful job, I do recommend them,and would not hesitate to hire them again!

I can't say enough about Stephanie Frazier Grimm. From the moment my daughter and I met her, we both were confident that she was the one to help tie all the loose ends together so nothing would be forgotten. Stephanie came up with great suggestions which turned out to be just the perfect touches. At the wedding rehearsal right through till the end of the reception, Stephanie anticipated what we all needed and was always right there to help in any way. At the end of the evening, I went to the bride's dressing room to collect any things the bridal party may have left and there was Stephanie with everything all boxed up and ready to go and SHE brought everything down and into her car and drove back to the hotel and delivered to the proper suite. She was amazing from start to finish and allowed my daughter and son-in-law to totally enjoy their wedding without any worries. Can't praise her enough.

Stephanie, You went above and beyond as a wedding planner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of every detail so I could relax, dance, socialize and totally enjoy my daughter's beautiful October wedding. The ocean view venue, The North Beach Clubhouse in Narragansett, RI was transformed into a breathtaking setting with your eye for elegance. I loved the touches of damask in the black and white wedding theme Nina chose. I later heard a family emergency came up for you the day of the wedding but you were a true professional and did your job to perfection. A different planner may have fallen apart. I certainly will sing your praises to anyone asking for advice when trying to choose the best wedding planner available. Let me make it easy for any one trying to decide. Save yourself time. Stephanie Frazier Grimm from Couture Parties is going to make all the difference in helping to pull off an event that is elegant and the epitome of class. I am sure I don't know the half of what you took care of prior to and on the day of the wedding. I left everything up to you and my daughter in the planning of her wedding. This was in my best interest knowing that my daughter knows what she wants. It was her day and I wanted her wedding day to be what she always imagined. Nina interviewed many wedding planners and she could tell right away you had that special kind of creativity and appreciation for elegance that she was looking for. I certainly would not think twice about who to call for our next event. Nina and Brendon have arrived in Cabo and are happily honeymooning in the sun. They totally enjoyed their wedding day as did everyone that attended. My advice to anyone is enjoy your special wedding day and let Stephanie of Couture Parties handle it all! Putting it simply, we would have been lost without Stephanie of Couture Parties. We were planning from overseas and she tied together all of the details so efficiently & confidently. We didn't have to think about anything (which was good because I wouldn't have thought of 1/2 the stuff she covered!) Stephanie was professional, responsive, helpful, SO nice & fun. She listened to me carefully & asked all the key questions so she had answers I didn't even know we needed. She solved the biggest problem that arose (regarding seating arrangements), she transported & arranged decor items for the reception as well as items for the church. She helped me get dressed, she fixed problems at the reception that I never even knew about. She did all of this with a smile on her face. Stephanie was in regular contact via email & telephone and not only listened to my ideas but offered suggestions & solutions I never would have come up with on my own. Everything went so smoothly and that most definitely would NOT have been the case without her. I am grateful to her for her sense of humor, her professionalism, her patience and her ability to address any issue that arose in the planning process.
