I was really lucky to find Stephanie. We replanned our wedding in 7 weeks due to Covid and having to find a new venue, which Stephanie totally helped transform. Almost all of my ...
vendors were so wonderful to work with, but a few really stood out and were worth the money, and Stephanie and her team was one of them. They helped us transform a corporate ballroom into a white dreamy space that made the corporate ballroom look unrecognizable from it's initial phase. Our venue was nice enough to let us set up the day in advance and Stephanie and her team came early, started setting up the day before and completed everything on schedule for our Saturday reception. People were totally blown away. My mom was super skeptical about the need for draping at our reception, but said it was definitely some of the best money we spent on the reception. She also helped us with our headtable decor and making it really stand out with chandeliers, boxwood walls, flowering trees. Stephanie even met up with me at a local florist shop to help pick out additional accessories for my day and added them to her inventory. Would absolutely hire again.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with! She made the wedding planning process easy. She has a keen eye for decorating and a unique sense of style. She made my dreams come true. Steph...
anie and her staff are wonderful!
Wedding planning can be stressful and when I was referred to Cover it with Class I was hopeful that working with them would help ease this stress, but I was mistaken. First off, th...
e communication was not what I would have expected from a “professional.” She was often late and unprepared to our meetings and didn’t seem to value our time. Better yet, she was over two(?) hours late to set up for our wedding! Upon arriving extremely late, she had an awful attitude towards me on my wedding day minutes before I was getting ready to walk down the aisle. Her excuse for arriving late was that she had a fully packed schedule, which makes me believe that she is not good at time management and overloaded herself.
Flowers are one of the most important visuals of a wedding and I was very saddened to see the sloppy craftsmanship of all the flowers. She didn’t listen to my preference, she used cheap alternatives for the main bouquets, and lastly, I was not able to salvage any of the arrangements for keepsakes because they wilted shortly after the ceremony. To top it off, she forgot to create my throw bouquet and argued that it was not included even though we had talked about multiple times and it was on the quote.
The throw bouquet was not the only thing missing. There were multiple decorative accoutrements missing, such as candles, a backdrop curtain, and greeneries. We had paid for these items and when we contacted her after the wedding to get a refund, she continued to argue with us. It took months of back and forth after the wedding to finally get a refund which was less than what we thought was appropriate. She also refused to take any responsibility for the above and other mistakes.
Your wedding is supposed to be one of the happiest days of your lives and dealing with decorators and florists should not be on your priority list; we unfortunately had to constantly be on the phone with her throughout the day of the wedding. We understand that things can happen and not everything will go as planned, but what we had to deal with in regards to Cover it with Class is not acceptable and we would not recommend them to anyone.
The start of my contact with CWC was great. Stephanie and her employee were great to work with and helpful. As it got closer to the wedding it would take days to get an email respo...
nse. I was overcharged for the candy bar and realized this after I paid for it all so I questioned the pricing. It took several days to get an answer and when she did it was very short responses. After several back n forth emails she changed the price, but days later I asked for a refund and on Oct 30 she said “I’ll mail it out next week.” STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND. The business should’ve realized I got a refund and taken it upon themselves to take care of that.
The worst part was they set up the candy and popcorn bar and didn’t tell anyone where the extra food was! Once the wedding was over we found bags and boxes of pounds of candy/popcorn left under the table. Prolly 3/4 left! My personal attendants were there helping set up. The venue, me, or attendants weren’t told where the extra stuff was.
After the wedding I had an appt to exchange items we had of each others. Stephanie didn’t show up and her employee who showed up 10 min after the appt time was confused to see me.

I was super excited to find Cover it With Class because they had the exact pipe and draping I was looking for. However, at 4:45p the day of my wedding (5p ceremony) the draping was...
n't set up. It was supposed to be put up by 3p. My event manager called and left a message then I called. Apparently they couldn't find the Chalet and had been driving around for an hour before finally deciding to go ask someone. They were also supposed to set up lights, which didn't happen. Pretty disappointed in the end.
Steph has a wonderful selection of backdrops that we got to pick from. She did a great job setting up and adjusting to a rearrangement of our venue tables.

set up behind the back drop with no problem (you could not see them at all during dinner). She came right after dinner to tear down and was very accommodating even though we were running behind. We can not thank her enough for all her help!

gh every change without one complaint. They are so quick to respond and even thought it was 10 at night, they called me and we worked through everything. The day of my wedding they were so hands on making sure I loved everything as it was getting set up. My venue ended up not being able to provide matching napkins so they left my venue the day of and ran back to their office to get napkins. I would 1000% recommend them to anyone. They really care about their customers and they are amazing to work with! I received so many compliments on the linens and the color scheme and it was all thanks to cover it with class!
The pricing was reasonable and the s'mores were a HUGE hit. She color coordinated with my wedding and my guests had a blast with it. We even got to take some left overs home! YUM

She is very experienced and was willing to go above and beyond to meet any and all of our needs/wants. We loved the smores bar (all of our guests did as well)! I highly recommend that whomever uses this service goes with the set up and tear down options. We truly were stress free in knowing that everything was taken care of in a professional and swift manner. The prices were more than fair - I cannot express this enough! Now, reflecting on the wedding, there really is no dollar amount that would be enough to pay for the peace of mind we had.
If anyone is in need of further explanation please feel free to contact Stephanie for our email addresses. (This review would be too long to explain just how happy we are).
Stephanie - thank you so much for all that you have done. We will be recommending you to everyone, everywhere. You were awesome taking charge the day of our wedding and making sure our bridesmaids knew what was going on due to our wedding venue planner not being present. We are so excited to share our pictures with you. Please make them available to anyone to show just how amazing your work is. Again, we are forever grateful for your patience and being such rockstar. Please let us know if you need anything in the future.

tly! - that made this possible; details small and large - from all the components making up the decorations on our tables, to arranging the timing for all essentials being delivered to our venue for set-up. Cover it With Class made this seem breathtakingly easy, which it isn't; they are masters at/of their art. Thank You! We enjoyed working with Stephanie, and her team made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our entire event. The way NOT to worry about your wedding is to enlist their help. Their name is an exact description of our experience!

ur reception venue, we were blown away. It was everything we could have ever asked for. Sequined linens, the popcorn buffet, the mercury glass votives - every detail was exquisite. We received compliments the entire night, from both our guests and other vendors. Even 3 weeks later, we still have people telling us how incredible everything looked. This wouldn't have been possible without Steph and Cover It With Class. Thank you so very, very much for taking the time to help make our wedding day the best day of our lives. They made our wedding venue look beautiful but we were not fully pleased with the service they provided. The workers showed up wearing not very nice clothing (wife beaters, sweat ...
pants, etc.) and this was during our wedding while there were guests there. They also took down our table linens just after dinner instead of waiting until the end of the night. So our tables were uncovered throughout the whole dance... I didn't pay all of the money that I did to only have them displayed for 2 hours during dinner. I know they did this to save themselves time at the end of the event, but that's not what I paid them for. There was also a lot of problems with communication throughout the time that I was working with them... Stephanie was not very good with getting back to you in a timely manner at all. When it comes down to it they really did decorate our venue how we wanted it and it looked beautiful, but there was some bad business along the way...
