Covesa Kelly Events is a top tier organized company when it comes to wedding planning. We hired Covesa and from the beginning she had so much insight on reasonable vendors in Cleveland. She knows her stuff! Her communication and checkins helped to keep the stress down during the process. I also loved how easy she made the seating chart with a template online. On wedding day, my bridal assistant, Brittany was excellent! She was there for my every need and ensured things progressed on time. I would definitely recommend Covesa Kelly events if you’re getting married!

I’d seen previous events by CKE and loved what I saw. So much in fact that I sought HER out. My planner’s name was Dominique and she was simply the best. Her attention to detail was unmatched. She really had her work cut out for her with me not knowing exactly what I wanted at first but once I figured that out we were definitely on a roll! Dominique’s professionalism and ability to take an idea of mine and transform it into something that literally made our guests “ooh” and “ahh” are beyond comparison. I absolutely loved my wedding planner Covesa, she brought my dream wedding to life, I gave her an idea of what I envisioned on my special day and she gave me ideas to enhance my special day. We bounced ideas back and forth off one another. she was very professional and prompt with deadlines, gave me honest feedback on different vendors and venues that were budget friendly and affordable for me. Reassured me when we came across obstacles and made sure I had a smooth transition to the alter. I was forced to push my wedding back because of covid and nonetheless, the year that I had to wait made it that much more MAGICAL. My husband wanted a grand entrance of flying into our wedding on a helicopter and she made that happen for us! lol Don’t know how but it happened. It was a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend her for a wedding planner if you are thinking of hiring someone, you won’t be disappointed.

Covesa and her team were excellent to work with! Our wedding took place over two locations, neither of which were dedicated wedding venues. My family and I eventually realized that this presented unique challenges! Covesa joined us a few months before our ceremony and she expertly brought everything together and made sure that everything was perfect on the day. She is so sweet and kind, planning became a pleasure when she joined us. She did such a good job of being a calming presence -- no small feat in my family! Prior to the Pandemic Covesa and her team were awesome with helping me plan my wedding which was slated for May 23, 2020. But when the Pandemic hit, Covesa and her team were BEYOND supportive and making sure that we held on to all our vendors and helped us with ideas on how to navigate a wedding in the middle of the pandemic. We ended up having our wedding Sept 13, 2020 and it was amazing! Thanks Covesa!

I hired Covesa as my wedding planner a year before my original date of 5-30-2020, then the pandemic changed everything. Instead of a 180 person guest list, our wedding was scaled down to 25...and it was absolutely perfect all thanks to Covesa. Not only did she keep me calm during one of the most stressful times of my life, she helped coordinate a scaled down ceremony, at a new venue ( rooftop of our downtown apartment building ) ...getting all my vendors on-board and even helping me find a videographer one week before my July 17th 2020 ceremony. Do yourself a favor and hire Covesa for your wedding, birthday parties, or anniversary celebrations. She pays attention to detail, gives great advice, knows what trends are in and out! The ultimate professional!! Truly the best!

Covesa and her team were a pleasure to work with and I’m so glad I decided to hire her team six months ahead of the big day. She offered some great referrals when I needed them, she ensured the contracts were in line with our wishes, she did a great job coordinating all of the rental vendors and she always had a pleasant demeanor. Hiring CKE was the best decision I made short of saying yes to my husband! We had the pleasure to work with Kristen who was the definition of professionalism. She was extremely helpful and very reliable. She was absolutely invaluable in bringing our wedding reception to life. She took every detail (even those she was not responsible for) seriously to keep our day organized and running smoothly. I attribute her creativity and great taste to the beautiful, classy decorations that made our wedding reception look like we spent a fortune in the middle of old town Cleveland. She listened attentively and saw our vision for the day very well. She was so patient. I felt like we were working with someone who was truly invested in our story as a couple and not just our wedding day. I would recommend any bride to work with CKE. I would love to work with CKE on a future event as well.

When we got engaged in December, we already knew our ceremony location, our reception location and our wedding date. My husband and I found our caterer, cake baker, band, dress and tux within months of actually getting engaged. So we thought we were in great shape. I also had one of my amazing friends who was an award winning wedding planner helping with details. When she suddenly died, we were grieving and realized how much she had been helping us, so we decided to get the day of package from our reception location. To our surprise, and horror honestly, they got rid of the service. Through a friend, I was introduced to Covesa Kelly Events. First, I looked at their Instagram page and as if stars were aligning, the first post on there was my college classmate's engagement photo. I reached out and they too gave a high praise of Covesa Kelly Events. To say these women stepped in and saved our day was an understatement. First and foremost, they were so professional. I can't express how bad some of our vendor's people skills were, but these ladies were unbelievable. Flexible? Yes. Connected throughout Cleveland? Yes. Available? Yes. To say they put us at ease is also an understatement. I handed Dominique, our coordinator, all of our contracts and their contacts and literally never heard from any of our vendors again. If I did, as soon as I asked them to only specifically correspond with Dominique, they did, and she knew them anyway. Leading up to the wedding day, they had every question handled that my husband and I would have never even thought of. Details we wouldn't have thought mattered, they handled. They worked with our schedules, came with us to every meeting, it was such a huge help. Then the wedding day...if something went wrong, I promise you, I had no idea because they were there. They handled everything. I had a coordinator with me who would occasionally check on the groom, there was a coordinator at the venue and another one just manifested like a genie. Whenever I foolishly asked them questions, as I have a hard time relinquishing control, I got a simple "We got it" or "Yep" or "No, what do YOU need." There's a photo of me so relaxed before the ceremony because half way through the day, I just figured, Covesa's Ladies got it! I can honestly say, I truly believe someone sent us to them and we were over joyed to work with them and so grateful for how well they made our day come together and our dream come true. Thank you ladies!

Covesa and her team were truly a dream! Not only was Covesa personable and a joy to work with, she also served as a great resource for me as we planned our wedding. I am usually a type A person, but I felt safe to leave a lot of items in her hands, our balloon release, bouquets, organization, set up...everything because she knows how to deliver! I will admit I was hesitant about hiring a planner. I am so glad I did. Covesa was great at helping me plan my wedding and my honeymoon. Covesa and her team is very professional. She is always readily available to answer my questions. Being from another state and not knowing much about my suuroundings, she never made me feel like I'm alone. Thanks Covesa for providing me with a stress free experience.

I really thought I could do it but I'm so glad I at least got the day-of planning service. I worked with Dominique who in our initial consult asked some questions I honestly hadn't even thought of and it was also a great option to help get my now husband and I on the same page. It was just great having someone who was very knowledgeable about the process and tradition. The day prior, Dominique helped guide us through the ceremony and really lifted any concern I had about the day. Day of, she and her team were on it! They were on hand doing all the nit-picky things that I asked and they were there to make sure everything went smooth and that my family was all happy and unbothered. Considering I didn't have to really deal with anything, they were great! I also had a LOT of DIY elements and they were great making sure everything came together and everything went from the ceremony to the reception correctly. I honestly couldn't have had my vision done without them! I just can't say enough, I just loved working with Dominique and was so glad she was there for me!

I was very skeptical about hiring an outside coordinator in addition to the onsite coordinator offered at our venue, but looking back I don't know how we would have survived without her! She helped make our day run smoothly and made sure that not only we were taken care of, but also our family members and friends. She truly went above and beyond for us. Covesa and her team are truly AMAZING!!! We couldn't have been more pleased with the special care that was give to our wedding day. My fiance' and I encountered many frustrations(none caused by Covesa) and she asked us to trust her and we did, she promised us that our day would be amazing, and it was. I could go on and on about Covesa and her wonderful staff... but what I want to focus on is her ability to understand what we needed basically without us telling her. we keep a Ridiculous schedule and she understood that and in doing so, she would bring us 3 to 4 options concerning each item and we would select one. anytime we wanted to change something after the fact...Boom, it was done! she and her organization are a class act. When I envisioned my wedding, I envisioned this extravaganza the I knew I could not afford. Then I met Covesa of Personal Touch by Covesa. I told her that I wanted something special. All I knew was the colors I wanted and where I wanted to have my wedding. Now we all live in Cleveland, Ohio and I wanted my wedding in Las Vegas. I asked her if she could do that for me and she said yes. We gave her a budget. We picked a venue and she and her team went to work. She sent me ideas of what she thought I would like and she was always on point. She basically was my brain throughout the entire process. All I had to say was yes I like this or no I don't like this, but all my answers were yes. She even hand picked my vendors who were awesome. On the day of my wedding when I got to my venue I could not believe it was the same place it was the day before. What I thought I could not afford, she provided and then some. If anyone is looking for their dream wedding within budget or money is no object, Personal Touch by Covesa is the place to go. I was introduced to her by a friend whose wedding she planned and I will pay it forward by recommending her to everyone I know. I wish there was a way to upload pictures to show her talent and vision. At the end of my fabulous day, all I heard was compliments on how beautiful everything was. I am very glad that I used PTBYC for my wedding planning services. I have known Covesa for a very long time therefore I knew I would be happy with what she has to offer. She is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet and her staff is amazing. As a bride not only was I planning my wedding but I was also working on my Graduate degree, and was under a tremendous amount of stress. Poor Covesa had to listen to my tears many times but being the compassionate and patient person that she is she did exactly what a planner should do, make a bride feel safe. Covesa had to coordinate another wedding the same day as mine, therefore her colleague Dominique stepped in as the planner for the day and she was just as phenomenal as Covesa. Dominique has a gentle and calming spirit which makes her feel like she is one of your personal friends. And Covesa's mother is amazing! PTBYC is like a close knit family and I am glad to have been a part of their family during one of the most important times of my life.

They did the job and did it well! From our very first meeting I knew I had the right people to make my wedding day a dream come true. I asked for a fall theme and I was ecstatic when I walked in the hall! Candy and Caramel Apple station, Popcorn stand,Ice sculpture made with leaves inside and we could also pour our drinks through to chill them. Leaves and fall decor Everywhere!! Our head table was AMAZING, Gold chairs, Tall glass vases with fall flowers. I cried it was so beatiful! They where very detailed, open minded and dedicated to my special day! I never had a bad moment with Personal Touch. They kept me updated with everything that was going on, it just made me feel like they really cared and the of my wedding they SHOWED me they cared by making it amazing and beautiful. Covesa was absolutely amazing!!! I work 60+ hours a week and I desperately needed help. She was the first person that listened to me and wasn't snobby. I asked her "can you give me a rock n roll, jack and sally wedding?" She looked at me, and with a huge smile said "whatever you want girl!" And that was all I needed. She was hired. I got her biggest package and she did EVERYTHING!!!! Covesa is amazing! We definitely appreciate the work that she did for us and the time her and her staff put in to our wedding. My experience with her was close to a David Tutera/My Fair Wedding experience. We had the platinum package. For each vendor category, she identified approximately three potential vendors that she felt would be appropriate for us; went to appointments with us; sent us websites and pictures; and made recommendations down to the smallest details like where to buy my hairpiece. She really went above and beyond in every way. And she was able to pick up on what my husband and I wanted without spending a lot of time with us because we live in a different city from her. It was a great experience. The way things came together the day of the wedding exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend her, and I really feel she could charge more than she does and only have a high-end clientele. I say that because she knows how to professionally manage challenging situations, and she does it with a smile and a great attitude. You usually only get that kind of service at high-end boutiques and stores like Saks.

I have to take this time to personally thank Covesa and her team for making our wedding night unforgettable! I remember discussing if we really wanted to invest in a planner and I am so glad that we did. Covesa offers a complete package and she always made me feel like I was her only customer. We absolutely could not have pulled it off without her. The reception was so beautiful and all that we had envisioned and imaged. I've worked as a wedding photographer for years. I've encounter many planners in multiple cities , and I've seldomly come across other planners as hard working or organized as Covesa! She is an amazing planner and puts her all into every wedding! You would be hardpressed to find anyone better in Northeast Ohio area.

I have used Covesa's Personal Touch for a few events such as my parents' 50th anniversary and my own wedding. She and her staff are amazing. Every bride wants to feel special whether you are 20 or 70 years old. I loved how available Covesa was--day and night. I remember waking up in the middle of the night and shooting an email to Covesa with an event detail that came to mind. By morning, Covesa had already addressed and responded back to me via email or text. Oh, and I am so glad I had her to write the invites for me. She used calligraphy so they looked like a million dollars. She even called the people for me who did not RSVP to check on them. It was so cool that she called some people who responded with 4 guests even though I only invited 2. This could have been uncomfortable for me. But Covesa handled it! I wish I could share the photos of how elegant the room looked. Covesa worked it out!!!! Chair covers, table linen, centerpieces. Guess what, she did all that and kept me on a budget. I love working with Covesa. She is one of the few people that is able to keep me in line while always keeping it professional. I respect her for that. For a stress free, professional event that your friends and family will love, tell Covesa what you want AND what you can afford and watch her do her magic! One more time....I love working with Covesa.

I was sceptacle about spending so much money on a planner with so many other things that needed to be paid for! But it is very clear to me that without her, my day would NOT have gone as smooth as it did! There are SO many minute details that brides tend to forget, or are totally unaware of. Covesa had it all covered. And she was ALWAYS an e-mail away! She honestly made me feel like I was her only client...sounds corny, but it's TRUE! Thank you PTBYC!!!

Where do I begin?!? Covesa and her team were wonderful....I utilized the gold package and it was wonderful. I was so worried about how things were going to come together and Covesa constantly reassured me things were going to be beautiful and it was just that BEAUTIFUL!! People are still talking about our wedding 3 weeks later! Since we are kind of young people didn't think our wedding would be that fabulous!! Some people think planners are useless but they are not in fact they think of all the things you WOULD NOT trust me. Personal touch is so organized for your day they have it down to the minutes lol. My wedding and overall experience was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted my Wife to have the ability to be as relaxed as possible and have as much assistance as she needed throughout the entire process. Covesa was all of that and much more. Covesa was always available or quick to respond with a genuine cheerfulness in her voice. I wouldn't go so far as to label my Wife as "high maintenance", but, she is quite demanding. Covesa exceeded her expectations at every pass and in every way. Since our wedding my Wife even expressed missing Covesa. The "Personal Touch" Covesa put on our wedding was, in a word, PERFECTION!!
