I can’t say enough good things about our experience; every single person we worked with went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. Natalie was absolutely amazing as our coordinator. She was so organized, friendly, accommodating, and truly cared about making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned. Jenny was incredible too; I believe she was shadowing Natalie, and she did such a great job. Helen, our bartender, was fantastic. She made amazing drinks, kept the energy fun, and we received multiple compliments from guests about how wonderful she was. Stephanie and Jaxson, our servers, worked so hard to keep everything running smoothly and made sure everything was clean and our guests were happy. Our chefs, John and Tristan, were outstanding, truly a 10/10. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved it. Our DJ, Anneliese, completely understood the vibe we were going for. She was fun, energetic, and kept the party going all night. We loved that she celebrated with us and made the night feel so personal. Lastly, I cannot thank the planning team enough, Natalie, Violet, Katie, Jenny, and Kayla. They made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Everyone always told me planning a wedding would be overwhelming, but thanks to this incredible team, my experience was the complete opposite. I am beyond grateful for all of them for making our wedding day so unforgettable!

Craftwood Peak is such a magical place! It made all my fairytale dreams come true! The staff was amazing and so helpful every step of the way! I really want to shoutout Natalie for her amazing coordination and being there for us throughout our special day! I also was to shoutout Jada for taking over at the reception and always checking in with us! Both of these women near how to keep a smile on our faces. Everybody on the team knew how to create our vision with our decor and make our dream day a reality. So much love goes towards this venue and team, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

Craftwood Peak was truly astonishing in terms of quality and delivery. They were marketed as all inclusive or almost all inclusive, and they really do a great job receiving communications and building your plan up. It was just so nice to think about the fun decisions (dress, place to stay, invites) and let them provide the materials and the decision-making process for all of the less exciting things (linens, timeline, even small stuff like table numbers.) The venue itself is extremely charming. I recommend pushing hard for the ceremony and photos to be outside, as the lighting inside is fine but nothing can stand up to the natural sunlight coming over the Rockies. We did photos beforehand in Garden of the Gods which was also a great move, because once the ceremony begins, Craftwood really moves you along to make sure you eat and enjoy your bar and dance floor (thank god!) All of the staff the day of was tremendously responsive and professional, with extra shout-outs to our day coordinator Natalie and banquet coordinator Jenny. The one-two punch of sweet little touches at dinner (how did Natalie do it????) PLUS lemon drop shots delivered to me on the dance floor (Jenny is a real homie) meant everything. I suspect, though, that you don't need to special-request Natalie and Jenny -- everyone we spoke with was tremendously professional, so I suspect that is just the level of quality. Overall, it was perfect. It might not be right for everyone (for example, a family with a lot of folks with mobility constraints would struggle with the stairs), but if the stairs aren't a problem and you're looking for the right blend of hand-holding and creative freedom, it's great.

The entire Craftwood Team was amazing! From day one their communication and attention to detail was phenomenal ! They made us feel like we were their only client's and ensured that every element of our wedding was attended to. The day of- Natalie, Jenny, Tyler were outstanding. Our guests raved about the food and the overall beauty of the venue. Jenny and Natalie treated us like royalty, making sure we wanted for nothing! The vendors we worked with wonderful. Dawn did an amazing job with our florals, Charlie with the drapery for the pergola and Tina Joiner for our photos. Just unreal! The only hiccup was our DJ was sick on the day of our wedding and needed a last minute substitute. Some of our music choices got lost in translation; however, it was noticed only by me and my husband. I wish I could get remarried there every weekend...to the same man of course!

Craftwood Peak with Wedgewood Weddings is a truly fantastic venue. It has so much personality without being tryhard quirky. And it helped us so much to have so much included or managed directly through the venue rather than having to juggle everything alone. The minimum cost being based on the size of our wedding rather than the specific venue didn't hurt either. It was so helpful to have money already set aside to put towards things like the cake, desserts, florals, etc. just by working with Wedgewood. Natalie and Katie took such good care of us both in the planning stage. Katie was to be our day-of coordinator, but the day before our wedding she had a nasty fall and ended up with a pretty severe injury. Even so, she still showed up on our wedding day to make sure that the reigns were safely handed to Kayla to care for the rest of our ceremony. Kayla pulled a perfect ceremony out of tetchy weather and stressful family politics. We quite literally could not have done it without her. Our Banquet Captain was Becca who was just wonderful to us. We and our guests were well-attended through every beat of our reception. It was such a relief knowing that anything that needed doing was being done without our needing to manage whatever fiddly thing. She was a star. Our bartender, Tyler, was marvelous in his role. He did a great job translating wishy-washy vague requests into actual delicious drinks. He also went out of his way to learn a specific recipe that we requested ahead of time. He's a total gem and we so appreciated his hard work during our reception! Our chefs Dylan and John totally knocked it out of the park with our meal. We had a buffet-style dinner with multiple options so that people with any dietary restrictions or preferences would have plenty to choose from. Everything was delicious, to the point that even the notoriously picky mother-of-the-bride complimented a dish featuring an ingredient she normally finds offensive. The entire staff of the venue were absolute heroes to us through the months of planning and the final execution of our special day. Thank you all SO MUCH! To anyone reading, believe the hype. This place rules.

This venue was so wonderful to have our wedding at! They were attentive and very accommodating!! They made it beautiful and easy the whole night.

I truly can’t say enough incredible things about Craftwood Peak and their team. They helped us have the most incredible wedding day, that went above and beyond our expectations. Natalie and Liam were truly gems and took all of the stress out of wedding planning and the day of. The communication leading up to our actual event left us with a sense of peace that made us feel so prepared for our wedding week. We have gotten hundreds of compliments from guests saying that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. The venue itself was truly something out of a fairytale with its beauty and charm, the staff was amazing, the food was incredible, the vibes were immaculate and truly we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will forever be thankful for craftwood and the gift of the PERFECT wedding day!

our wedding day was so beautiful! even with the snow that came in and how cold it was, it went off without a hitch. Katie was absolutely amazing! she was with us from the start and made everything so special. she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish and made us feel special from the beginning. she was amazing and helped make the day even better! the food was amazing, and the scenery and venue itself is so beautiful and the day was perfect from start to finish! if you want a beautiful, rustic, fairytale Colorado wedding, this is THE place ☺️ Maggie our DJ was also amazing and was professional and knowledgeable about everything from start to finish. Guests loved the music!

I had my wedding 10/24/24 and with the nerves and the chaos was making me quiet and the first question asked was “how do I help?” By Nathalie. In that moment I knew our wedding was in wonderful hands. She constantly checked on me and genuinely cared about everything I was feeling. Since the very first meeting with her she knew how the day would go she was genuine!!! I want to give a shoutout to everyone there!! Natalie (Coordinator) Lillea (Captain) John (Head Chef) Helen (Bartender) Stephanie (server) Winter (dishwasher) All these wonderful humans made my experience so easy and made sure I had the wedding of my absolute dreams Nathalie took my ideas and turned them into something 10x what I had imagined. I am in AWE. Number 1, having a wedding coordinator is a must. And Natalie was amazing!! She took care of everything, from planning meetings, final meetings, rehearsal, day of timing and keeping everything on track. She is marvelous. This venue is mostly all included, DJ, catering, table settings, center pieces. And I love that you can do the ceremony and reception all in once place. It has the coziest mountain feeling to it while still being extremely classy. Food tastes amazing, the DJ service is very personalized - and they help you the whole entire way. You get this giant planning book once you officially book & it really helps. Anytime we had random concerns or questions we would just email them and be contacted back within the same day. The price fully depends on how many guests you plan on having, we had a 53 person wedding and it was VERY affordable for an all included place. They also do all your day of set up including any decor you choose to provide at the rehearsal! Wedgewood made the planning actually fun and enjoyable! I was stress feee the entire day! Lots of adorable places for photos too, especially in the fall with all the colors. Thank you Wedgewood for making mine and Tyler’s day PERFECT.

tl;dr The entire process was not perfect (it never is) but definitely made up for it the day of! The attention to detail was phenomenal & would recommend for anyone planning a wedding to consider this venue. Check out the *** bullet points for the highlights. - The venue is really picturesque. We wanted an adventure / rustic mountain theme and the area definitely captured that with the mountains in the back and the cute cottages. The photographer had an abundant amount of backgrounds on the premises to utilize. - We can't ding Wedgewood Weddings for the hiccups that occurred during the planning process as I never heard of a perfectly smooth wedding. Their process really streamlined the planning aspects & when there was requests/corrections to be made, they definitely took the feedback and fixed it! - ***We really liked that they had vendors built into the packages, especially for a decision paralysis person like myself. We utilized the DJ, Florist, & Cake vendors (which were all wonderful!) and opted out of the photographer. The advantage is they are familiar with the space so the day of setup was seamless. - Instead of having a single planner, you have a team of planners that pick up the meetings & questions you may have. The advantage of this is the response time is quick. The disadvantage we observed was they might not be as intimately familiar with your specific details at a given moment; however, that did NOT become a factor the day of but something to be aware of. - Requests during the planning phases took a bit more nudging from our end for the requests to be honored. For example, they do not offer private tastings and had to insist given we were not impressed with the food offered at their quarterly preview for couples and food is our top priority. They finally did offer which helped us feel confident with our menu choices. The chef (John) also went above and beyond to take care of our guests with more particular dietary restrictions (Vegetarian, Vegan, GF, & nightshade allergy). - ***Speaking of above and beyond, my goodness the entire staff was amazing! I know I stated that the entire process was not perfect but the day certainly was; they captured every detail we had requested, even tedious ones like tying twine & stuffing rosemary as part of the guest napkin display. A large chunk of guests had commented on how detailed & attentive everything was. - ***They were super attentive & anticipated our needs throughout the entire day: Natalie (our banquet captain) was on a mission to find us periodically (as you bounce around everywhere) & one time, when I had asked for a water, she already had one prepared for me in her hands. Katie (our ceremony coordinator) flawlessly orchestrated the ceremony, even when more than half of our wedding party missed the dress rehearsal. I also absolutely loved the personalized congrats cards from the both of them-- I could tell they were invested in making the wedding shine. - Max guest count for this venue is 150. We did max out and the venue felt a little congested at times, particularly during the ceremony & traditional reception events (dinner, cake cutting, etc). However, the venue was fantastic once guests could free roam as there were many places for guests to hang out.

We had our wedding here on March 14th, and saying it was amazing would be an understatement! From the planning to the execution, it was one of the easiest things I've ever done - and this is from someone who planned their wedding in four months from Texas! My absolute favorite thing about Craftwood Peak (other than its cute charm) is that they had packages that included pretty much everything that you could need and add-ons that you didn't even know you wanted until you saw it! The site manager is also phenomenal and will take care of anything possible within her power. Kayla is amazing, hands down. She talked with my dad about the contract down to the minute details, which in itself, would make me choose Craftwood Peak over and over again! The planning meeting is so seamless (shoutout to Katie) and is where you make the bulk of your decisions - they have all the color samples laid out for you and walk you through your wedding. Of course, there are a couple more meetings where adjustments can be made, but Katie stayed with us the whole time! On the day of, you have an attendant/"captain" (shoutout to Riley & Natalie) who stays with you from the moment you get on site until they finish packing you up and sending you home! Neither of us had any worries on our wedding day, even with the blizzard that surprised us all! Our bartender Helen was a hit all around as well!! She was amazing and made sure that we were supplied with drinks, but helped keep them out of pictures, which was amazingly thoughtful!! Also, their preferred vendors are amazing!! Our florist Dawn (Dawn's Creations) was the literal best - I couldn't have chosen a better florist if I had tried. Our DJ Will (DJ Maestro) changed things last minute for us and gave us a special last song with just the two of us at the night's end. But the real winner was our photographer/videographer. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Dan and Jeremiah (New Concept Photography) are!

We were incredibly impressed by the level of organization and dedication that was put into our wedding at Craftwood Peak. From the pre-wedding planning meetings to the binder we were given to fill out all of our ideas and details, everything was thoughtfully executed. I tend to be very picky and slow to make decisions, but Rachel and Alex helped me figure out my vision and were super flexible throughout the entire planning and set up process. The whimsical and cozy atmosphere of the venue was exactly what we were looking for, and Rachel, Alex, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our day extra special. Neither of us had to worry about anything on our special day. One of the things we loved most about booking the venue was that it came with a variety of services, including catering, DJ, bar, and some decor, which made the planning process much easier. We even got to use the cute little cottage space to get ready before leaving for the ceremony. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Craftwood Peak and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, unique, and stress-free wedding venue. We felt that the team at Craftwood truly cared about us and helped us achieve the wedding we envisioned.
