Meagan and her team are the absolute best!!! I was an out of town bride having my wedding in the Tucson area and couldn't have done it without Meagan's guidance and recommendations. The team made the planning process as stress-free as possible. Meagan helped with every step of the process with her complete planning package - from suggesting the most wonderful vendors, keeping us on track throughout the planning process, designing the layout of the ceremony and reception, coordinating vendors and all of the day of details, having an answer to every questions we came up with, etc. Everything turned out better than I could have ever imagined! The best choice we made in our planning process was working with Crain + Co.

Meagan and her team are the absolute best people you want on your team for your wedding day. I originally hired her for wedding day management, but when we postponed, I upgraded to full service and I have zero regrets about doing that. I now tell all of my friends who are getting married to do what they need to do to be able to hire a wedding planner. Even if you're Type A and plan events all the time, chances are that this is the only wedding you'll have. You want people who do this every weekend to guide you along. I wasn't planning on it, but I had some drama. I started my wedding morning off with a phone call from my hair and makeup artist that the road to my venue was flooded and that the venue was sending a van to ferry them across. I texted Meagan, and SHE ALREADY KNEW. She had already communicated with the rest of my vendors and had it under control. As if the rain and flooding weren't enough, I also had food poisoning that day. Meagan did a great job of making sure I had water and snacks and could take breaks when I needed to. When Tori took over during the actual event, she was amazing too. I had not even met her really, but she knew everything that was going on. My wedding went seamlessly, and my guests commented on what a well-executed wedding it was. Every vendor recommendation was amazing and it felt like Meagan knew every wedding professional in town. She was so organized and on top of it. Communication was great, I probably sent a billion emails and she kept track of everything. She had great suggestions and I'm so glad I had her on my team!

We worked with Meagan, and she was an absolute dream. We had to adjust so many things so many times to make our wedding work in such uncertain times. Meagan helped us figure out exactly what we wanted, and then was an advocate for us with our other vendors to make it all work. We didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of the event. Everything went smoothly and as planned. One thing that stuck out to us was how excited other vendors were to learn we were working with Crain + Co. It was so validating, though we never had a doubt. Couldn’t recommend Meagan any more highly!

I just got married last month and I can not say enough positive things about Meagan! She was incredibly pleasant to work with and made my wedding dreams come true! She was punctual, professional, and timely with every single detail... and there was a lot! Our venue was a good two hour drive for her, and she was still able to orchestrate and coordinate our vendors perfectly! She was very patient and kind, with our every single question. My mother and mother in law both wanted to contribute and she was equally courteous with them as well. Weddings can be extremely overwhelming, and with COVID constantly lurking, it makes it near impossible to have a stress free wedding, but Meagan put so many of my anxieties and worries at ease, allowing me to actually enjoy our special day! It was flawless! I have no idea how she pulls off the magic she creates, but she does! I will never forget her! She's pure talent! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you read nothing else from this review, read this: Crain + Co. Events is the GOAT!! Meagan Crain is outstanding. For starters, I interviewed multiple wedding planners before I decided on Meagan. The real standout for me was that Meagan took the time to get to know me and my fiancé. She scheduled a phone call with us and asked questions about our lives and who we were before she got into the questions about our wedding. I loved that personal touch! We hired Crain + Co. with full planning, with Meagan as the lead. I then forwarded my wedding Pinterest board for Meagan to review. What she came back with blew me away! A full design concept that was beyond my wildest dreams! Along with a full planning guide with a budget template, preferred vendors and a slew of other helpful trackers to keep us organized. Budget - this was a big one for us! We had a pretty nice budget for the wedding with my parents assisting, but I was adamant I wanted to come in at (or even under) budget. Meagan was able to make everything happen and look ridiculously perfect right on budget. I was so impressed by this! COVID-19 - none of us could've ever imagined that this would happen, let alone happen in the middle of wedding planning! The way in which Meagan handled this situation is really what I am most grateful for. We were contemplating on whether or not we should postpone and Meagan reiterated to us what was truly important - us becoming husband and wife. Meagan leads with love, which is why I feel that her events are so spectacular. The night of our wedding you could literally feel the love! I had never met anyone from her team until the night of the wedding and let me tell you - they are AMAZING. Sara is Meagan's event assistant and she stayed until after my husband and I left to go to our room. When my parents came to pick up anything that was leftover the next morning, they said everything was perfectly organized in boxes by the front door ready for them to grab! When you hire Crain + Co. and they say full service they mean it! Best decision I ever made was hiring Crain + Co!

Working with Meagan and Victoria at Crain + Co events was nothing short of incredible. Meagan's business acumen, attentiveness to detail, and quick response time made working with her easy. Even amidst the craziness of trying to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic, she made sure everything was taken care of and even re-created the wedding of our dreams after we decided to alter plans due to event restrictions and our choice not to postpone, but to reduce the size of the wedding. Every vendor we spoke with knew we were working with the best in the biz, and being an out of state bride and groom, having the reassurance that we were being taken care was the best compliment to us -- and Meagan! It was such a pleasure to work with Meagan to help bring our wedding day vision into reality, especially given the we had to make some big pivots a few months before the wedding due to the pandemic. Meagan was always easy to get in touch with, friendly, and ready to answer any question or request we had. Victoria from Meagan's team was there on the day of the wedding itself, and I'm confident that the whole day would have been a complete mess without her! She helped so much with our ceremony rehearsal, and all day long on the wedding day I was able to feel so relaxed knowing that she would be handling anything that came up and helping guide us through our schedule for the evening. Meagan did an AMAZING job designing and planning our wedding. From design to implementation to day-of-coordination, she can plan and execute with a calm, organized demeanor. I don't know what I would have done without her. She coordinated with vendors before the wedding, helped with contracts, provided lots of materials (i.e., packing lists, seating chart, budget excels, etc.) answered any and all questions I had promptly, and made the day go off without even the slightest error (at least that I know of... which is what I wanted!). I did not feel alone in the planning process and she really produced the wedding design I was looking to achieve. I would 100% recommend her to other brides looking for design and/or day of coordination.

Planning a destination wedding is tough, but Meagan and her team made it simple. We had two large events for our wedding and Meagan and her team executed them perfectly. Our guests couldn’t say enough about how beautiful and fun both of our events were. Meagan was always available to talk to, and really listened to our vision for our wedding, while being real at the same time. She put us in contact with vendors that fit our style and budget and gave suggestions as to who she thought would be best fit for our desires. Meagan is a miracle worker (finding not one, but two makeup artists day of the wedding) and made us all feel prepared and organized on the big day. It was refreshing to just have to “show up” knowing Megan and her team had the day and details all under control. I do not know where to even begin with Meagan and her team.... they are absolutely amazing! Meagan Crain we consider family now, we can not praise Crain & Co enough. She went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect and it was. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing. She found the perfect vendors that we loved working with. Meagan is a miracle worker! I contacted Meagan about planning our desert elopement a little over 30 days before the actual event. I was clueless, y'all. I had no idea that October is in fact the busiest season for weddings and I'm just in awe that she was able to pull it all together for us. One thing that I really appreciated from the get-go is that Meagan initially suggested trying to organize our elopement on our own. In her response to my initial inquiry, she provided a list of suggested vendors and said that with my budget it may be better to plan it myself. Me and fiancé work full time and I knew it would be challenging to book everyone last minute. Best. decision. ever. to hire Crain + Co to plan the elopement! Jaycie was our day of coordinator and she is the absolute sweetest. At one point she was carrying a small table and 30 pound purse through the desert for our ceremony. With a smile on her face! Our elopement was everything we envisioned and I'm so glad Crain + Co was there to plan and coordinate everything. They will bring your vision to life and then some.

Meagan Crain and her team at Crain + Co Events have such incredible passion for not only their profession but a love affair with LOVE and LIFE and for creating, planning, and capturing the perfect wedding day! In October 2018, I was on a mission to find and book a destination wedding venue for the following year, considering I was less than two months away from a military deployment overseas. Fast forward and almost a month into my deployment I started my research for the top wedding planners in Tucson, Arizona area ...that is how I connected with Meagan. My entire experience to include not only the wedding day itself, October 13, 2019, but leading up to it was simply flawless in communication, planning, coordination, and execution. Meagan and her team eliminated any stress from having to plan a wedding from 7,000 miles away and were directly responsible for giving me my perfect dude ranch wedding and Bollywood sangeet. Meagan and her team are literally phenomenal! For the day of the wedding, we had Jaycie, and I honestly have no idea what I would have done without her! She was seriously the BEST!! Everything went so smoothly, and even with me as the bride forgetting her Veil she made sure all the guests were taken care of to allow me more time as we waited for the Veil to be delivered. I don’t know what to say except that Meagan and her team are simply the BEST. She helped me plan a wedding in Arizona while I was living across the country and it turned out perfect. I booked a day-of event coordinator through Crain + Co. Events and I am SO glad that I did! Meagan worked with me a few weeks before my wedding to help me get organized and provided a Google Doc where I could input and keep track of wedding details. Our day-of coordinator, Victoria, was absolutely amazing. She was so on top of everything and also had a great friendly and easy going personality. Having Victoria the day-of our wedding was a huge factor in the overall success of our wedding and we feel that our wedding had a great flow because of her organizational skills. I am so happy that I found Meagan Crain to be my wedding planner! She is literally a life saver. She was so detailed, professional, design savvy, and was honestly just fun to work with. She knows so many talented and professional vendors. She gave me many options when it came to picking out a photographer, baker, makeup/hair artists, etc. All her vendor recommendations were on point. Both my husband and I were honestly blown away by the all star team she put together. Everyone exceeded our expectations. Meagan guided me through the whole wedding planning process and was with me every step of the way. She made me feel really safe and comfortable during a time that can easily be stressful and confusing. About 8- 10 months before the wedding date Meagan created a wedding design board document. I am design challenged, but just from looking at my Pinterest and a few conversations she completely nailed the wedding design look I didn’t even know I wanted. She is so good at putting all the little things together to create a cohesive and beautiful wedding design. She worked closely with all my vendors and attended all my vendor meetings with me. Her wedding planning website is really user friendly and helpful. We used it to collaborate on design, schedule, budget, and much more. She was like a stress bodyguard whenever any issue or inconsistency arose with a vendor she was on it before I even had a chance to get stressed out. Honestly, I don’t know how I would have planned this event without her. She made wedding planning fun for me and my mom without all the stress. I love my mom, but we would have been at each other’s throats without Meagan and it wouldn’t have been such an enjoyable experience. Wedding Day Coordination Meagan and her team were like secret ninjas. She coordinated everything in the background so that I could just have fun and drink mimosas while getting ready with my bridesmaids. She shielded me from everything that was going on behind the scenes and allowed me to just enjoy the day and live in the moment. Vendors magically showed up when and where they were supposed to without having to call me and ask for my room number and get directions. I wanted to make a DIY photo booth (with help from my MOH) and hang my parents and grandparents old wedding photos (Meagan’s idea). I also had some other décor items and Meagan set up everything perfectly. At the end of the night all of our gifts and cards were magically transported to our room, along with a box that contained two of each dessert from our dessert bar. We were so excited to because many of the desserts went so fast that we didn’t have an chance to try them! I didn’t have to worry about a thing and literally everything went as planned all thanks to Meagan! After hearing my friends experience with their wedding day, I went in with the expectation that somethings were not going to go as planned and that I was going to have to learn to go with the flow. Honestly the day of the wedding was a dream. Literally nothing went wrong. N O T H I N G. Everything was executed at perfection. I can’t thank Meagan enough and will definitely recommend her to anyone getting married!

Highly recommend. I had my heart set on Meagan being my wedding planner even before I got engaged, and she did not disappoint! Quite the opposite in fact. She is so easy to work with, detail-oriented, confident and calm. She goes above and beyond to make herself personally available to you. She knows great vendors, and even drove up to Phoenix a few times to meet with me and some Phoenix-based vendors. She is knowledgable about wedding traditions from different religions. She was creative in making a difficult space work for our large wedding. Our wedding day was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and it went soooo smoothly. First, if you don't want to read this whole thing, the take home point is to hire Meagan and her team, right away, and you will have an outstanding wedding. For the readers, I'll try to keep this helpful. I live in San Diego, my husband is in LA, his parents are in Idaho, and my parents are in Tucson-lots of moving parts-so I relied heavily on my mom and Meagan for essentially everything. Venue: Skyline Country Club Guests: ~200 Date: April 7, 2018 A little about Meagan: She is well-respected in the wedding game and came highly recommended. She was organized, responsive, had little checklists for us with deadlines that she actually followed up on (key), respected the budget, kept us on budget, had great vendor recommendations, and most importantly she was funny, extremely easy to talk to, and got along great with my mom, hubby's mom, and of course, me. I want to emphasize this last point. She spent so much time working with us, talking us all off various ledges, putting out small fires, having many meetings, txting, talking on the phone, etc that I actually felt like we were her only clients, which of course wasn't the case. The other thing was her ability to read minds. With my extremely vague and often conflicting and misinformed instructions, she somehow created the wedding I had been imagining. The vendors: Picking the vendors was the most stressful and would have been miserable without Meagan. She gave us great lists to work with and allowed us to make our own choices. Some wedding planners aren't this flexible so I really appreciated the freedom we had with vendor selection. Also, if you don't want to use the people she recommends, that's totally OK! She can work with anyone. The wedding: I can't say enough good things about Meagan and her team on this day. We had ~200 guests, all terrible listeners, and a rowdy bunch to boot. Not once did she seem stressed. She was totally in control of the whole situation and was able to keep things moving along without making anyone feel rushed. It was impressive how good she was at reading the room, reading the crowd, and adapting the schedule to accommodate for that. This day is an absolute whirlwind and looking out and seeing her with her little headset just running the show, was priceless. I was relaxed, the guests had a blast, and the night was perfect. In summary, Meagan Crain and her team are ABSOLUTELY who you want for your wedding day!!

Looking for a day of planner? Definitely go with Crain + Co. Events! Meagan was so amazing to work with! I am pretty organized, so I thought I didn't need much help planning my wedding. However, the more I talked with people I found that I would end up not enjoying my wedding because I would be the point person on the actual day! Didn't want that! So, I ended up hiring Crain + Co. for the day of wedding planning services. I'm so glad I did! I found out that they gave planning documents that far exceeded my original ones! About two months out, I was able to collaborate with Meagan and her team to finely tune the wedding plans. I worked with Victoria on the actual day and she seriously went above and beyond what I expected! It was a PERFECT day and it all ran smoothly. I was actually able to be a guest at my wedding thanks to her. Seriously, I could not recommend them more! And if you aren't the planning type, I'd go with the full services. Let me start by saying my wedding day was absolutely PERFECT and MAGICAL and the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE all thanks to Meagan and her team. So much so that at the end of it all, we don't feel like we paid Meagan enough, seriously. I decided to use Meagan after I saw her work at my best friend's wedding. I told the then bride, "Your wedding planner is just getting sh*t done, not bothering you with any questions, she just knows what to do." I am from Tucson but live out of state so already needed all the help I could get. Meagan had the best tools and software to keep you organized and keep track of everything (something my super organized father loved). Every single vendor Meagan recommended was stellar, every recommendation she gave was spot on, literally when I needed a bobby pin on my wedding day, Meagan had it. I'm the worst at making decisions and there's SO many you have to make days before the wedding and day of. Meagan was always available to help, guide and suggest, provide direction, answer unknown questions, provide reminders and updates and she showed up to all vendor appointments. She is very professional, very friendly and always follows through in a very timely manner. Meagan also made it incredibly easy to communicate with all involved allowing our vision to come to life! The wedding day was incredible. Absolutely beautiful and amazing. The day went so smooth and so fun for everyone. As the Bride and Groom, Meagan and her team, including Victoria, made sure we were taken care of at all times. We cannot say enough great things about this company. Overall – above all expectations!

Working with Meagan was not just the FIRST decision I made when starting to plan our wedding, but also the BEST decision. When venue hunting in Tucson, three of the five places I went told me that if I was looking for a planner, to look into Meagan. We hired Meagan and her team to help with our wedding planning, and I am so thankful we did! She was professional, organized, and had great ideas to help with the look of our wedding. She helped coordinate with many of the vendors so we didn’t have to. We had a ceremony that needed to later be flipped into the reception and it all had to be done during cocktail hour. I was super nervous about this but it occurred flawlessly with her team. Anything that went wrong day of, I had no clue! I had to talk my husband into a wedding planner, and afterwards he said it was well worth the money! I was way less stressed and able to enjoy the wedding planning having Meagan on board. Hire her! Do you think you don’t need a wedding planner?? Rethink that! I am a very organized person, but we hired this firm due to logistics getting things for our wedding in Tucson. Meagan and her team have great relationships with all of the best quality vendors for your special day. At the last minute due to unexpected, extreme weather conditions in the desert, our outdoor wedding had to be moved indoors. We told these ladies the week before the wedding they were worth their weight in gold. After only a 1 hour delay, the wedding was rearranged, beautiful and they handled the venue, our guests and our bride and groom! They are worth their weight in Rare Earth Metals to us now. I would choose Meagan and her team ten times out of ten! I once thought you don't need a wedding planner, but after going through it, choosing Meagan for this job was the best choice I made throughout the entire planning process! From the very first phone call to check ins months after our big day, Meagan puts 110% into her job. She was constantly available by phone and email and was there to answer every question and be the best sounding board for even the silliest concerns. She was so calm, laid back and reassuring throughout every conversation and meeting. The majority of our planning was done from out of town and I was never worried for a second. Our wedding turned out to be better than I could have imagined and it went off without a hitch which I can only credit to Crain + Co running the show!

Number 1 advice for anyone planning a wedding: hire Meagan. Without a doubt, she is pure magic. Meagan was SO helpful in our wedding planning process with hiring vendors, and thinking of every detail that never crossed our minds. On top of this, Meagan helped with coordinating the chaos of our day. Guys, so many crazy things happened on our wedding day (and I’m 100% certain I don’t even know the half of i!) but I didn’t have to worry about any of it. We had weather craziness, cake issues, family chaos, and who knows what else- And Meagan didn’t even bat an eyelash for one second. She really does bring the calm to the chaos. I am so thankful we found Meagan to help us with our wedding. I started out thinking I may not even need a planner since I wanted something relatively simple but boy was I wrong! Meagan thinks of things you don’t even realize you need to be thinking about when you plan a wedding. She is incredibly organized and kept us on track with a timeline and reminders every step of the way. I also had 7,000,000 questions and she would always get back to me incredibly fast. I started getting admittedly annoying towards the end too but no e-mail went unanswered, she was always so nice and so easy to work with, and put me at ease because she always had everything figured out before I even asked! She also has an incredible eye and was able to make my vision come to life better than I ever could have imagined. When the big day got here it was absolutely beautiful and beyond our wildest dreams! Not only was our wedding beautiful but it was stress-free because she had taken care of every last detail so we didn’t have to worry or think about a thing! She exceeded our expectations and beyond, and helped us celebrate what was absolutely the best day of our lives. We can’t thank her enough and if you want to have the best day of your life you need her for your wedding, too!

Meagan and her team were wonderful! They did day-of coordination for our wedding of 110 guests in Tucson. Leading up to the event they were were flexible and helpful. Meagan and Jaycie came to our meeting with the venue four months prior to the wedding and really made us feel at ease. In the months and weeks prior, they provided some very helpful planning tools and reminders. At the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Jaycie was terrific. She made sure everything was set up appropriately and coordinated all of our vendors, including helping us get what we needed from the venue. Honestly, we didn't see her very much because she was quietly making sure everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend Meagan and Jaycie as wedding planners.

Meagan Crain was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. I can’t imagine having planned it without her. My husband and I were planning our Tucson wedding from New York, and we needed someone who was organized, knew the local vendors, and could execute. Meagan delivered on all of those levels. In particular, there are two things that make Meagan a phenomenal wedding planner. First, she is extremely professional and organized, she delivers quickly, has amazing attention to detail, and is very responsive in her communication. She doesn’t waste time on things that aren’t important to you. My husband and I are both busy and were looking for someone who could keep us in check and make sure things got done. Meagan was that person for us. Second, she has an amazing eye for design. Our wedding was beyond beautiful, and it’s because Meagan was able to take our vague ideas and turn them into a cohesive design that was elegant, timeless and tasteful. I appreciate beautiful design but don’t really know how to create it, and that’s where Meagan stepped in. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

It is hard to overstate what an amazing wedding planner Meagan Crain is, and how much my husband and I enjoyed our wedding. Soon after we became engaged, my husband and I decided that we wanted to hire a professional planner for our wedding. I had found Meagan and Crain + Co on The Knot, and admired her aesthetic, and just knew we had to meet her. She is everything and more you could ever want in a wedding planner. Meagan is organized, efficient, creative, and all-around wonderful. She always responded to my texts and emails, even over my smallest questions and concerns. Meagan created our perfect wedding, and gave us direction and organization where we needed it. I felt overwhelmed by Pinterest boards and magazines, and after meeting us and understanding the vibe we were going for, she created an inspiration board that was perfect. Meagan suggested and found our flowers, musician/dj, makeup/hair team and officiant, and without her I would have been completely anxious. Our wedding day was beautiful, unique, and memorable, and we had so many compliments from our guests who told us over and over again we had the best wedding they had ever been to. It was all down to Meagan-her understanding of what we wanted for our day, her drive, and her determination to make our wedding day special. Having Meagan as our planner was the best decision we made the entire process and we are so grateful for everything she did. Meagan Crain is simply the best! Meagan’s high attention to detail far exceeded our expectations and my daughter’s March wedding was absolutely perfect in every way. I had seen Meagan Crain's work before and knew I had to have her for our wedding. I was planning from Texas with only a few chances to get out to Scottsdale, AZ which is where our venue was. Meagan never made me feel like planning from a distance was a problem. She was always on top of things and met me at my venue whenever I needed her to throughout the process. She was organized, calm, and always in sight when I needed her. Also, her recommendations for vendors were incredible!!! There was not one vendor I was not 100% thrilled with. For anyone considering not having a planner, I would reconsider. There are a million and one things to think about the day of your wedding, and Meagan is the perfect person to handle it all so you can enjoy your day! I would do it all over again with Meagan and not change a thing!

Meagan Crain and her associates we worked with (Victoria and Jaycie) were PHENOMENAL! We live out of state and were planning our wedding from San Diego and then Portland. Meagan let us know when we needed to make decisions and what worked with our budget/ vision for the wedding. She also created the perfect ambiance based off the description of our dream wedding. Meagan did a fantastic job planning my wedding. She is very knowledgeable about the multitude of venders here in Tucson and was great at narrowing down the people she knew would fit my wedding theme. She did a PERFECT job of taking my scattered wedding ideas and putting them together into to a beautiful wedding concept. She was always available for questions, vender meetings, (and meltdowns) and was fast at responding to emails, texts, and inquires. When an unforeseen medical issue prevented her from actually being there the day of the wedding, she was quick to inform me and introduce me to her highly qualified colleague, Victoria, who could be there for us. Victoria did a beautiful job of jumping in, nailing the timeline and details, and being very attentive to all our needs that day. Our wedding day was the most perfect day I could have asked for all thank you to Meagan, Victoria, and the team at Crain + Co. Events, they could not come more highly recommended!

The best ever! I honestly don't know where to start. I live out of state and my sister used Crain & Co. for her wedding just six months before ours. We have been working with Meagan for the last 14 months. From the moment we had our first meeting I knew she was the planner for us. My daughters wedding was this last weekend, “finally”! The attention to detail was spot on. Meagan and her team put us at ease every step of the way. I literally did not worry on the day of the wedding because I knew she and her team had it and the vendors she introduced us to,that we used, also had it. I was able to enjoy myself and was told many times that it was the best wedding people had ever been too! I feel blessed and really can’t say enough. I truly believe that Crain and Co. made our day the most memorable, fun, and beautiful wedding ever! My family and friends even formed relationships with genuine gals of Crain and Co! We truly love them! Three months after our wedding, my once skeptical husband pushed for Crain and Co. to help run El Rio Vecino Block Tie Bow Party, a 1,200 person block party downtown. As always, Crain and Co. impressed the entire Vencino group and without a doubt will be asked to help throw next year's block party! Everyone who comes in contact with this incredibly genuine, hard-working, efficient, and profession team cannot help but value and cherish their quality work. We had the privilege to worked with these gals and now are lucky to keep in contact with them as friends.

PERFECTION is the one word I would use to describe the months leading up to my wedding day, the actual day and my entire experience with Meagan. She turned my vision into a fabulous dream come true. One of most important things was that I did not stress over any of the wedding details. I wanted it to be an enjoyable experience. I knew I could trust Meagan right from the get go. I don't even know where to begin. Without Meagan our wedding would not have happened. We had our wedding at my parent’s house, we had no idea were to start or what vendors to use. Unlike working with a wedding venue we were completely on our own. After reading reviews on The Knot, I felt like Crain + Co would be my best bet. Meagan uses only the best vendors. My biggest concern since we were having a big wedding (300 people) at my parent’s house was to have honest, nice, reliable people. Right from the start Meagan connected us with vendors who were excited, friendly, and very professional. Being unlike most brides (I was very disorganized and sometimes aloof) Meagan kept us on track without ever getting frustrated or pushy (which I would have totally understood). Fast forward to the wedding day, everything went without a hitch. Actually there were a few issues (electrical and a lot of wind) but Meagan, her team and vendors were able to work through them and made our day absolutely perfect. The wedding day schedule kept everything moving smoothly. Literally everything went seamlessly. By the end of the day she felt like part of the family. Meagan allowed not only my husband and I but my parents to be fully present and enjoy the wedding, and our guest without worrying about a thing. This to us was worth gold. Meagan was literally a life saver. I am one of those people who love to be apart of the process, a extreme planner, already had vision but was very busy. Meagan came in with respect with my vision but provide professional advice and cost saving measures.
