From 9am until well past midnight, she never once stopped smiling, helping, and making sure everyone was okay. Her kindness, warmth, and calm presence were a constant throughout the day. She didn’t just do her job, she went above and beyond in every way possible. Whether it was a small detail or a big moment, Linda was always right there, making sure things ran smoothly and that the bridal party felt loved and supported. Her energy was contagious, her heart was genuine, and she made us all feel like family. I’ve never met an attendant quite like her she truly made the entire experience even more special. During our first tour, we bonded instantly, and she patiently answered every single question (and there were a lot). She didn’t just guide us through the planning process—she became part of it, going above and beyond in every way. She even gave me her personal number and was still answering my texts at 9 PM, always with kindness and professionalism. And then there was Summer. I honestly don’t know how to put into words just how incredible she was. She coordinated our rehearsal flawlessly, making sure everyone felt confident and prepared for the big day. She was always one step ahead, binder in hand (yes, my binder—she carried it everywhere!), ensuring that every detail was executed to perfection. She answered every single call, no matter how big or small the question, and made me feel like my wedding was the most important event she had ever worked on. But what makes Summer so special is how she balances professionalism with warmth. She wasn’t just a coordinator—she felt like a friend, someone who truly cared about making our day perfect. Yet she never let that friendliness take away from her impeccable attention to detail and organization. She was by my side the entire day, making sure I had everything I needed, calming my nerves, and handling everything with absolute grace. I walked away not just grateful for her work, but genuinely grateful to have met her. Andy was another rockstar, ensuring everything ran smoothly at the end of the night. He coordinated seamlessly with our transportation, keeping everything on time and making sure we could just enjoy the moment without a single worry. And then there was Linda. Calling her a "bridal attendant" doesn’t even begin to cover it. She was my personal assistant, dress fixer, therapist, and right-hand person all in one. She helped my mom into her dress, assisted her throughout the night, kept a fresh champagne in my hand at all times, had scissors when we needed them, calmed my nerves before I walked down the aisle, and even held my purse and shoes when I needed a break. She was the kindest, warmest presence throughout the day, and by the end of the night, I was hugging her and crying because I was just so grateful for everything she did. This venue exceeded every expectation. It was everything I had dreamed of and more. If you want a fairytale wedding—not just in setting, but in experience—this is the place.

idal attendant, Linda. She was my fairy godmother. She was by my side at the snap of a finger and took care of all the problems I had with my dress. She even hand stitched the bustle on my dress. She was there the whole night if I had any problem and she started to feel like family. If it wasn’t for her I would not of had a bustled dress and I wouldn’t have had such a smooth experience. She even went out of her way at to stream all the bridal dresses! They made our wedding perfect.

rrace ceremony to the reception, everything was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service throughout the event was exceptional. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the wedding was, and it’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. I also want to express my gratitude to the staff for their support and assistance in the months leading up to the wedding. Their guidance and expertise helped ensure everything went smoothly. However, I do feel there are areas where the experience could be improved. While the venue is stunning, I wish the building were maintained a bit better and kept cleaner to reflect the overall high standard of the event. Additionally, a few interactions with certain staff members came off as less professional than expected, which was disappointing. Overall, the Crane Club provided us with a wonderful wedding experience, and I would recommend it to couples looking for an elegant venue. With a bit more attention to upkeep and customer service, it could be absolutely perfect.

bout the waitstaff, bartenders, and overall service—they were efficient, helpful, and incredibly friendly. Seriously, the service was top-notch. Behind the scenes, everyone we worked with (Maureen, Amanda, Summer, Kara & Lisa) was amazing. They responded quickly to my many questions, were so helpful, and seemed genuinely excited for us, accommodating all our requests. The team at Crane Club truly surpassed all expectations! The food and drinks were outstanding. We received countless compliments from our guests about the meal. One guest even got up from their table to tell us that they were excited for the entrees because the salad was the best thing they had ever eaten (I will dream of that burrata salad forever). The espresso martinis we added to our package were also a huge hit, though some guests perhaps indulged in a few too many of them! I must also mention how stunning the entire atmosphere is. Pulling up to the property almost takes your breath away, and the interior spaces are impeccable. The beautiful bridal suite, the amazing outdoor patio for the ceremony, the moody bar space for cocktails that feels like a step back in time, and the reception hall that is so much more polished than the typical wedding hotel ballroom. My husband insisted on a formal dress code for our wedding, and I thought it was crazy until I saw everything come together on our wedding evening. It was definitely the right move—the whole evening looked so classy and perfect, and I couldn't be happier. You won't regret having your wedding at Crane Club!

The timeline, important deadlines, catering, the cake, vendor partners - it felt as "one stop shop" as you can get when it comes to wedding planning. In fact, my husband and I have even met others who have gotten married at the Crane Club and all we do is rave about how amazing it was! I hope I'm invited to a wedding there in the future just so I can eat the food again too!

d very welcoming! They let us drop us some of the decorations at the ceremony rehearsal and were on top of everything. Linda…don’t even get me started about Linda!!! She is such a gem. Everyone needs a Linda on their wedding day. Not only did Linda make sure I was okay throughout the day, but she also made sure that I was hydrated and had food. When our photographer was taking pictures, Linda was taking pictures which she sent to me the next day! Not only that, Linda steamed all the bridesmaid dresses and I’m assuming anything the groomsmen needed because she came down and steamed my dad’s dress shirt. Linda saw my sister in law struggling with her toddler and held her for my sister in law. On top of that, during cocktail hour, she made sure to get us food and drinks from the cocktail hour. Everyone in my family and bridal party talked about how great of a job Linda did! And she really did!! Linda was thé maître d’ at Crane club. Crane club also provided a photographer and DJ package. We opted out of the package but still used their DJ and he was great. I really have no complaints. If you’re hesitant about booking, I’d say do it!!!

I heard so many comments on how this was the best wedding meal anyone has ever had in the days after the ceremony. Then we started meeting with Summer and Amanda to finalize details. They were so organized and on top of their game when it came to this. They were sweet and very responsive to any questions we had. Kara was absolutely amazing at the rehearsal and day of. She kept everyone on track and made sure everyone knew what was going on. On our wedding day Lisa was my bridal attendant and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing person to be with me the entire day. She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and taken care of. The food was amazing and all of our guests commented on how awesome the staff was. I absolutely love the Crane Club and everyone that works there! Steven and I cannot thank you all enough! Thank you for giving us the perfect wedding day!

ant to wait for an in person tour to ask her questions, so she set up a virtual tour for us and walked us around the venue via zoom. She then set up an in person tour shortly after so we could see everything in person and picked our date and signed the contract. For the beginning of the process, Maureen was a great source of information and an incredible help in the early stages of planning. Later in the process we were introduced to Amanda, Summer and Kara, who were also incredibly helpful. Amanda made countless changes to our event that we requested. She added things and removed them, changed our guest count and suggested options for us to meet the food and beverage minimum with additional items instead of just paying for an additional “room fee” like we were planning. Our guest count ended up being much lower than expected, so we ended up adding an after party, two signature drinks, a seafood bar and welcome beverages to our package. Countless people have told me how amazing all the food was and how special all these little touches were. The weather was expected to be raining all day, and she answered my COUNTLESS emails very quickly in order to help ease the anxiety of our ceremony having to shift from outdoors to an indoor backup option. We ended up having our ceremony in our reception hall like Amanda suggested, and it was absolutely beautiful. Kara and Summer were there for the tasting, the rehearsal and the night of the wedding. They were both so helpful and accommodating all day for us. We had to make the last minute decision to have our ceremony indoors, and they both made the hall look absolutely beautiful. While it was a backup option, it truly did not look like a backup option at all. Leading up to the wedding, I was most anxious about having to change ceremony locations last minute, but they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with the decision. We have said multiple times that our backup ceremony ended up looking even more beautiful than we think our original plan would have. Linda was in the bridal suite and groom suite all day helping us with the pre-ceremony food and beverages that we ordered. She brought us beverages all day and made sure both of us were eating throughout the day. She was such a great helping hand to have for both of us the day of, and she even cleaned up the bridal suite for us at the end of the night and organized all our clutter so it was easy for the end of the night packing. We had a shuttle scheduled to pick us up at the end of the night that never ended up coming, and Summer stayed with us until all of our guests were picked up in Ubers. While she was finished working and ready to leave at 1am when our event was over, she stayed outside for at least an extra hour with us making sure no one was left alone. We have had multiple people reach out and tell us this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever been to. The venue is gorgeous, the staff is incredible and the food was delicious. We cannot thank Maureen, Amanda, Summer, Kara and Linda enough for making our dream wedding a reality. Truly the best staff we could have ever hoped to have at our wedding venue!

Unfortunately, some of my vendors had a bad experience with the catering manager and some other employees of the venue - presenting an attitude towards them, which is unnecessary when you are on the same team. The food was spectacular (per the guests since we really didn't eat). My only complaints: they should tell the vendors where to go upon arrival or have signage at the vendor entrance, we should be allowed to take the extra meals home (most places allow you to), we didn't get to do our champagne toast - they took it away without saying a word and we have no idea what happened, if you are married in the ballroom - I suggest asking them to push the chairs further away from where you be will standing, we couldn't get any pictures with all of us up there because our families were too close to the front and we aren't sure who dropped the ball with the boutonnieres for our fathers - florist said they told a coordinator and no one told our fathers, we have no idea what happened to them and they never received them. But our florist also did not tell us in the bridal suite where they put our mothers' wristlets, so I don't know what truly happened, my mom happened to see them on the counter in the bridal suite. Other than that, it was truly a spectacular day and experience. The venue is so beautiful in itself! I had a wonderful experience with everyone I encountered. Hiccups happen with every wedding and there were things that went on that I had no clue happened, which means they all did a great job!!! Thank you for making our day magical and memorable!!!

Working with Maureen and Summer through the planning process was wonderful. They were amazing, super helpful and on top of their game. On the day of the wedding, Summer, Natalie and Kara coordinated every last detail, they had their headsets on for great communications from the three floors. I felt like we were in a perfectly produced movie. Prior to arriving, there was a torrential down pour with lightening. We pulled right up to the stately entrance and were protected by the elements by the gorgeous portico. While the bride, bridesmaids, mom of the bride and I got ready and had photos done in the very comfortable and spacious bridal suite, we watched as the storm rolled by. Kara was amazing, she was following the radar and felt confident we had a break in the storm for the wedding to proceed on the 2nd floor terrace. It was the most perfect spot for our outdoor wedding. The 2nd floor terrace is quite spacious and held over 150 family and friends. After the wedding, we went inside for cocktail hour with an open bar and the most delicious food station ever. The beef sliders were the most tender and melted in my mouth. We then proceeded to the third floor for the reception ti their beautiful ballroom. It was amazing. Now let me throw some kudos to the Chef, this was the very BEST food I’ve ever had at a wedding. From the burrata salad to the fillet mignon, the food was spectacular. The fillet mignon was the most tender I’ve ever had. The dance floor provided a huge space for a dancing crowd. From there, we moved to the 2nd floor cocktail room for the after party and more food. That kept the party going until 2am. This venue sets the bar really high in my book and exceeded all our expectations. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Maureen, Summer, Natalie and Kara! You ladies are amazing!!! And please know, we will be back when it’s time for My daughter to get married. And and one more shout out for Chef, this food was the very BEST food I have had, even when dining out. I was super impressed! Thank you to all the staff at the Crane Club for making this Fairy Tale wedding a dream come true.

Crane Club came recommended to us from a friend who had heard about it being a newer wedding venue in the area... it was the first venue we looked at and nothing else we saw after even came close. It truly is a hidden gem! Just the feeling you get when driving up to the venue is an instant wow factor. Not only is the venue itself incredible, but the staff who make it all come together were even more amazing. Maureen and Summer were so great in the entire process of planning and executing, both were super responsive to emails and calls .. and Kimber was wonderful on the day of. The flow of our day went so smoothly - from getting ready in the bridal suite to the ceremony on the veranda to the cocktail hour and reception. Our friends and family raved about the food and service, as well as how gorgeous Crane Club is! And of note - we did not have a wedding planner. We were so blown away by it all. 100% recommend!

Maureen & Summer have this wedding process down to a science, their food is delicious (we only had raving compliments and no complaints from our 100+ guests), cake was superb, Marybeth on the day of the wedding was with us all day and the hidden gem that kept me sane… I could go on and on about this place. Simply put, it’s a must visit and if you have the opportunity to book this venue go for it you won’t regret it. P.s: we did not have a wedding planner and yet the event went on without a glitch plus attendees gave us tons of compliments about how this was the best wedding they had been to in years.. we highly attribute this to our vendors.

They stayed on a timeline but gave us freedom to have fun with our guests. The bridal attendant is a great touch, and at the end of the wedding everything and all my personal stuff was packed up and rolled out to my car.
