The obvious is the breathtaking views, a renovated barn, beautifully decorated houses, and horses throughout, creating an atmosphere unlike any other. I booked a horse-riding trail with Maria at the ranch for my bachelorette party a month before the wedding. It was an experience filled with fun and laughter. The property has fully renovated Airbnb houses that are available for rent. The "Villa" is a second wedding venue on the property; it was booked for the weekend through the owner's son, Nick. We utilized the Villa for our rehearsal dinner, which was convenient and added to the unique wedding experience for our bridal party to enjoy. Now, to all the magical people who made our dream come true…Despite the rain shower on our special day, the result was more than we could have imagined. The staff at the ranch, with their unwavering dedication and hard work, went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. They seamlessly transitioned our outdoor ceremony to a beautifully decorated indoor space without missing a beat. Every request I had for our coordinator, Tracy, was met with a smile and a guarantee that we could get it done, decorated horses to greet guests, a Burro with a beer saddle, dancing horses, food options, and so on! Tracy never shut down any of my ideas, my wish was her command. Tracy's assistant, Leslie, was at our meetings, always taking diligent notes and never missing a detail. Leslie was the life of the party come the day of and kept all our guest well hydrated (with Tequila). The décor and ideas came from Gabby, including a welcome sign, seating chart, and setting tables. I text Gabby almost every day during the week of the wedding, to help me with prints and last-minute arrangements, and she got it all done. Finally, the owner, Bob, the man who put this dream team together! He makes you feel so welcomed and loved. He opens the doors to his ranch and treats you like family. He must have a million things going on around the ranch, yet he still prioritizes being there for you. It was no secret from the look on my face that I was a little stressed as I was waiting for the ceremony to begin. Without ever asking, Bob got my favorite beverage (Tequila) and brought it over to ease my nerves. It was exactly what I needed; the gesture alone made me smile. Bob, thank you! You were right; in the end, the only thing that mattered was that moment I had with my father as he gave me away to my Husband. I am forever indebted to you, Tracy, Leslie, Gabby, Nick, and all your staff. Your dedication and hard work made our wedding day truly unforgettable. weekend. The wedding coordinator Tracey and Leslie were so helpful throughout the whole process and were super helpful with keeping things in our budget as well. The property owners son Nick was so helpful and was available all weekend to us via text. This is a great venue for DIY brides who are trying to stick to a budget. We ended up ordering flowers from Sam’s Club and Costco straight to the airbnb which helped so much with cost and turned out beautiful. The venue allows you to bring your own vendors which is such a great plus. We brought our own alcohol and hired bartenders which Tracey handled for us which was super helpful to cut costs. We also brought our own DJ. If you don’t have anything specific in mind they had such a great vendor list that was all amazing. We had around 180 people but I believe they can accommodate up to 200! If the villa is not your vibe they also have a barn that is indoors which is just as beautiful. Music must be off by 10pm but we had an after party in the villa which was great because of how close it is! Another plus we loved was the additional airbnbs on property, we rented out an additional 3 for our immediate family to be on site. The villa itself is absolutely amazing and such a perfect estate for the wedding party, we are hoping to rent it out every year for our anniversary! This is an outdoor venue and because of the rain and longer winter we had to rent a tent for the reception. Definitely keep this in mind if you’re doing a wedding on the colder months. Tracey, Leslie and Nick really helped make our special day run smoothly and the attention to detail was amazing. They’re also constantly making updates on the property so I expect it to get even better every year! 💛💛💛

Everything was well organized, Tracey kept in contact with us in the months leading up to the wedding and she was personally contacting vendors to assure their attendance, as well as overseeing any other potential issue we could have encountered. We could have not been happier with our day. If you are considering getting married at this property we highly recommend that you book “The Ranch House ” it has a “Bunk House” that comes with the rental. We utilized this for the bridal party and groomsmen the day of our wedding

Our décor guru, Gabby, has a meticulous attention to detail, and is a complete natural at her job. She made the entire planning process a breeze. She listened to our vision, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that every element, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, reflected our vision. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and truly transformed the venue space into a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. We can't thank you enough Gabby!! ross CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL. The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you so so much!

I finally met her at my rehearsal dinner when her and Tracey were setting up the barn. They took care of everything! The barn looked beautiful and they were only half way done setting up. Jennifer led the rehearsal which was quick and efficient (everything I wanted) lets talk about the food - AMAZING. Brandy was a Godsend. She customized the menu for me - and to this day, everyone raves about the tri-tip and empanadas. She also did a taco cart for my entire bridal party and friends the night before for the rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding, the ceremony space was beautiful. Jennifer and Tracey were communicating with me throughout the day. I felt zero stress. Jennifer had champagne for me and Whisky for the husband - it was such a beautiful gesture. When I walked into the barn, I was speechless, it was beautiful. I can't even describe how stunning it was, which is why I will share pictures. If you're thinking about having your wedding here, book it! You will not be disappointed!

I also can't say enough about CRC's staff, all of whom were helpful, efficient and oh-so nice. If I had to do it all over again, I would love to hold my own wedding in such a great spot. As it is, though, since I'm19 years married, I'll just have to hope I get invited back to someone else's in the future!!

The venue really just sells itself, it helped save so much money on decorations because it really didn’t need much to decorate!! There is lights all outside of the barn, and the inside has such rustic dreamy vibes!!! We partied our Butts off and didn’t have to worry about how to get home, we walked less then 2 minutes to the ranch house & some family stayed in the bunk house. This ranch even has trailer hookups and a cottage to rent for some of your guests! If your still “looking around”seriously just STOP- Because I looked too, and I’m telling you. You won’t find a better deal!! You’ve found it- this is the venue that will make your dreamy wedding come true!! We can’t wait to vacationing back to the CRC ranch every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

Having the option of getting ready on site makes the day go by much smoother and you get to sit back and relax. The bridal cottage and grooms bunker was perfect for our large party. The staff was incredible, timely, friendly, and always accommodating to what you may need. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our wedding photos. Our wedding day could not have gone any smoother and we could not be happier with the experience we had for our special day. HIGHLY recommend!!
