I cannot recommend CRC Ranch enough as the perfect wedding venue! From the moment we arrived, the beauty of the ranch took our breath away. The natural surroundings provided a stunning backdrop for our ceremony and made for unforgettable photos. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our day was flawless. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire planning process stress-free. Whether it was coordinating with vendors, helping with last-minute changes, or just making sure we had everything we needed, they were there every step of the way. The facilities are fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and versatile. We loved having both indoor and outdoor options, giving us flexibility for the ceremony and reception. The rustic charm of the ranch paired beautifully with the elegant touches we added, creating the perfect atmosphere for our big day. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how magical the venue was, and we’re still getting compliments on how unique and memorable everything was. My husband and I got married at CRC Ranch in the beginning of August. For starters, CRC Ranch is a beautiful venue and was perfect for us and our vision. They also have multiple houses on site to rent out. Being able to stay on site with my bridal party and with my family was really nice and made getting ready the day of the wedding stress free. From the start Tracey was very accommodating, organized and helpful. She provided me with great wedding vendor suggestions and made the day of the wedding stress free. I am truly thankful for CRC Ranch and their team for helping me and my husband have a perfect and unforgettable wedding day. I would 100% recommend CRC Ranch to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue.

My husband and I had our wedding here back in July. From the moment we booked the venue, Tracey guided us up until the day of our wedding. Any question I had she was there to answer! Mind you we booked a year in advance. Cannot be more grateful to have had her as our wedding coordinator. Such an amazing venue if you’re looking for a country style wedding. The barn is beautiful, the land has amending views, ton of great areas for photos and even air bnbs on property you can rent! Tracey and her team will be sure your wedding is everything you have ever dreamed of! Highly, highly recommend. Tracey, Gaby, Nick and CRC crew thank you all so much for everything!!! My husband and I just celebrated our wedding here yesterday! Not only is the ranch spectacular, but the entire CRC team is as well. We had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter’s wedding this past week at The Villa. It was the perfect size location for our guests and everything came out beautiful. The coordinators and support staff were on point and always checking in to ensure we were following timing and last minute changes or adjustments. Gaby from @gabsandglitzevents Tracy and Leslie @crcranch_weddings , bivi @hostingwithpetals and everyone else that helped put our daughter’s wedding together you are so appreciated for all you do and for keeping me sane! I really cant thank you enough! The food, drinks, decor,dj, cake, flowers, i mean everything was great and everyone had an amazing time! Thank you thank you thank you for making it all happen in less than 3 months! Just a couple things I would recommend: curtains inside the large windows to keep people from peeking in on the guests staying at the villa and seeing all the activities going on inside A sign to keep guests from going in while the event is taking place Path lighting for guests exiting the event to their car as it gets dark and some struggled a bit when leaving Again, thank you so much for having us and making our daughters wedding so special.

Our Wedding was in March 2024 at CRC Ranch. This working horse ranch venue, a hidden gem, promises a truly unique and magical experience. When you book with CRC Ranch, the wedding coordinator has a list of vendors to choose from, or you can bring your personal favorites. This was HUGE for us! We wanted our own entertainment to come in, and the ranch welcomed them all. The obvious is the breathtaking views, a renovated barn, beautifully decorated houses, and horses throughout, creating an atmosphere unlike any other. I booked a horse-riding trail with Maria at the ranch for my bachelorette party a month before the wedding. It was an experience filled with fun and laughter. The property has fully renovated Airbnb houses that are available for rent. The "Villa" is a second wedding venue on the property; it was booked for the weekend through the owner's son, Nick. We utilized the Villa for our rehearsal dinner, which was convenient and added to the unique wedding experience for our bridal party to enjoy. Now, to all the magical people who made our dream come true…Despite the rain shower on our special day, the result was more than we could have imagined. The staff at the ranch, with their unwavering dedication and hard work, went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was nothing short of perfect. They seamlessly transitioned our outdoor ceremony to a beautifully decorated indoor space without missing a beat. Every request I had for our coordinator, Tracy, was met with a smile and a guarantee that we could get it done, decorated horses to greet guests, a Burro with a beer saddle, dancing horses, food options, and so on! Tracy never shut down any of my ideas, my wish was her command. Tracy's assistant, Leslie, was at our meetings, always taking diligent notes and never missing a detail. Leslie was the life of the party come the day of and kept all our guest well hydrated (with Tequila). The décor and ideas came from Gabby, including a welcome sign, seating chart, and setting tables. I text Gabby almost every day during the week of the wedding, to help me with prints and last-minute arrangements, and she got it all done. Finally, the owner, Bob, the man who put this dream team together! He makes you feel so welcomed and loved. He opens the doors to his ranch and treats you like family. He must have a million things going on around the ranch, yet he still prioritizes being there for you. It was no secret from the look on my face that I was a little stressed as I was waiting for the ceremony to begin. Without ever asking, Bob got my favorite beverage (Tequila) and brought it over to ease my nerves. It was exactly what I needed; the gesture alone made me smile. Bob, thank you! You were right; in the end, the only thing that mattered was that moment I had with my father as he gave me away to my Husband. I am forever indebted to you, Tracy, Leslie, Gabby, Nick, and all your staff. Your dedication and hard work made our wedding day truly unforgettable. My husband and I had the most incredible wedding at CRC. We are beyond grateful for Tracey and the CRC team who helped make our dream come true. The venue is incredibly accommodating, allowing outside vendors and creative freedom to the bride and groom. The onsite airbnb’s helped make the event feel like a destination wedding and allowed our friends and family to stay on site with us all weekend. HUGE thank you, and highly recommend!

My husband and I got married here last March and we had the most incredible weekend. We loved this property off the bat because of the airbnb and being able to stay on property all weekend. The wedding coordinator Tracey and Leslie were so helpful throughout the whole process and were super helpful with keeping things in our budget as well. The property owners son Nick was so helpful and was available all weekend to us via text. This is a great venue for DIY brides who are trying to stick to a budget. We ended up ordering flowers from Sam’s Club and Costco straight to the airbnb which helped so much with cost and turned out beautiful. The venue allows you to bring your own vendors which is such a great plus. We brought our own alcohol and hired bartenders which Tracey handled for us which was super helpful to cut costs. We also brought our own DJ. If you don’t have anything specific in mind they had such a great vendor list that was all amazing. We had around 180 people but I believe they can accommodate up to 200! If the villa is not your vibe they also have a barn that is indoors which is just as beautiful. Music must be off by 10pm but we had an after party in the villa which was great because of how close it is! Another plus we loved was the additional airbnbs on property, we rented out an additional 3 for our immediate family to be on site. The villa itself is absolutely amazing and such a perfect estate for the wedding party, we are hoping to rent it out every year for our anniversary! This is an outdoor venue and because of the rain and longer winter we had to rent a tent for the reception. Definitely keep this in mind if you’re doing a wedding on the colder months. Tracey, Leslie and Nick really helped make our special day run smoothly and the attention to detail was amazing. They’re also constantly making updates on the property so I expect it to get even better every year! 💛💛💛

We recently got married at CRC in March. The ranch itself is beautiful, we received nonstop compliments on this location. Tracey was our coordinator, we had a wonderful experience. Everything was well organized, Tracey kept in contact with us in the months leading up to the wedding and she was personally contacting vendors to assure their attendance, as well as overseeing any other potential issue we could have encountered. We could have not been happier with our day. If you are considering getting married at this property we highly recommend that you book “The Ranch House ” it has a “Bunk House” that comes with the rental. We utilized this for the bridal party and groomsmen the day of our wedding

We got married this past September, and we have so many amazing things to say about CRC. Where to start... First off, the sprawling property is a hidden treasure, with two wedding venues, RV hookups, tons of on-site accommodations, and mountain views of Temecula valley and so much more, its hard to find a venue packed with so many features. Bob, the owner, makes you feel so welcomed, you don't feel like another client signing a check, you feel like family once you step foot on CRC. Bob goes out of his way to make sure you and your party are taken care of, you couldn't ask for a better person to do business with! Our décor guru, Gabby, has a meticulous attention to detail, and is a complete natural at her job. She made the entire planning process a breeze. She listened to our vision, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that every element, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, reflected our vision. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and truly transformed the venue space into a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. We can't thank you enough Gabby!! They took charge of absolutely everything from the moment we met with them. They handled every challenge with grace, and made us feel assured that we would be taken care of. Where do i even begin?! So we originally booked a different venue and a year later we found out it got shut down by the county. My fiancé and i searched for a new venue and came across CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL. The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. The rest of the staff you do a wonderful job maintaining the facility, everyone we met and spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a ranch wedding this is absolutely the place to book. It's well worth it and you won't be disappointed! We rented the villa for our wedding weekend. The owner is a great guy with an amazing property. Tracey and her staff went above and beyond helping find and set up anything we needed. The Villa is roomy and modern which made the day of that much easier. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to have a wedding. From start to finish, everyone was so amazing to us, especially Tracey. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, from making phone calls to the vendors, to setting up a perfect timeline, to going out of her way to find sparklers we had forgotten for our grand entrance with only an hour to spare. The air bnbs on site are beautiful and super convenient. No one has to travel for a place to stay or to get ready at. The outdoor areas are perfectly groomed and ready for the wedding day. 10/10 experience...I wish I could relive it every weekend.

Tracey and Leslie were an absolute godsend! We had a catastrophe with our wedding venue falling through 2 months before our date. They were super helpful in making sure we were taken care of and given the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t have wished for a more beautiful day. I highly recommend staying in the ranch house bnb and booking The Barn. All of our guests had nothing but good things to say about this venue. Thank you so much CRC Ranch for saving the day!

5 STARS! Truly, I'd give CRC Ranch a rating of 100 stars if I could. There are so many positives to share: The venue: My husband and I got married at CRC this month (July 2023). They have multiple venues on the property that you can choose from. We wanted something a little more modern, so we chose The Villa which is also one of their Airbnbs. First off, The Villa is STUNNING. It's on a hilltop with the most gorgeous views of South Temecula. It is surrounded by beautiful olive trees and gorgeous white rose bushes. The exterior design of The Villa also made the most stunning backdrop for our photos. The interior is so beautifully decorated as well as absolutely spotless and clean. We used the venue for our rehearsal, then stayed the night which was SO FUN. The master bedroom acted as the BEST bridal suite. We got so many compliments from our vendors (hair, makeup, photography) that it was one of the nicest bridal suites they've seen. There is also a den with the coolest bunk set up. My husband used this as the Grooms suite where he was able to hang out with friends and have an amazing time getting ready. On the day of the wedding, our guest were able to use venue-provided ping pong, giant Jenga, and corn hole. Our guest absolutely loved it! Process: Working with CRC was a breeze, especially with Tracey as our planner. We also had Leslie who was Tracey's assistant and she was wonderful as well. Being a first time bride, I was anxious about getting everything just right. Tracey was so patient, kind, prompt to answer, knowledgeable , and professional. She put all the worries to rest and guaranteed an amazing day (and it truly surpassed our hopes and expectations). Tracey made a detailed timeline and contacted all our vendors to coordinate arrival time. The day of the wedding, everything ran so smoothly behind the scenes because of Tracey's management and organization skills. She also checked in on me throughout the morning of the wedding to make sure I was doing okay. Let me add that there was NO extra cost to have Tracey our wedding planner. Her services were included in the price. Cost: CRC has the best pricing for a wedding in the area. With all that is included, it was so reasonable and stayed within our budget (which was pretty limited to start out with). I couldn't have imagined our wedding anywhere else. It was the most perfect day thanks for the CRC Team. We got so many compliments on the venue and staff from our guests. We absolutely recommend CRC to any couple!

We had the BEST experience having our wedding at CRC! Having the day of wedding coordinator was SO helpful! She took care of everything and made the day run so smoothly. Even if there were issues that came up, they were handled and taken care of without having to speak with us which created an stress-free experience . We stayed on the property for both the night before and the night of the wedding. We loved that we were able to do everything in one place for the wedding weekend including our rehearsal dinner. Everyone was so attentive and kind and helpful. Truly the best experience we could have asked for!

If I could give CRC ranch more than 5 stars I would!! My fiancé and I had quite the wedding planning journey with our original wedding venue cancelling on us 6 months before our big day. Luckily, we found CRC ranch and they were so accommodating and understanding of our situation and were so willing to step in and help us replan our entire wedding. Our wedding at the ranch would not have been possible without Tracey. She was absolutely a dream to work with! Anytime I had a question or needed her for something, no matter the time or day she would always pick up the phone and was ready to help with anything we needed. She is such a hard worker. She planned and organized our whole day so seamlessly and professionally; we are extremely thankful for her and all she did for us. Thank you CRC ranch for hosting us, and a huge thank you for Tracey for putting in so much work to make our wedding day so special.

CRC Ranch is the PERFECT place for a wedding. I planned my wedding all the way from Philadelphia and the entire staff made everything feel so seamless. I was not stressed at all during the wedding planning phase. Jennifer took over half way through the process and she was absolutely amazing. I finally met her at my rehearsal dinner when her and Tracey were setting up the barn. They took care of everything! The barn looked beautiful and they were only half way done setting up. Jennifer led the rehearsal which was quick and efficient (everything I wanted) lets talk about the food - AMAZING. Brandy was a Godsend. She customized the menu for me - and to this day, everyone raves about the tri-tip and empanadas. She also did a taco cart for my entire bridal party and friends the night before for the rehearsal dinner. The day of the wedding, the ceremony space was beautiful. Jennifer and Tracey were communicating with me throughout the day. I felt zero stress. Jennifer had champagne for me and Whisky for the husband - it was such a beautiful gesture. When I walked into the barn, I was speechless, it was beautiful. I can't even describe how stunning it was, which is why I will share pictures. If you're thinking about having your wedding here, book it! You will not be disappointed!

CRC Ranch in Temecula is a fabulous combination of hominess and elegance. I was privileged to attend a family wedding there recently, and was impressed with everything about the venue. The massive barn where the reception took place is gorgeous, with beautiful crystal chandeliers making the otherwise rustic space glamorous and sophisticated. I also can't say enough about CRC's staff, all of whom were helpful, efficient and oh-so nice. If I had to do it all over again, I would love to hold my own wedding in such a great spot. As it is, though, since I'm19 years married, I'll just have to hope I get invited back to someone else's in the future!!

The venue is beautiful the overnight stay was amazing but the staff definitely needed some work in my opinion. The communication was not good- if you are wanting to book here it’s a beautiful venue but definitely invest in a wedding planner as well.

Karrie and her team made the process so easy and free of stress. She allowed us to come the day of rehearsal to help get our table set ups perfect so we weren't worried the day of wedding. Everything was very perfectly timed and seamless transition between ceremony and reception. Of course the venue was an elegant country setting. I received so many compliments. Their pricing was very competitive and I feel I got the most for my money

OKAY LISTEN UP. If you are thinking of doing your wedding at the crc ranch, stop thinking and DO IT NOW. This ranch is extremely kids friendly, and SO DREAMY. Karey (the ranch coordinator) will make sure everything goes smooth-she’s nothing short or amazing & is seriously so prepared for everything!! The staff working our wedding were ao sweet and even while working, they almost felt like my wedding guests because they socialized and had fun, they even made friends with multiple of my guests and made my wedding even more special!!! Countless guests commented how beautiful the venue was and it’s one of the best weddings they had been to, but the best part is- You won’t complete break your bank to rent this venue!!! The owner helped in anyway possible, the property is beautiful, the on-site parking area is huge. The venue really just sells itself, it helped save so much money on decorations because it really didn’t need much to decorate!! There is lights all outside of the barn, and the inside has such rustic dreamy vibes!!! We partied our Butts off and didn’t have to worry about how to get home, we walked less then 2 minutes to the ranch house & some family stayed in the bunk house. This ranch even has trailer hookups and a cottage to rent for some of your guests! If your still “looking around”seriously just STOP- Because I looked too, and I’m telling you. You won’t find a better deal!! You’ve found it- this is the venue that will make your dreamy wedding come true!! We can’t wait to vacationing back to the CRC ranch every year to celebrate our wedding anniversary!

The CRC was everything we dreamed about for our wedding! The second we walked on site we knew this was the place where we wanted to say I DO! Karey and the staff were nothing short of amazing! Vary accommodating, responsive, helpful, and put our minds at ease during the planning. Let alone the bridal cottage and grooms bunk were perfect for getting ready. The barn was gorgeous and the entire scenery made for amazing pictures. All around it was an more than we could have expected and Karey and everyone (and all the vendors that came with the ranch) made our wedding PERFECT!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and had everything a bride could possible ask for! My husband and I always wanted a ranch style wedding and this was the perfect place for us. The ceremony site is breathtaking and the reception area is the perfect combination of rustic and elegance. We stayed on the property the night before the wedding so everyone could get ready together on site and it was so convenient and fun for everyone. Having the option of getting ready on site makes the day go by much smoother and you get to sit back and relax. The bridal cottage and grooms bunker was perfect for our large party. The staff was incredible, timely, friendly, and always accommodating to what you may need. The whole property is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for our wedding photos. Our wedding day could not have gone any smoother and we could not be happier with the experience we had for our special day. HIGHLY recommend!!

First of all the entire venue is gorgeous! The bridal cottage and groomsmen bunkhouse are adorable and made getting ready super easy. The bridesmaids and I stayed in the cottage the night before which I would highly recommend, as we were able to relax there after the rehearsal dinner & the morning of the wedding - no rushing! Karey and Annie were SO helpful throughout the entire planning process and worked with our vision to make it all flow. Along with their staff they set everything up for us and I didnt have to worry about anything. The serving staff at the ceremony was so much fun, we ended up dancing with them at the end of the night. The different areas of the ranch made for amazing photos. My only suggestion would be to clarify the entry points for guests as I heard there was a little confusion but that seems like something that could be easily addressed. I would definitely recommend them!

CRC was the perfect place for my wedding. I wanted a western bohemian vibe and it exceeded my expectations. The property and the barn are just beautiful and accommodated our large party of 150 guests. Not only did I think so, but so many of my guests said it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been to! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our coordinators Karey and Tracy were very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond for us. It was truly the most magical day!

California Ranch Company was a beautiful place to have my wedding and I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a rustic, western feel to their special day. However, there were a few things that I would like to recommend to CRC that could make future weddings better.

This was the perfect venue for our special day!!! The location is very close to so many hotels and wineries which make it very easy to accommodate guests out of town. The entire staff was so eager and helpful they made the whole experience so easy. I had no stress the day of the wedding because I knew if anything were to come up they would take care of me. We were also able to bring in a couple of RV’s to camp on site. The bridal cottage and bachelor bunk house are perfect to get ready in for your big day. Then to have a place for the groomsmen and happy couple to stay on site was so nice. After a day of anticipation and celebration the last thing you want to do is drive to a hotel. We were so happy and blessed to have found such an amazing place for our wedding.

CRC Ranch is a beautiful venue that really speaks for itself. Though it is on a ranch, the ceremony and reception site feel very private and quiet. The ceremony space is beautiful, intimate, and romantic. The flow of the event is perfect, starting with a walk from the bridal suite to the ceremony, outdoor cocktail hour, and into the barn for the reception. Plus, the barn is air conditioned! The real shining star of CRC is Karey. Her attentiveness and thoroughness are much appreciated in such stressful process. I sent her emails late at night and received a prompt message back--something I haven't experienced with any other venue. Her organization and experience really allow your vision to come to life. I appreciated her upfront attitude about costs, and the prices were reasonable. I felt peace of mind when looking at her itemized price list and was able to see exactly how much the extras we wanted were going to cost. We were so close to booking, but the stars didn't align with our limited schedule. Without those limitations, I would book CRC in a heartbeat.

Annie and her team worked with me every single step of the way. We had to start a little later than expected and they worked with us to make sure everyone was where they needed to be while keeping us updated on guests arriving. The team is 100% AMAZING! The venue is BEAUTIFUL and I wouldn't dream of having my big day anywhere else.

Me and my wife had a last minute change of venue for our Rehearsal Dinner. CRC Ranch was so professional, efficient, was beautiful, and had amazing catering! We had amazing night that we will never forget!

We had a great experience touring this location. The prices were extremely reasonable and the cottage is breathtaking. We did decide to go with a different location only because it was closer to home for us. California Ranch Co was at the top of our list during our whole touring experience.

Annie and her staff made our dream wedding come true! She made it easy with everything included except for florist and photographer ! The chef and DJ were top notch. If you want a ranch style wedding this is the place. Our guests raved about about how much fun it was!
