Create Catering and The Dining Studio

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Create Catering, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our wedding planning process and of our wedding weekend! We would describe ourselves as foodies and having incredible food, drinks, and desserts were EXTREMELY important to us. They created a custom menu based on the foods and cocktails that we love (and were able to combine my husband's and my very different tastes in a flawless way) and we were blown away by how amazing every single thing was. On top of that, they were so great to work with. Sarah went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of! I was raving about a special bread they were making for our dinner, and they surprised me the night of our event with the recipe so I could make it at home. It is touches like that set them apart. I can't recommend them enough! We can't wait to come back again and again to their Sunday Suppers!

As foodies, my husband and I wanted to provide our wedding guests with delicious and memorable food. As soon as we visited Create for our tasting- we knew they were special. Sarah went above and beyond to help us through the process and the results were fantastic. From the perfectly cooked tenderloin, to the freshly made donuts, Create provided the best food at our wedding! Now, nearly a month later we STILL have guests commenting on how great everything tasted. The food was phenomenal, the timing of each course was impeccable, and my husband and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Create to anyone!

We hired Create for both our Wedding Reception and Groom's Dinner and we could not have been more happy with both meals. It's 2 1/2 months later, and we are still hearing from family and friends that our reception was the best wedding food they'd ever had, and for those that attended our groom's dinner it was one of the best meals they'd ever had. Everyone at Create is amazing to work with - the owners/chefs do an amazing job of writing the menu for your specific event, so it's all very fresh, local, seasonal, and specific to your tastes. The planning process was enjoyable, communication was clear and prompt, everything was organized, and we felt like they had everything under control. I had several guests tell me how much they appreciated the amazing service they got, and it even went so far as some of the servers that worked Friday evening recognized guests again at the reception and made them feel important. Having spent time working in the service industry, it's refreshing to work with a company that takes care of every person - the bride and groom, the parents, as well as all the guests in attendance. I'd attended a couple of events that Create had done the food for, so we knew right away we would want to work with them. Food was our number one priority with our wedding, and it was an easy decision to work with Create. Our menu was unique and every part of every course was delicious, beautiful and served flawlessly. I wish I had been able to eat more at our wedding! The groom's dinner was a multi-course tasting menu, which was a fun way to serve more unique items than what is possible with 150 people. We had it at the Dining Studio space, which was great. Tons of parking, industrial space that is totally "yours" for the night - so you have control of music, sound, timing, decorations, etc. The reception was passed appetizers, plated soup/salad, plated, entree, and plated desert duo, and late night food. The biggest compliment I can give is that nothing at our wedding felt like it was "wedding food." We got to work with Corey, Nikki, and Sarah to create an event and menu that was exactly what we wanted, we had fun during the process, and we can't wait to work with them again - though probably not for 150 for a while. I can't recommend Create high enough, especially if you want to be involved in the planning process, eat a lot of really amazing food, and work with the most fun, kind, thoughtful people.

Create Catering was instrumental in making our reception memorable. From the very beginning, working the Sarah and the team was so easy and wonderful. We chose not to have a sit down dinner but wanted the feel of a cocktail party. They were able to take our vision and execute it perfectly. We've eaten at The Dining Studio several times so we knew the food and beverages would be amazing. We were not disappointed and heard rave reviews from our guests. Normally, the food isn't the focal point of an event like this, but we were pleased that it was. We had a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres and specialty cocktails as the guests arrived then a beautiful display of several different heavy hot and cold appetizers. The variety, flavor and presentation were all spectacular. No one left hungry even as the event went through the dinner hour and into the evening. We cannot say enough wonderful things about every aspect of working with Create Catering and The Dining Studio and would recommend them without any hesitation.
