Create Excitement

I cannot speak highly enough of Ben and his team! We had a late winter wedding and originally wanted a band, but through the recommendation of a friend, ended up with Create Excitement. Ben was AMAZING. He was so helpful in the planning process- keeping up posted with where we should be in terms of planning certain songs, to the day of. I can't tell you how much fun it was. He had everyone dancing- even through dinner. I don't think I touched my plate because each song was better and better. He's very receptive to what you want and is great at feeling out the crowd. My parents said they received so many compliments about how great of a party it was- mostly because everyone couldn't stop dancing. TRUST ME- you won't regret going with this team. I was so hesitant about having a DJ and I couldn't have been happier with my choice because of them.

Ben was the DJ for our wedding and we could not have asked for better! He was very responsive and easy to work with. He asked a lot of questions and really got to know our music style. Everyone had a blast at our wedding!

Ben and his team were absolutely AMAZING and made our wedding perfect!! Music was a top priority for myself and my husband, and Ben did not have an easy job. I am a country girl at heart, and my husband is from Jamaica. In addition, our wedding guests ranged in ages from 70-4, with a huge Portuguese, Brazilian, Latino, Jamaican, and African crowd. Ben pleased everyone, but most importantly, myself and my husband!! Everyone raved about the music! Prior to the wedding, he was always available to answer any questions, and respond to my countless emails. I highly recommend!!

Ben and the entire Create Excitement team were incredible to work with. They were extremely organized and proactive in working with us to create the right set list and coordinating the flow of the evening with the event staff. They were also extremely flexible, and accommodated a few very last minute requests from my wife and I. During the reception, Ben and Chris kept the dance floor packed all night, with a perfect mix of older crowd favorites and the latest hits. We cannot recommend Create Excitement strongly enough and hope to work with them again at future events.

Ben was SO amazing for us as a DJ. From the moment we brought him on for the wedding, he was always there with helpful tips, ideas and a listening ear! He didn't stop at music. Any time we had a question about wedding related items, we were able to ask him and he had great advice. I would not have wanted anyone else to get the party started for our wedding. Thank you Ben for getting literally EVERYONE on the dance floor dancing the WHOLE night!!!

We cannot say enough good things about Ben and Chris's phenomenal work at our wedding (and throughout the entire planning process!). Leading up to the wedding Ben was so on top of his communication with us, and we never had to reach out to him or remind him to do anything-- he was always 3 steps ahead. We felt that he did such an amazing job at the reception, which was reinforced by all of the compliments we have been receiving from our guests since. He did a fabulous job of keeping the night going and knowing exactly what people needed and when. He listened to every single request we had, and helped turn our dream wedding into a reality. Ben was amazing! My now husband and I just got married this past Saturday (10/15/16) and I could not be happier with it. The music and vibe was amazing. He was extremely attentive throughout the whole process and you could tell this is what he loves to do. He has an online planner that you can request songs and make a playlist. It was great! I would definitely recommend him for your special day!!!

Ben is the DJ you want for your wedding! He was simply amazing from beginning to end! He is extremely knowledgeable and patient! I just got married and I couldn't be happier with the wedding! Everyone was dancing on the dance floor the whole night! All of my family members loved him and boy can he dance! He was teaching me how to do the wobble on the dance floor! And the price was perfect! He went above and beyond for our wedding! I'm so so happy!!

Ben was fantastic. He made our daughter's wedding so much fun. He brought so much energy to the dance floor. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Ben at Create Excitement! I was having a hard time trying to choose songs for the ceremony and Ben was able to set up an appointment for us to come down to the office and help us work out the kinks. Ben has such a huge personality and you can tell he loves every minute of what he does. After our appointment I felt much better about the ceremony music and couldn't wait for our reception! On our wedding day we couldn't have asked for more. Everything ran smoothly and people were out on the dance floor. Do you want a DJ who can and will make your wedding all that you have dreamed? Then, Create Excitement Entertainment is who you are looking for. From the moment I met Ben, I felt at ease. He worked hard to get to know us and ensure that the wedding was exactly what we wanted. His website is amazing and allows you to pick songs you want played and songs you don’t want played. This was key for me as I have very specific tastes. Plus, my mom was worried a bit about the music choices, and Ben went out of his way to make a CD for her to get a glimpse of what the wedding music would be like! Throughout the reception, Ben checked in with Bryan and I several times to make sure we were enjoying the music and tone of the evening. We DEFINITELY were, as were our guests. Everyone is raving about Ben and Create Excitement. He started the night off playing the high energy song, SHOUT, before we even did our first dance. Everyone was on the dance floor immediately and it never stopped. The dance floor was packed all night!! Thank you so much Ben and Joe! The night was a dream!

We knew when planning our wedding that the DJ would be one of the most important aspects of the wedding night and what an excellent choice we made in hiring Ben and Create Excitement! Our wedding was on March 14, 2014. Ben was so responsive, really took his time to get to know us and was in constant contact with us during the entire planning process. His suggestions were so helpful and really appreciated! He understood exactly what we needed from our DJ. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour and throughout the entire reception, Ben captured our style of music perfectly and was such a great DJ and MC. He had the dance floor filled all night long! The only time anyone sat was to catch their breath for a minute and then they were back out on the floor! His professionalism, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge made our wedding a huge success! Ben is a nice guy and a great DJ... he was very helpful with song selections and kept the party going all night. Every one of my guests were on the floor at one point or another, he even had my 80 something year old grandparents shaking their hips! We got many compliments on him and I would highly recommend him.

We had such a great experience with Create Excitement! My husband and I got married in NJ but are the furthest thing from "Jersey Shore" as possible. We knew we needed a DJ who got our desire to have great dance music without it verging on being a club. We discussed our event with Ben initially and Adam was our actual DJ the day of the event. Ben was extremely helpful throughout our planning process and answered any questions we had as they came up. Adam was fantastic. We used the company for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and weren't disappointed with any of it. The volume level was perfect throughout (which could have been an issue with outside sound and another wedding indoors). His music choices included anything we requested and options that melded perfectly with the crowd--the dance floor was NEVER empty (always a good sign!). He also checked in with us (and our bridal party) every so often to see if the volume was alright and if there were any songs we wanted to hear. He was a superstar. We highly recommend Create Excitement!

Ben is the absolute best! It was so easy to pick the music we wanted and the worksheet helped plan the ceremony, reception and cocktail hour. Everyone raved about the DJ!

My groom and I knew that Create Excitement was the company for us after meeting Ben. He was funny, understanding, knowledgeable, and just all around a nice guy. Their prices were reasonable and they literally were willing to do whatever we wanted on the wedding day. We ended up with Adam as our DJ and he was perfect. He asked a lot of questions to make sure he got everything just right. I was worried about the large age range of our guests and keeping people dancing despite the fact that I hate organized dances. Adam didn't need to resort to the Cha Cha slide or anything like that once. He got everyone up and partying. Our dance floor was packed the entire night. I wish he had played a few more slow songs, but I was having so much fun that I didn't even notice at the time. Adam stuck to all of my "do not play" songs and was always sure to double check with me if he was unsure of something. The music sounded great and the lights were a nice addition as well. I am so happy that we went with Create Excitement. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Ben did an excellent job with the music. Everyone was on the dance floor the entire night. He created this great energy that kept the party rockin'! So great to work with and highly recommend!!!
