I don't think words can fully express our gratitude for Sherri and the Creations by Collis team. Sherri is an absolute powerhouse in every area of the planning, logistics, vendor management, setup, cleanup, and she even knows exactly how to keep you calm and when to step in when it seems you are getting overwhelmed. The regular meetings with Sherri leading up to the wedding date kept us on-track and level-headed. When it came to the wedding weekend, the team was so fast and efficient. We just handed all of our DIY projects and signage over to them on the Friday of the rehearsal, and in a blink of an eye, all of our visions for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding/reception were made real. No question or request is too small or too silly. They make it work. It is so valuable to have someone you can trust as much as Sherri and team during such an important time of you life!

From the beginning Sherri was amazing answering all my questions! She gets back to you right away! She Makes everything so easy! The wedding day went perfectly! We had Karen, Mike and Tara they were all so wonderful and helpful and had the flow of the day going perfectly!! Now to the actual weekend of the wedding festivities - her team worked so hard to decorate our venue, worked with us to make a ceremony site decision due to inclement weather, and Karen and Jackie and others were phenomenal coordinating the rehearsal as well as ensuring everything on the day of the wedding went smoothly. Took a lot off our plate and allowed us to enjoy the day even more. Cannot thank them enough or recommend anyone more highly then Creations By Collis! Sherri and her team were very helpful, professional, and enthusiastic. Sherri was with us through the planning phase and her team took over on the day: Ellen, Jackie, and Sarah who were all incredible. One thing I do wish is if we had gotten a heads up on what exactly our needs would be for planning package earlier on since we had such a large guest list. It would have taken some stress off about a month out from the wedding, but once it was all sorted we were so happy to have the correct amount of help to ensure we were fully covered for our timeline on the day. I highly recommend the whole Creations by Collis team!

We worked with Sherri at Creations by Collis over several months to plan our wedding at Birch Hill Farm in New Hampshire. She was incredibly accommodating, making sure we met together at the correct intervals for thorough check ins, and making herself available any time we had a question or concern. We used a couple of her preferred vendors and the day came together perfectly! Day of, she and her team anticipated all of our needs and would check in to see if there was anything we needed. My wife had a "wardrobe malfunction" with her dress and Sherri came to the rescue and fixed it! We felt we were in good hands from start to finish, and cannot thank Sherri, her husband Dan, and the rest of her team for one of the best days of our lives!

I’m not even sure where to begin with how much I truly and genuinely loved working with Sherri!!!! For over a year she was there whenever I needed her and when those last 90 days before our wedding hit she really became like family!! She was such a ray of sunshine always smiling and always did her best to put a positive spin on whatever came our way. She worked so well with my type A personality and let me maintain control of the ship and guided me through the challenges of wedding planning. It didn’t matter if our calls ran long she was happy to stay on and finish chatting until I was comfy with things!! If I sent her a text it was always answered quickly! She didn’t make you feel like you were bothering her ever!! And she always made you feel like you were the only couple she was working with!! On the day of our wedding I faithfully relinquished all control to her and BOY DID SHE DELIVER!!! She completely executed my wedding vision so perfectly and beautifully I couldn’t have done it better myself truly!!!! She kept everyone on track and kept the timeline moving along all day/night. Her and her team (shoutout Karen!!) not only set up all our decor, managed vendors, and kept the timeline flowing but they packed up everything at the end of the night which was a true gift!!! It was so nice knowing we could pick up all our decor the next day and it was neatly and safely packed waiting for us. They also were able to help manage and/or navigate any issues with bridal party and family members as they popped up on the day of. Now that wedding planning is behind us I genuinely miss working with Sherri!! She really was like a second mom during the process (she kept my mom sane and let my mom enjoy the day 100%!!!!) and I think about her often now that it’s all over. Thank you Sherri for making my wedding dreams come true!!!!

Sherri and her team were absolutely amazing. From the attention to details, to seeing my vision come to light, to the efficient and seamless set up and break down it was perfect. They are so knowledgeable and are a huge part of how my day turned out absolutely perfect! Beyond thankful to have had them.

I honestly could not have done this without Sherri. I chose to plan my own wedding and use Creations by Collis as my day of coordinator. I so wish I had used her from the start. She settled my nerves on numerous occasions and even helped me to deal with some very rude and unprofessional vendors along the way. I always felt like she was there for my best interest. After my ceremony, we were doing pictures and I was not feeling well. She went and got me ice water at the venue and came back and sat and watched me (yes, I saw you, Sherri!). Once pictures were doe she went into the venue and had me wait outside on a bench. She came back with juice and a plate of the Hors d'Oeuvres my guests were eating. She didn't rush me to get in. She let me sit until I felt better. This is just one example of the many ways Sherri went above and beyond. My only suggestion to you, the bride or groom, is to use Sherri for the whole wedding. I know you won't be disappointed!

We highly recommend working with Sherri and her amazing Creations by Collis team! Wedding planning can be a stressful experience but with Sherri’s help we felt so much more at ease. Our wedding venue did not have any vendors included. We had to find and coordinate with all our own vendors- caterer, bartending, DJ, florist, photographer etc. - and Sherri was instrumental in all of this. We truly could not have done it without her. She had an answer to all of our questions, or if not she found out the answer promptly. Twelve months before the wedding she provided us with a “to do” checklist that included every detail imaginable, broken down into small lists for each month. This helped give us direction/keep us on task while not getting overwhelmed. It made the month leading up to the wedding way more manageable! Sherri’s punctuality, organization, leadership and positive attitude make her amazing at what she does. We are so grateful to her for helping us throw the wedding of our dreams, and cannot recommend her enough to couples getting ready to plan their big day!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sherri! Our venue, Birch Hill Farm, put us into contact with Sherri as our day-of coordinator. From our first meeting, Sherri made us feel like we were in excellent hands. She helped make sure we thought of every little detail to ensure the day went fabulously. We had several meetings in preparation for the wedding day, and she also uses an online wedding planning tool so we could continually collaborate. Being able to do the seating chart and meal planning on my computer felt effortless! On the day of the wedding, Sherri’s Team was absolutely amazing. They made sure details that we would've forgotten (like putting out the seating chart!) made it to the wedding. They coordinated with all the vendors and guided the timeline of the day with a gentle touch, so we felt like we could enjoy our wedding just as much as the guests. Sherri and her team were AMAZING to work with for our October wedding in NH. We had a ton of unique ideas for our wedding and from the beginning of the process, Sherri was responsive, communicative, and an absolute dream to work with. She is as available as you need and her scheduling software makes it very easy to schedule a call with her when it is convenient for you. Towards the end of our planning, I started to stress and Sherri was fantastic at mitigating some of the stress and taking things off my plate. Working with Sherri and her team at Creations By Collis was one of the smartest decisions that we made! Sherri took the time to have zoom calls with us (we live 2.5 hours away otherwise she offered to have meetings in person!) to go over everything as wedding planning started over a year ago right up until the wedding. Working with them comes with a planning software that made everything I thought would stress me out, a breeze! Everything I needed was in one place and it made it so easy. The team really brought my vision to life and made our wedding the most magician day of our lives! I never knew I needed a wedding coordinator until I had one and realized all the things I would have never thought of myself. Sherri and Karen were AMAZING, thoughtful and so helpful. Karen spent the day of our wedding doing final setup, adjustments and ensuring everything ran smoothly so myself and the bridal party could fully enjoy and be present for the day. She fit in perfectly and it felt like she was part of the family! I cannot praise Karen and Sherri enough. Even if you don’t think you need them, YOU DO!

We were married at Longlook on 7/30/22. We bought the diamond package and contract from Sherri to try and best ensure as little stress as possible. Pros: Sherri is well connected in the area, decorations were lovely, she is polite via email and text, she answered any and all questions I had, and in the end will do her best to fix any issues that come up Cons: Sherri’s emotions are written all over her face, which I can relate to. However, guests complained of her rolling her eyes at them when they interacted with her. If contracted for the Diamond Package, still follow along with vendors closely. We had unexpected issues the week of the wedding that with our contract level we would have expected the coordinator to have caught earlier on. It added to stress the week of but Sherri did resolve the issues and our wedding was absolutely lovely.

Sherri and her team are amazing. She came recommended by our venue, Birch Hill Farm in Gilford, NH, and we decided to hire her for full services. It was the best money I have ever spent. She coordinated every detail and kept me on track, even reminded me when I had vendor payments coming up or when I had decisions that needed to be made. The rehearsal dinner and wedding went off without a hitch thanks to Sherri and her team. I had many guests who commented on how good she was. She was amazing!

We worked with Creations by Collis for our wedding at Longlook Farm on July 9, 2022. Sherri is so knowledgeable and was completely invaluable when planning a wedding during Covid times and – in our case – from abroad. She was there every step of the way to recommend and coordinate vendors, provide rentals for drink dispensers and glasses etc., make suggestions for decorations, and just overall help to bring our vision to life. I also appreciated how she was always available to answer questions if we needed, but was also happy to step back and let us take the lead if we wanted. She is a great communicator and so organized; once I emailed her with a question about whether the venue had some obscure item we needed. She not only responded within 10min, but also told me exactly how many of that item there was at the venue, and where exactly they were located! Sherri and her team are very professional and the big day went perfectly thanks to them. We very much enjoyed working with Creations by Collis and couldn’t have done it without them!

Sherri was absolutely wonderful to work with! Brian and I would have been lost without the help of Sherri, as well and Karen and Denise on the wedding day, to help coordinate everything. Sherri is exactly who you want supporting all the logistics going on at your wedding. We got married at the Winthrop Carter House in Boscawen, NH, and Sherri and her team had a partnership with the venue. We decided to upgrade to some of Sherri's more inclusive offerings, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Sherri did the decorations throughout the tent that we used for the reception, and everything came out beautifully. She also did a fantastic job coordinating all of the vendors and various logistics that went into our wedding day, and was incredibly helpful and supportive to both of us as a couple. Most importantly, Sherri was the calm, in-control person that you need on your wedding day. We had a handful of hiccups during our day (family drama, town-wide power outages etc.), and Sherri stepped up and handled everything with a calm controlling energy. She not only resolved each issue quickly and calmly, but she was supportive to us and our entire family in the perfect way you could hope for. We can't recommend having Sherri by your side on your wedding day enough.

Sherri and her team helped my daughter create a special wedding weekend that was filled with love & fun; in a beautiful environment and as stress free as you could wish for! We had the pleasure of working with Sherri on not 1 but 2 weddings thanks to the pandemic! My daughters original wedding was postponed 1 month prior to our 6/6/2020 date. Sherri was awesome all around.. I didn’t know of nor did I think I needed a day of coordinator until Sherri was introduced to me by my wedding venue.. on January 29th 2021 I canceled my destination wedding in Jamaica which left me maybe 5weeks to replan a wedding I spoke with Sherri the first week of February and knew she was the girl for the job! We just clicked; she listed to me let me vent and assured me it was possible and that I did and she was off.. together we found the perfect Dj, photographer, etc. I didn’t have to do much of anything but answer a few questions and she took off with my vision and I had the most perfect wedding.. oh yea she was also the officiant (bonus)and she delivered our ceremony beautifully was short sweet, funny and intimate! And I can’t forget what her and her team pulled off for my wedding decor... beautiful (exactly what I imagined and more). Extremely organized and professional and she made sure we were within Covid guideline nonsense. With that said RECOMMEND Sherri and her team.

We are huge fans of Creations by Collis! If you are looking for an affordable, caring, professional team to help you plan your event, look no further. Sherri and her team helped us plan our wedding (10/17/20) at Birch Hill Farm in NH in 3 MONTHS (!!!), and I can honestly say that hiring them was one of the easiest choices we made. Creations by Collis did a great job giving us all the creative freedom we wanted but also providing much needed advice when it came to event planning. We rented a lot of our wedding decor from them, too... table runners, tents, etc. It worked out so well because at the end of the wedding we didn't end up with a lot of extra decor we didn't know what to do with! Sherri was excellent at meeting and answering my questions (at any time... I mean ANY time) and she was always available to help me navigate challenges that arose. They set up and decorated the entire wedding with extreme attention to detail and made sure it was exactly what we asked for. When we walked in, it was an absolute fairy tale. We are also a very COVID conscious couple with many COVID conscious guests. Sherri's team made sure that every table and chair was spaced according to COVID guidelines and placed masks and sanitizer around the venue. The feedback we have gotten from our wedding was that everyone felt SAFE and comfortable and we have Sherri's team to thank for that. They even officiated our wedding with a beautiful customized ceremony that meant so much to us; we will look back on these memories for years to come! Sherri and her team also coordinated with all the vendors so the bride and groom weren't the ones fielding the questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. One of the things we appreciated the most was the CLEAN UP!!!! The wedding day is beautiful but also stressful and hectic, and the last thing you want to do (trust me) is stay late at the venue to clean up... or come back at the crack of dawn the next morning to clean. Sherri's staff had everything cleaned and placed neatly in bins so all we had to do is load the car with the bins the next morning and leave. It was a huge relief!! A wedding is a big day in your life. There are a LOT of moving parts and it takes a village! Let Sherri and team be your village. You won't regret it.

Creations by Collis were key in making our big day go perfectly. Sherri was there every step of the planning process with timely advice and quick answers. Karen and Ellen were there on the day of and took care of all the details with no hiccups. For a bride, having absolutely nothing to worry about on her wedding day is just the best feeling in the world. We are so grateful to Creations by Collis for everything!!

Sherri was incredibly easy to work with! She was always there to answer questions when I had them and was so knowledgeable about the venue that she made you feel comfortable with your planning. I was 3 hours away from the venue and had only visited twice so Sherri helped a lot with set up questions I had. She was always there when I needed her but she wasn't overly controlling and gave you space to plan the way YOU wanted to plan. She really cares about her brides and will do anything she can to make sure your day is beyond special. Longlook Farm was my dream venue and having Sherri come with that venue only made it better!

I can't say enough about the professionalism and job well done by Sherri and her team! I had so many people leading up to my daughter's wedding asking me if I was overwhelmed or nervous about getting everything done. My reply was simple, I was not nervous at all, we have Sherri! She is so organized and thoughtful of all the details, right down to the directional signs to direct guests to the out of the way camp on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee! We did not have to worry about set up, or lift a finger, which was so relieving as we had out of town guests and a rehearsal dinner to attend to. The day of the wedding her team was more than professional in their guidance and making sure we stayed on schedule, pulling safety pins out of their pockets, and all the while staying behind the scenes in a way that we hardly knew they were there. When the reception ended, they were right there to clean up and we could all relax and enjoy the fire, or a good night's sleep! Creations by Collis is a must for any bride that wants to enjoy her day to it's fullest!

Traveling up to Look Long Farm and meeting Sherri truly exceeded my expectations, as it was my first "destination wedding" I was officiating. Talking with Sherri a couple days before the wedding, I was immediately looking forward to meeting her. Her warmth and kindness shined through our phone call and made me feel extremely comfortable. She is professional, detail-oriented, and so easy to work with. If I were to get married again, I would love to have her as my coordinator. It was a pleasure to meet Sherri and I look forward to collaborating with her in the future!

If you are thinking about hiring Creations By Collis, stop thinking and just do it! Sherri and her team are fantastic. Upon our first meeting with Sherri, we felt we were in great hands and a load of pressure was lifted off of us. Many other couples we know who were also planning weddings around the same time talked about the stress they felt trying to get everything done, but we couldn't relate. We knew Sherri had us covered. She always showed up to meetings on time and had a plan for decor before we could even begin to form an idea. I am a very indecisive person and didn't have an exact idea of what I wanted, I simply showed Sherri my Pinterest board and discussed the look I was going for and she NAILED it. Everything was perfect, beautiful, and she was able to define the undefined image I had in my head. And the best part? We did very little as far as decor and coordinating went. Sherri contacted everyone who needed to be there (DJ, Photographer, Bartender, etc.) and our day-of coordinator (a Creations staff member) got them where they needed to be. Additionally, everything that Sherri set up, she and her team took down, so we were left with little clean up as well, which was fantastic!
