! The bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets were just gorgeous and the extra pops of color made the photos even better than we could have imagined! All of our flowers were labeled which helped when passing out to family and setting up! Thank you thank you Creations by Debbie! You helped make our event a memorable one!

ease all my nerves around picking the right florals for the event. I absolutely loved my bouquet and adored all the arrangements displayed around the venue. They were fantastic to work with. They took my vision and made it come to life!

decided to reach out and schedule a meeting so that we could ensure everyone was still on the same page. That is when we found out that there were many changes made at Creations and the employee had left many, many months ago and took everything with her (we weren't told). The business had almost no understanding of our wedding, the vision, and what we wanted or had asked for (because she had taken her things and the notes weren't easily read by those left behind). We had to start completely over, with only weeks until the wedding. Over the next few weeks things got considerably worse. We were accidentally sent a video of the business talking poorly about us, we were given a phone number that didn't work, we had a meeting set that no one showed up to, and our original quote of almost $6,000 turned into a bill (that came only days before the wedding) of almost $12,000 (with no changes in what we were getting or what we had asked for). On the wedding day, I arrived at the venue to check on things and was told that Creations was done and had left. There were several things that weren't done and our wedding planner had to personally arrange flowers, candles, etc. Very poor communication, lack of transparency, minimal examples/product in office for planning, and inconsistent pricing.

the end of that week. After 2 weeks I called back and I was told I would get a quote in 2 days - and was apologized to for the delay. Well, I never heard from a single person at CbD and it’s been about 30 days since my consultation call. I have booked another florist for my event and was provided a quote within 24 hours. I am not too sure what happened with CbD. I called and explained I understood there was a holiday that may have caused delays, and from my two calls, I never felt disrespected nor was I ever rude. Perhaps I just got lost in the mix. But it was a very odd experience. 😔

r tables and our backdrop for our head table were absolutely exquisite and I truly was in shock when I saw how amazing all of the florals and decor that they did for us looked. I highly recommend using Creations by Debbie!!!

ability to know what will make the most beautiful arrangement is only part of what made working with her so great. She even went as far as creating a Pampas grass wall for us which can now be used for other weddings and events! Catherine and the team made sure we had no worries on our BIG day! Thank you very much for making our day so extra special!!!!!!

f a wedding! When we met in the showroom in person to go over decorations, we were put at ease that everything would look perfectly on the day-of. Catherine helped us pick out all of the arrangements, vases, bouquets, linens, and other rentals (unity candle holder, etc.). She really thought of everything and did not miss a thing. Catherine was so on top of everything and professional! A month before our wedding, our venue cancelled and we switched to a different reception venue. Catherine immediately toured our new venue and came up with a plan for decorations. We were so worried about the change in venue, but Catherine made it look beautiful. Our flowers were absolutely perfect on the day-of! My bouquet was amazing and not too heavy (super important detail). All of the arrangements were perfect and were more than we expected. The only thing that did not go to plan was that the flower delivery to the church was later than expected, which threw off the timing for our family members that were meeting them at the church. Creations by Debbie gives you a full experience and helps with planning and rentals in addition to all flower arrangements. Catherine does a wonderful job designing and creating the perfect look for weddings! Catherine was great to work with and we are so happy we chose Creations by Debbie. We highly recommend and cannot thank everyone at Creations by Debbie enough for making our day look perfect!
