Amazing!!! I can’t say enough positives about this company and our coordinator, Sonya. She helped us plan a perfect wedding at the hotel Del. All her vendor recs were amazing. She was organized, sharp, smart, caring and had great taste. Everyone should hire creative affairs and Sonya!

The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring a planner through Creative Affairs. We initially met with Amanda, and we knew almost instantly we wanted to hire her company for full service wedding planning. Caitlyn was our planner, and she literally helped give us the wedding of our dreams. Neither my husband or myself had super visions for what we wanted our wedding to be, and trusted Caitlyn wholeheartedly…and boy, did she not disappoint. She connected us with all of our vendors, all of whom were truly perfect, and was there day of to make sure each detail was executed with perfection. With our busy jobs, planning a wedding was truly not something I had the time or energy to do, and I am truly so grateful we had Caitlyn to keep our wedding organized and on track. Could not recommend this company more!

We utilized Creative Affairs for our wedding this past month and could not have been happier. Miranda was our planner and we cannot stop discussing how absolutely amazing she was! Our wedding was a literal dream and Miranda was perfection. Our wedding vision was fully brought to life and it was even better than we had envisioned. We loved working with Creative Affairs. Amanda made us feel comfortable from the start and we knew it would be a good fit. Dana was our planner and she really helped make my vision come to life. Gave a ton of recommendations on vendors, decor, and all around how to plan a wedding! She made us feel so comfortable in the process leading up to the big day. Going back and forth with the vendors, making sure contracts and invoices were set, building diagrams...everything! She was so accommodating on all of my last-minute changes and relaying everything to the vendors. On our wedding day Dana was on top of it all and kept us at ease during our wedding making sure we were taken care of and anything we asked of her. Creative Affairs is an expert in the wedding and event industry in San Diego. I spoke directly with Amanda regarding the several properties they work with, and she quickly got right to the heart and spirit of each venue, making it easy to parse out what would fit best. In the end, we needed to go a different direction, and Amanda was extremely kind and helpful. She told me about venues we'd never heard of, and fit our budget. Thanks to Amanda, we found my sister's DREAM wedding location. I highly recommend Creative Affairs.

We used Creative Affairs for our wedding coordination in April. We had previously hired a different company that wasn't a good fit and then met with Amanda and loved her and her team. We booked with Amanda and Caitlyn was our coordinator for the months leading up to it. Talk about a night and day experience of working with Creative Affairs vs. the previous vendor. Both Amanda and Caitlyn were organized, took notes, listened to our wants and concerns and guided us with great recommendations through the process. 2 other women showed up to help the day of our wedding and every one was equally as nice and on top of it. I am very particular and an interior designer by trade so attention to detail was important and each of the women on Amanda's team exceeded our expectations. I was able to enjoy the evening and not sweat the details. When we walked in to the reception tent reveal, everything was perfectly executed. Caitlyn was extremely professional and proactive when it came to getting all the other vendors for our wedding on the same page, and there were several! We cannot express what a positive experience this was. They deserve 10 stars.

Miranda and the whole Creative Affairs team were so wonderful in helping coordinate our wedding. Leading up to the big day Miranda was always available for a call and super responsive to texts. She recommended many of the wonderful vendors we ended up hiring as well! She even helped us find décor rentals and went above and beyond to pick them up for us before the wedding and drop them off after the wedding since we don't live in the area. The day of the wedding felt so effortless and my now husband Shawn and I really got to focus on being present and enjoy our big day! Our guests even commented on how lovely Miranda and her team were. Hiring Creative Affairs was honestly the best decision we made for our wedding and we cannot recommend Miranda and the Creative Affairs team enough!

Amanda and her team were amazing to work with and immediately calmed us knowing we were in good hands. We loved having Caitlyn as our coordinator as she brought up items that we never would have thought about needing to plan for. She helped set up meetings with us and our vendors to go over details for the big day and was such a nice and caring person! On the actual day she was a rockstar and took care of any problems that came up.

Miranda Snow is an absolute angel, wizard, genius, best friend, problem-solver, and magician (I can go on), who we were blessed to work with during our wedding planning. I would not say I was a high-maintenance bride, but I certainly wasn't low-maintenance LOL. Miranda took all my calls, texts, and even a few DMs. She never made me feel like a client. I truly felt like I was working with my longtime girlfriend to plan my perfect wedding. Once we got to know each other, I realized I didn't have to pretend to be "a chill bride" and could just be myself because Miranda was so accepting and encouraging. During our wedding, Miranda was a godsend. My mom was panicking about some of the furniture rentals, she called Miranda, and Miranda handled it - all completely unbeknownst to me. She organized our fairly large bridal party, even helping one of my bridesmaids with her dress. She helped me put on my veil and take on and off different shoes. When I was worried about my dress wrinkling, she offered to do "steam breaks" during the reception (as I said, I wasn't exactly low maintenance). She managed all of our various vendors and kept everyone organized, and she was FUN and happy the whole time. Creative Affairs is so lucky to have this absolute gem. And I'm a little jealous of her future couples because she is simply the best. :)

Choosing to move forward with Creative Affairs for our wedding was the best decision we could have made for our wedding. We were paired with Sonya and she was an absolute DREAM. We are so glad we found Creative Affairs when looking for a wedding coordinator. We met Amanda from Creative Affairs when looking for a Wedding Venue. We knew immediately that we wanted to work with her and her team not only to secure a venue but to be our Wedding Coordinator. Amanda quickly assigned Caitlyn and we were able to throw a perfect wedding. Their recommendations from caterer to florists to whatever you might dream up are so helpful. Both women are very passionate about the business and their energy and dedication is infectious. Stephanie and her team were completely on top of EVERY thing. And who knew there were so many details to consider and decisons to be made? During the planning process they were extremely efficient - managing all of the vendors, providing recommendations when we couldn’t decide, being proactive with upcoming deadlines, etc. Every communication was responded to super quickly. On the day of the wedding, they were ON TOP OF IT. And with all of the hubbub, they remained completely calm and made sure you knew that everything was under control. And it was. If anything did go wrong, we were not aware because they took care of it. If nothing went wrong, it was 100% due to their planning, knowledge and expertise. This is likely the first time you are getting married but they have done this hundreds, if not thousands, of times. I learned of Amanda and Creative Affairs from a close friend and I am so glad I reached out! From the beginning I have experienced nothing but the best from the team of ladies I worked with. After my initial call with Amanda, I decided to go with the "Month of Coordinator" package, was then assigned a coordinator and she did NOT disappoint! Saying Amber did an outstanding job from the beginning would be an understatement. She is so organized and on top of things, answered all 5,000,000 questions I had quickly and also was so kind. She saved my sanity 2 weeks prior to my wedding due to a slight fiasco and handled everything in such a professional manner. The day of the wedding Amber had a team of two other ladies, Rachael and Amanda G. Again, these ladies did not disappoint. They all did everything they could to ensure this day was a dream and they absolutely delivered. As mentioned above, I selected the "Month of Coordinator" package and Amber made it seem as if she had been there from Day 1 of planning with me that's how on top of things she was. My husband and I hired Creative Affairs to help us with our wedding planning! We worked directly with Jessica who was beyond incredible! She helped us navigate our vendors leading up to the day and all of our day-of scheduling. She was super attentive to our needs and wants for our big day and helped us to see them through! I literally have no words to express my gratitude to Stefanie! She has been with us every step of the way planning a beautiful wedding for our daughter despite the challenges of COVID. I loved my wedding planner Caitlyn F. She was with me from the day I booked her services through Creative Affairs. She was very organized and helped to stay on top of tasks; she also was readily accessible, I felt I could contact her whenever I needed. On the wedding day it felt like everything was executed perfectly and on-time; even if there were issues that came up, I never was aware of them because Caitlyn and her staff worked their magic.

I can not say enough about the skybox and Blake. Our day was truly magical and If anything went wrong we had no clue lol Blake took care of everything and we cant thank her enough. Our day was absolute perfection!

Planning a wedding can be hard. Planning a wedding during a pandemic when venues keep switching their COVID requirements and procedures is even harder. It is hard to put into words just how happy we were with our experience with Creative Affairs. With three months until our wedding, we found ourselves without a reception venue. Our planner Jessica and the team at Creative Affairs was able to help us scramble and find an amazing venue for our reception at the last minute, doing the heavy lifting with all of our vendors to coordinate the change in plans. The event went seamlessly & without stress, hugely important for a special day.. Everything came together & our vision was beautifully displayed. We received so many compliments on how classy and well run the event was and 100% of the credit goes to the creative affairs team. Not sure the next time we'll have an event of this size but if and when we do, we'll know who to reach out to. Highly recommend.

Amanda and her team have been great to work with since our first walk through at our venue, and have gracefully helped us maneuver through all of the stress and changes due to Covid. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Creative Affairs is worth every penny. My husband and I had our dream wedding all planned for March of this year. Julia was our wedding coordinator and helped us organize our vendors, planned out our “day of” timeline to a ‘t’, and made sure we had everything in-check. Amanda was also in close contact with us all throughout our planning process. Amanda is so down to earth and extremely personable that I ended up reaching out to her for advice on rehearsal dinner suggestions, florists and sound systems experts for our ceremony. I honestly felt like I had two wedding coordinators throughout our entire wedding planning process. The level of detail, work ethic, professionalism, perfectionism and organization was exactly what I was looking for. I knew that I was not going to have to worry about a thing on my wedding day and was far from stressed or anxious—Creative Affairs had it all covered. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and California’s stay at home order, my husband and I had to postpone our wedding just days leading up to it. We were devastated but Amanda and Julia were extremely supportive and helped us come up with a Plan B. With high hopes, we postponed until the end of May and then again to the end of October but recently decided to cancel our wedding due to the ongoing pandemic. I was really looking forward to my wedding day and seeing how everything was going to come together with Creative Affairs by my side. Based on my ongoing contact with them, I knew it was going to be just perfect as a result of their great work. They are by far superior event planners and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a wedding size of 160 people at the Skybox and Julia Bagunu was our amazing coordinator. Creative Affairs made our wedding day the best day of our lives. The entire process of meeting Stephanie multiple times to see the Skybox, contracts with Amanda, and being paired with Julia - everything was super easy. They helped the entire process of A-Z with wedding planning seamless and stress free. We had a moving style reception at the Skybox for 160 and our ceremony at the Omni Hotel (although having a ceremony at the Skybox would have been super beautiful as well). Julia and team were there to help us from one venue to the next. Our day was absolutley perfect, the moving style was perfect (our own wedding was the first time we did/seen this and wouldnt have it any other way). The guests loved the views of the city. The dance floor was hopping all night long and our night couldnt have been more fun! Thanks Julia and team for being the best wedding coordinators, planners, organizers, and venue a bride could want! (*Side note my friend had a wedding 10x more expensive in a 5 star hotel in another city and she said the service I received from Julias team was exceptional and over the top)

I can't say enough wonderful things about Creative Affairs as our wedding planner. This was a destination wedding for us and we needed 100% help to navigate selecting vendors and hands on help all weekend. Stef was our planner and was spectacular. So very talented in this role and not one single detail fell through the cracks. As the M.O.B. she allowed me to relax and enjoy every minute of this celebration. We had a party on Friday night with 190 as well as Saturday. A big job and they nailed it! Creative Affairs IS...the best ever!

Wow, wow, wow!! Creative Affairs is totally awesome! We hired them for my daughter's wedding last month and it was beyond perfect, in large part due to their planning assistance and day of coordination. The owner, Amanda, was so responsive from my very first phone call and throughout the entire process. We were blessed to have the amazing Jessica Neibauer assigned to my daughter's wedding and she was a gift - organized, great tips, ideas, vendor guidance, etc., so pleasant and calm - during all the planning and especially on the day of the wedding. Jessica Neibauer, my wedding coordinator, is an angel sent from above. She made the whole planning process so much easier - she promptly answered every email (and there were MANY), provided amazing suggestions and feedback, and went above and beyond for us. But most importantly, she made our wedding day the most incredible day of my life. Everything flowed so seamlessly and she made sure every detail was perfect.
