We also must have gone through at least 6 contracts because she kept messing them up and then hassling me for money because that’s clearly all she cares about. I had also asked her to have my bouquet delivered to me on my wedding day so I wouldn’t have to worry about how I was going to get it. She asked me what time I needed it for and I told her I needed it for 10am when the photographer is also arriving. I must have called LisaMarie at least 10 times that day with absolutely no response and when I didn’t get one it was condescending and my bouquet was 1 hour and 30 minutes late getting to me. I wouldn’t recommend this company or their team to anyone for their wedding.

I had complete trust that when I walked into my wedding venue it would be no less than perfect. I was blown away by how amazing everything LisaMarie and her team had set up looked- it was better than I had imagined! Our wedding was back in July and recently LisaMarie reached out to me. She had found out that in the chaos of everything a wedding consists of our personalized last name sign she had made for our sweetheart table was broken to pieces. I was so happy to hear that she was working on a new one for us and wanted to reach out to us to see how she could get it to us. If that isn’t amazing customer service I don’t know what is. I can’t wait to see LisaMarie and pick up the new sign to hang in our house. I can’t thank LisaMarie and her team at creative ambiance enough for bringing our dream wedding to life and being so thoughtful!

highly recommended by our venue since they're located in the same building so they know the space very well, which made us comfortable. My fiancé and I met with LisaMarie and were quoted a price. We then went back to give our $500 nonrefundable deposit in cash. She said she would get back to us the next day with a contract. 2 months go by and we still don't receive anything from her. When I reach out, I am sent a contract for a higher amount. When I asked about it, I had to wait 2 weeks for a response, as I was told her response was sitting in her Draft folder. She mentions since she is “only a small part of my wedding” our pricing is higher, which was never mentioned in our original sit down or when we gave our deposit. How am I supposed to know the quote was one price versus a la cart pricing (mind you the quote was broken up and not one package price)? She tells me she’s going to do me a favor and honor the original price- great. I never get an updated contract. When I ask again a couple weeks later, I’m given the same one, with still the wrong amount (that we had not agreed upon). I then figure it’s easier to chat in person. When I go to meet with LisaMarie, she STILL has the contract with the higher amount. So frustrating! When talking to her, you are not important; she talks about other clients, her business, she continues to check her phone- your big day is insignificant (at least that is how she comes off). 2 days before my wedding I am charged twice on my card, with leaving for our honeymoon the day after our wedding this made me VERY anxious/ stressed. When I call, there was no explanation nor an apology, just “oh this has happened before”. The lack of attention to detail, lack of customer service, and unapologetic/ combative attitude makes your big day filled with stress. I would not recommend for any bride who wants a smooth, happy, and stress free experience.

We did not feel pressured to purchase something, which is very important to us. She was also very accommodating to any changes we needed to make and our budget. Not once did she make us feel uncomfortable or embarrassed as some other vendors we’ve encountered have. The Creative Ambiance studio itself is breathtaking and inviting. All of their pieces are gorgeous!!! When it came to the wedding day, LisaMarie and her team did everything that they promised and went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly how we envisioned it. I cannot recommend Creative Ambiance enough! We received compliments on the decor all night and to this day, more than a week later! If you’re on the fence, trust me, book with them!

king Lisa Marie as she was awesome to communicate with... and then when I saw the tent I was absolutely amazed. It looked absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't recommend creative ambiance enough- they were beyond my expectations. Many of my guests commented on how beautiful of a job they did.

She has an eye for detail and whenever you are unsure of what you want she will provide you with several options and ideas to help fill in the gaps. She is also really good about hitting your key points and incorporating special elements (she suggested draping my grandmothers pearls in my bouquet which I would have never thought of!). She knows her craft and does a wonderful job.

She guided us to a really simple, cohesive modern look that we loved, and we were so comfortable working with her and the team. We truly appreciate the time that they spent working with us, and it really helped put us at ease so that we could enjoy our day. The flowers were amazing! We also loved all of the added touches Lisa provided and the surprise of the sweetheart bench that we loved but couldn't afford in our budget! We owe you big time Lisa! Thanks a million xo S&G

We loved the reveal, Our mothers were so happy with their bouquets so thank you for suggesting that we thank them this way! We really loved that our guests wrote their wishes on the wish tree and it was a great hit! It amazes us that you started the day 24 hours before and were still running around at the cleanup with plenty of energy! Overall I wish we could do it all over again. We will definitely be ordering from your shop in the future. The team truly rocks just like you advertised!!!

satisfactory but it was a challenge to get there. The first meeting was great, it was what led me to hiring LM & Creative Ambiance Events. After that, it was all downhill. It started when I discovered that a few of the photos posted on The Knot account were fake. One was of Bachelorette Desiree Siegfried. Desiree is a wedding planner so I quickly googled her vendors and CAE was not one of them. Feeling lied to, I asked for a sample centerpiece based on our first meeting. Upon arrival the centerpiece was nothing that I hoped it would be. But that was ok because it was a sample. This encouraged me to work more with LM to course correct. She will say that it was "what I wanted" and initially that direction was appealing but in practice, I did not like it. This was Feb 2018 and my wedding were to be May 2018 so plenty of time to re-work the vision. LM was quick to get defensive and blame me for the reason I did not like the centerpiece. I work with clients daily as a consultant and I would never in a million years begin an engagement with blaming a client. As time went on, it became evident that the initial direction was still on LM's mind so I really had to take the reins and try to re-guide her. One of the biggest issues here was that LM could never show me a book of her work or educate me on different styles. As an expert in the floral industry, I would expect that she would take the time to educate and guide me with the right verbiage, but instead, she held it against me. In late March/Early April I felt like we finally aligned on what I wanted for the day and I was hopeful. From a business perspective, LM is very disorganized. It is challenging to get updated contracts and pricing from her. When you do, there are often mistakes. If you hire LM & CAE I encourage you to read the contracts with a fine-toothed comb. Additionally, she does not line item the pricing so it can be difficult to track costs as you make changes to your services. The worst part was when I received the final pricing and contract two weeks before my wedding (cutting it close!) and I noticed one small error. LM had accounted for a ring bearer piece but no cake flowers. I noted this in my email back, accepting the final pricing. Her assistant emailed me back saying that it would be $40 more. Now, normally $40 is not anything to bat an eye at, but after all of the back and forth and frustration (and spending thousands of dollars!) I had simply asked for CAE to make good and wondered if they could just wave the $40 and include the cake flowers. This was when she decided to email back (acting as her assistant btw) and threatened to cancel my contract ONE WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING. Who does that to a bride one week before her wedding? And yes, I paid the additional $40. The cherry on top was when she posted the flowers to be used in my wedding on her Instagram as a gifted bouquet to some friend two days before my wedding. So, no real surprise when some of the flowers looked less than lively on the day of. If you're the kind of person who is willing to let the "artist" create without any involvement, maybe LM & CAE are for you. But if you're like me, and are looking for a flexible and collaborative vendor to help create something beautiful for your big day, I do not recommend LM & CAE.

days later she emails me to tell me that I had made the calculations wrong on the contract and "I forgot to factor in the bridesmaid bouquets" so the final total was incorrect. Calculating the final total amount is NOT my job...it is the retailers' job. Then the boss had the nerve to blame the error on me. I stated that since I already paid the deposit in cash and we both signed a contract to an agreed amount, she should be honoring the said amount- as it was her error for not noticing four bouquets were not factored in to her total. She offered to compensate I think, for one of the bouquets but at that point, I just wanted my deposit $ back because I no longer trusted that she wouldn't adjust the price later down the line or just be difficult/combative. There were other issues regarding the ambiguity of "set up prices" for tables, and then for the altar, its like there were different set up fees that would pop up from first draft contract to second contract, it wasn't consistent to say the least. What is the point or safety of having a contract with a final amount including the taxes, two signed signatures, a hand over of $500 in cash, and a receipt... if what you get is an email two days later that tells you the price has been increased 1/4th of the total original cost (yes, it went up 25%) because you, yourself did not notice a glitch in someone elses' written up contract. Needless to say, she would not give me my deposit $ back. I had paid the deposit and was trying to get it back within a week of paying it and my wedding was not even until nine months at the time this took place (meaning, I gave her $500 for 0 services rendered) I am so turned off by this place that I am not even pursuing trying to get it back- I'm just so glad to never deal with this lady again. What was way more off putting than the price adjustment was the way she was unapologetic in anyway of the error and instead seemed very comfortable in letting me think it was my fault not to notice the error. This is truly awful customer service - and in the wedding business- its all about the customer service. Get it together! The only saving grace is this - I won't have to endure a dragged on partnership with an establishment that quickly shows they don't really care about your special day. If I could put negative stars on here I would. If you want a stress free experience where the coordinator is pleasant, upfront and accomodating...don't go here.

had to be the one to do our wedding!! I had a vision of what I wanted for our special day and she took it and made it come to life. Our centerpieces were custom teapots she tracked down and painted, we had amazing candelabras draped in gorgeous flowers and a backdrop that was beyond beautiful. Lisa and her team really took the time to make sure our wedding Day was everything we had envisioned and I am beyond thankful. Her studio really is one stop shopping! If you can think it, she WILL create it!

o what she thought would go best with the colors that I chose. She found the most amazing antique vases that held the flowers for each table centerpiece. I had never thought that planning a wedding would be stress free, because of friends and family members who had told me how hard it was. But with LisaMarie and her team by my side I had the perfect wedding day, walking down the aisle was so beautiful I was in tears. I am truly thankful for Lisa Maria and her staff at Creative Ambiance for putting so much hard work and dedication to my wedding. I will forever cherish the memories of that day.

One of the most amazing aspects about working with LisaMarie is how thoughtful she is of a couple's budget, and sticking within it - even going so far as to helping us trim the other decor vendors budget by providing items through her instead of them (lowering the price drastically). It wasn't just another wedding to her, it was something she really truly cared about and it definitely showed. We ended up using her for invitations as well - they were perfect, and amazing quality. Overall, the best wedding vendor experience we could have hoped for....when panicked, lost, or confused, LisaMarie is the resource you definitely need to have on your side during the planning process. I left a lot of the decision making to her as I could tell she was going to make the décor work with our venue. She nailed it! She also designed and coordinated our invites, table card assignments and cake decorations; all of which were beautiful and elegant. She and her staff met with us as many times as it took to finalize the details and she always answered my many email questions. I would highly recommend LisaMarie who went above and beyond being our florist for the wedding. She really had a big part in bringing together our whole décor and theme for the entire wedding.

n told off by her. When i picked up my bouquets the day before the wedding the roses had already started browning and my bouquet actually lost flowers from it during my ceremony. The boutonnieres also fell apart. I also ordered a bouquet to toss and it was not given to me the day i picked up the bouquets. It was also not left for me at our wedding venue where she was setting up my centerpieces. When i asked her for it instead of apologizing and bringing it to me she accused me of leaving it in the box of bouquets at my hotel. Luckily one of my bridesmaids gave hers up for me to toss so i was able to do my bouquet toss. The next day she apologized and again said i should have had the bouquet and that she would not give a refund since it was only $5. She then went on to say no one had complemented her work or given her a tip and that all my mother said was that she didn't provide the toss bouquet. Who asks for a tip?? Especially when she knew she missed something even if she wanted to lie about it. Lisa is unprofessional and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. It is completely unacceptable to get nasty with any customer. She is not a cheap vendor by any means and unfortunately her work was not worth the amount of money we paid.

IT WOWED NOT ONLY THE EMPLOYEES..BUT EACH GUEST THAT ARRIVED HAD OOHed AND AHHHed. THEN I SAW LISA MARIE COME INTO THE ROOM..I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SHE WAS THE DESIGNER/ PLANNER. YOU CANT GO WRONG HIRING HER COMPANY FOR ANY FUNCTION!!!

LisaMarie calming personality kept me calm and patient when my wedding ran an hour late. She was an amazing event coordinator making sure every thing continued to move forward and attend to any issues that arose. She was very attentive during the reception making sure I ate and the program was on schedule. I loved working with LisaMarie and her team and I can't thank her and her team enough for all the hard work they did on the day of the wedding and the months of prepping!

If she doesn’t do it, she can guide you were to go. Lisa is a one stop shop. Lisa also did our invitations, We like bling, so our invitations had crystals on them. They were absolutely stunning. Creative Ambiance Events is a vendor that each couple should look into.
