Lisa helped me plan my June 2022 wedding at Eolia Mansion. Her and her team are truly amazing. My wedding was everything I could have dreamed of and more and I literally could not have done it without her. I work off hours and she was so accommodating to my schedule during the planning process which I was very grateful for. She communicated with my vendors and organized everything on the actual day without me having to think about all the little details. I could not be more thankful for everything she’s done for me and for making my wedding a dream. I would recommend her 100x over.

CCBL helped plan our July 2022 wedding at Eolia Mansion and Lisa was amazing to work with! Lisa’s confidence and bubbly/energetic personality made me feel immediately comfortable with her. She has been in the business for awhile and has a ton of relationships with vendors. If you tell her what your vision is, she will make it come true…..from the most perfect band or DJ, to the most gorgeous and out of control flowers, to the tiny little décor details and flow of the day. I showed Lisa 1 picture and she made it a reality. She came up with the most thoughtful ideas – instead of escort cards we used bud vases, with name tags, to guide guests to their seats. And for table décor/favors Lisa suggested marble coasters and asked our calligrapher to write guest names on each. SO many of our family and friends approached us and said that every little detail of the day was perfectly executed. Lisa and her team were so easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. HIGHLY recommend!!

This is the easiest, most heartfelt, and important review I have ever written. My wedding was Saturday, September 10th and the first thing I thought about the morning after my wedding was Lisa and and she made everything look so seamless and allowed me to enjoy my day. Outside of saying yes to my husband, Lisa is the best decision I made and I don't say that lightly. The minute I met Lisa, I knew I needed her. She’s a complete powerhouse. I wanted someone focused on my husband and I, someone in my corner covering my tracks if I dropped balls, and a sounding board as I navigated a once in a lifetime event. That’s scratching the surface of what I got. She is all I could have dreamed of plus a million more things! DON'T THINK, JUST BOOK LISA! Lisa is a masterclass on professionalism, kindness, organization, crisis management, and finesse. She keeps it real, highlights things that are important, and things that you can pass on all along with a nonchalant and humorous approach. Her value came through immediately and increased every time I spoke with her. She was available for questions, guided me in making decisions, and served as an invaluable sounding board as issues arose. It doesn't matter the state I was in getting onto a call with her (anxious, stressed, sad, mad) or what was happening, I left confident and optimistic that our wedding would be a great day with her at the helm. You can not put a value on that feeling and having someone by your side in this process! With both my husband and I working full time and a venue that required us to bring in everything that day, it would have been impossible to manage every detail such as "how much electricity does each vendor require" or " the timeline of the day" while somehow remaining excited about the reason for it all, that we have found the person we want to spend the rest of our life with. Enter Lisa, who leds with empathy, while acting as your biggest advocate and lead blocker. We had an especially difficult vendor who brought me to tears on multiple occasions and could have derailed our entire event. If I had been in this alone, I would have been a basket case. She showed up direct, professional, and continued to tell us "You two are my priority, I don't care about anyone or anything else. Don't worry, I got this" and she did. To hear that during such a stressful time when you are getting pulled in a million and one different directions, is invaluable. I have tears in my eyes writing this review and thinking about how much comfort, knowledge, support, and invaluable expertise Lisa provided me. I don't know what my day or mental state would have been like without her. If you're reading this and considering hiring Lisa and a planner, the best thing you can do for yourself is hire Lisa & her team. Not only is she spectacular at her craft but truly does care about you. You'll feel it on your first call with her and it will carry through the process. Everyone needs a Lisa in their life and especially on such an important day! A perfect rating doesn't just happen, it requires expertise and commitment to your craft, a strong work ethic, and top notch customer service. That doesn't even begin to cover it with Lisa. Not to mention, her team! Shout out to Kelly, Chelsea and Marcy! Talk about complete ROCKSTARS! Lisa is the not only the most talented, experienced, and hard-working wedding planner you will ever meet. She is the most responsive communicator, a shining light and a force of a human who will quickly become your friend, confidant, and keep you laughing and smiling throughout every point of the process. Lisa will stop at nothing to plan and produce the wedding of your dreams. My husband and I dreamed of a larger-than-life 200 person black tie wedding-turned-rock concert in a 100 year old club. Lisa was THE PERFECT PERSON to work with. She created a full-scale production, blew all expectations out of the water, built a legendary vendor dream team, and drove with a level of preparation/preparedness so we felt only pure bliss on our wedding day. Lisa went above and beyond the role of a wedding planner in every aspect imaginable. Planning, design, expertise, education/advice, orchestration, and day-of execution only scratches the surface - and Lisa executes with world-class professionalism, grace, and her beaming personality. It was truly the best day of our lives. Lisa - you are the one of the most talented people in this world. You work harder than anyone I've ever met, your communication is fast as lighting and effective, and your shining light of a personality is evident in the lifelong friendships and business relationships you've built. Lisa was absolutely amazing! We used her to officiate our wedding and could not have been happier. She actually came highly recommended by our DJ and after our very first meeting with her, we knew she was the one we wanted to be a part of our day. The entire planning process with her made the whole thing less stressful. Me and my husband can not say enough good things about her.

Lisa was not only our incredible wedding planner, but our officiant too! She was our rock during COVID, helping us to navigate the tough waters we encountered. We were so incredibly grateful to have Lisa in our corner and if you are fortunate enough to work with her too, you will agree! She not only helped us to plan, postpone and replan our wedding celebration, she officiated our micro-wedding as well. She made designing our wedding ceremony effortless and FUN! Lisa was one of my favorite vendors from our whole wedding! People vastly underestimate the importance of the person marrying you. This person is front and center with you and running how everything appears to your crowd, so it’s important to get someone who knows what they’re doing. Lisa helped us to create a ceremony that was the length we wanted with the details that were important to us. She was super helpful during our rehearsal, showed up early both days, and even stayed a bit later when we were taking photos after the ceremony. She’s super sweet, attentive, and genuinely just wants you to have the best wedding ever. She was understanding and even helpful with my complicated family dynamic and just an overall delight. One of my favorite photos is when I was laughing with her when I flubbed my ring vow. Don’t look anywhere else for a JP - Lisa’s got your back.

Don’t EVER question the need for a wedding planner…even if you THINK you don’t/won’t need one…you will. More specifically get Lisa on your team ASAP! The day comes and goes so fast but I can honestly say that we were able to soak in as much as we could/enjoyed every moment and that is only because we had CCBLT. Lisa and her team were with us every step of the way, giving honest opinions and offering their creativity to make the wedding always dreamed of, come to life. If there were any concerns or decisions that seemed tough to us, Lisa always provided feedback (her wedding/event expertise is unbelievable) or solutions that made the decisions easy. I could not have made it through the covid postponement year without Lisa’s encouragement and constant updates on how to move forward-always assuring me that the special day would happen. Her positive energy and attitude are contagious! Not to mention, she is ridiculously funny! From our first conversation, it was very clear that her priority is making the couple get the day they wanted. Whatever needed to be done to do that, she was on it—always one step ahead too! Lisa and her team handled EVERYTHING the day of and if something small did go wrong..I still have no idea. It’s the little things they handled that truly let you enjoy the day (I really can’t stress that enough). My maid of honor said that she has NEVER seen or been in a wedding go as seamless as ours. There are so many different personalities Lisa had to juggle and she knew exactly how to approach each one of them and everyone loved her! On the day of our wedding, we went through a situation that does not happen often and never imagined having to deal with. Lisa handled the situation so calmly that not even the biggest thank you could express how grateful I am she was there. I could not recommend CCBLT enough! You will NOT regret it.

Lisa is the kindest, most fun, and incredibly hardworking and talented person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Her vision and ambition make her level of detail unmatched in the industry and her character both professionally and personally is pure gold. Lisa is forever a part of our family and thanks to her unwavering dedication to bringing to life the type of wedding you couldn’t imagine in your wildest dreams, my husband and I can look back on our special day with so much joy and fond memories. Hiring Lisa was the best decision my mom and I made in my entire wedding. Lisa is a dream planner: she's got the magic touch that lets her navigate every personality involved in a wedding and leave each person feeling fully satisfied; she and her team are meticulously organized and will think of every detail so you don't have to; she is wildly experienced and frequently interviewed as a wedding expert (and can pull miracles out of a hat); and above all she is a GEM because she is the Italian mother you never knew you needed who will laugh with you and give you a shoulder to cry on whenever you need. Lisa goes so far above and beyond. She helped us through not one, but TWO date changes due to covid and all of the logistical chaos that comes from coordinating that with all the vendors. She checked in on my fiance and I, and mailed us furniture (as a gift) when she heard that a covid move had left us temporarily without. She stayed up extra hours into the night (before waking again around 4am on our wedding day) to finish a last minute request I'd given her at our rehearsal dinner (thank you!!). She stepped in as our officiant (and hit it out of the park) when our original couldn't make it. She was so brilliant that our friends went out of their way to tell us and her that she was the best planner they'd ever encountered. I completely agree. Truly, look no further. I recommend her to every friend and family member I know who is getting married, and she is absolutely part of our family now. Lisa's the one that you want.

My husband and I were so lucky to have worked with Lisa for over 2 years to plan our wedding. We were originally supposed to get married in September 2020 and once the pandemic hit, Lisa was with us every step of the way keeping us updated and helping us be confident in the decision to ultimately postpone a year. Especially as a “covid couple,” Lisa was invaluable in designing and executing our perfect day. She saw the overall vision I imagined even when I couldn’t pin point exactly what I wanted. Lisa truly thinks of everything, her attention to detail is unmatched! Day of, I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Lisa in our corner, which really let my husband and I enjoy the day to the fullest. I can’t recommend Lisa and her team enough!

If I could give Lisa 100 stars I would. She is so knowledgeable, so competent, so enthusiastic, so organized, so funny, and has such a "can do" attitude that I really can't imagine how my daughter's 10/2021 wedding would have happened without her. As the mother of the bride, I began looking at venues and calling caterers in 2019. In the process, it quickly became obvious to me that organizing a wedding is a monumental task and my husband and I needed help. After reading many glowing reviews, I gave Lisa a call and instantly knew based on her confident, informed answers to my questions and friendly upbeat personality that she was the planner for me. I'm so thankful that I hired her! She was always available by phone and email, and enthusiastic about meeting both in person and via zoom. She patiently answered countless questions, recommended superb vendors, and gave us great advice on (and organized) everything from floral and tent design to music, transportation, and timing. When the pandemic hit, she reached out to all our vendors and helped us change the date not once, but twice! When the officiant was unavailable at the last minute, Lisa stepped in. In the end, our daughter's wedding day was perfect. Lisa and her team were totally on top of every detail -- the bus schedules, the set up, the ceremony, the reception, and the clean up -- and put in an amazing amount of work to make sure everything happened flawlessly. I was so totally comfortable with Lisa and her team's organizational skills that I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter's wedding as if I were a guest. I wasn't worried about anything; instead, I danced, laughed, smiled, toasted, cheered, and loved every moment. If I were going to do it all again, there is no question that I would start by hiring Lisa. I highly recommend that you do the same. She is unquestionably THE BEST!

Where do I even begin with Lisa from Creative Concepts?! Our wedding venue Le Chateau had a few recommendations for wedding planners/month of coordinators and Lisa was on the list. I spoke on the phone with a few planners but there was an instant connection with Lisa. My mother and I immediately felt like she would be the one who could get the job done, and do it well. We reached out to Lisa in January of 2019 and booked her for a month of coordinator for our August 2020 wedding as we already had most of the planning completed. She was flexible with meeting us closer to my home town in NY instead of driving the hour to get to her office in Hamden, CT. She was accessible through email as well as text when we needed her. Once the pandemic hit, Lisa was such a great resource. She immediately reached out to all her clients and brides, she always kept us updated with NYS and CT guidelines. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding to August of 2021 and she worked with us to find a new date as well as helped us move all our vendors over. We had multiple zoom meetings throughout the postponement where she reassured us as well as kept us on track. She was extremely detail oriented and her "file" of us was constantly being updated with new details and changes. For our wedding month, she reached out to our vendors, we felt confident that all our vendors were kept up to date. Our wedding weekend also went smoothly, we met up a few days before for a "drop off" of our stuff and went over every detail thoroughly. Lisa was helpful at our wedding rehearsal where she continued to provide guidance to our wedding party and family. Jillian was our hotel attendant. She was lovely, she coordinated the flowers, kept the bridal party on track and assisted with anything we needed. She was also in contact with Lisa in regards to guests getting onto the shuttles for the reception. Lisa and Ann were at Le Chateau during our event. We felt that things went as smooth as possible and the night went off without too many hitches! Lisa was able to get all of our decor/things packed into my mom's car at the end of the night and made sure we had nothing to worry about. Overall, my husband, myself and my mom have been very impressed with Lisa and her team. She truly is very knowledgeable about the industry and would highly recommend her for your wedding journey! I applaud the CCBL team for continuing to provide such amazing service and doing it with such grace, despite the pandemic and all that the wedding industry has had to face!

We can't even put into words how fantastic and helpful Lisa was during our wedding planning process. We rescheduled our date due to COVID and she still made herself available for Zoom calls to guide us through the process. She is super knowledgeable about the industry and has your best interest at heart. She made our vision come to life and did it seamlessly. She and her team were amazing to work with. I can’t recommend Lisa and her team enough! We hired Lisa in 2019 for wedding design and planning/coordination. Our wedding was truly a dream! Lisa’s design brought me to tears and was like a fairytale. There was so much attention to detail, she thought of everything to make our day absolutely stunning! Lisa was also so helpful with updating us on all the Covid19 guidelines/changes and helping us navigate having a safe wedding for our family and friends! Ann, Kelly and Chelsea were also present on our wedding day- they were beyond wonderful and helpful. Lisa is truly great at what she does, you will for sure be in great hands with her! we are so blessed to have hired her for our wedding!

When we decided to get a month of planner, we knew we had all my details and vision in place. Lisa was always patient, honest, and understanding throughout the process. Lisa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our wedding was perfect. We couldn't have done it without Lisa. She is truly the BEST in the business! Lisa is like the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella! We have no words and so many words. Don't bother looking for another planner, because no one can live up to Lisa.

Lisa is everything you didn’t even know you needed. Trying to express how I feel about Lisa and all that she has done for my husband and me in this short review would be impossible. My husband Joe and I met Lisa in 2019 (pre-COVID) to plan our September 2020 wedding. From the moment we sat on Lisa’s iconic teal blue couch, she got us excited for our wedding in way we hadn’t yet felt, and let us both breathe a sigh of relief to know we had someone who could really take care of everything for us. From that first meeting on, Lisa was a force of nature; she negotiated with vendors, toured venues with us, provided us with amazing décor ideas and generally made it so that the process was stress free. Then COVID happened. Without hesitation, Lisa took our big 180 person wedding and created an intimate wedding that was even better than before. Lisa worked directly with our families to make sure they were in the loop and knew what they needed to do (my brother officiated and our other siblings performed a song for us), and worked with her preferred vendors (who were also out of this world) to create a dream wedding. And this was all before the wedding day. On our wedding day, Lisa made it so that we could relax and enjoy every second knowing that she had it all taken care of. It was an actual dream. Sitting here today, I cannot think of one thing I would change about the day (and I’m the world’s biggest critic). Lisa is so much more than a wedding planner. In a year that was so tough for my family (for certain non-COVID reasons) Lisa created this bright light at the end of the tunnel. She created a day for all of our families to forget about the bad and celebrate the good. Our wedding day and memories that have come with it will be forever tied with Lisa, and we’re so thankful for that. In just one short year Lisa became a part of our family and we encourage anyone who is looking for an unforgettable day to make her a part of yours.

I can't begin to recommend Lisa highly enough as a wedding/event planner. We began working with Lisa under pre-COVID circumstances in 2019 to plan our September 2020 wedding. My then-fiance and I could tell right off the bat that Lisa was a winner and her services were worth all that she charged and more. She got to know us as people, not just as clients. Lisa worked to really understand our vision for a wedding (which was admittedly a little bit offbeat), and made sure she was with us at our visits with our caterer, our florist, and at a tour of the venue. Despite multiple changes of mind (by us) on the details, Lisa lined up a very affordable, unique, and memorable wedding for us and our 180 guests. Then COVID hit. Even though we could no longer have as large a gathering as we planned, Lisa resurrected our wedding and made it even better than before. She worked to find us a different caterer and bakery that were more appropriate for our new, small setting and stayed in constant contact with our venue about our changing plans. What Lisa created for us was the most special, intimate, and thoughtful wedding I have ever attended--even though I admit I'm biased! In a year when it seems like just about everything is going wrong, Lisa created a day for us and our families where no worries or concerns existed and nothing else mattered in the world. My wife described it the best when she called the wedding a dream come true. We will remember how Lisa made us feel for the rest of our lives. There are not many people you hire to help with a job and end up truly calling a friend, but Lisa is definitely one of them for my wife and I.

Lisa is amazing!! We planned a wedding from several states away while juggling very busy work schedules, and Lisa made the whole thing easy. She patiently guided us in great directions every time there was a decision to make and thought of all the little things we didn't think of. And she was a force of nature on our wedding day equal to the forces of actual nature--in the form of a huge thunderstorm that caused us to have to move our planned beach ceremony inside on an hour's notice. Our guests couldn't even tell that the indoor ceremony wasn't Plan A. I can't recommend Lisa highly enough. She will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

It’s takes a strong work ethic to be an event planner, and Lisa has it. She arrives early, stays late, follows up, listens and takes extensive notes. She knows everyone who is someone in the wedding industry and her experience is so valuable. Her performance arts background is evident in her work, because she can put on a show like nobody’s business! Our first event was phenomenal and greatly appreciated by us and our families. Our second event is highly anticipated, and we can’t wait to see our vision come to life again. Thank you Lisa!

We just celebrated our one year anniversary, and we look back on our wedding day with wonderful memories. We wanted to get married at the Owenego, my mother’s beach club, and we booked a date with about 8 months to plan. But excitement soon turned to a feeling of panic about planning such a big event. We live and work in NYC, and work long hours. We arranged a meeting with Lisa and as soon as we met her she eased the stress, and we focused on the fun of planning our wedding day. Planning: Lisa is a trusted professional, so instead of researching vendors on our own we trusted her opinion. We did a Supreme Package which included a choice of a few DJ’s, photographers, budget for flowers, and of course Lisa’s help. Having the options narrowed made it a lot easier to choose. Our photographer Tim Mannle took the most beautiful pictures, and it took one phone interview to pick the best DJ Butch Gray, and Lisa worked with the florist once we discussed ideas and colors. All of her advice is great and attentive to budget. If I emailed her questions late at night after work, she would answer right away. She helped coordinate flower, décor, hair, makeup, transportation, string trio, and more. We had one very fun meeting at the venue where we looked at flower arrangements, and picked out the napkins, chair sashes, etc. and she pulled it all together. Just making our guest list, invitations, and working on tracking replies and tables was enough to keep us busy! But Lisa took care of so much more. In the month before the wedding she found us a great videographer, popcorn favors, and took care of signs and decor. Lisa makes the planning so fun, but most importantly all her advice and recommendations are priceless. Wedding day: We wanted to have a joyful ceremony with friends and family, and then be present for all the celebrating, enjoy cocktail hour, dinner and then dance all night! With Lisa and her team everything was taken care of so we got to truly enjoy the whole day. Everything from hair and makeup, pictures, ceremony and onwards to the dance floor was seamless and I just felt so happy and relaxed. Lisa’s team of vendors worked so well together, and the wedding was fun for everyone! We still hear from our guests how special and fun it was. Ceremony: Lisa is also a justice of the peace. We wanted a joyful, personal and not too religious ceremony. When I told people we were thinking of having our wedding planner marry us they thought it sounded crazy, but they don’t know Lisa- she really can do it all! She gave us some ideas from other ceremonies she had done, and we worked with her to edit language and add in things we wanted. To make our ceremony personal we wrote our own vows. Lisa has a theater background, her voice is eloquent and carries well but also she is professional, warm and charismatic. When we watch our video her warm personality comes through, and our guests are happy, laughing and engaged. We will always be grateful for Lisa for marrying us in such a special, personal ceremony. We could go on about Creative Concepts by Lisa. In short if you need a wedding planner she is the one to hire! If you are looking for a Justice of the Peace she is wonderful! Lisa is wonderful! She created a beautiful ceremony fit for us. We really enjoyed working with her. Her energy is amazing and she is a lot of fun but still very professional. We love Lisa!! My husband and I seriously cannot say enough about the amazing work that Lisa does. The hashtag sign-off that she uses: #gettingitdone could not be more appropriate because she gets it done in every situation! Groom has no idea where to find or rent a suit? Done. Last minute decision to add a photo booth? Done. Find a new wedding dress three weeks before the wedding (yes, this all happened)- DONE! She literally saved the day for me and helped us stay calm in high stress situations many times before the wedding and on the wedding day. And to make the day even more stress-free, she brought along a team of women who were professional, knowledgeable and kind- real superstars! We started planning our wedding after our engagement without considering a wedding planner, but we are so glad we met Lisa and cannot imagine how our wedding would have come together without her expertise and skill. We are so thankful we were able to work with Lisa and would recommend her to any potential client!

Lisa helped organize the perfect wedding day for us. From start to finished Lisa and her staff were all over every detail and planned everything down to the minute - nothing was left to chance, including pre-ordering 50 umbrellas on Amazon which Lisa then helped return for us at no cost (but huge piece of mind). Lisa was incredibly personable with our families and helped coordinate all of the vendors, including the photos, the band, flowers, transport, first look logistics, pastor, musicians, organist etc. I can't thank Lisa enough for making our day perfect and taking a huge weight off our shoulders with all the planning she did in advance

Lisa was an absolute joy to work with -- she brought so much positivity, organization, and creativity to our wedding and made it the most special day of our lives. She is extraordinarily competent, responsive, resourceful, and communicative. She finds solutions to every problem. We absolutely could not have done it without her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I don’t even know how to begin to describe how much our family loves and appreciates Lisa. Our daughter was married on June 22—our second wedding in less than a year! We hired Lisa again without hesitation. Her attention to detail every step of the way was incredible. I told her several times “I don’t know what I would do without you!” In stressful situations, she always calmly reassured me that everything would be fine, and it was! Her response to emails or phone calls was always immediate. Even though we knew she was extremely busy with many other weddings, she made us feel like we were her only clients. She most definitely goes above and beyond. On wedding day, she made sure I didn’t lift a finger. She wanted me to enjoy the day with my daughter and family. Her staff is outstanding, especially Patti who calmly attended to some minor issues before the wedding (which seemed major at the time!) Every vendor that Lisa recommended was fantastic. It was an amazingly beautiful wedding, and our guests had so much fun. Both daughters' weddings were phenomenal and it is because we hired the BEST wedding planner out there. After working with Lisa for over two years, she has become a dear friend, and I will miss her! Do not hesitate to hire Lisa and her team. There should be more than 5 stars for this review because Lisa and her team deserve all of them! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisa planning our wedding for 2 years. She has been with me since the beginning! At one point I told her I was very sad as the wedding got closer as I received the multiple warnings of “the day goes by in a blink, watch out!” But I said I wasn’t sad that the wedding would be over, but more sad I wouldn’t see her as much, spend time together as we had done for the past 2 years. Lisa is the type of person you hire as a wedding planner, but becomes your very good friend by the end of the process. But luckily I don’t live too far from the office! To give specifics, we hired Lisa as part of her Supreme Package wedding planning to help with everything from meetings with vendors, to invitation design and wording. Best decision of our whole wedding. Lisa was there every step of the way. It was through her website I found what ultimately ended up becoming our wedding venue. But armed with a list of other venues I wanted to see, she set up venue sightings spreading over the next couple of weeks, making sure to be with us at each one. Her connections and knowledge in this industry is crucial and incredible to any bride. Her vendors are wonderful, professional, and the best in their field of work. The Supreme Package allowed me access to these vendors at great prices with some perks thrown in! Nothing I could have gotten at that price without Lisa and her great relationship with these professionals. Lisa was there every step of the way in email form as well. Her responsiveness through email, whether it be a question, or a suggestion/idea was almost immediate. I could 100% count on Lisa answering me by the end of the day with any email I sent her. She, in turn, always made sure I was kept in the loop and updated on any vendor communications she had or tasks she completed or needed me to complete. She was always 10 steps ahead of me in everything wedding related! And I absolutely loved it! She is so incredibly knowledgeable and great at her job. I felt so confident our wedding would go off perfectly. And it did! The amount of compliments I received from my guests telling me how smooth every event of the wedding went was amazing! And it is all because of Lisa and her team. Eric and I had no worries on our wedding day. If the day’s events needed to start at a certain time, they did with the CCBL team. Eric and I did not feel pushed along, or pressured in any way. Lisa’s strategic planning allowed hair and makeup to finish on time, which then allowed first look photos to happen and even extra time for some extra photos! And most importantly, our ceremony had to be on time, since one of our vendors had another wedding afterwards. With Lisa and her team running the show, our processional started as the clock struck 3:30pm! I cannot say enough about Lisa and the CCBL team. Our wedding would not have been the same without her. My husband and I worked with Lisa on our September 2018 Wedding, we have known her for years, since we both work in the Hospitality Industry, and we knew we needed her help for our wedding day! Her contacts, and her ability to know her clients and their vision is something we have witnessed before but didn’t truly understand until we had to do it for ourselves! No matter how much knowledge you have, you need help when planning your own wedding day and Lisa was there for us with whatever we needed! When it comes to venues that require rentals, and timeline creation, and more of Do it yourself day, Lisa understands the needs, and flow and team attitude to work with the couple, and their vendors! For us having a calming officiant with a sense of humor as well was exactly what we needed to calm our nerves and start the Event on the right note for us! I have known Lisa for years now from being in the industry and working together on weddings. I had been going back and forth on whether or not I ( being an event planner ) needed her help. It was about a little over one month before the big day when I thought to myself... "What am I doing? Why am I stressing out? Hire Lisa, you know she's the best there is and will be there to make sure it all looks and flows just how you envision it." Being very detail-oriented ourselves, my husband and I had high expectations for our wedding day and Lisa and her team exceeded all of our hopes and dreams to coordinate the perfect day for us. Lisa is a joy to meet and made a great first impression with her vibrant and warm personality. She not only referred our daughter to a wonderful Wedding Boutique, but she also picked out our daughter’s wedding dress. She was always accessible at any time with any questions. Knowing that Lisa was there to help in the wedding planning process eased our minds. The fact is she was there from setting up the most beautiful tables including the bride and groom table which was lovely. She added beautiful flowers over the mantel behind the bride and groom. She also added time clocks for different countries over another mantel. Lisa helped make our daughter and son in law’s wedding day the most fantastic day of our lives.

LISA IS THE BEST! Hands down. Aside from getting married to our best friends and the loves of our lives, Lisa was the best decision we could have ever made when it came to planning our dream wedding. She exceeded all of our expectations and our guests were incredibly impressed with every detail of our special day and how seamlessly Lisa and her team executed such a magical event. We (Kelly and Drew, the bride and groom) were living in separate states (halfway across the country from each other) and were planning Kelly’s move (and sale of house) to finally be together with Drew in Michigan, all while also working stressful full-time jobs when we attempted to start planning our wedding. We decided to have our wedding in CT at the Madison Beach Hotel because it was close enough for the majority of our families and friends to drive to, and we knew as soon as we saw it that it was the perfect venue for our dream beach wedding. We knew we were in great hands with MBH. When we received their package of paperwork to complete regarding our vendors and our choices and timelines of anything and everything that could possibly covered about our wedding crammed into a 50 page worksheet... double sided..., we began to understand the reality of how much work goes into planning a wedding. After acquiring a couple more vendors and feeling the need to inundate Madison Beach Hotel’s event team with questions either from ourselves, or from our vendors (-to which we rarely knew the correct answers), we felt overwhelmed about getting our planning done and being able to plan and execute our dream wedding when we had no clue what we were doing! We started to look into wedding planners, and we were unable to feel that any of the ones we saw would actually be able to help us with our unique bride and groom location circumstances. Just as we were about to give up, we asked Madison Beach Hotel to refer someone to us and they mentioned Lisa. We immediately met with her because the way MBH spoke of her gave us a really positive and optimistic feeling. As soon as we met her, we felt like she was family. She made everything immediately feel like an awesome and fun celebration for us rather than a dream day that requires a giant months-long stressful undertaking prior to coordinate. We had a blast while working with Lisa. She is a great person to talk to and sort out ideas with while also a perfect person to chat with about anything if you need to smile. She was able to give us inspiration and help us come up with the visual product of what our imaginations allowed for us to describe as our dreams. She helped us figure out how to make it so US! Our wedding party also fell in love with her and loved working with her. One of the bridesmaids is even hiring Lisa for her wedding next year! Almost every single guest at or after our wedding has complimented us on how amazing our wedding was. They were so impressed by Lisa’s ceremony that she performed for us as Justice of the Peace, by the way our wedding was perfectly US, thanks to all of the planning- even the little details that Lisa helped to coordinate for us and make our dreams into a reality. We would never have been able to create on our own what Lisa and her team were able to do for us. We will never forget how magical our special day was and we still want to take Lisa back to Michigan with us!! She was the best decision we made about planning our wedding hands down.

Where to even begin? My sister was getting married and had A LOT of ideas and expectations on what she wanted for her dream wedding. A lot of ideas that I knew there was no way that I would be able to assist with. Not because I couldn't, but because I wanted her to enjoy her wedding and the planning process and not be thoroughly stressed. Step in Lisa. She took all of my sisters ideas, plans, DIY projects and then some and turned it around and created a masterpiece. It was purely magical. She was able to create a bare, empty hall into the lush garden atmosphere. Lisa and her team executed the days events flawlessly by contacting every single vendor that was involved ensuring everyone was on the same page and made sure there were no hiccups along the way, at least from what we saw. Throughout the entire process Lisa was always available and ready to talk my sister off a ledge if needed and gave brilliant suggestions along the way. Her team was polite, professional and extremely conscientious throughout the night. This is a direct result from a strong leader. If you are ever thinking about hiring a planner but unsure.....please don't hesitate and give Lisa a call! You won't regret it!!

I’ll echo everything that my husband, Matt, said about Lisa! Our wedding was not a “cookie cutter” wedding by any means. It was an ambitious, huge, complicated undertaking at The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, including many live performances and changing of spaces at the venue. We’re sure that our wedding was far more work than usual for Lisa and her team, but our crazy ideas were always greeted with smiles, warmth and enthusiasm! Lisa was a perfect match for us, and we could not recommend her more!

Hire Lisa! We are true show queens and we wanted to make sure our wedding was a true celebration of love and musical theater. Finding Lisa Antonecchia of Creative Concepts by Lisa was the only way our crazy vision for a wedding ever came together. We had signed with our venue about 3 months before first meeting Lisa. It was beautiful. We were so excited. And the venue, while staffed with wonderful people that are easy to deal with, provides nothing to its renters. Every chair, table, speaker, microphone, lighting instrument (and the list goes on and on) had to be brought in. Lisa did everything, from serving as a liaison with each of the vendors, to recommending and guiding choices where our lack of wedding planning experience left us uncertain. And when we would make adjustments to original invoices or proposals, Lisa clearly communicated to each vendor what the changes were. We don't live in the same state as our venue, and had to trust Lisa and the vendors to build the event we had dreamed. Lisa and her team delivered 200%. When our Uber arrived on the morning of the wedding, we could see the fullest and most beautiful execution of our months and months of planning, e-mailing, phone calls, and, let’s face it, frustration. We knew immediately it was going to be a better day than we could have ever hoped—one of the best of our lives. So, yes, Lisa did all of these things and it was amazing. But on TOP of it, our wedding featured a lot of live performances including: a huge processional/opening number, a 10-song cabaret during Cocktail Hour (featuring friends from all over the country), a sing-along during dinner, live drag performance, a pianist, and a piano bar/open mic after party. Lisa, in this way had to become a director and stage manager for the entire event (a 9-hour event, not including the 5-hour load-in that Lisa organized before guests arrived) and we rightfully credited her as such in our wedding program. You can imagine that all of these moving pieces needed to be executed seamlessly, transition within minutes, and keep the energy pumping. Lisa and her team were perfection throughout the day. Family and friends stopped throughout the wedding to tell us what a great time they were having and to marvel at how perfectly Lisa managed the entire day—a day that was always transforming into something else: a ceremony to a cocktail reception, a reception to a cabaret, a cabaret to a dance party, dancing to dinner, dinner to a sing-along, and so on and so on. Okay, final thing. As we got into the weeks before the wedding, Lisa kept urging us to step back, promising us that she had our backs. We knew this the entire time, but it’s hard to let go when something is so important and the most personal expression of your love. However, Lisa was so concerned that we had become so stressed out that she booked herself a hotel room for the night before the wedding so she could be at our Welcome Reception to help us troubleshoot any questions that came up. Lisa is a rockstar. She lets your ideas be at the center of your day while gently advising you all along. She becomes your friend and family and you know you’re in the best possible hands. We can’t imagine why people choose to be wedding planners. They are putting themselves in the middle of one of the most costly, stressful, personal events in a couple’s life. Regardless, we are super fortunate that Lisa made that choice. Our day was perfect; we hope yours will be too.

We cannot thank Lisa and her team for all the hard work and effort they put into making our wedding day the most perfect possible. From the first day we met her up until now she has given us 110 percent. Whether it was sitting through hair trials, going to tux fittings or even chasing our kids around at the wedding she always did it with a smile. Lisa is the best! She helped officiate the ceremony for us in 2016 and also helped us plan the wedding for 2017 and she rocks. There was no stress for my bride and everything came out amazing. Even with one of my PITA groomsmen, she reeled him in and everything came out great.

I debated whether or not to get a wedding coordinator for my big day and finally made the decision to get one a month before my wedding. Having Lisa and her staff as my coordinators was one of the best decisions I made (other than marrying my man of course)! She gets the job done, makes you feel at ease, and knows how to be a quick and comforting friend. I highly recommend. Lisa is timely, detail-oriented, cool under pressure. She's basically the wedding whispered. We found her by googling "LGBT wedding planners in CT" and reached out to set up a phone interview with her. From that conversation we were hooked. She was obviously well prepare, but was also easy to talk to and we had a lot of fun during the first conversation. Her connections to her preferred vendors helped when our original florist wasn't making me feel confident in their abilities. She connected us with Harwington Florists, who exceeded my expectations and made some of the most gorgeous arrangements I've ever seen. I also made a ton of decorative items that she was able to use her professional eye to arrange them in ways I didn't even think of. Lisa personally walked me in before guests went in for my sneak peek and I cried. Like, seriously, the place was so beautiful and I was so happy with how everything came out that I flat out started crying. Then she had to dab me after she teared up too. She is sweet, funny, and a pleasure to work with. If you want the perfect wedding hire this woman.
