Creative Solutions Special Events

A dynamic team of great people building dreams from visions. This group was very flexible and accommodating with every change that was made. The event was absolutely beautiful.

We were forced to use creative as they are the only approved vendor for the dairy barn. We met with Shannon and paid in advance. We had many issues. On the walk thru at the barn (they did not show) our planner ask where were the buffet tables something CS failed to mention. Left us scrambling to come up with Tables and linens. The linens they provided were the wrong colors which they failed to change. We paid for a tent with heaters since we were having a January event. They did not work properly and that left guests to eat in the cold and rushing to their cars to get coats while Speeches and toasts were going on. This was truly a windfall for CS as they had the set up pin place for fa vendor show the week before our Pwedding so we paid for theirs I show event. There were several other little issues. It is no fun breaking down tables and linens( we brought about 10 of our own ) after the event on Sunday night.

Working with Lauren at Creative Solutions was a dream come true! She took my vision and ran with it. She was also so understanding when making last minute changes even up to the day before! We had my wedding on my parents farm so we started from scratch & they had more than enough inventory and variety to create the wedding of my dreams! I cannot thank them enough!

Shannon and her team are the best! Everything was beautiful. They are easy to work with and pay attention to every detail. We were so thankful we worked with them for our special day. Will definitely call on them again for our next events.

Overall, Creative Solutions was affordable and able to work with us to create a ceremony and reception that met our wants and needs. They had a multitude of options for decorations and set-up. If you can think it, they can probably make it happen. This was much appreciated, as we had to meet at the venue several times and change plans due to weather and guest concerns. Everything went according to our design plan and looked great!

Creative Solutions went above and beyond in creating a great festive and elegant environment for my "rustic elegance" wedding at The Dairy Barn in Fort Mill, SC. I was a little concerned when they were the only approved vendor for the venue, but my concerns were without merit. They really know the venue. Let's face it - rentals are a major part of the overall wedding expense and there is always sticker shock. Shannon Thomas at Creative Solutions really knows how to guide you through the process and found solutions to all kinds of issues related to weather, budget, last minute changes, etc. She was flexible and understanding. Additionally, it is really important to have someone with expertise in the specific venue and Creative Solutions knows the Dairy Barn inside and out and knows how to make your vision happen!

I probably would not have used creative solutions if I had not had to due to venue restrictions. Everything was on time and set up correctly but the interactions with Laura really were not good. At first everything was good. She met with us and showed us options for colors and fabrics but when it came time to send us a quote it was all wrong. I thought we fixed it but on the day before the wedding I noticed the tablecloths were the wrong color. I tried to call the BS number they give out and had no answer. I emailed Laura and she told me I was wrong and they had no more tablecloths in white so I was just stuck with blue. She is god awful. Avoid this company if she is your contact.

Creative Solutions was an amazing company to work with! The products that we rented were tables, chairs, linens, decor, and lighting - which were all great quality and a great value. The best quality of this company however, is Laura. I could not of done my wedding without her. I planned my wedding from Seattle and had countless emails to her from day one. She was always so attentive and put my mind at ease from across the country. In addition from coordinating the set up and look of the event, I hired her as a day planner to make things run smoothly. And of course!!!! It did. She not only set up my venue, but managed my guests, timed the ceremony and took care of all my vendors. She thought of things that I had forgotten, things that I would like and always put my day first. The rentals and product were great and made my day look and feel the way we wanted it, but the energy and professionalism that Laura brought was the best part of Creative Solutions. I rented tables, the brown folding chairs, and market lighting from Creative Solutions. They had everything delivered several days in advance. The lighting was perfect, it really added to the space! I liked the brown folding chairs because they looked a little fancier than white metal folding chairs. I would highly recommend Creative Solutions!

My fiancé and I ordered chairs, chargers and an arbor from Creative Solutions. They all arrived in excellent condition. It was a pleasure working with Creative Solutions and we would highly recommend them.

Creative Solutions made our dream wedding day come to life! They were so amazing to work with all the way through the end of our wedding night. We were in the best hands! Walking through the venue the day before the wedding we were so thankful that Creative Solutions did everything just as we had described and even better than we expected. The decor was gorgeous and they paid attention to all of our personal touches to make sure our day was OURS! Our guests still swoon over the tent poles with glistening lights, gorgeous table settings, vintage dresses, doors used at the ceremony and everything was PERFECT! I cannot recommend their services more!

Creative Solutions helped us out at the last minute! They were so easy to work with and really went above and beyond to make our day special.

Shannon, Brad, and Laura all worked with me. They also gave me a deal or two. We rented items for the ceremony and reception with them. Everything turned out very well. There were no issues.

I used Creative Solutions for my wedding because they had an exclusive contract with my venue. Up to the day before the wedding, they were very easy to work with. They responded to emails quickly, sent me photos when I asked for them, and generally seemed to know the space and the venue management well enough that i trusted them. However, when I walked in for my rehearsal, everything was set up incorrectly. They had the space set up for a buffet (and we were having seated dinner), they placed the tables in the strangest arrangement (I have no idea what they were going for, but it certainly wasn't what we discussed), and most upsettingly, we had paid an arm and a leg for them to drape the ceiling in lights, and we were given four sad strings of lights that looked like forgotten Christmas decorations. To say the least, I was not pleased. My planner called them that night and had them come in the morning to fix the setup, the tables, and the lights. I have to say I think this is more a testament to her than them, but I am glad they fixed it. The wedding turned out beautifully - The lights looked great and the quality of the rentals was really nice. I just wish they hadn't tried to give me a heart attack at the rehearsal :-/

I had planned an outdoor ceremony for my wedding and my back up (though never really discussed) was to use the reception hall if it were to rain. Lo and behold, after a full 9 days of sunshine, it clouds up and is forecast for 90% showers and thunderstorms on the wedding day. Luckily Creative Solutions was ready to go and had no problem creating a beautiful space for my ceremony inside with minimal stress in the shuffle. Not only that, but the tables for the reception were just as lovely as I had planned. Multiple meetings went smoothly, and both owners of the company, as well as their receptionist were easy to work with and more than accomodating. Booking early is important, because there is a reason why creative solutions is in high demand!

These people are TOP NOTCH. From day one, working with Creative Solutions, I never had a worry in the world. They are not only an amazing company, but amazing people and are willing to go above and beyond to make your day just what you want. I HIGHLY recommend them and will most definitely call them in the future for any party needs. Thanks Brad and Alison!

I was very pleased with Creative Solutions. Our venue has an agreement with them so we had to use their services, but I have no complaints. Allison is fantastic! She would email be back within minutes of receiving my message and was very helpful throughout. I think she sent me samples of almost every linen they offer because I couldn't make up my mind! Not sure how their prices compare to other companies, since we had to use them I didn't shop around. I didn't think any of the prices were unreasonable.

Creative Solutions were fantastic -- every email got a response within minutes or hours at most, and they had great ideas and insights throughout the process. They are the exclusive vendor at my venue (Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden), but I'd recommend them to any bride getting married in the Charlotte area regardless of venue.

First let me say we would not have used this company if we did not have to. Our wedding site had an exclusive agreement with the company so we had no choice. They made our day so much more stressful. If it had not been for our day of coordinator, from The Silk Veil, or our caterer, from One Catering, our day would have been a disaster. Creative solutions did not listen to what we wanted, they also did not have most of what we needed, like linens or chairs. They had to get them from another rental company so we had to pay the other rental companys price plus their upcharge. They carry almost none of their own supplies and have to get most of it from somewhere else. They set a lot of things up wrong. They morning of the wedding they had to move all the ceremony chairs because they had them turned the wrong way. They set the tables up wrong, they did not give us all the supplies we had ordered for our bar set up even though they were on the invoice. All they want is your money, with EVERY SINLGE email they remind out to pay the 50% owed even though it is not due yet. They do not care about our vision for the wedding and are not concerned about the costumer. They do their job(halfway), get in and get out. The caterer and coordinator save they wedding by resetting up the day of the wedding, since Creative Solutions did not do their job at all.

They answered all my questions and as I learned more about my venue they were happy to change my quote...and they did it very quickly :) They even lowered their prices to be competitive. Very easy to work with and many helpful hints. On the day of my wedding they were on time and had everything set up beautifully. I definitely recommend them!

I worked with Brad from Creative Solutions for our outdoor wedding, he was great! He knew exactly what I needed, and helped to make everything come together. They took care of everything. The rentals were great! Everything was ontime and exactly what I had ordered. The day turned out perfect.

Very pleased with the quality of the service and rentals for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding cermony/ reception. The chairs were good quality. They offered different price points of fabric. My wedding was gorgeous and got many compliments.

Creative Solutions did my wedding back in October. Needless to say, it was beatiful and more than I could have ever imagined! It was hard for me to picture everything coming together, I worked personally along side Allison Brown, who was our wedding planner & she assured me everything was going to be beautiful. They exceeded our expectations! We had Allison and Shannon there on the day of, and everything ran smoothy because of them! You won't go wrong hiring them!

In addition to providing the latest rental equipment (linens, tables, chairs, tents, china, lighting, etc.), I am always blown away by the customer service I receive from Creative Solutions. As an event professional, I can always count on what I need to arrive as promised and always on time (or even early!). Their entire staff wears a smile dna goes the extra mile to ensure each set-up meets the customer's expectations!

Creative Solutions was eager to help us in planning the set up for our event. They were very punctual with communication and set up our ceremony and reception in a beautiful manner. We were concerned when one of our set up team discovered dirty chairs. Luckily, our florist was willing to clean them for us and save embarrassment on our part. The Creative Solutions staff had done their set up and left before these were discovered. The end result was a nice arrangement.

Allison Brown with Creative Solutions is so helpful. They will do anything to get you what you want and work with any budget. They definitely know what they are doing when it comes to special event planning.
