Creekside Conference And Event Center

Creekside was wonderful to work with. We ended up postponing our wedding by a whole year due to covid and they were so flexible and didn't charge any fees/penalties for the date change. Karlie was so helpful leading up to and on the day of the wedding. The food was delicious (we had brisket and cheese ravioli) and the venue is beautiful. The staff is very helpful and kind. We had all day Friday to set up for our Saturday wedding (this isn't always possible due to other events, but if it isn't possible they will set up for you). They also took everything down for us and stored it away until my parents were able to pick it up a few days later. I got so many compliments on the venue and how beautiful and elegant it was. It has a ballroom feel without being stuffy or cold. There are lots of seating areas for lounging during the reception. The bride and groom suites are nice and well appointed and morning of snacks were affordable and tasty. The free garage parking is also very nice and convenient for guests. I would definitely choose Creekside again if I had to do it all over!

Creekside went above and beyond for our wedding reception. The venue honored all rules and precautions to keep people safe. The food was delicious. It is a gorgeous venue. The service was top notch. Thank you for everything you did.

This venue was the absolute best! Planning a wedding is stressful under normal circumstances with COVID it's ten times worse! This venue was so flexible even let me tell them the week of our numbers so we didn't have to pay for extra plates! Karlie was SO helpful and there was always someone to help us with our every need. If you're looking for a place to go that is beautiful, convenient parking and wonderful service look no further!

We loved Creekside Conference and Event Center. It’s a gorgeous venue that staffs amazing people. Karlie was hands down one of the best people to work with, making sure that all of our needs were met. We didn’t have to lift a finger when it came to our wedding day. The staff set up the entire venue before we even arrived and it was exactly how I imagined it. Everyone was amazing and made our wedding day very memorable.

We absolutely love Creekside Event Center! We held our 230 person wedding here in September and it was a very magical day. Harland, Karlie and Greg did a phenomenal job. The whole wedding process was a breeze thanks to them. They do full set-up and tear down for you which was such a relief. They even set up your flowers for you and they do a great job with decorating. We held our ceremony outside on the stage and I cannot get over how beautiful Creekside looked in the background of our pictures. The space is huge, we had no problem fitting 230 people in the ball room. We did plated meals which went very smooth, and the food was so delicious. Creekside remodeled the space in 2019 and it looks great! I recommend booking Creekside to anyone!!

I’m so incredibly pleased with Creekside and the staff I don’t even know where to start! We started our journey with Creekside a year before the wedding. We first spoke to Greg who gave us an overview of the venue and allowed us to explore the gorgeous area. My mother and I were ecstatic with the location and look so we put our deposit and date down. We were introduced to Karlie who helped moving forward with our details and organization of our big day. She was spectacular! She responded to my emails promptly and went above and beyond by helping to give me her suggestions based on her experience. Karlie made sure I was aware of her upcoming leave of absence and ensured my documents and our discussions would be relayed to Harland who was filling in for her. Harland was the icing on the cake! He was beyond amazing! I would text him and reach out often, especially the last few days before the wedding. We had our final meeting and solidified all the details. He was so supportive of a few last minute changes and was by far the main reason my wedding was so perfect and adhered to the timeline. To say I highly recommend Creekside would be an understatement. I will only recommend Creekside from now on to everyone!

Literal perfection and above and beyond our expectations. My husband and I got married here in September. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable staff from start to finish. An extreme value for their services. I couldn't believe everything that came included at their price points. Beat everywhere else that we looked at and the services they provided were top notch. The food was 5 star (endless compliments and a huge offering), the decorations were 5 star, the staff the day of was so friendly the guests could NOT stop gushing. The bar was efficient and friendly. The event coordinator (Harland Young, Sarah, Chelsea) and staff day of not only communicated effectively and warmly but anticipated needs we didn't even think of. I cannot impress upon anyone how easy they made it and how memorable they made it. Not to mention that the setting is GORGEOUS and site is extremely well maintained. I also learned that they have a reputation among other wedding vendors as being extremely easy to work and coordinate with. Best decision we ever made.

What a wonderful experience at Creekside Event and Conference Center!!! The event staff, especially Greg and Karlie, was very professional, so helpful, attentive, and accommodating in planning every detail of my wedding day! Harland was the perfect event coordinator the day of rehearsal and the wedding day! The event staff the day of the wedding was magnificent! The food was magnificent and received raved reviews for the cocktail hour and reception. There isn’t anything I would have did differently for my day and I am forever thankful to Creekside.

Creekside Event Center is amazing. my husband Jacob and I had a beautiful July wedding. We had Creekside set up numerous flowers and other decor items. This venue was absolutely stunning for our wedding. Moreover, Harland managed our event with such professionalism. He was absolutely wonderful. We are so thrilled to have had our wedding at Creekside. There are so many possibilities with making a dream wedding at this venue.

My son had his wedding here and I was so impressed. I have over 30 years of experience in event planning and the staff here, especially Harland and Karlie, were among the best I have worked with. I came into the planning process towards the end, and found the team to be patient and thorough. They anticipated our needs and accomodated all requests. Their professionalism truly came into play when a problem occured with the outdoor ceremony (totally not their fault) and they handled it calmly and confidently. The venue, inside and out, is lovely. Of all the vendors, only Creekside and the band lived up to expectations. You would not go wrong with an event here.

We had our reception dinner at Creekside. We really liked the elegant feel of creekside, as we were going for a more classy vibe for our reception. The staff were fantastic and really helped us through the planning process. The food was delicious! The Chef and kitchen staff were amazing and very accommodating. All of our guests really enjoyed their meals. Our guest had a great time, and continue to talk about how beautiful our event was to this day. I didn't have to worry about a thing on that day. We couldn't have choose a better venue.

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Karlie was top notch in getting our reception planned and organized. She responded quickly to questions and made the whole process a piece of cake! What originally sold us on the venue was all of the windows! The natural light makes the whole space feel so bright and airy. In addition, they just completed a whole bunch of renovations right before our reception - new paint (gray color palette!!!), new carpet, light fixtures, decor and furniture. Looks very modern now and in touch with today's styles. Loved everything about the renovation! The food at Creekside is amazing, our guests gave us numerous compliments on both dinner and the cocktail hour food. The only suggestion I would give is if you are using the whole space to have an extra speaker at the other end of the room, some of guests had trouble hearing announcements from the DJ. Other than that, our reception was perfect and Karlie is the BEST.

We had our reception dinner at Creekside in late February 2019. Very highly recommend Creekside. We really like the new remodel, space is clean, fresh and modern. Greg and Karlie were fantastic and really helped us through the planning process. All of our guests really enjoyed their meals. The Chef and kitchen staff were great and accommodated our large dinner menu, including a few of our guests who had food allergies, and a few with dietary restrictions (…allergies, vegetarians & vegans, oh my!….). All of the servers were present, attentive and very friendly. Jennifer was a great help during the event. We heard from our guests the whole week after how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue is. Great venue with superb staff.

I take this wonderful opportunity to write a review about the aforementioned event center for my daughter's wedding. Definitely, we shopped around but we found this place to be a fantastic place with all amenities in an affordable price. Since our booking six months ago, the Executive Manager, Greg Lewis with his amazing personality and extremely professional customer service attitude, flexible demeanor, showed us around, helped us to come to a conclusion. After the booking, the event co-ordinator Karlie helped and co-operated with us in each and every aspect of the event. The Wedding went extremely smooth and hassle-free. The guests liked the place very much and enjoyed being at such a wonderful place. Last but not least, the servers were amazingly very co-operative, decent and highly professional. Amazing! We had both our wedding and reception at Creekside. I always wanted to have an outdoor wedding, but I did not want the stress of worrying about the weather. Creekside is able to accommodate um to the hour changes from outside to inside at the bride/groom's request! That made for a stress-free day! We could not have asked for anyone better than working with Greg and Karlie. They met our requests, filled in the gaps of things we missed and were extremely friendly, professional and calm. To top everything off, the food was wonderful! We loved Creekside and would choose it over and over again!

I would definitely recommend using Creekside as a wedding venue to any couple. Not only were we happy but our guests still talk about how nice everything was. Karlie was there every step of the way with any questions or special accommodations we had. Our night was magical and Im very grateful to the staff at Creekside for making our wedding memorable for a lifetime!

Our wedding day went off without a hitch, thanks to the wonderful staff at Creekside Conference and Event Center. Greg and Karlie are both phenomenal, and are more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure our day was absolutely perfect! Booking and planning was a breeze, and I especially appreciated the all-inclusive features having the ceremony, reception, linens, catering and beverages all included into one price and contract. When Laura and I started planning for our wedding, we were a little nervous about how vendors would respond to us since it would be a same sex wedding. Creekside was awesome throughout the whole process. They didn't see us as a same sex couple, they just saw us as a couple who was planning a wedding. Greg and Karlie were extremely nice and responded quickly to all of our questions. We loved having Karlie there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything was going as planned. We had a brunch wedding and they were very flexible with us when it came to adding items to our menu that weren't on the original menu. Plus, we got lots of compliments on how good the food us. It was nice having a lot of the amenities all in one place (food, event coordinator, tables/chairs, linens, bar, servers, covered parking, a backup option in case the weather was bad). We were really happy with our decision to get married at Creekside and would definitely recommend it to others.

My family and I were blown away with how everything went at Creekside for our Wedding Reception- it was absolutely exceptional!!! I could not have imagined it better in my dreams, the entire space was beautiful, the dining room was incredible and so classy. My photographer was able to capture the most amazing photos of the room before quests entered and even when everyone was in the room, it was still plenty of space and flowed so well. Karlie, the wedding planner was outstanding to work with. She took excellent notes and was perfect with all the details. She setup some of our personal photos in the cocktail area, she arranged the guestbook, escort card table, and the cupcake table. It was all amazing. Everything looked so sophisticated. We have had numerous compliments on the food from the reception as well. Many guests have said it is the best food they have ever had at a wedding and I would have to agree, it was delicious! The servers and bartenders did a great job as well, so friendly, professional and personable. The wine and beer selection was perfect. Also, whoever brought in the ladder to get my bouquet down from the ceiling ledge above the dance floor saved the day! It was pretty hysterical I managed to accidentally fling it up there! All the staff were so willing to help with anything. Thank you Creekside for all your hard work and Karlie, for the countless email communications leading up to our big day. We could not have done it without you and the outstanding Creekside staff. I highly recommend Creekside Conference and Event Center!

I couldn’t have asked for more. Karlie and Greg made the planning process so easy and were unbelievable helpful. Everything was so organized and they went above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life. They are kind, welcoming, and calm- exactly what I needed when I got stressed or overwhelmed. Besides having an amazing staff, Creekside is such a gorgeous venue and the food was great. We got so many compliments from guests about how beautiful it was. I loved everything about this venue and staff and wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Highly recommend.

We could not have asked for a better experience for our wedding day! When we first decided on Creekside, Greg was our go-to person. He was so very friendly and kind. I am one to ask a million questions, and he was always so nice about talking me through everything. Once the wedding date got closer, we worked with Karlie. She was amazing as well. So was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We told her our vision, and she seriously made it into reality. Every entry table, every decoration and centerpiece, was seriously so perfect and exactly how I told her I wanted things to look. We brought in our own decorations and she wanted to label everything and take notes on each piece to make sure she knew what we wanted. I cannot say enough great things about this team at Creekside. They truly care about you and your big day, and will be there with you every step of the way.

We had an incredible experience with Creekside from beginning to end! Karlie was so helpful and was always there to answer all of our questions & accommodate any requests. Everyone told me not to stress because it is inevitable something will go wrong the day of your wedding. I have to say, not a single thing went wrong and I thank Karlie & the event staff for that. My husband and I are so thrilled to have had our reception at Creekside (04/14/2018). From start to finish, our experience with Creekside was seamless, professional, and reliable. Greg & Karlie are a dream team and were two of the most helpful, kind, patient, professional, and punctual individuals we could have ever hoped to work with in planning our reception. Every last one of our wishes and requests was remembered and accomodated. The food was incredible (Chef Dalton is so talented!) and our guests continue to tell us that they had a wonderful time. Choosing Creekside was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Karlie and her entire team were incredible from start to finish! Every single detail was perfect. Karlie helped give us guidance on everything from linen to food to tables and decorations which was so much appreciated. On the day of, Karlie and Paige set up all of our decorations beautifully. Creekside allows you to have as much or as little involvement in decorating and setup as you want. We had so many complements on food, which was amazing, our decorations and our overall venue. Creekside was accommodating, kind and attentive through our entire planning process. I know my husband and I would not have been able to pull off such a successful wedding without Karlie and the Creekside team.

Creekside was amazing! I was an out of state bride but Karlie accommodated everything! She was so calm and patient I had no worries leaving my wedding in her hands. The space was spacious. The staff was wonderful and the food was amazing! I'm so glad I booked there. Couldn't ask for a better place.

I can't say enough great things about this venue! Our daughter got married here on August 5,2017. Everything turned out wonderful! From the original meeting and booking until the end of the reception Karlie guides you through everything. She and her staff are very professional and efficient. Karlie would respond to any questions, concerns and last minute changes immediately. The food is delicious! I love the clean classic modern look! Best of all, not only were my daughter and I pleased with how everything turned out we received several compliments throughout the evening from our guests as well. Having my wedding at Creekside made planning my reception a breeze! They provided tables, chairs, linens, set up, tear down, and more! I was able to drop all of my decorations for the reception off a couple days before the wedding and feel at ease knowing that they would do a wonderful job setting it up and they did! When I got to the reception after taking pictures everything looked beautiful! Throughout the planning process Karlie was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a questions for her. She was so great to work with! Overall Creekside met and exceeded my expectations!!

Beautiful venue! Even with very little decorating, the wedding looked amazing. In addition, Karlie and Rebecca, the event coordinators that worked with us, were incredible. They walked us through every step of the timeline and showed us where everything would be and how everything would happen on the wedding day so that we would feel completely at ease. They also provided all the centerpieces at no extra charge, which seems like a small thing, but makes a difference at a tight budget! The catering staff were also extremely prompt in bringing out the food and very professional. My only complaint is that the food was not as perfect as it was at the tasting, but that's probably because the chef himself could not oversee the cooking of every dish to make sure meats weren't overcooked and that enough sauce was added to each plate. However, that's not enough of a complaint to take off one star, as I'm overall very satisfied with my experience with this venue and would definitely recommend future brides to consider this venue as well!

I can't say enough for how great it was to work with Creekside. From day one in the planning process, everyone I worked with at Creekside was friendly and extremely helpful. It was so easy to schedule meetings with them to go through details and they were very responsive to questions over email or the phone. Their wedding coordinators are amazing. I never had to worry about the day going smoothly. During the wedding day, they kept things on track and made sure everything went well. I would recommend Creekside to anyone!

Beautiful site. Karlie was the most helpful and accommodating coordinator for our reception. She made sure we didn't have to worry about anything. We had leftovers prepared for us that night. The tables were set BEAUTIFULLY by the staff.

My wife and I recently hosted our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at Creekside Event Center. We were thoroughly delighted in the outcome of our event as were all of our guests who gave raving compliments on our choice of venue; which ranked high above any and all others considered. The ballroom was exquisitely decorated in top-class fashion. The Event Staff was very pleasant, courteous, and accommodating of all our needs from start to finish (set-up, serving, clean-up). The planning process was made easy by our Event Planner, Karlie Halverson. I cannot give enough praise to her for the calm, professional manner in which she took us through each step in the planning process and resolved any concerns that we may have had. She provided prompt reply to the many, many e-mails I sent to her. The chef also deserves high praise for the food prepared to tasty perfection. I suggest to you the meatballs as a butler-served appetizer. The bar has an impressive wide range of fine wines, spirits, and beers. I highly recommend that you select Creekside Event Center for any special event you may be planning. You will be well satisfied and happy that you did.

An Unforgettable Day!! We held my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception at Creekside Conference and Event Center on 11/18/16. Our search for a venue began back in June and we toured several great venues (i.e. Columbus Athletic Club, the Westin, J. Lieu's, etc...); however, after a family vote, Creekside was everyone's favorite venue and they didn't disappoint!! The venue is absolutely beautiful! Everyone we worked with at Creekside was professional, patient and efficient. Working with a bride who lives in California was no easy task, but Karlie Halverson and Rebecca Toflinski made the brides dreams a reality. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing and the venue was beautifully set!! Hats off to all who made my daughter's special day, a day to remember!! You all ROCK!

Just looking at the website, Creekside Conference & Event Center looked like the perfect venue for a wedding, especially since we wanted an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. When we toured Creekside, we were so excited about how beautiful the outdoor rotunda area was for the ceremony and how large the reception area was on the third floor. Creekside had so much room inside the venue that we knew it wouldn't be in issue if weather was bad and we needed to move the ceremony inside. Luckily, we had perfect weather for a beautiful outdoor ceremony. The Creekside staff, especially Karlie, was very organized and easy to work with as we planned for the wedding day. Karlie took detailed notes and kept track of all the updates and changes that were made along the way. I created a decoration instructions document for the staff, because I knew I wouldn't be able to help set up the ceremony site or reception area due to time constraints on the wedding day. The staff followed my decoration instructions very well and carried out my plan perfectly. Creekside staff worked very well with my other wedding vendors and gave them instructions on where to set up as they arrived (DJ, photobooth, cake, etc.). Our only complaints about the whole event were that the steaks were cooked more of a medium rare instead of medium and the baked macaroni and cheese entrees did not come with sides (we thought all entrees would come with sides). Other than that, we were very happy with our full experience at Creekside Conference & Event Center. I would 100% recommend this venue for a wedding or other special events. We can't wait to get our wedding photos back because there are so many beautiful photo spots immediately outside of Creekside and back in the wooded trails right behind the venue. It's so beautiful!

From the minute we walked in we fell in love with the facility!! Being able to have the ceremony and reception in one place was great for our out of town guest! . Karlie listened and brought our vision to life. The food was fabulous and the wait staff was both courteous and professional!! Everything went off as planned!!

I cannot express how happy I am with Creekside. Everyone there was amazing to work with and everything turned out just as, or better than, I expected it to! I planned my wedding from Florida and would not have been able to do it without Karlie Halverson. She was amazing and always responded to all of the million questions in my emails. The venue is beautiful- the pictures don't do it justice! All of the other vendors I used (photographer, DJ, and cake) also all had great things to say about working with Creekside as well. If there's something you need or want, just ask, and they will do their best to accommodate you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

On July 23, 2016 we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Creekside which turned out to be the best decision ever! When we first contacted Creekside we fell in love with the venue and everything they had to offer! We were introduced to Karlie, our wedding coordinator who helped us with everything along the way. She was always very helpful and made herself easily available. When our big day arrived it was more than we ever imagined! The entire staff was professional, courteous, and pleasant with all of our guests and vendors. We would recommend them to anyone seeking a venue!

I am the mother of the bride and my husband and I wanted to provide our daughter with the wedding of her dreams and, thanks to Creekside Conference and Event Center, we were able to pull off the most beautiful outdoor ceremony followed by a fantastic, classy, upscale indoor reception. The staff were completely professional, accommodating, and helpful. The venue was moderately priced and "upgrades" were very reasonable, yet yielded an event that seemed much more expensive than it actual was. We were extremely pleased with our decision to use Creekside Conference and Event Center and wouldn't change a thing if we had it to do all over again.

Creekside is an unbelievably beautiful venue! The beginning of my wedding planning began in Florida, which of course was difficult, but the event coordinators were so accomadating and helpful! We had an outdoor ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful. My husband built us a custom arch that blended so well with the environment. The food at the venue is great, and my guests had no complaints! They loved the food. We would recommend creekside to anyone! The bride got her dream wedding because of creekside and all their help :)

I cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding at Creekside this past weekend. The venue is amazing, is located in the best little area and has such pretty views!! We booked Creekside the same day we visited, they just were so easy to work with from the beginning that it was a no brainier. We worked with Karlie during the entire wedding planning process and she couldn't have been more helpful. Any question or request she took care of, I always had quick responses when I emailed her. She is so good at her job that you never doubt for a second that everything is going to be taken care of. As for the actually wedding day, it ran as smoothly as she said it would. Everything was on time, the food was delicious and she made sure everything went off without a hitch. It really was the perfect day and you do not have to worry about a thing. They seriously take care of it all. It couldn't have been more of a perfect day! My only regret is that I can't rewind time and do it all again!!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding at Creekside in July and want to thank each and every member of the staff who made this such an amazing experience. As a bridesmaid you want to make sure that the bride and groom have the most memorable and amazing day ever. Every request, no matter how big or how small was accomidated without a question. And the venue there is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views from every angle of Creekside. Thank you again for such an wonderful experience not only for the bride and groom but the entire wedding party, friends and family.

My Husband and I fell in love with Creekside from our first tour. It is a unique site that has a lot of different features, from the bridal suite, to the layout of the ballroom and lounge area, even the large bathroom stall (which you wouldn't think to look at!). We worked with Karlie for the planning and part of our event and Harland was also there to help. They were both Amazing! Karlie during the planning process helping us nail down every detail to the point where I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. When I walked into the reception, everything was exactly as planned! The day was almost perfect, the only issue we ran into was parking, there was a Jazz Festival that afternoon and parking was very tight, and we had a handicap group that couldn't get close parking. However Harland was awesome to get that group to the event from their parking spot and I couldn't thank him enough for that! Once we got over that hiccup it was perfect! from the timeline to the dj to being able to walk around the creek and fountain area. It is a gorgeous facility and environment, and was one of the best decisions we made for our big day!

We decided to go with Creekside Conference and Event Center in Gahana for our reception and we believe it was the best decision we made. We worked with our co-ordinator Karlie who guided us at every step to make the event that much special. Every time we would meet, she would have a checklist ready with samples to review and finalize. I think we can say that she is a phenomenal wedding planner and made the whole process smooth for us. Our guests till date still reach out to tell us how they loved the venue and the decoration and how much fun they had. We highly recommend Creekside for its excellent staff, awesome service and a great location for photo shoot before/after your event.

Our wedding was 6/11/16 and Creekside was the best place we could have had our special day at. We had a morning wedding and we were able to come in early for my girls and I to get ready. We worked with Karlie Halverson and she was super flexible. We did not have one issue or compliant. The day turned out wonderful with no hiccups. The food was outstanding and the cake was cut! We choose to go with brunch, chicken & waffles along with an omelette station, the food was delicious. I would most definitely recommend this venue to anyone, especially if your like myself and wanted to have the ceremony outside and reception inside all in one location.

My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Creekside. We had both our ceremony and rehearsal here. Our coordinator, Karlie, was extremely helpful. She was always available to answer any questions we had either via phone or email and she always got back to us in a timely manner. We planned a wedding in four months so this was fantastic. She made it all so easy. The night itself went perfectly thanks to the great staff. Any little hiccup was easily smoothed away thanks to them. I even heard they helped set up the things we'd brought which I didn't expect at all. The space was beautiful and clean even with another wedding the night before. The food was just as good as at our tasting several months earlier. The guests all complimented it. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this venue. So thank you to Creekside for helping me have a perfect wedding!

On October 17th, 2015 we had our Ceremony and Reception at Creekside which turned out to be the best decision ever!!! When we first contacted Creekside we fell in love with the venue and everything it had to offer! We were immediately introduced to Karlie who accomodated us in every facet of our journey. She was always helpful and made herself available to us for questions or concerns. She truly simplified the entire process. When our big day arrived it was more than we ever imagined. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and pleasant with all of our guests and vendors. We would and will recommend them to anyone seeking a venue! Thank you so much Creekside and Karlie for making our special day a dream come true!

This place is amazing ! Thank you to the very helpful and friendly staff. From the first time I visited the site as a single man, I thought to my self how wonderful it would be to have my wedding around this beautiful place. That dream came true. My wife and I had an unforgettable day. The reception and ceremony went with no problem and Creekside staff worked with us to give us what we really wanted. They were super flexible to accomodate us. And the food was absolutely premium quality and well served.Our guests are still talking about the event.

Karlie was our event planner she was amazing! Through out the entire wedding planning process, she was always so nice and helpful. Our ceremony was on the trail back in the woods, the wait staff were very helpful in making sure our guests knew where to go. After the ceremony, they assisted our guests back to the venue while we took pictures with the photographer. We went with a brunch theme with chef made omelettes, Belgian waffles and a parfait bar. The food was outstanding as well as the presentation of the meal. We also had them cut up our wedding cake and serve it during the brunch to ensure everyone enjoyed a piece. If I were to do it all over again, I would definitely still choose them!

I am so glad my husband and I chose Creekside for our ceremony and reception. From day one when we first met with them just to look at the place, they were courteous, friendly and very helpful with dates that they had available, and all the services they provided. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other venues we looked at, but their customer service won us over. On the rehearsal they were there on site with our pastor helping us with the rehearsal and line up. On the big day they were there ready to set up all the centerpieces and decorations we brought. The staff was wonderful with the plated service we selected, and even boxed up a couple dinners for a few of our guests that were no shows. We were very pleased with them, and they made planning our wedding less stressful.

We held my brother's wedding here this past weekend and EVERYTHING was perfect. The staff was excellent, especially our event coordinator Karlie - she was so calm and professional and willing to do anything to help. We had several specific requests that they accommodated easily and happily, such as reserving a handicapped parking spot for one of our guests. The entire planning experience went smoothly and the execution was flawless. The outdoor ceremony on the stage was beautifully set up, and it wasn't an issue at all that Cantina restaurant next door had its doors open and customers sitting outside. Also, the food at Creekside was delicious! Several guests made a point to tell me. We used the buffet line, and everything was nicely presented and hot. Thank you Karlie and Creekside!! My husband and I chose Creekside because we wanted to have both Wedding and Reception in the same place. There were plenty of options to make each event different. The fireplace and winter design gave off a great vibe for the snowy night! The candles in all the windows gave it such a starlit feeling. We were very pleased with the food choices and service they provided. Our event planner did a great job communicating in a timely manner all the way up until we said "I do." This night will be forever remembered! Thank you for sharing this special day with us!

Karlie and the Creekside staff did an absolutely fabulous job. Everything was highly professional, seamless in organization and execution, and the financial outcome was reasonable. They took care of everything allowing my husband and I to enjoy our special day with no hassles. I would HIGHLY recommend Creekside to anyone considering a wedding venue. My only recommendation is to talk with the DJ and Creekside about the PA system so that you can organize what makes sense for your special day for toasts and the music. I had 280 people at my wedding so the PA system could have been reworked if I knew of this in advance. Overall, they will work with you on what you need and will do anything possible to make your day everything you've pictured. Thank you Creekside!

Me and my husband where married last Friday at creekside event center and we couldnt be happier with the experience we had. The service that the event planners Karlie and Lauren provided was beyond amazing they made sure eveything went smooth and took care of all the sound for my cereomy. They where truely amazing they also helped decorate the whole event. I was very pleased with the food service as well. We chose the balsamic chicken , potatoes and the green beans and all of our guest raved about the food. I will never forget my wedding day everyone at creekside truely made this the best experience of my life! I would definately recommend this venue !

Having our wedding at Creekside CEC was a great decision. They have much better plate pricing than the Hilton, and Marriot locations that we also looked at. Our wedding coordinator was a great help and very flexible with our payments. Food tasting was awesome and food at the reception was great. You can have your wedding and reception at the same place which is what we did. We were 30 minutes late starting the wedding but everything still flowed great with enough time for outside photos. And they also refunded us the cake cutting fee because they never cut the cake since we were 30 minutes off on our schedule. Great wedding event venue! Thank you Creekside CEC

When we began researching venues for our October 3, 2014 wedding, I just assumed that we wouldn't be able to afford Creekside Conference Center as our venue. But after researching other spaces, how much it actually costs to hire things (catering, linens, servers, alcohol, hardware, etc.), Creekside turned out to be within budget and a good value. The space is elegant - it needs very little in the way of extra decorating. Standard white linens are included, but you can upgrade and customize as you'd like. The option to have an outdoor ceremony was also important to us, but the venue allows a built-in Plan B in case of inclement weather (which allowed us to seamlessly move our ceremony inside). Our concept was a little different - a Friday night event, with a non-traditional ceremony officiated by friends and a cocktail-style reception with heavy hors d'ourvres. The staff at Creekside helped us work through all the details, from top to bottom, and took care of details so I didn't have to (such as securing the plaza from the City for the anticipated outdoor ceremony, and coordinating the linens and table settings). I especially appreciated that the staff was well-equipped to handle anxious, type-A personalities. The chef even fielded a phone call about a particular way that we wanted a dish prepared. Even on the day-of, when we had to move the ceremony indoors, and an additional table was added at MOB's request, Karlie (Wedding Coordinator) and the team at Creekside handled everything professionally and almost effortlessly. The tables were set exactly as I hoped, and any time we started to look for Karlie, she was there. With Creekside, I can with confidence say that they will work with you to achieve the event you want, as traditional or non-traditional as you choose. The value of choosing Creekside isn't just in the tangibles - it's the intangible experience, guidance, and attention you get from the staff. Edited to add: The food was awesome. Everyone commented how good the food was, and how much they enjoyed the small bites. We also had the beef tenderloin carving station - that was the one thing I did get to eat my wedding night and OMG :) so good!

I chose this venue because I had my retirement party there. I looked at other venues. I just called Creekside again because I knew I would get the same great service I had at my retirement party. I couldn't have asked for a better day. I felt like a queen for a day. The staff was so wonderful and kind. They did everything I asked and more. I had a stress free day and I owe it all to Lauren and the staff at Creekside. All of my guests were telling me how nice everything was and how good the food was. I had some people that didn't show that RSVP so I had enough for seconds and thirds. The food was so good that people was telling me over and over I'm getting some more. They had there plates full of everything. I was glad that everyone didn't show because that meant more food for the people that did show. I truly appreciate Lauren and the staff for making sure that my day was special. I will recommend Creekside to all my family and friends. I also didn't even have to decorate that much because the venue is already beautiful and you don't even have to do too much. All I had to do was show up. There is no cooking, cleaning or setting up. The staff does everything that is what makes it so great. I give Creekside a A plus for their outstanding service. Thanks once again for making my wedding so special. The Alexanders.

Choosing Creekside was the best route for me and my husband. We found it in our budget compared to other places that were expensive and for the price, it is a beautiful location. Our event coordinator Karlie was awesome and very organized. We could definitely trust her in planning everything from food, seating, and things we didn't know about. On top of that there was an opening to be able to have our wedding with such flexibility. One thing I can say went wrong is that no one cut the cake and we paid the fee. But Karlie took care of that with respect and refunded us with no problem. I gave Creekside CEC all stars and a job well done because even though there was a problem, it was handled respectfully and professional. Therefore me and my husband believe and agree that this is a great choice to have your wedding!

Creekside is in amazingly beautiful venue, my wife and I are very happy to have had our wedding at such an exquisite place. Their customer service, catering, and readiness to accommodate all of our requests was greatly appreciated! All of our guest enjoyed themselves and many of them spoke on the professional and excellent customer service of all of their staff members. Creekside is truly a fantastic place to have your wedding!!

We had a small wedding, only about 50 people or so and we were extremely happy with Creekside. The staff were all super nice and helpful, our Wedding Coordinator was great and our event worked out wonderfully. I will say the reception room was extremely hot, though. It was a nice September day, so I'm not sure if that was the reason there wasn't much air conditioning, but my changing area and the reception were both super hot. They did try to adjust the temperature, but I was still hot all evening. I would highly suggest a microphone to anyone having a wedding outside on the rotary stage. We were definitely told that the bar guests are always quiet during a wedding ceremony and that was NOT the case. The noise level did not change. The fountain also added to the background noise, making it impossible for our guests to hear our pastor or our vows. It was partially our own fault for dropping the ball on getting a mic set up, but I feel that the importance of having that should have been conveyed to us from our coordinator, who has experience with the weddings there. You cannot hear without a sound system and mic. Overall, we had a great day, though. I found out later that the groom was running behind and couldn't get the sand ceremony set up, so our coordinator stepped in and prepared it for us. Super nice!! It's a beautiful venue and we were very happy besides those two issues.

I had my wedding ceremony and reception this summer at Creekside Conference and Event Center. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside the building and outside on the patio. Since Creekside does not own the outside space you have to pay a separate fee to have the ceremony outside and you do not get refunded if it rains. For this reason I had both the ceremony and reception inside and it was still gorgeous! The windows and lighting make for a perfect atmosphere. Plus, since the outside space is public space you can still take pictures outside by the creek and by the fountain on the patio. I took pictures outside and they were gorgeous. I was very much impressed by Creekside for it's service and it's atmosphere. The staff was extremely polite and was very helpful answering questions and concerns. The staff was also patient with payments and did not hassle us for anything. Creekside is a bit on the pricey side because you can't bring in outside food or linens, but you get the service you pay for. As for customizing things, the staff is very flexible with how you want music played, what decorations you want, etc. They will work with you! All the guests said the venue was beautiful and the food was delicious! I unfortunately was very sick on my wedding day and had to spend my morning in the ER. The staff worked to rearrange things and were very patient with me that day, so even though I was sick they made sure everything still went smoothly. Overall, Creekside is a bit pricey but is definitely a great place to have both a ceremony and reception. In fact, the ceremony and reception was on the same floor which made it very convenient for guests. Seriously consider checking this place out for your wedding!

My husband and I got married here over a year ago (June2013) and we had an amazing experience. We started working with someone, but then someone else took over--Rebecca. She did an amazing job and worked with us with everything. From what I see on here, she is no longer there. Getting married on a Sunday helped us get the best deal. We were able to try our food at a taste test and also able to get more rooms for a great deal due to the fact it was a Sunday. The only downfall, was that we were supposed to get married outside on the stage but unfortunately it was going to rain so we moved inside. This threw everyone for a loop. There wasnt anyone directing guests where to go so a few wondered into the room I was getting ready in. Other than that it was a flawless night. Thanks Creekside!

Creekside was BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly and super helpful, as I planned my wedding from across the country! It was everything I could of hoped for, and more. Not to mention, the food was amazing! Also a very affordable venue, considering how beautiful it is!

I had looked at a few different venues before checking out Creekside, and knew within 5 minutes of our initial visit that our search was over. First and foremost, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, providing a beautiful view of Gahanna, color changing ambient lighting, and an elegant interior design that is simply stunning. The location was perfect for both our out of town guests who stayed downtown, as well as our local attendees. Our hotel was able to provide shuttle service to and from the event without a hitch, which was another great perk. The staff was absolutely tremendous. They did everything in their power to ensure that our big day went smoothly and seamlessly. I would especially like to send a shout out to our Event Coordinator Karlie, who made herself completely available to me throughout the entire process. The food was another highlight of the eventing. We chose the Chicken Caprese, Garlic Butter Yukon Gold Potatoes, and Herb Roasted Vegetable Medley, all of which were delicious. In addition to the open bar, we offered the Something Blue signature drink, which was a smash hit amongst our guests. All in all I had a fantastic experience with Creekside, and highly recommend them to any newly engaged couples looking for a venue for their reception!

We planned our wedding over a year out with Creekside. The first coordinator we met with, Rebecca was awesome. She made us feel comfortable with the idea of having an early Saturday wedding. We paid the deposit in May of 2013 when our wedding was April 2014. We had not heard from anyone from Creekside until January when we were notified that the staff had changed. I had to reach out to meet the new staff and go over details of our wedding, they did not try to reach out. The menu had changed and the prices had of course increased. We were never given an opportunity to taste the food we were serving even though it was listed in the information that we would have one. On our wedding day, we were rushed the entire day. We paid to have the venue until 4 pm but they started cleaning up the venue at 2:30. They removed all drinks even when people were dancing and needed to become rehydrated. The staff threw away my husband and I's food when we were going around and visiting our guests. We were told there was no food left but yet we saw the serving staff eating in our groom suite and in the kitchen. They forgot to set out lemonade that we purchased and seemed unapologetic about it. The staff was very cold and unfriendly. I would never want people to have as many headaches as we did with this venue. The most unfortunate part was that the venue was beautiful and we thought was going to be great due to the person we originally met with but we were wrong.

I give Creekside Conference and Event Center a perfect score! The wedding coordinator, Haley, from the start was great! My husband and I knew from the first time we met her that we wanted to work with her and get married at her venue. We totally trusted her, and it worked out great! Creekside was just beautiful; from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony and reception, I just couldn't be any happier with our decision. I hope you all find just as much luck with a venue as we did!

Everyone we worked with at Creekside was so happy to help and did anything they could to accommodate us! The food, space, staff, and service were outstanding. For what they offer, Creekside is very reasonably priced, especially if you have a wedding on an off day. My husband and I were so happy with how everything turned out and their attention to detail and continual communication with us allowed me to enjoy being a bride the day of!

So first and foremost Dennis and I have to say THANK YOU to Creekside Conference and Event Center for helping with our wedding. We literally had the best day of our lives and its because of Creekside Our coordinator Haley, has such an incredible gift and talent in hosting events. Every dream, idea or vision I had ...she saw it and executed it. We cannot thank her enough for all of her help over the last year. She made our wedding day perfect. It is so hard for a bride to relax and remember someone else is in charge and handling all of the back end stuff and I just remember sitting there watching her put all the vases together and directing the team that it clicked “Haley's got this” ....now time for me to relax. Thank you for letting me relax and enjoy my day. The bartenders were incredible. So friendly, welcoming and what a pleasure to be around. Best bartenders around. Overall, the night was beyond a success. Food was incredible, bacon to die for, drinks amazing, setting was perfect. I have never been happier!! You guys were amazing! Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.

My daughter made planning fun. She got engaged Jan 1, and wanted a large wedding May 4, two days after Medical School graduation. This meant she had very little time to make plans and help and I live in another state. She fell in love with Creekside right off the bat. We were lucky,there were only 4 Venue choices with the date open, and Creekside was one. Haley was our primary contact person. She was great. Questions were answered promptly, and details were explained very clearly. She was kind and easy to work with. The staff on the day of the wedding were very professional and pleasant. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests. The food was raved about. I had the Black Angus steak, and it may have been one of the best I've ever eaten. If I lived in the Columbus area, I would be suggesting a Creekside reception every chance I got.

As mother of the Bride, I could not be more pleased with the Creekside Conference And Event Center. Every member of the staff was very professional from the event coordinator, Haley Bateson, to the foreman of the clean up crew. The venue is lovely from the cozy fireside lounge to the nicely decorated restrooms. The venue itself is situated right in the heart of downtown Gahanna. Our photographer was able to take advantage of the plaza, the fountain, and the wooded areas surrounding the venue. In addition, Creekside allowed the photographer to come into the facility during the week for a formal bridal portrait session! The food was amazing. Typically, I don't expect the food to be great at a large event, but let me tell you the chef did an excellent job. Several of my guests (ones from the last table to go to the Buffett) have called to tell me how good the food was! Creekside also fabulous about setting up the tables with all of our " extras" such as place cards, favors, children's bags, and 20 cake plates. The real bonus for us was when we we leaving, the staff had packed up our "extra" and all the wedding gifts on carts. All we had to do was wheel them to the car. One last thing, they really keep tabs on the bar bill. Haley did a great job of estimating the possible consumption. We even received a refund!

I was IN LOVE with this place from day one! it is beautiful!! until the thursday night before my wedding around 8:30pm. I received a call from my wedding coordinator informing me that my ceremony space was not available. As you can imagine I was shocked and it didn't take long for me to completely break down. By the next morning our ceremony space had been relocated and all was well in my world. OTHER THAN THIS... Creekside is a gorgeous place to get married and to have your reception.

I would recommend creekside. they were easy to work with and very organized. My only complaint was that we has a large guest list and half of our guests received cold food.

My wedding was very beautiful but I felt rushed and I had it on a sunday and couldnt even get into venue till 2 and our wedding was at 4. Also during cocktail hour there was no seating fir people to sit I feel for 10000 dollars it should have all been perfect

Creekside was amazing! Haley did a wonderful job with communication. Creekside set up all my decorations and I had several guests make comments on how beautiful the place was!
