This venue was beautiful and the staff was super helpful and on top of things! Everything looked great and it made for a gorgeous wedding ceremony and a fun reception. McKayla was the staff member that helped us and she was attentive, friendly, and helped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
Everything about the vendor was amazing. The way the communicated, what they offered, the set up, the people we worked with, everything was amazing!!!!!! McKayla worked the night of our wedding and she was so helpful and made our night so special and perfect!!!
Jace was our contact on the night of the wedding and reception. He was awesome and everything was set up and ready to go. He was always there to help and to answer any questions we had. The cleaning crew was amazing as well.
Our only complaint was that the outside door that opens directly into the hall was unlocked. We had requested that it be locked and a sign directing people to the other door closer to the Shake Shack. Because it was unlocked this led to some confusion and many of our guests never saw the sign in book. Sad.
The kitchen area needs more counter space definitely! They accommodated and put a table up in there to add setup space.

Had our ceremony and reception here on June 20th 2023! We loved the beautiful space and all the decorations they have available for rent. However, some things were not as marketed to us and there were some hiccups along the way as we worked with the coordinator. We were told that the Bluetooth speaker system could get nice and loud, however the music was barely audible during our dancing time. We asked to turn it up a bit, but were told it couldn't get louder as it would "blow out the speakers" lol I am really not kidding when I say the music was barely audible in the hall. Additionally, I had emailed a few times beforehand to confirm that all the correct decor would be out, but it wasn't and I had to take inventory and ask the coordinator to get what was missing. The coordinator we worked with was less than friendly, unfortunately :( never smiled and made me feel like a burden for wanting what we had planned for together. It was an unfortunate part of our day to interact with this woman.
The venue is beautiful and the price is affordable! Just be aware that they may market things differently to you and be a little less than friendly.

was not the case last night. Also sad to hear my staff was not at their best for you. I will definitely reach out to staff and go over with them things that will be helpful for the next event.
I did speak with someone from the party who had left some belongings and praised our staff and venue for doing a fabulous job. Such a beautiful affordable place. Just finished with my daughters reception last night. The staff were so helpful and had everything I needed at hand at any given moment. Such a great experience for everyone who attended and for our family who planned it.
We had our daughters wedding reception at Crescent Hall which turned into the BEST place for the event. The very specific layout of tables and decor was perfect for what we wanted. The balcony worked wonderfully as overflow and used as a children’s space to feel part of the big party. The spacious main floor was perfect for eating and having a dance area. The decor we used from Crescent Hall really added to the vision we had in mind and they made come to life. The staff from the initial visit to the night of the reception was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The staff was hands on and met our every need.
I highly recommend Crescent Hall. I’m certain I will use them again.

Crescent Hall was just the perfect venue for our wedding and reception!! As soon as I saw pictures on The Knot I knew I wanted our event to be there, and it turned out so nice. Exactly what I was looking for!
We absolutely loved Crescent Hall!! Everything was timed perfectly from scheduling and planning meetings to the final event! It was a perfect day and our daughters wedding was absolutely stunning. Every person we encountered at crescent Hall was professional and sooo helpful! They are one of the very best in Utah!
