•I reserved this venue sight unseen, for a rehearsal dinner. •My communication with April (owner) was perfect. She answered my many, many, questions. The property/venue was more amazing that I expected. •April & Todd made this property their dream and they love helping others fulfill dreams of a perfect memory. •We did a “‘Twas the night before” Christmas sweater theme. The entry and the great room were decorated so beautifully for Christmas, nothing else was needed. However, we still placed some small trees around the room, because I had already purchased them just for this event. •The property is in the country, so it gets very dark, which can make parking a little tricky. •The bartender (Jimmie) met us when we arrived. He helped unload our beverages and came across as a long time friend of the family in the first 5 minutes. Our guests enjoyed cutting up with him. He was very helpful with set up, clean up and everything in between. He has worked for CHR and April & Todd since the beginning. •We have 1 more daughter to get married and I would definitely use this venue again. •Beautiful property and amazing owners/hosts makes for the perfect package.

Cricket Hill Ranch exceeded our expectations! April and Todd are amazing. The Barn and The Casitas were very private and accommodating. The weather and grounds were amazing for our beautiful outdoor wedding. Everything was perfect! Cricket Hill treated us like family. 😁

My husband and I loved everything about this venue! It has multiple, beautiful spaces and there’s so much you can do! The real star of this venue though is April - the venue manager. She was incredible to work with and truly cares about making sure your day is what you want it to be. Another perk is the on-site lodging! So happy we chose Cricket Hill Ranch!

From the day we walked in to tour this venue (during the first of the two winter storms might I add) we knew that Cricket Hill Ranch was the one. We chose the venue not only because of the breath taking views and the incredible amenities, but we chose Cricket Hill because of April and Todd. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and the most genuine people we have ever met. The venue is amazing and we had nothing but rave reviews of the venue from all of our guests at our wedding. Our wedding day was so relaxing and low stress because of Aubrey ( Cricket Hill day of coordinator) and April. At the end of the night, Todd made my husband and I feel welcome, appreciated, and valued with his word of appreciation. I couldn't recommend this venue enough to any and all brides or grooms. The venue in beautiful and the owners even more so. Thank you so much for the most perfect day we could've asked for Cricket Hill Ranch.

We had our wedding here in June and from the day we went to look at it, April and her husband were so inviting and welcoming. Cricket Hill is very roomy and beautiful! Sunset pictures are THE BEST here! We loved it here and so did our guests!

Five stars just aren't enough for Cricket Hill Ranch! We got married on 1/2/21 and April and Aubrey were the absolute best to work with. With a 3 month engagement (during COVID!) we were a little overwhelmed to say the least. April and Aubrey are incredibly talented and knowledgable in everything they do and I knew from the minute I met them that we were in the best of hands. They truly care about their clients in both big and small ways- they checked in regularly and were so quick to answer any questions/texts/calls along the way. Things that I would have been trying to figure out for hours they helped me resolve in minutes. They were flexible as plans had to change and helped make sure our day was absolutely perfect. The venue is GORGEOUS both inside and out and we had plenty of space and options for both the ceremony and reception. As a bride, I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day- they had everything more than under control and it could not have gone any smoother. We feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate our day at Cricket Hill Ranch! Would 100% recommend this venue and staff to any and all future brides- we were beyond pleased!

We chose this venue not just because it was beautiful, but because of the folks who own it. From the moment we met April and her team we knew we had to go with this venue for our wedding. They take such pride in their facilities and services and clearly have a passion for their work. Our experience was flawless and easy, and we will be forever grateful to our day-of coordinator Aubrey and the awesome team of staff for making everything come together so beautifully. We had an unforgettable day, I still have guests telling me that was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and I am so glad that folks enjoyed themselves. Our wedding at Cricket Hill Ranch was truly exceptional! From April and Todd's hospitality to the stunning hill country scenery and sunset, CHR was the perfect place for our intimate event. When we made the decision to scale down our wedding from 150 people to just our immediate families, April spent time discussing new plans with us to ensure that our day still felt special. And boy did it! Todd officiated our ceremony, and his words were beautiful and poignant. April and Aubrey made sure everything ran smoothly and that our dinner table was decorated impeccably. The CHR grounds provided an amazing backdrop for photos during sunset and a peaceful setting for our families to celebrate after dark by the light of the fire pit. April and Todd made us feel so welcome and at ease every step of the way. We're so happy with how everything went and highly recommend Cricket Hill Ranch for your event!

This place is picture perfect! So much room for guest to spread out. Easy staff to work with that really live to make your day special. So many special moments created at this place you will not regret picking Cricket Hill Ranch! People are still talking about how nice of a place it is. The Bridal area was a great spot to relax and get ready for the big moment. The Groom thought the game room was a nice touch. So many options on the property on where you want to host the ceremony; very versatile which is needed with Texas weather. Very well kept place! from the yard to the building it is cared for with love.

From the first time we went to tour the venue they were so welcoming and helpful! We immediately fell in love with the venue and everything it had to offer. They made our special day absolutely amazing!! My immediate family and I even stayed at their onsite lodging, which was such a lovely treat!

April is so so sweet! She let me come out to the venue multiple times before making my decision and was so accommodating. The venue is gorgeous and it’s secluded so you don’t have to worry about other background noise (ex: cars and trucks driving around). I would 100% recommend Cricket Hill Ranch

We had our wedding at Cricket Hill Ranch on 2/22/20 and it was beyond what we could have asked for. April and the entire staff were so amazing and if it weren’t for them and their assistance I know our day would not have gone as smoothly. After looking at SO many different venues I knew CHR was the one as soon as I walked in. It is warm and welcoming and my guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it was. I can’t say enough great things about this this venue and HIGHLY recommend for any future weddings or events!!

We had our daughter’s wedding at Cricket Hill Ranch in September and it was the most amazing day thanks to April, Todd and our wedding planner Aubrey who just happens to work with CHR. We began planning the wedding just as COVID started so there were more details to work with than usual. April and Aubrey were there every step of the way ensuring that every question was answered, every precaution was taken and every detail was handled so that we were able to relax and enjoy the day. CHR was a perfect venue for us with its beautiful location and on site accommodations. CHR has both beautiful indoor and outdoor areas which gave us a lot of flexibility in planning the wedding and the Bride and Groom suites are amazing. I just can’t say enough good things about Cricket Hill Ranch, April, Todd and Aubrey! They put their heart and soul into making our daughter’s wedding the most amazing and magical day!! I would highly recommend Cricket Hill Ranch and this team!!

With so many moving parts to a wedding it was hard for me to imagine everything going smoothly, but the Cricket Hill team pulled it off. My groomsmen and I enjoyed the upstairs area pre-wedding. Shot pool and watched football which kept nerves at bay. The reception set up outside worked great. We were blessed with clear weather. It was warm for October, but as soon as the sun went down it was nice. There was plenty of room for everyone to move around and visit. And when it came time for the dance party the barn worked out perfect. I also highly recommend the onsite lodging options. Very convenient. I heard multiple friends and family ask my wife how she found this venue and how beautiful it was. And in the weeks after have gotten more and more compliments that include praise for the venue. Overall I’d recommend Cricket Hill Ranch and April/Todd to anyone contemplating CHR for their big day.

We had our son’s rehearsal dinner here and it could not have been more perfect. April was so helpful with securing vendors to helping with all the last minute details on the night of the dinner. Beautiful venue!

First off, April is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and easy to work with! The venue is very intimate yet everything you could ask for in a venue! It was an instant yes when we toured! We booked our wedding for next year and we are so excited to be apart of their experience!

April was the absolute best and most accommodating person ever! She was very quick to answer all of the questions I had, and I had a lot. They have a great collection of cute and eclectic decorations that you can use, and it made my wedding feel very homey. I even had a guest who told me later that the whole place felt like a Hallmark movie. Even during these crazy times when I was very nervous about having my wedding (I had a breakdown in March about if I should cancel), April personally called me and made me feel as comfortable about everything as possible. Even though we were both in the dark about COVID, she was so calm and kept up to date about the state and county requirements to make everything safe. It turned out absolutely wonderful and I'm so glad I had my wedding at CHR!

The venue is beautiful, we had our daughters ceremony in December in front of the fireplace, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the patio, dinner inside and dancing/ DJ in the barn. April is amazing, our daughter loved the venue, and April’s calm confidence and flexibility was great, especially for a young bride. April provided a day of coordinator and that made a big difference, as I could enjoy the time getting ready and being with my daughter and her bridal party. Everyone who came is still talking about how beautiful the wedding was and how much they enjoyed themselves. Recommend with the highest confidence!

Cricket Hill Ranch is an absolutely stunning wedding venue and I feel so lucky to have had our wedding there! April and her husband Todd go above and beyond taking care of you. They set up and took down all of the chairs and tables, provide all of them, cut and served our cake, and even took care of decorating for us! They provide a wedding coordinator with the rental of the venue. Zoe was incredible! We lost our venue two weeks before our wedding because of COVID and April and Zoe saved us! I planned my table decorations for farm tables instead of rounds. Zoe and April took my decorations and made the most beautiful centerpieces and I didn’t have to come up with a new design! It was amazing to have that off my plate. Everything we could possibly need they took care of and treated us like family. The venue is STUNNING!!! I felt that we had a perfect wedding that was classier and so much prettier than the original venue we had selected. The venue is on a ranch were you don’t see any other buildings, and it made us feel so safe during COVID. Our guests felt the same. It has a beautiful big house that we used for the dinner but can also be used as the ceremony area. We chose to get married outside and the pictures are incredible! We chose to have our dance in the barn under all the twinkle lights. My favorite aspect of the venue is how much seating there is outside under more twinkle lights where guests that I thought would leave once the dance started instead stayed and enjoyed the beautiful night. We also rented their “barndomenium” which is an apartment attached to the barn. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was so wonderful leaving the wedding and just walking into our apartment! They also let our dog, Penelope, stay on sight, which meant she got to be in our wedding. We also had our rehearsal dinner on site and I’m so thankful that we did. We had a taco truck come to the venue and had dinner in the barn and I loved every minute of it. The staff at CHR is incredibly nice and helpful. We never felt rushed but instead felt so welcomed. The bartenders were amazing and friendly and even brought a drink to me when we took pictures outside at sunset. I cannot say enough wonderful things about April. She is a kindred spirit, one that truly has her heart in the right place. It is truly a family environment where the team at CHR make you feel welcomed and a part of that family. At the end of the night I discovered they had already cleaned the bridal suite and groom suite for us and had placed my flowers all around our apartment for the night. I didn’t clean anything or pack anything up at all. If I had to do all of it over again, I wouldn’t look anywhere but Cricket Hill Ranch for our venue.

By far the best experience I could ask for! Let's first just touch on how GORGEOUS this place is. The morning I woke up to marry the man of my dreams I had an amazing view of the sunrise from the bunkhouse. It was so breathtaking, I'll never forget it! Once things started rolling it was like clockwork. April and Todd have everything down to a science from setting up to mingling with your family. They are SO great! My husband and I plan on finding a reason to use this place again, not only because it's an amazing venue, but because we got to go visit the coolest people in the world who own it!

Cricket Hill Ranch is the most beautiful place for an outdoor or indoor wedding. They also have some accommodations perfect for the bridal party so they can start getting ready at the venue. That was a big plus for us! April and her staff had everything running smoothly and will see to your every need.

Weddings can be fun and exciting yet overwhelming at the same time. We searched all over Austin looking for the right place and couldn’t be happier to have found it at Cricket Hill Ranch! When our daughter had us meet for a walk though- it was love at first sight! The venue is Beautiful and so are the owners April and Todd. These two clearly take pride in everything they have set out to accomplish . It shows! We met for a walk though and took a tour of the property and fell in love with everything from interior to the most amazing Hill country backdrops! Our daughter didn’t need to convince us any further. We recently had our daughter’s ceremony and our family and friend were so impressed with the care and service we received from the entire staff at Cricket Hill! Everyone was so professional and took great care of us. This venue accommodates everyone with its spaciousness. We had one of the BEST wedding planners Aubrey that clearly loves what she does because it shines through! I have to say now that the day is over we would do it all over, again and again at Cricket Hill!

Cricket Hill Ranch was a dream! We searched and searched for our venue and when we toured the property, we instantly knew that we would be married there. April and Aubrey were extremely helpful, responsive, and kind. They have really thought of everything and it shows. The staff was very professional and courteous and always quick to help when needed. The wedding and the venue couldn’t have been better! Everything was beautiful and April was great to work with. As the mother of the bride I was very involved and April made it easy from start to to finish. We had over 150 people and everything ran smoothly. I got lots of comments from guests how beautiful everything was and what a great time they had. All in all it was perfect.

Cricket Hill Ranch - more than a wedding venue. On a cold and rainy January 2018 day with a list of 10+ venues to visit, we set out to Dripping Springs, the wedding capital of Texas. The wedding date was March 2019 and the venue selection needed to be made soon. Halfway through the list, it was clear there wouldn’t be a need to continue after meeting April and touring her property. She was genuine and her place reflected this. For my daughter, the bride, an extraordinary venue for an outdoor dream wedding was needed. We’d seen several venues that could provide a great location, but it was clear CHR would provide much more. Here, a true interest in her vision would be made a priority. For me, mother of the bride, her vision was important, but equally important was a venue that would demonstrate care, interest, expertise, and professionalism. It was critical that this be more than a wedding day; CHR would provide the wedding experience for not only the bride and groom, but also the wedding party, family, and guests. CHR exceeded our expectations - it provided peace of mind. The property is spectacular for a ceremony The ability for the bride-to-be and her girls to stay on-site the night before was beyond convenient The spacious, well-designed bridal suite accommodations for the bridal party, and hair and makeup artists was everything The spacious room for the groom and his best guys was so much more than a room – it was exceptional, allowing for plenty of space for dressing, visiting, a game of pool, and celebratory toasts. April and the CHR staff met every one of our needs and then some. Working with Aubrey, our coordinator, was such a pleasure. She listened, and never tired of our list of thoughts, wants, and needs. She continually offered valuable input. Throughout the year of planning, she always made herself available and was quick to offer exactly what was needed….advice, input, and more importantly, honesty. She was instrumental in my daughter’s vision becoming a reality for everyone to become a part of. The once in a lifetime wedding (weekend) experience went off without a hitch. And, many of our wedding guests made two new friends in Dripping Springs.

She pays attention to all the small details to make your day beautiful. She coordinates with a wedding planner, Aubrey, who is phenomenal! Cricket Hill Ranch was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. The owners and staff we very professional and made the event beautiful and unique. Everything was taken handled by the owners and the wedding coordinator so that all the family had to do was relax and enjoy the day. I would definitely recommend Cricket Hill Ranch for a wedding or any other special occasion.

From the very first day we met April, my husband and I truly felt at home and cared for. We pulled up to the venue and it took our breath away. It's even more beautiful in person! With options to have an indoor or outdoor ceremony, CHR is extremely versatile and can be tailored to fit any couples style. Throughout the whole planning process, April & Aubrey were always available to talk and quick to respond with any questions we had. We had hoped to have an outdoor ceremony by the big tree, but weren't able to do so due to the cold weather. However, April & Aubrey went above and beyond to accommodate the last minute change. The day of went seamlessly and we couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to make our wedding day dreams come true. April and her team at CHR make you top priority! If you want a team that will work night and day, treat you like family, and support you on your journey as a married couple, do yourself a favor and book with CHR.

Cricket Hill Ranch is a beautiful and amazing venue. I loved that it had different options for the ceremony and reception sites. Not to mention the amazing Bridal and Groom suites! April, Tom, and Aubrey were very helpful from the day we booked all the way to the day of. My only recommendation would be to use outside bartenders. We did not have the best experience with one of the bartenders provided; some of the behavior was actually quite embarrassing to the guests who witnessed it. The issue did get handled and that was appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Cricket Hill Ranch is such a gorgeous venue and a tremendous value for the price. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out and April and Todd made us feel like family and have become extremely important to us. April was always available for any questions I had and I really can’t brag about them enough! Our wedding day was PERFECT!!!

We wouldn’t change a thing about the Cricket Hill Ranch or choosing CHR for our wedding day. The house, the acreage, and the people at CHR were absolutely lovely!

CHR was amazing from the beginning; we looked at CHR first and the venues we looked at afterwards were a sad comparison AND more expensive! My husband said the other venues were just going to nickel and dime us to death; which was true. Everything was 'you can do this for a fee' or 'we'll charge you for that.' Not at CHR! What you see is what you get! April and Aubrey are a great team; Aubrey answered all my ridiculous questions and April is so accommodating. Our wedding was beautiful and our guests commented on how much fun they had, how beautiful the venue was, etc. Aubrey's nature to swoop in and fix a problem is such a great quality in a wedding planner. When I chose to go with a random hair/makeup person and that lady started acting shady about money, Aubrey took care of the problem in one phone call. (Huge help for someone who avoids confrontations.) Aubrey also saved the day during the wedding, when me 2 year old niece/flower girl decided to sit down before she got to the aisle and almost had a melt down. Aubrey grabbed her and walked down the aisle with her. It was perfect and so cute too! Get married at CHR, nothing else compares!

I honestly can't say enough about Cricket Hill Ranch. They made our wedding day absolutely perfect from start to finish. April was incredible to work with and it is clear that they take a lot of pride in their property. All of our guests raved about how beautiful it was. Since we got married in November it was important for us to have the flexibility to do an inside our outside venue since the weather can be a little unpredictable. Cricket Hill gave us several options for where we could do both the ceremony and reception. We ended up being able to have it outside at sunset. The string twinkle lights under the big tree made everything look magical. Best day ever!

Great venue, great people working there! You get so much and at a great price. They include a wedding coordinator! Without that we do not know what we would have done!

I just got back the photos of my son’s wedding at Cricket Hill Ranch and wow, they were amazing! I wanted to write this review because in seeing the photos, and from the wonderful memories, I wanted to give a five-star shout out to Cricket Hill Ranch. They were the perfect venue for our son’s wedding. Cricket Hill is a wonderful Texas hill country outdoor and indoor venue. The grounds were classy yet relaxed and spacious, with numerous areas to sit and hang out. The ceremony was outside under the beautiful oak trees, the dinner inside and comfortable, the bridal party photos were knock-out beautiful in the Texas grasslands, the dancing started on the outdoor patio at sunset, then all headed into the barn where the party rocked! The venue comes with a wedding planner and Aubrey was totally awesome, keeping things flowing and adjusting where needed. She also provided a preferred venue list, and they were all great to work with. It really helps that we had full choice in catering, and could bring in drinks to keep costs down. Tip: Verdis! Wow, their food was amazing. Cricket Hill is a family business and owners, April and Todd, take time to the event to make sure everything is going well. It's awesome that they only book one event per weekend and so we get more time on site and it’s relaxed. One other thing I really liked is that they have a bunkhouse and apartment on site. Since we had many families with young children, we booked the apartment and Aubrey arranged for a babysitter. Kids were able to chill out with a video and go to bed early and from parents got to enjoy their time too. I got so many thanks for this! Such a wonderful venue in so many ways! I can’t imagine this wedding happening anywhere else.

We are so happy we chose Cricket Hill Ranch as our wedding venue. They were very accommodating and made us feel like family. One thing we really liked about the venue was that it was not confined. So after dinner people were able to really spread out and enjoy themselves. Very beautiful property with amazing views!

I have nothing but positive and wonderful things to say about Cricket Hill Ranch. The venue was our favorite in pictures, but we went to see some other venues before this one and had planned to see some after visiting this one. The moment we pulled up to CHR we knew it was the one. We didn't even visit the remaining venues! The house is absolutely beautiful, the barn is so much fun and gives the rustic feel, and the lawn is breathtaking. April, Todd, and Aubrey go above and beyond to make sure your big day is perfect, and they are so welcoming. You can tell they care a lot about making sure you are happy. We had so many guests come up to us during the reception raving about how beautiful everything was. Naturally, not everything goes perfectly or you forget something on your big day, and for us it was rain. We ended up doing our ceremony in the great house because the ground was so wet, but we weren't even upset because the great house is so incredible and the team worked really hard to make sure everything still went seamlessly! If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. THANK YOU CHR for making our day so wonderful!!

Wow! Just WOW!!! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. As most of you may know and have explained, Cricket Hill Ranch is just breathtaking! From the minute you pull up the driveway, this place just blows you away. Cricket Hill Ranch is designed for a fairytale wedding, with every last detail in mind. We used Cricket Hill for our work Christmas Party and from the moment we approached the owner, April, with this, being as how it wasn't a wedding, she welcomed us with open arms. She was so inviting, thorough and went through a list of suggestions with us that we could incorpate to customize our work event. She was so amazing that we booked the exact same day we went to tour the venue. She didn't just stop from the first day we met, she was there every step along the way when we needed her. On the day of, she had things accounted for that we didn't even think of and all her, her husband Todd and daughter were working our event. This is a family owned business that truly make you feel like family and take pride in what they do! The venue looked picture perfect with all the Christmas decorations and every person at the party truly enjoyed themselves and told us all night long what a great time they were having. That is what you call a successful night! I, myself, got married a few months back at a different venue. Had I known what I do now, I would have gotten married here in a heartbeat. It's one thing to find the perfect venue, but it's another to find perfect management. You get both with Cricket Hill Ranch! You can't go wrong selecting them for your big day. I wish there was an option for 100 stars...April and Todd are AMAZING!!! We literally just met them yesterday, gave our deposit today and I already can’t wait to see them again! My fiancé and I immediately fell in love with them and their venue. We traveled over 300 miles and I would have traveled 1,000 more for an experience like I just had! If this is just the beginning I can only imagine what my big day will be like!! If you plan on visiting CHR, don’t waste your time making any other appointments! This place is IT!!

This place was amazing! April and Aubrey work so well together and were so helpful to us the entire time. The property was so gorgeous and they were so knowledgeable and respectful. They went above and beyond to make our day beyond amazing. We had a wonderful experience here, and are so grateful for their help and our time here!!!

Cricket Hill is absolutely amazing! We had the perfect venue on our wedding day. The ambiance of the majestic grounds is nothing short of magical. We chose to exchange our vows under the wedding tree; however, there are many options. We enjoyed the bridal suite, the indoor dining for an intimate dinner, cocktails on the patio, and reception in the beautiful barn! My husband and I highly recommend Cricket Hill Ranvh. April along with our wedding planner Aubrey exceeded our expectations! My needs were anticipated and as the bride I felt completely confident they had everything under control. Make your memories like we did at Cricket Hill Ranch!!

I’m a woman of (too) many words most of the time, but when it comes to trying to find the words to explain how much April and Todd from Cricket Hill Ranch mean to me I just can’t seem to do it. They’ve become a part of our lives and will be bright stars in our lives from here on out. Cricket Hill Ranch wasn’t just a wedding venue to us. April and Todd weren’t just “the owners” to us. What they do goes far beyond the call of duty for the service industry, and I can say their unending patience, respect, and genuine interest in everything we were doing (or thinking about doing) is what I’ll always remember and it’s usually the first thing I want to share with others. It’s right up there with immediately shouting out MIKE REED PHOTOGRAPHY as soon as someone mentions our wedding! When we talk about our wedding, everything from the engagement to actual day of, along with everything in between, somehow we always come back to talking about Cricket Hill Ranch. Sometimes it’s because the venue itself was brought up by another guest, or someone mentions seeing our photos (by Mike Reed Photography) and pays a compliment to something that we can only give credit to CHR for. Oftentimes its one of us willingly bringing up CHR or April and Todd, but it’s not because we have to. Instead it’s because they’re woven into our stories and fit seamlessly into our most significant memories together (so far). I looked at a handful of places online. CHR was the only place I actually felt a connection with and actually emailed asked for more information. I didn’t care about any other place. The website finally showcased the type of venue I was envisioning in my mind; an outdoor ceremony with trees, a natural setting, a rustic barn, outdoor space, and incredible indoor space. Something for everyone, but everything for us. After seeing the prices and services covered by CHR I was ready to sign the contract! I only wanted to go view one place, and that same day before we had even driven off the property I knew that I wanted our wedding and reception to be at CHR. It was more than enough to have the most beautiful setting, but I never imagined that the people behind the perfect venue (for us) were going to be the greatest gift. If you’re thinking about Cricket Hill Ranch, go for it. You’re not going to find anywhere else in the area that can provide for you what April and Todd at Cricket Hill Ranch will give you... a special friendship, priceless memories, and unwavering support right up to the moment you take those first steps towards the person you’re going to spend the rest of your life with. We didn’t just spend one day out there, and we aren’t done making memories at Cricket Hill Ranch. To anyone thinking about a place to make memories, think about CHR. I held my wedding reception here in September of 2017. Stylistically the venue was perfect for our Hill County wedding, and April and her team did a fantastic job of making sure everything went smoothly. They truly went above and beyond; the set-up they did was beautiful and they even made a sign so that people knew about the special Bride and Groom homebrews we made. I was very anxious during the wedding planning process, but April was great to work with and very understanding. I also recommend catering with Verde's, since the two teams worked together very well.

The most amazing family owned venue. April & the Cricket Hill Team brought my dream day to life! With the craziness of getting married during a pandemic, they went above & beyond to be accommodating to every comfort level. We utilized all the amenities available to us - venue for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, coordinator, & lodging. It was our very own Hill Country home for the weekend. Our family & friends were very complimentary of the beauty of the venue & it’s functionality. The entire team worked efficiently with all our vendors to ensure a seamless execution. I couldn’t have asked for a better army of support during all the stages of planning & enjoying my wedding. I would do it all over again!! Thank you, CHR Family!

Our wedding isn't until late 2019, but April has been extremely helpful with everything already! This was only the second venue we looked at and we were instantly sold! We toured 7 other venues after this and nothing compared to Cricket Hill Ranch. The venue is gorgeous and it's obvious that it is very well taken care of. April has gone above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and I am so grateful that they had our wedding date available! (Someone called asking for our date a couple days after we signed our contract!!)
