Clea’s level of attention to detail is second to nine and they’re experience and expertise made the entire process of planning the lighting for our event extremely easy. To be honest the hardest part was deciding what NOT to use in our wedding. They had so many fun options and capabilities that everything seemed like it would be super fun. Working through the details of our wedding was super easy and a ton of fun. On the day of the wedding is where they really set themselves apart. They were super accommodating to us, and paid attention to details that were not part of they’re responsibilities. Foe example, my now mother in law watched Clayton work with the venue when he realized that the chairs for our ceremony were not set up in a clean row. Minor details like that is what makes all the difference when looking back through your photos and we couldn’t appreciate what they did for us more. We had pin lights during our ceremony, up lights, disco lights, and fog machine (highly recommended). I can’t tell you how many people commented on how fun the lighting was and it really made the entire experience all the more fun than it would have been. If you’re in need of lighting you cannot go wrong with Crimson Haze Lighting and we could not recommend them more.

Club Hotel’s Northern Lights Dome Room. While the venue had all of our criteria, the height of he ceiling was what kept me hesitant about booking. Cue in CRIMSON HAZE. I was in awe when I saw more photos of the dome room with lighting from Crimson Haze, I knew it was the perfect venue, and they were the perfect vendor. In all honesty, Crimson Haze’s lighting, was one out of the 2 big reasons we decided to book with the Arctic Club. I reached out to Crimson Haze shortly after we reserved our venue and Clea emailed back with a VERY DETAILED package that included all of their services and pricing. The rest is what they call history - Clea and Clayton were such a pleasure to work with. After sending Clea a draft of our wedding timeline, colors and details of the decorations we were having (a wall of fake flowers and some drapes) she responded back with suggestions she thought would be beautiful with our ideas. Now, though she suggested them, not once did we feel any pressure to say yes to them. I loved how she included a very detailed explanation of the suggestions, and most of the time even included a photo of what she was describing. I perceived that these photo examples were not going to be exact, but it was great in that in provided a visual of what something would look like; which is HUGE when planning an event. A few minutes before walking down the aisle, I told myself to refrain from expecting so much out of the decorations and to focus on my groom - the marriage is the highlight, after all. When the doors opened, I was completely blow away with every detail! The lighting really was the last and most significant puzzle piece that pulled everything together! That was the icing on top of the cake when we said, “I do!” The room was transformed into something more than what I could have ever imagined. A lot of credit goes to all my vendors that day, but even more of a shout out to Crimson Haze. Thank you so much, Clea and Clayton! You truly helped our day become an unforgettable one! Here is why their reputation precedes them :) Firstly, finding vendors is not an easy feat, and very frustrating to have to continuously 'request a quote' to get information about a vendor's previous work and their service offering. Crimson Haze has a fantastic website, Facebook and Instagram accounts that let future bride and grooms have transparency into their work. I very much appreciated their before/after pictures of how pin spotting, uplighting, etc. changed the atmosphere of the event! This transparency into what they provide, coupled with their incredible professionalism and willingness to work with your budget and vision, is why Clea and Clayton are worth EVERY PENNY. Our wedding was at Fairmont Olympic Seattle, and had the ceremony in the Spanish Foyer, Cocktail Hour in the Garden Room and the Reception in the Spanish Ballroom. Given the flow and type of event, Clea and Clayton helped turn an already stunning venue, into an incredibly glamorous evening. They custom designed twin Gobos which we had displayed throughout the night in the Foyer (this logo even became the focal theme of the rest of the design elements of our wedding). In addition, they provided ceremony lighting, pin spotting on all of the tables, cake table and bars in the reception, as well as uplighting (dynamic wedding lighting and dance party). They turned our vision into a reality: an intimate and formal black-tie affair (with warm uplighting elements) that turned into a dance party that rivaled any club in town (throughout the night, they were controlling the dance party lights that adapted with the music)! Finally, Clea and Clayton's professionalism is evident throughout every step of the process: from our initial conversation, to the day of our wedding, they are a vendor you do not need to be concerned if there will be miscommunication or hidden costs. We chose to keep the ballroom drapes open during our wedding ceremony/reception, and CH’s uplighting perfectly accentuated the most beautiful parts of the ceremony, and complemented the moody draping on the walls. One thing that is unique to CH is their confetti box offering! It was the perfect surprise that added suspense, excitement and dimension to our dance party. y have a very good eye for lighting! The soft hues for the ceremony made the room look so romantic, exactly what we wanted! The reception lighting was so dramatically different and fun! We got married at the Arctic Club and they were able to light the dome up in multiple colors! They even lit up the room in mine and my husband's school colors so we could snap a few photos! Everything they did went seamlessly and our guests still rant about the lighting to this day! We would recommend them to all of our couples getting married!

l, I feel that it is most important for any vendors to respond and react to the Bride (and the Groom's) needs immediately. Clea did just that. We made several adjustments to our original plan throughout the planning process and she was very quick to revise them and also added her professional recommendations without being pushy! I had a special request for her to light up my handmade paper flower wall and the lights really made the flowers pop and turned out even better than imagined. They lit up the Four Season ballroom beautifully with colors changing throughout the night and welcomed us in with spectacular "paparazzi special lighting effect" for our grand entrance followed by "dancing on the clouds" dry ice effect for our first dance. We even had the same cloud effect surround us during our cake cutting; and they even lit up the cake table! After the wedding day, they sent us a link to view and download some of the pictures that they captured of the ballroom, dancing and cake cutting! Talk about AMAZING service!! Overall, they truly made the entire experience so enjoyable and I am so thankful for them!!

. And this really is a pretty space because I ended up having my wedding here a couple months ago and had Crimson back to do the lighting. Thanks to them, it was such a gorgeous and memorable event. And the right lighting also means that we got the best photos to capture the day to help us relive those memories forever. When it comes to lighting it's not just about making a room glow in color or having special lighted areas or fog machines, etc. Even the most basic uplighting can make a venue bright and beautiful after the sun goes down. And that's where I'll be eternally grateful to this company! But more than that, they had the expertise to suggest different styles of lighting to really show off what they do best, while also showing off the space. Which isn't just setting lights up to brighten a space, but also setting up lights to set the mood and tone of an event. This included various lighting effects, colored lights, and more. I was absolutely stunned with how transformed the space was because of something seemingly so simple. And that's just it - it's NOT simple at all! They're such pros and experts that my event literally could not have been pulled out without them. I arrived onsite to set up about 5.5 hrs before the event. Plenty of time to set tables, set out linens, etc. But you know who was there before me? Crimson Haze! They were early, they stayed late, they adjusted, re-adjusted, and made everything perfect. Even when I threw in a couple of speed bumps and made last minute changes at the event. They were professional, kind, generous, and talented. I just can't say enough about how grateful I am that they were there.
