Cristi is incredible. She has a strong attention to detail, respects your vision and process, makes recommendations for excellent vendors as needed, and executes with ease. We had our wedding of 140 people at Historic Walton House, which required a lot of outside vendor coordination (we ended with 20+ vendors). She far surpassed our expectations for organizing all of the vendors both pre wedding and day of. We honestly could not have coordinated all of the vendors without her. With her strong attention to detail, our wedding vision truly came to life. We had a pretty unique design/style that we were aiming for and after discussing the vision, Cristi was able to easily identify our needs with vendors who would represent the design best. On the day of, she was able to make executive decisions on the design components without involving me and every decision she made was perfect. Cristi also played a strong role in managing our expectations throughout the process, and helped my parents and I make decisions with our interests in mind but also considering the realities of wedding day coordination and her past experiences. The day of went so smoothly; her team was super attentive to our needs and was able to pivot as needed. I would trust her team with my life! We ended up using her for 6 months of pre-wedding service with day of coordination and do not regret our decision whatsoever. Honestly I can't really put into words all that she does; just know she is a wedding wizard. I can promise that your wedding will be in extremely good hands with Cristi and her team!!

It is hard to put into words how incredible our wedding was, and a large part of that is due to Cristi. Cristi was incredible to work with from the start. We do not live in Miami, and she made it easy to meet with us the few times we were in town but also allowed for a clear line of communication when we were not. From day one, Cristi guided us through the entire process, assisting with vendor and venue selection. Cristi was beyond incredible. I am a naturally anxious and detail oriented bride, and Cristi helped bring my vision to life. She asked detailed questions to get to know me and my fiance better and brought us to vendors who she trusted to execute our vision. As we began looking at different vendors and venues, she brought us to a few different vendors and venues at different price points so we could make a decision that we felt comfortable with both in the price range and vision execution. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Cristi had everything under control and I felt beyond stress free. She went above and beyond and helped facilitate the booking of golf and spa the day before the wedding and brunch the morning after. The morning of our wedding, I was so calm that everyone kept asking why was I so calm, and my response was "Cristi!" She was so patient with me, even through all my million and one questions. Planning an Indian wedding is no easy task, yet Cristi helped us pull it together seamlessly. She is organized, easy to work with, has superb taste, flexible, and will help you execute your vision. Cristi is the best. I am naturally a very anxious person. I truly do not know what I would have done without Cristi there. I had extremely detailed requests and all were executed to plan. She has such a calm energy and has a solution for everything. I kept having my closest friends and family ask me why I was so calm as I got ready the morning of my wedding and I truly have Cristi to thank for it. I also found out the morning after our wedding that our venue had lost the glass we broke during our ceremony. I was heartbroken. Cristi called the venue coordinator and had a team go through the garbage (no small task) at the venue until they found it. I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Cristi and her team. 10/10.

Cristi was truly a lifesaver and I am not sure how the event would have turned out without her assistance. We had hired all of the vendors and coordinated as much as we could but as we were approaching the final month it was unclear how we were going to pull everything together. Then we hired Cristi and once everything was put into her hands, all of our worries disappeared. She was calming, confident and very capable. She was familiar with the venue and the vendors we chose and listened to the requests of various family members as well as the bride and groom and was able to make everyone happy. The event turned out beautiful and went off without a hitch. We will definitely recommend Cristi to anyone planning an event.

Cristi and her crew remained calm and professional throughout the month we hired her. We had some venue problems and the day of the wedding we had a huge dress problem, and they kept focused on getting my daughter down the isle and having a wonderful wedding. Was very impressed with Cristi.

Thanks to Cristi G Events I was able to enjoy the entire week of my daughters wedding. The most used adjetive from our guests to describe the wedding was PERFECT! The bride and groom wanted an elegant traditional cocktail reception and sit down dinner with a high energy live band dancing party to follow. Cristi and her team delivered "seamless perfection". The next morning the bride and groom said, "that went by so fast, can we do it again?" I can't think of a better compliment than that.

Where to even begin? From the very first call with Cristi, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. We had a specific vision of what we wanted for our day and Cristi was instrumental in bringing it to life. We hired Cristi for Day-Of coordination which included about a month of preparation. From the moment we met with Cristi, there was a massive weight off our shoulders. My fiance, family and I had just begun re-planning our wedding due to Covid. Under the stress of wedding planning plus the added stress of the virus, Cristi was always optimistic and ensured our dreams would come true. Her and her team stayed consistent and supportive throughout the entire process. From every small detail to large detail, Cristi made sure I was on task and helped me through EVERY step of the way.  Cristi made sure we were able to try appetizers as we got ready for our portraits and even changed my earrings at the end of the night. No detail goes unnoticed with Cristi.She even was able to point out a a flaw on my bustle for the dress that we were able to fix before the big day- her very helpful idea to practice bustling it before hand. I also was an out of town bride, and when I was in town, Cristi dedicated HOURS to do venue walk throughs and came to my parent's house to walk through the entire day. Cristi has a special gift for detail which made our day flawless. TRULY. The week before the wedding we had to navigate changes, and Cristi in her planning made sure we can tackle each change with calm.  Cristi is connected to great vendors and was even able to make my last-minute dreams come true- such as adding cold sparklers for the first dance. Cristi kept me focused and calm and her team made every moment happen. Honestly, we could not have asked for a better planner or team. She even drove my brother home at the end of the night when he did not fit in the uber. I mean, come on. Full service.

We hired Cristina as our wedding day coordinator and worked with her on a special package in order to receive planning guidance and vendors references. After our first meeting with her we knew we had found the perfect professional! Cristina is a master of logistics and having worked at our venue several times, she knew exactly how to guide us throughout our planning process. Without her, we may have made some very bad decisions! To execute a wedding so flawlessly takes serious skills and she definitely has them all. Our big went without a hitch, everything flowed so smoothly, it was incredible. Our guests had a blast and til this day they are raving about what an amazing time they had. I know for a fact that their experience could have been different would it not have been for Cristina’s guidance and experience. She’s well known and respected in the industry for how professional she is, and we can definitely attest to that. She helped us put together an amazing wedding team and we are forever thankful for her in making our wedding such a perfect day! We strongly recommend her to any couples out there!

Cristi was exceptional! She was organized, patient, efficient, and executed our wedding exactly how we had imagined. We had a mixed culture wedding (arabic/hispanic) and she had great ideas to incorporate in the wedding plus helped us execute our own ideas (with a DIY hora loca, cigar bar, a traditional Kuwaiti Yalwa, incorporating cuban food, etc)s We had a partial planning contract, and she was available readily for meetings and was extremely prepared and organized through out. She had great vendor recommendations that fit our vision. She orchestrated many behind the scene events eg checking insurance of vendors, phone calls, contract reviewing etc and always kept us in the loop. She gave us her time, never rushed meetings and even came to pick up wedding items before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she took care of everything seemlessly! She had a wonderful team to help her too. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Cristi to anyone planning a wedding without hesitation! We wish her all the success with future planning.

Cristi and her team were amazing and a dream! As the day of planner she was incredible but the time leading up to the wedding would have not been the same without her. She was always an email, text, or phone call away. She was also a part time therapist haha. If I was stressing over anything, she was quick to find a solution and resolve the problem. I was so relaxed the day of my wedding and enjoyed every moment of it. The day was seamless, a perfect flow, nothing was out of place, simply flawless! The wedding day coordinator was the perfect orchestrator of my day. She was organized and punctual. The catering, photographer, and musicians were all synchronized by her with effortless precision and grace. She’s an expert in wedding logistics and my favorite thing about her is definitely the fact that she was ALWAYS available for me. She was around from the moment she dropped the bouquet off at my hotel in the morning of my wedding and didn’t leave the party until my husband and I left the venue. Highly recommended.

Hiring Cristi G Events for partial planning was one of the best things we did for our wedding! I was impressed by her ability to focus on the details while zooming out to see the bigger picture. She is insanely organized, which instantly soothed my chaotic brain filled with to-do lists and research. My husband and I had been planning the wedding from Brooklyn where we live and Cristi made communicating electronically very easy. Cristi G was the coordinator for our daughter’s wedding this past November. Post Hurricane Irma in Miami, in our backyard, with numerous vendors to plan around in addition to working through landscaping and tree contractors timelines, we were pretty sure something would go wrong. It not only went off “without a hitch” (at least none we heard about, thanks to her), it was a fantastic time. Cristi was not only responsive and empathetic to us, she was on top of every detail and every vendor’s responsibilities. She even arranged for some last minute items like additional bar back supplies, orchid hanging inside the tents and arranging for security and valet parking. She made one of the most important days in our lives stress free and happy. You can not go wrong with Cristi G Events.

I was a bridesmaid and maid of honor at two different weddings that Cristi planned prior to my own engagement. At the end of the night at the second wedding, I jokingly told her that if I get engaged, I wanted her to be my planner. Three months later and I was sitting at an initial meeting with her to discuss details. Two best friends and all four of their parents didn’t have to tell me twice: “Cristi is THE BEST! You HAVE to use her.” Period, end of story. But here’s my story. My parents and I were planning a do-it-yourself wedding, which I wanted to hold in their backyard. They live on a little under half of an acre and my guest list was impossible to get down to less than 230 people, a number far higher than many large venues in Miami will allow themselves. We knew it was going to be a lot of work. From day one, Cristi understood how important it was to me to have my backyard wedding and though she honestly expressed her concern for space, she never once suggested I consider another venue; she never once made feel like we wouldn’t be able to get it done. Cristi officially began working with us four months out from my wedding. From this point forward, she became the main point of contact, she stayed on top of all of our remaining payments, and she helped us book the rest of our vendors, seemingly effortlessly. Cristi’s constant concern for whether or not I was happy with decisions we were making made a huge impact on me. Because this was such a logistics-heavy wedding, I had a lot of decisions to make, both big and small, in order to bring my vision to life. Cristi ALWAYS made sure I was happy with and excited about what we were doing, and if not, she wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to find other options that better fit my preferences. I never felt rushed, which was really important and meaningful to me because I got overwhelmed a lot throughout the planning – her timeline checklist leaves room for “falling behind” while still remaining ahead of the game. Everything was really JUST SO EASY once Cristi took over. I think that is the simplest way to say that she went above and beyond to make sure my parents and I had no more stress in terms of planning. Any issue that came up was treated with the response: Cristi will know what to do. By the time the wedding week came around, I felt at total peace. Cristi came over nearly every single day (a rare necessity given the venue was our backyard) to ensure that the tent and catering equipment was set up perfectly. On Friday and Saturday, in the midst of the most chaotic part of the planning, she called me to make sure I was feeling good about everything. It felt so good having her make a point to reach out to me and make sure I was doing well. Looking back on the day before and day of my wedding, I can sincerely say that I had not a care in the world. Small and major things were left undone by accident by my parents and myself, only to be completed by Cristi. It truly is a miracle that we were able to execute the wedding so flawlessly that day, but I owe that miracle entirely to Cristi and her team. Cristi and Cristi G Events should be known for their professionalism, kindness and genuine care, and unbelievable ability to execute even the most detail-specific wedding with ease. Cristi made not only me, but my parents as well, feel exactly how every bride and parent wants to feel during the wedding: happy, excited, relaxed, taken care of, and ready to party. Cristi G is the greatest planner of all time! As a bride who did NOT think about planning a wedding until I was proposed to, having a wedding planner was a NEED in our budget. Cristi was suggested to us by a family member who had used Cristi G Events for her wedding. After meeting Cristi for the first time 16 months before the wedding day, my husband and I fell in love with youthfulness, her concepts of keeping things fresh and the fact that she was just as organized as my mother. Wedding Planning really opened my eyes to how vendors think they know what a client wants and don't deliver, or even to push a bride to make decisions that may not always be what the bride wants but "what is in" or "what is right"; Cristi knew how to match us perfectly as a couple to our vendors that would keep us in our element and in our ideas. Cristi never made us feel rushed to select a vendor because she was phenomenal in keeping us on pace, and prioritizing all of our meetings and vendors. Cristi was incredible at keeping our love and our personalities as visible and true throughout our wedding. As out of the box of a couple that we are Cristi gave her heart and soul to make this the most absolute and divine wedding that our guest, parents and even we could have ever imagined. During our planning Cristi was with us during our most difficult times (hospitalizations, career changes, etc.) and was still able to make this process that most amazing, enjoyable and easy planning. I truly enjoyed every minute of my wedding and the planning leading to it. Cristi is no wedding planner, she is no fairy tale, she is the friend you want and the friend you NEED during an event like this. Cristi was the MOH, the MOB and the Bridesmaid all tied into one, especially when I had a few breakdowns and Cristi wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and turn my attitude around. After all said and done Cristi is by far the most amazing human to have on your wedding team. #squadgoals is an understatement for Cristi and her team. She is an unstoppable force and one you want around. I would give my highest recommendation to ANY couple who truly wants to enjoy their day and the process. I would bet that this would be the best decision you could make after saying "Yes".

When I began searching for a wedding planner I had a list of the qualities and attributes I was looking for in the person I wanted to work with. Being a dental student I had to take advantage of my time off to plan the wedding. Which meant that although I hired cristi 16 months prior to, we really did everything in a matter of 3 scattered months. Cristi not only met the expectations I had set out for the planner I would work with, she exceeded them. She kept me organized and on track, she was easy to work with and made my vision her own to more easily make it a reality. When I arrived at my venue the day of the wedding I was in awe at how beautiful everything turned out, she executed the vision perfectly. All my friends and family warned me we wouldn't be able to eat on our wedding day, that was not the case at all, Cristi's time line was so well timed and allowed for the flexibility of us to sit down and enjoy our wedding meal with our family and friends. As you read this review your probably thinking "this sounds too good to be true" but it's really not. Cristi truly went above and beyond to make our wedding the best wedding I have ever attended. Even when I chose vendors she doesn't regularly work with or have established relationships with, she began building foundations with them, in those cases my father did the majority of the negotiations, but I know cristi will have that pull with them in the future. Thank you cristi for your hard work and dedication to my wedding day. Truly, we couldn't have done it with out you. Our wedding was the most love filled and joyous day we could have ever asked for. I’m not the kind of girl that believes in fairy tales or had her wedding planned out since she was 7. I needed guidance, honesty and a friend to help me along the way. Cristi G. turned out to be more that. She was my fairy Godmother. She helped keep us focused, grounded and above all stress free. My only regret was not hiring her sooner.
