If I wrote all of the ways that I love Kali and the work she did I would run out of characters. We didn't think twice about hiring CTP for filming our rehearsal dinner and wedding day; we had seen her work, talked to couples that had used her in the past, and were SO excited when she rearranged her schedule to be able to shoot our wedding. Kali was very professional and up front about what to expect before our wedding, on the day of our wedding, and after our wedding. It was easy to communicate with the CTP team both before and after our wedding. Kali took the time to seamlessly edit our wedding footage. She perfectly captured our entire weekend and created a beautiful video that I will literally cherish forever. My family and I couldn't be happier with her work, it was well worth the wait!!

Kali was such a fun person to have on my wedding day! She felt like an old friend and made me feel so comfortable (I'm pretty awkward in front of cameras). She made sure certain shots were had, like when I started putting on my wedding dress she was like "bridesmaids out of the room, she's going to make an entrance". That was one of my favorite shots of just getting ready with my mom and sister and then showing my dress to my best friends and then my dad. It would have been just chaos without her vision and leadership for getting certain shots. But she was also laid back and caught a lot of fun candid shots. She was thorough in asking about music for the video too. My family loved her. Our video arrived in a couple of months in cute packaging and viewing candy, so fun! I will treasure it forever, I love how she captured the day!

e are so happy we decided on Kali and Crooked Tree Productions to film our wedding weekend! Not only did she capture the entire wedding day, she traveled a day early to cover our rehearsal dinner as well! What was said at your rehearsal dinner is something that you will want to go back and re-watch--I promise! I cannot say enough great things about Kali and all that she did to capture the most special day, despite so many personal things going on during this time. Receiving our wedding video was totally worth the wait because it allowed us to re-live so many special memories from our wedding weekend, as well as bringing back allllll the happy emotions that you never want to forget! I enjoyed working with Kali every step of the planning, wedding day, and post wedding. We are so thankful for a timeless video that we can cherish forever!!!

We first fell in love with some of CTP wedding highlight videos online. They were really put together well and Kali responded immediately to questions about booking with no delays in taking our money (a lot for the 'full package'). Everything seemed fine leading to and during the big day, but we had to contact her numerous times every 3 months to get any kind of update on a timeline as to when the video would be ready. The only info we received was 6 months after our wedding from an assistant who wrote one of the most unprofessional emails I've ever run across in the business setting. She said don't worry...(there is a lot of waiting from other couples too...we weren't the only ones.....it took me a long time to get her video for my own wedding.....we sometimes have big fights and don't talk for weeks.....don't mind all of Kali's social media posts about fun and vacation....she's working on everyone's videos in between going out for a good time and what seems to be monthly vacations....Kali is like a distracted ADD squirrel on a lot of Adderall..... )....Yes, I'm not making this up. When we got the wedding video, it was ok....not what we expected for paying over $3000 and no highlight video to share with friends and family. I would not recommend her to use for wedding video services and hope she finds some ethical and sound way to improve services. If not, I'm guessing she will continue to use CTP as a side hobby versus an actual job/business until she meets her own prince charming that will allow her to continue to procrastinate on all responsibilities.

My daughter was married in January of 2016 and has still not received her full wedding package as of June 2017 (17 months!!). The wedding video was received after 9-10 months (without a highlight video) after Kali was very nasty and condescending to both my daughter and son-in-law when they would inquire about when their video would be ready. It has now been 17 months since their wedding day and still no sign of any highlight video. Kali has been more than unprofessional and ridiculous for them to deal with and I cannot believe my eyes when I see the emails and text messages Kali has sent to them. I feel sorry for the girls I see writing reviews on here whose wedding days were 9 months ago because I know if their experience is anything like ours they still have a longgggg wait ahead of them! No bride, groom, or their families deserve the treatment Kali has given to us. If you are choosing a videographer for your wedding day I would warn you to stay far away from Kali.

As a bridesmaid, seeing what one of my good friends had to go through dealing with Kali is rough. On the wedding day Kali was nice but afterwards, she was a nightmare to deal with. Her lack of professionalism and her downright nasty attitude to her client is like nothing I have ever seen. being paid in full up front gave her the ability to become so lax with getting any footage back to the bride. The delayed production time is completely insane. Over nine months later my friend finally got her video along with a nasty chain of texts and emails saying she did the bride a favor along with many other rude exchanges I won't go into detail about. This girl is SO behind on her work so if I were a bride seeking out her services I would run in the opposite direction. She is an absolute rip off and as someone who has worked with many people in the event business she is the worst person I have ever come across as far as professionalism and turn around time. VERY unimpressed, disappointed and disgusted with her behavior.

My daughter was married on 9/17/16. We received a portion of what we paid for on 5/30/17. We have not received our highlight video, which is the only part we can share publicly. We paid in FULL before the wedding ($3000) and then were just expected to wait. No communication from Kali unless we reached out. There was not a delivery date promised, but at no time were we ever given a heads up about how far behind she is with delivering finished products. Her responses are very sassy and childish. At one point she had a friend respond to my daughter and let her know “she was not the only person out there”. When the long awaited video arrived, my daughter had a few questions regarding content. Kali was VERY rude and short with her when she answered. I’m sorry, after 9 months of waiting, a person can take a few minutes to answer questions. When my daughter went on FB and Instagram the next morning, she had be “unfriended” by Kali on both accounts. So childish from a vendor we paid a large amount of money to, for a 20 minute video. We will continue to wait for the trailer and will contact the proper people if it is not received in the the very near future. There are plenty of videographers who will be much more professional, even after they have received your money.

When you click on one star to review a vendor, the tag line that pops up at the bottom says "stay away" and I could not reiterate that more. Kali is more than unprofessional. Not only has she attacked me, but my mother and father through emails. We paid her a lot (too much) to make a wedding video. It's been almost 9 months and she can't deliver anything to us. DO NOT CHOOSE crooked tree productions. All you'll get is a headache having to deal with her and no wedding footage.

After waiting for 9 months we received our wedding video package that seemed to be very thrown together, and did not include a wedding highlight video. The audio for the reception was horrible, which we were told by Kali is an "extra" and if we wanted reception audio we would need to communicate that on the front end. What? We got married last January (2016). It is now the end of February 2017 and we have yet to receive our highlight video, which we were told we would have last month in January (one full year after our wedding). Kali has been extremely unprofessional to work with and is terrible with communicating. So many emails have gone unanswered and when I have received responses from Kali many of them have been ugly. She also informed me that other brides have waited 12 months for their wedding video and we only waited 9. Well it has now been 13 months and we still have not received our highlight video, probably never will. There are plenty of other great videographers out there who are professional to work with and are not a year plus behind on editing. Save yourself the nightmare of working with Kali. at Crooked Tree Productions.

We got married on September 17, 2016. Yesterday we finally received our wedding video after almost 9 months, and the 5 minute trailer video (which is the only thing you are allowed to publicly share online) was not in the package. When I texted Kali to inquire about when we would receive the shareable trailer, her response was "Eventually.". I will say that on the day of my wedding, working with Kali was a pleasure. Since then, every time I have contacted her (which was roughly every 3 months), I’ve never gotten a quick response. The first time I emailed her, in December, it took over a month to get a response and the response was from her friend/assistant with a very unprofessional email basically saying that I'm not the only one and to be patient. I responded and got an answer from Kali that it would likely be another 3 months. I waited over 3 months to email her again. I emailed her to check in and got no response, so I texted her over a week later just to see where we were and she said within the next month. Waited over a month to contact her, and again was told “by the end of the month”. We did finally receive it on May 30. Each time we were in contact, I was very kind and never pushy, I just wanted an update, and each time her responses made me feel like I was truly inconveniencing her by contacting her when she had been paid in full and I had no proof of my video even existing. Her texts were condescending to say the least, and the final straw was when my mom commented on a friend’s wedding video that she had shared on facebook. My mother commented “Beautiful video!! And in such timely fashion!! ;)”. Nowhere did she call Kali out, or even post it to anything Kali had done, but Kali felt the need to comment back on a public post with a rolling eye emoji- TO MY MOTHER (who was the one who paid for Kali’s services in the first place). I was SO excited to work with Kali. I think her videos are beautiful, and she was so fun to work with on the day of, but everything following that was atrociously unprofessional and made you feel stupid for wanting something you paid for. I think clients deserve to know BEFORE they sign a contract and pay in full that it’s going to be about a year before you receive anything (because in one of the texts I was made to feel like I should be super appreciative to her that I’ve even received it after this long because she “skipped over a ton of clients to get you your video because you were so “eager” to receive yours.”- her exact words). I felt the need to share our full experience, as I see that she is still covering weddings almost every weekend.

I can't say enough good things about Kali and Crooked Tree Productions. Kali made my wedding weekend perfect- she was hired as the videographer but she went above and beyond the whole weekend for my whole wedding party. From making sure I always had something to drink, to pinning up my hair, taking out my veil, capturing the most amazing moments of my life, to handling and hiding the mishaps that are bound to happen on that special day. That weekend would not have been the same without Kali and we have her to thank daily for capturing every special moment. Not to mention the quality and hard work put into our wedding video-it is truly like watching a movie. She is unbelievably talented and was the best decision we made for the wedding! If you are on the fence about a videographer, you shouldn’t be. It should be a NO brainer. It’s really hard to put into words how amazing it is to be able to watch one of the best days of my life over and over again. Life gets busy and stressful and you can forget what is really important. That’s when I sit down and rewatch this video. I can’t give enough praise for Kali and her team. Not only is she sweet and professional, but she easily worked with all of my other vendors and photographer to get the best shots! There are too many favorite things about my video to list them all, but I will give you a few. 1. She did more than just capture the happiness of me and my husband. Her entire video completely encompasses the joy of everyone else that was a part of our big day. It makes me happy to see all of my family and friends happy. 2. My family has its moments and somehow she managed to get some of the most hilarious footage of my cousins. In the midst of the emotional tears you will experience when watching her work, it’s awesome to suddenly burst out in laughter! 3. My grandmother lives in Las Vegas and is not well. She was unable to come to the wedding, and in fact she hasn’t even gotten a chance to meet my wonderful husband. My mom went to visit last month and because of our wedding video, Nana was able to see all of the beautiful details from our day. It brought tears to her eyes and a smile to her face. There is nothing better than that right there. 4. My absolute favorite part… If you watch our wedding preview video on her website, there is something so special in the last 4 seconds of the video. Kali focuses in on my new husband’s smile after a kiss on the porch swing. I’ve never seen anything so full of love and happiness in my entire life. Those few seconds alone made every single penny worth it. Life is hard, but love doesn’t have to be. Hire Kali and you will have a reminder of this whenever and wherever you need it, right at your fingertips.

What can I say - Kali and her team at CTP are amazing! Both our families fell in love with the wedding video she created for us! It is so wonderful to replay the wedding weekend over and over again! She was so friendly, fun and super easy to work with! Would highly recommend her as a videographer to all! Thanks again CTP and Kali!!

Kali and her team at Crooked Tree produced the most beautiful movie of our wedding that is absolutely timeless and priceless. I am so glad that we hired Crooked Tree to capture our wedding day, because this movie makes us cry and appreciate each other more every time we watch it! Her production team was wonderful to work with and the music Kali chose to pair with our footage was perfect. She captured our story, personalities, and day in the most perfect way possible!

At first we didn't plan to hire a videographer because it wasn't in the budget, but hiring Kali is one of the BEST decisions we made! Kali was there to capture all of the special moments I missed or was too excited to realize were happening all around me. Her attention to detail is outstanding-she seemed to be everywhere throughout the day! Everyone who has seen the video has raved about the quality and I completely agree. I also LOVE that she sends out a music questionnaire before choosing the music for the wedding movie, because we are music lovers we had a blast figuring out how to answer the questions so she could really know our eccentric tastes :) My (very shortened) list of favorite things about the video: -My grandparents were unable to travel to attend the wedding and because we have the video, we were able to watch it with them and share our our amazing day! -Being able to see Nathan get ready for the day! -Getting to hear my dad sing "I Loved Her First" to me over and over again! -Seeing all the laughter and love shared by us with our family and friends! -She got some spectacular footage of the dancing at the reception, even a crew on stage dancing with the band! Watching the video gives me an opportunity to relive the day as well as experience moments I missed! Every time we watch it, I love how everyone laughs, cries, and sighs! I highly recommend Kali and Crooked Tree Productions to anyone looking for amazing footage of your special day!

Kali Piersall of Crooked Tree Productions is outstanding. She carried around cold water for me (it was August so this was a lifesaver) and helped with touch ups throughout the day, all while managing to capture the details of our wedding day beautifully. It's clear Kali truly cares about her clients; she went out of her way to make my wedding day as stress-free as possible, and delivered a gorgeous video that still makes my husband and I tear up more than a year later.

Kali took on the role of a second wedding planner as she directed the wedding party and made sure everything was running smoothly. She was so easy to work with and had the great idea to get a few shots out on the golf course at sunset and they ended up being gorgeous. I know my photographer appreciated the direction as the photos ended up being breathtaking. I cannot wait to see the video. I know it will be perfect!

We really enjoyed working with CTP and loved our final wedding video. You can tell that they truly love what they do and are very talented in bringing it all together, beautifully! Leading up to the event, we were able to share our vision and the process of choosing our package and booking them was easy & stress-free. On the day of the wedding, Kali and Camilla were so fun to have tagging along with us for the whole day. They were very helpful and were always at the right spots at the right time to get all of the important footage. We also added rehearsal dinner coverage and I am so glad we did!! I am over the moon about my video from CTP! Yes, the video took awhile but O so worth it! Kali captured moments that I missed on the actual day, so watching it was like experiencing my wedding all over again! I could not be happier and I would highly recommend her work! You can't rush perfection folks! The video is worth twice what I paid for it, hands down. Thanks Kali for doing such an awesome job!

Comparable to others in quality and price. Videos for Dec. 6 wedding finally delivered on May 29 after being told initially it would be 2 - 3 months. Was never contacted by the owner, Kali, about the ongoing delays. We had to call. Look elsewhere, Mother of the Bride
