Words can’t even begin to describe just how much fun we had at our wedding, and our band was the reason why!! Everyone was totally over the moon for Rogue Radio. The band was on fire the entire night, and the singers were sooo fun and engaging from the first song through the last. Sean, Zoie and everyone in their organization couldn’t have helped us plan a better night of music and dancing. My husband and I are eternally grateful for Crowd Theory Entertainment for being so wonderful to work with and for totally exceeding our expectations. Thank you all!!

We were completely in awe of Crowd Theory Entertainment and their amazing musicians and DJ! We had a two day destination wedding, and they covered every aspect of entertainment including our welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party. Their DJ, saxophonist, and violinist helped us throw the most amazing party for the welcome event. We were expecting it to be a sleepier night, and it was a dance marathon until the very last song! These musicians really know how to hype a crowd! The next day, our ceremony was truly unforgettable, thanks in part to the beautiful music played by their singer and violinist. They learned the song I walked down the aisle to, and it was everything I imagined it would be and more. Finally, Rogue Radio and their DJ put on the most unbelievable show for our reception. The singers were out of this world talented... seriously, I couldn’t believe they were OUR band and not on some big world tour. They brought the most incredible energy and were true entertainers from start to finish. Their DJ closed the night out with the perfect playlist for us and our friends, and no one wanted the party to end. Guys, this company is a class act through and through. They made sure all of our favorite music and all of our requests were accounted for. They made the planning process super easy and stress-free. And above all, it was the best concert of our lives! If you're looking for the BEST wedding band that will keep your guests entertained and get everyone dancing, look no further! We had our wedding in Healdsburg, and Crowd Theory was AMAZING. It was the best dance party of our lives, and we received so many compliments on the music. We knew from the get-go that we wanted some classics, as well as 90s and 2000s nostalgia (music from when we grew up), and Crowd Theory’s song list was perfect! From the first song to the very last, they made our wedding night. They were also very detailed and attentive during the planning stages, which made us feel totally at ease in the weeks prior. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this band!

Thank you so much for such an amazing wedding. Rogue Radio made the wedding. They packed SO MUCH HEAT and hit every single song spot on. We were dancing our feet off the whole night, and loved every second of it. The MC Payson was absolutely fantastic, as well as all of the rest of the band members. The singers really went above and beyond. The guitarist also made the ceremony absolutely beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about Crowd Theory's Rogue Radio! They were absolutely AMAZING. Throughout the entire night, every guest came up to me and my husband praising them! They were so much fun and truly made our wedding the best party we will probably ever have. Sean and Zoie were so easy to work with and always there to answer any questions that we had. Even when I messaged Zoie the morning of our wedding requesting to use the band's playlists in between sets since we were originally going to create our own. Guys!!! If I could give Crowd Theory, Rogue Radio, Sean and Zoie more than 5 stars I totally would. Booking live entertainment for your wedding can be super nerve wracking because it's a big investment and such a huge part of the day/night but we have absolutely no regrets and would choose Rogue Radio again and again. Sean and Zoie were extremely communicative and organized, and worked great with our planner. The ceremony music was soooo beautiful and everything we imagined. Most of all, the dance was SO FUN. All the musicians were so talented and over a month later, our guests are still raving about how amazing our band was and how much fun they had. We had a rowdy bunch and they handled everyone seamlessly. ;) If you have the opportunity to book Rogue Radio through CTE, absolutely do it. You will not regret it!!!

We booked Rogue Radio [via Crowd Theory] for our wedding and they absolutely crushed and created the most incredible dance floor experience. I was wondering if their videos are highly edited because they sound too good.... they're THAT GOOD! You'll be amazed! They are so good at taking your preferences and building a non-stop dance experience! We had the most incredible party thanks to them! Their team is also easy to work with, kind, professional, clear on what they need to be successful. I could go on. It's worth the money. Go with Rogue Radio. They're exceptional!!!

We had the time of our lives on our wedding night, and it was all thanks to this extraordinary group of musicians and the whole Crowd Theory Entertainment team. From the gorgeous violin during our ceremony to the remarkable energy and talent in our band (Rogue Radio), every single moment was everything we expected and more. We were already very impressed with the professionalism of the company from the start, but come show time, we knew exactly why we decided to go with this band. Our requests were played flawlessly. The musicians were not only jaw-dropping good, but so friendly and complimentary as well. Worth every single penny! This band puts the PRO in professional.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with CTE. We had the honor of retaining Rogue Radio and DJ Malcolm for our sons wedding. They were phenomenal and provided the perfect blend of entertainment that assured everyone who attended truly a night to remember. The evening flew by and left everyone wanting more. These guys slayed it, and we recommend them 100%. If we could have only hired one vendor, it would be Rogue Radio, time and again. They were the dopest people, the most fun and amazing musicians, and best of all, they made our big night feel so special. We had a bit of an odd song request for them that involved some of our family members joining the band. We felt a bit awkward asking but they were so accommodating about it, and they crushed the song! It was the most memorable part of the night hands down (next to one of our groomsman crowdsurfing into the dessert table LOL). The singers, the horn players, the band, all total pros. And they were so easygoing with all of our crazy family and guests. They also nailed every style of music we requested. Modern radio hits, 2000s hip hop (Usher was a must for us), 80s hair bands, and some jazzy songs for dinner. This band should be touring the world!

My husband and I knew from the very beginning that we wanted music and dancing to be the central focus of our reception. Rogue Radio was the first vendor we booked. We are so very glad that we chose them! To say Rogue Radio is the best wedding band out there would be an understatement. We were awestruck by band’s energy and the music. They deftly handled the announcements, special dances, and all elements of our wedding. They even invited some of our friends on stage to sing “Make My Dreams Come True”. The band was just so incredibly gracious from start to finish. Our wedding planner told us that they were the easiest band she’s worked with and can’t wait to work with them again. Crowd Theory absolutely nailed it at our wedding!! They were the perfect band for the vibe we were going for (we are 90s kids and wanted some nostalgic music mixed in with modern pop and classics). From the moment we booked, their team was super helpful and made the planning process so easy. Come wedding day, we danced like there was no tomorrow! The musicians looked like they were having the time of their lives on stage. It was just nonstop FUN. We’ve been to tons of weddings and knew we didn’t want your every day “wedding band” but a band that made us feel like we had our own personal concert. Crowd Theory delivered and then some! The talent in this group is on another level. Don’t think twice: hire them for your wedding and thank me later!!

TLDR: I can’t stress how great it was having The Straytones play at our wedding, and if you’re considering a band for your event, they should be a top contender. We had the guitar and violin play during our ceremony, and the full ensemble with both vocalists and a mandolin for cocktail hour and the reception. They are incredibly talented musicians with a stage presence and energy that got everyone from the flower girls to my very skeptical mom rocking out on the dance floor. (“It’s folk instruments? But honey, can we dance to it?” “Yes, Mom. Trust”). If I have any wisdom to help your budget, it would be to consider whether you want the band to play during cocktail hour. If you have a deep affinity for live music and want to have some really skilled musicians vamping and providing a perfect background vibe, they deliver. It’s exactly what we wanted, but the majority of our guests didn’t really take notice of them until after dinner when The Straytones were able to really let it rip. A more dramatic entrance would have been to wait until first dance time. No regrets from us having them play cocktail hour, but something to consider based on how you want to shape your event. Sean, the producer at Crowd Theory Entertainment, is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, professional, thorough, and provides great input if you want any insights on band ensemble or music choices to fit what you’re going for. Thanks to covid, our wedding was not an easy one to deal with. We had 4 different wedding dates, changed from a single venue for the ceremony+rehearsal to two venues which also changed the start times for the ceremony and cocktail hour. None of this phased Sean, and communicating with him always gave us that “we don’t have to worry about the band. They’re on it” confidence. When you’re in wedding planning crunch time, that confidence in a vendor is worth its weight in gold. Sean is the point person for everything Crowd Theory Ent, and based on our experience working with him, and the high skill level and stage presence of all of the musicians in The Straytones, I would recommend taking a look at everything they have to offer.

Perfection is the only way to describe Rogue Radio. They played at our wedding in Napa, and all of our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about them. We searched high and low for a band that fit our vibe. We wanted a group that was classy but not stuck up, and we wanted a band that would keep the party going all night. They were so fun, interacted with our guests, and kept the energy rocking the whole night. Their rendition of Lovely Day for our first dance still gives me chills thinking about it. Props to the lead singer! Professional from start to finish, their whole team was great to work with. Honestly, if you want a band that’s going to not only bring the talent, but also tons of energy and good vibes, stop your search and hire Rogue Radio!

We were blown away by Rogue Radio at our wedding! Seriously, the talent of the musicians is out of this world and they got all of our guests on the dance floor the entire night. The band performed a perfect blend of Top 40’s, Oldies, and threw in some 90’s music like we requested. Our family and friends kept asking us if they were a famous band which they should be!! The music during the ceremony created such a magical vibe that we will never forget! Sean was absolutely amazing to work with while planning our wedding. We had a few hiccups with our venue and Sean helped smooth all of them out for us. It took a big load off our plate. We are SO happy we went with Rogue Radio and Crowd Theory Entertainment for our wedding. We would recommend them over and over again!

The Straytones were incredible!! Our whole wedding party was up dancing the entire night and a week later everyone is still talking about how incredible they were. They were great to work with and we very much appreciate them learning some specific songs we had requested and performing everything perfectly. Selecting the Straytones was, without a doubt, one of our best wedding planning decisions. We highly recommend them.

We were very choosy when picking our band for our wedding. Most of our family flew out from either Texas or the UK and many of them are music lovers. We wanted a big band that could handle all kinds of styles of music and keep our mixed group dancing. Rogue Radio was certainly up to the task! Sean was great with helping us plan the perfect song list and assembling the right band. We ended up booking a 9-piece band, and our only regret is that we didn't book an even bigger band. They struck the perfect mood from the dinner through the dancing portion of the night. One of our couple friends even want to fly them out to London for their wedding. Bravo y'all! Rogue Radio BLEW US AWAY! My husband and I spent days searching for the right band, as music was the most important element of our wedding. So many bands out there just didn't have the "X Factor" we were looking for. We found Rogue Radio, and we were instantly sold. Of course, we decided on the full 12-piece band! The talent in truly as good as it gets. The lead singers sounded like angels on our first dance song. We had a somewhat unorthodox request, and they nailed it! Once the party started, every last person in our group was dancing and singing along the entire night. A particularly memorable moment involved one of the lead singers coming out to the dance floor and passing around the microphone. (We admittedly couldn't sing as well as they can HA!) Shout out to the horns and violinist as well. Just... wow! These musicians are not only some of the best we've ever heard, but they are also such fun and passionate people (the kind of people you want to party with). The whole Crowd Theory Entertainment team was a pleasure to work with from the moment we booked the band. They were attentive, organized, and eager to bring our special requests to life. A huge thank you to Sean and his outstanding team at Crowd Theory Entertainment. We will watch our wedding video over and over again just to relive the amazing night you gave us!

Crowd Theory was absolutely incredible at our November 2021 wedding. From the ceremony sound set up, to the perfect dinner music, to the most fun and memorable dance party long into the night, CT set the tone and brought all the right energy to every moment of the day. Sean was exceptional to work with you from start to finish, and the DJ and band were so talented and such pros in knowing exactly what the guests wanted to hear. We were blown away and truly hope to get to experience CT again soon. We highly recommend them for any wedding or special event.

Wow! This band was absolutely amazing. They were not only incredibly professional and helpful when it came to choosing our music, but they are all incredibly talented. They are undoubtedly one of the best and most memorable parts of our wedding!

The electric fiddle was truly electrifying, the band was incredible, and any singer who can nail the high notes of “Take On Me” by A-ha was born to be on stage. Crowd Theory was the absolute perfect band for our wedding. The team was incredible scheduling zooms and working with us to make our big day perfect - all in the midst of a pandemic. Our wedding was also a destination wedding in Hawaii... and everything went off without a hitch! The team was incredibly organized and was a breeze to work with. In terms of the performance itself, I was amazed. I knew they'd be good, but I can honestly say I have never heard a better band at a wedding (not to brag about my own wedding!). The mix of songs was perfect, and the songs they learned for us were absolutely amazing. Everyone had the time of their lives dancing, and we wish we could have had them for another 3 hours. The talent of the musicians was amazing (shout out to the horns and the guitars!), and having 3 different voices sing was so cool. I could go on and on... but please know that you will not find a better group of people to work with, and you cannot book a better wedding band to play at your big day!

Crowd Theory was definitely a hit at our wedding! We booked the violinist and guitarist for the ceremony and cocktail hour and it was beautiful!! The4 piece band + DJ played at our reception and the crowd danced from the very first song until the end of the night! They did an awesome job introducing the wedding party and keeping everyone entertained!!! Highly recommend them!

We loved this band! As someone who is in the Event Production industry we had a guest list full of audio engineers and musicians which are always hard to please, but the band sounded great! We received so many compliments! They gave us the exact vibe we wanted. No cheesy wedding music! Instead, they listened to what we wanted and even learned a new song for our send off, which was the highlight of our night! On top of that they were extremely professional, asking the right questions at the right time. The whole experience was no stress. We have quite a few friends with wedding dates next year that are now considering using Crowd Theory and we are so happy to recommend them. Thank you guys!

Rogue Radio is the best 9 piece band I've ever hired & I hire a lot as an event planner. They go above and beyond and have such a positive attitude. They are young, attractive, energetic, and sound AMAZING! It was a wedding for 250 guests in Malibu in a huge property and they nailed the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They were accommodating in every step of the way and the band leader Sean went above and beyond for over 3 months to get on phone calls with the couple and myself to make sure every detail was perfect. This is the band you want without a doubt, they are my go to from now on!

Simply amazing! Crowd Theory was soooo good! Sean and the band are absolute pros. I think we received 1000000 compliments from our guests on the band. One of our wedding coordinators wanted all their info so she can refer future clients to them. The staff working our wedding kept saying that they were blown away by the band. My husband & I did a ton of research for each vendor we chose. I’m talking excel charts and spreadsheets galore. We talked to at least 6 bands before Crowd Theory. A work colleague of mine recommended them because she had used them for a charity event. Once we heard their music and started communicating with Sean, we were sold. When I say you NEED to hire Crowd Theory right now, I mean it. Stop looking at bands because they are it for you. Even 7 weeks later, our guests are still gushing about how amazing they were, as are we. The day of the wedding my husband and I were over the moon about them, they sounded incredible. Sean is amazing as well. From the beginning he was so easy to communicate with and was so willing to work with us on what we wanted for both the ceremony and reception. He’s the coolest guy- like someone you want to be friends with afterwards. They exceeded our expectations to the nth degree. We are so grateful to Sean and Crowd Theory and could not have imagined having any other band at our wedding. We have had so many people tell us our band was out of this world and we couldn’t agree more. I want to have another event just to hire them again. You need to hire them. Crowd Theory played my wedding in San Diego over Labor Day Weekend and they absolutely made the event! These guys are legit professional musicians! I've never seen a dance-floor so packed in my life. From pop hits to alt rock to dance to classic rock, every song was amazing. They are incredibly flexible (they will learn--and nail!--various special songs for you) and know exactly the type of music you are looking for. I cannot wait to book them to play another party. I had the pleasure of working with Sean and his band Crowd Theory Entertainment for 2 weddings in San Diego. Sean was very responsive thru out the entire planning process, emails were generally answered within an hr. Crowd Theory provided ceremony, cocktail and reception music and everything was on par, music was top notch and vocals were strong and accurate. They arrived all arrived early to set-up and was always ready before the contracted time. For the 1st wedding they were on the floor since the room was small and it sounded great, for the 2nd wedding we had a larger space so we built them a stage to showcase the impressive 10 piece band with a horn and string section. Sean was so easy to work with, no demands of any kind. They didn't have a 10 page list of demands for the green room, if there was a room it was great, if not, they didn't complain. Can't recommend Sean and his band enough, professional in corresponding, professional in appearance and delivered top-notch music to keep everyone dancing from beginning to end. Look forward to working with you again Sean and team.

Crowd Theory did the most phenomenal job performing for my wedding! They were extremely professional, yet personal and were incredibly invested in my vision for their performance and completely customized it to fit my needs! They learned a special song to sing while I walked down the aisle, and harmonized like angels! Guests told me later that was when everyone began to cry. My walk took longer than expected, and they improvised seamlessly! It actually turned out even better! Talk about quality musicians! I was so so happy to have worked with them. They are super cute too! My husband and I were looking for a dance band that was awesome, dancey and energetic but not crazy loud. We found the Straytones and immediately knew they were our band! Sean worked famously with us, letting us choose between acoustic or electric and a 3, 4, 5, or 6 person band. Of course, we picked the full 6 person band. First, three of the bandmates played acoustic music during our cocktail hour. The violin was so beautiful that it had some of our guests in tears! And come party time, the full band played the greatest set of songs and had everyone dancing the whole night. We couldn't have made a better choice. Hire this band and don't look back!

If the Straytones aren't the number one wedding band in America I don't know who is or who else would deserve the title. There isn't enough room on the page for me to say just how excellent the band is and the same goes for Crowd Theory Entertainment in general. I have worked in the music industry for twenty years and have seen every kind of cover, tribute, event, and wedding band, so I knew exactly what I didn't want for our wedding. What my wife and I wanted was a band that could play all the hits (from several eras) but have the feel of a true, original band, not a group of pieced together musicians that mindlessly play through songs every weekend. We got exactly what we wanted with the Straytones. The musicianship of every player (Sean on guitar & vocals, Heath on lead vocals, Vito on violin, Greg on drums, Frederico on bass, Glenn on sax and Dan on trumpet) was Top Par, studied, but fresh. This may be a dated reference, but at many points throughout our reception night I had flashes of the movie The Blues Brothers because of the pure energy and talent of the cast of musicians on stage. They blew the roof off, and no pair of feet was spared the uncontrollable urge to DANCE! I could go on about how the band's unique instrumentation lent itself to a sound so natural, joyful and rocking that the music almost took on "spiritual" undertones, but I suggest just watching their video and imagining how your friends and family will react to hearing it for the first time. The guys learned three songs for us by request including one that was an original which I wrote for my wife as a surprise, and they played all of them perfectly. The band graciously allowed me to join them on stage to play the original song . Most people may not understand the tricky position a band is put in when someone asks if they can sit in or jam with the band, much less asks the band to learn a song that has never been heard by anyone before. But Sean did not flinch and was so supportive of the whole thing. He even Skyped with me a couple of weeks before the wedding to talk through notes for the song. After the wedding I wrote him: "I never had any doubt that the show would kill but what I never could have envisioned is how kind and supportive you would be as the leader. I'm sure you know that part of your work when playing weddings means creating and cementing memories that people will carry with them the rest of their lives, but to agree to play an original song with some guy who you had never met before and let that guy pretend to be the main attraction for three minutes is so above and beyond what would ever be expected that I can't put into words how appreciative and blown away I am by you." The love does not stop there, as Sean replied to this email with such kind words for me, our wedding and our guests, that it made my wife cry. Even after the gig is over this is a man who truly cares and is working his tail off to bring such great vibes and music to people. If ever there was something that warranted a guarantee it is the Straytones. I guarantee that it will never be a bad decision for anyone to hire them. As a professional company, Crowd Theory is exactly what anyone who books them would want. Sean is extremely responsive, adaptable, and down to earth. These traits come through in every one of the musicians he works with too. Put simply, the Straytones and Sean made our wedding day. I sincerely cannot imagine the day without them.

The Straytones played my wedding and it was the best! They played the ceremony, the cocktail hour and the reception. The band was absolutely amazing and they couldn't have been nicer. From planning the music to hearing it on the day, it was a wonderful experience. Hire the Straytones! I will hire them again next time we have a big event.

Oh man, what to say about the Straytones......I can only say that they absolutely made the entire wedding!! I'm convinced that even if I didn't show up the wedding would have still been a hit haha. I'm still getting phone calls asking for the name and contact info for our wedding band. I was a little worried at first, because I hadn't heard them live and had only seen their promotional video. It also took a lot for me to let them create their own set list and to trust their expertise, but all I can say is wow and I'm glad I did!! All I said was, I like soul and oldies with a few modern songs scattered in between. They came up with the perfect set list, which I'm sure works with almost every wedding!! I don't think people stopped dancing once (well except for when my maid of honor broke a beer bottle on the dance floor). I also, added the mandolinist and female vocalist. I'm so so so happy I did this, because both were incredible! One of my favorite memories of the night was my little 9 year old cousin getting up on stage and playing the mandolin (he thought the mandolinist was so cool!) They were great at emceeing. They got everyone's names right, made it fun, and kept everything on schedule. We had some pretty talented musicians as wedding guests and they were all amazed at how great the band was. We had people telling us it was the best wedding band they've ever heard. This all made the night so incredible and made us so happy knowing that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Our night would not have been what it was if we hadn't hired the Straytones! Don't think twice about it, just book them!!! It'll be the best decision you make!

I cannot recommend Rogue Radio anymore!! We went all out and hired the 10 piece band, and it was soooo worth it! They totally blew us away with their talent. Thank you Sean for helping us plan the song list and all of our announcements (we have some weird pronunciations in our family!!!) Everyone we invited, from age 5 to 80, was dancing and singing along with the band until the very last song. Thank you for helping make our wedding night the best night of our lives! : )

Crowd Theory Entertainment was hands-down, no doubt, the BEST decision we made for our wedding. We wanted a fun acoustic band to play our ceremony and reception, so we booked their band The Straytones. Our mouths were gaping at the talent on stage! We wanted a bigger ensemble, so Sean suggested a 6-piece band with male & female lead vocals, and the end result was a night full of gorgeous music and dancing. The two singers in the band were unbelievable together. Everyone kept coming up to us asking how we found our band, and since the wedding, we’ve gotten several calls asking for their information. Dancing to the Straytones amazing music was by far the highlight of the night. Thank you Sean and company for being so professional and for making everything so easy & fun!

Best advice... book them! You will not regret it. Crowd Theory traveled all the way from southern California to our remote ranch location on the central coast. They went out of their way to customize our first dance song (I'm Gonna Be/500 miles by the Proclaimer's) and it was PERFECT. Crowd Theory was my wildcard vendor - meaning I had only talked to Sean on the phone and seen the band's videos on YouTube when I booked them for my wedding (instead of seeing them live for myself first) - and they ended up being one of my favorite vendors, hands down. I had the absolute best time at my wedding and Sean and the band had a large part in making it the most memorable and best dance party of my entire life. I actually danced for two hours straight instead of talking to my guests and have zero regrets about it. They played such fun sets and had our guests on the dance floor the entire night. Even the catering gals were dancing in the kitchen to the songs! The level of talent and professionalism I got from Crowd Theory exceeded all of my high expectations and I want to get married at least every year just so I can have them back. On a logistical note, Sean was fantastic at communicating with me through the entire planning process. He was great at working with me and my day-of timeline and even had the band learn a song for our ceremony processional and reception. Everything about working with Crowd Theory went extremely well, even when our timeline got a little thrown out of whack because that's what happens on your wedding day. It's been a week since the wedding and our guests are still raving about the music at the wedding. We've had multiple guests ask us for Crowd Theory contact info as they want to book the band for their own personal/corporate gigs. Crowd Theory definitely made my wedding and I could not be happier with them from start to finish.
