Crown Reef Resort

I got married at the Crown Reef this summer and I wish I had picked a different resort to do it at. The wedding itself was beautiful, but not because of them. We decorated the room the day before and some of the table cloths were dirty, so we had to have them changed. Then, we had to move the ceremony inside because it had started to storm and there was supposed to be someone by the outside gazebo telling people that we moved inside and there wasn't, so no one knew that we moved until my husband's brother in law went and told them. And the hotel was awful!!! The rooms were filthy and the maids hadn't cleaned somem of the guest rooms the whole time they were there. I had asked for towels and the maid told me she couldn't give them to me since she didn't have my room on her list. Some of our guests actually left the hotel due to mold not only in their first room, but also the second room they were given. We had booked well over 20 rooms for the wedding and everyone was disgusted. The only thing I can say was good was the food. However, the wait staff was a bunch of idiots. The bartenders did not serve me or my husband right when we walked to the bar. (in my opinion, if you are the bride or groom and you walk to the bar, you should get served before anyone else!) Then people had to ask for coffee and were given a rude remark when they did. I would never recommend them to anyone. The only reason I did give them 2 stars was because the food was good.
