The Crowne Plaza staff were amazing to work with. After having to switch wedding venues they made everything seamless and much less stressful. They were able to work with my outside catering since I had a kosher wedding with no problem.

I can’t say enough great things about my wedding day! It was perfect and exactly what I imagined it to be. The communication leading up to the big day was constant and easy! Sonya took care of any questions I had and also filled me in on everything I needed to know. Planning with her and this venue was super relaxed! I am so happy I chose to get married here and have them help with my amazing day!

n the day of our wedding. All our guest love our choices of our entrees (Beef Short Ribs & Baked Cod) great job by the chef (Mike). Our package plan included a free nights room on our wedding night it was big enough to hold 30 people in it. Very highly recommend. Dennis

I DO NOT recommend anyone to book a room block here or even a room to stay here. We had our wedding here and invited our out-of-state guests to stay in a room block. First I had to...

chase Selene Dai, our sales agent in charge of our event, to share the link to our room block for our guests to book their room. I assumed as the date got closer she would reach out and share the links. I also had to chase her for the link to reserve our couple's suite. The weekend of our wedding, our guests were separated into rooms all around the hotel instead of being close by to each other. One of our room block guests reserved two rooms for two queen beds in each room and was given two single bed rooms on two different floors. When some of our guests called the front desk to inquire about a late checkout, the front desk was rude and gave my guests attitude. The front desk staff were not welcoming or accommodating at all towards us and our out of state guests. Terrible experience and I DO NOT recommend anybody staying here or having an event here and deal with the incompetency, discrimination, and lack of professionalism.

and calls so quickly. It was such a smooth process with all the vendors and everyone is still raving about the food! The flowers were also gorgeous and exactly what I had imagined. We had the perfect day! Thank you!!

ly. My husband and I got married on 4/27/19 in the gorgeous new ballroom. It was beautiful and everything I could imagine. Jessica Perkins and her team were phenomenal, they executed our big day flawlessly and I can't thank her enough. Being a Bride can be stressful but I felt the Crowne Plaza's package we chose made things a whole lot easier with everything that was included (linens, cake, centerpieces etc.) Also the bridal suite was stunning and gave my bride tribe and I plenty of space to chill out and get ready for the big day. Thank you again Jessica and the whole team at the Crowne Plaza. It was the best day of our lives!!

Also, special shout out to Pina at the restaurant for our breakfast the day of and after our wedding, to Louise for waitressing at both our wedding and to the catering manager, whose name I cannot remember at the moment. She was on top of all the food during the event. And once again to Audrey who put in 12+ hours on my wedding day.

well as the complimentary cocktail patio. The patio was beautifully set up with the tables and chairs and all the color coordination as we had initially desired. We also got the bridal suite complimentary and some other perks as well. As being the bride and having dreamt of the perfect wedding day all my life, I must say our special was above and beyond expectation. Working with Audrey was a pleasure, as she was prompt in her communication and always available on phone, e-mail or in person. She was always joyful and pleasant and her demeanor suggested business, but even more importantly an attitude of service and a desire to help. As being the bride and unexperienced in wedding planning I had a lot of questions, requests and last minute changes in the wedding, including the fact we had to change our wedding day and pre-pone our wedding. During our wedding planning we found that we are expecting a new member to our family, where all plans changed. To our surprised Audrey and Crown Plaza team were able to make the impossible possible and change the wedding date to two months earlier. That was the one thing we most appreciated and will never forget. To conclude, I would highly recommend the location and services to others, especially for events like a wedding or a baby shower, etc :-) Best, Denitza
