My husband an I were looking for a great place to have our wedding. For those of us that got married know what that’s like. We decided to check out the Crown Plaza in Valley Forge and what made our experience special was Erica Breslin. We received a warm welcome from her as soon as we got there. As far as the planning went she made it so easy for us and explained everything we needed to know that we knew we wanted to have our wedding here. She took a huge weight off our shoulders and made our wedding night just as we had expected. The staff, the service, and the whole evening was perfect. I recommend looking into the Crown Plaza for your wedding or any other event and working with Erica. Thanks for our perfect memorable moment.

Erica Goddard~Breslin from The Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia is the Fairy Godmother of Wedding Planners. A+++, Perfection, amazing! MAGICAL, is about the only word we can truly use to describe our wedding experience at The Crowne Plaza King of Prussia. When Ray and I started looking for an all-in-one wedding venue for the ceremony, reception, after party and on-site hotel, we had several options. With us both growing up in the restaurant business and having experienced working weddings, we had very high standards. We knew that we wanted real food and not the standard “wedding food”, high-energy bartenders that are not only fast, but had personality and fabulous music to get everyone out of the dance floor. What we didn’t expect was that we would fall in love with Erica (Goddard) Breslin. Erica is the wedding coordinator for the Crowne Plaza of King of Prussia. From the moment we met her, our search for a wedding venue was over. She was professional, personable, organized and we knew that she would make our wedding dreams come true. However, she far exceeded our expectations. Erica walked us through every step and took care of every little detail. Her preferred list of vendors made it so easy for us to find a florist, wedding cake (Cakes & Candies by Mary Ellen), DJ (Dan Breslin of Silver Sounds), and tuxedo (Sagets) rentals. She was not just a coordinator; she was more like the Fairly Godmother of Wedding Planners. When people would ask Ray & I if we were stressing over the wedding planner and all of the details, we always chuckled and said NO. We were never stressed because we had a secret weapon in Erica (Goddard) Breslin. She made our wedding dreams come true. While Ray & I were busy with living life, work and enjoying our year of being engaged, Erica was always keeping us in mind, handling all that she had to do seamlessly. From the wedding contract, time-line, guest hotel room reservations, ceremony planning, vendors, table linens, special lighting, food tasting, outdoor patio set-up, reception details, after party at the hotel bar, and not to mention getting us the best DJ in Dan Breslin to make the dance floor rock all night long, and a million more details . . . Erica did it all. Thank you to the fabulous bartenders Lou, the personable wait staff, and talented Chef and kitchen crew (AMAZING UNREAL FIVE STAR FOOD), and the hotel front desk staff. Special thank you our lovely Maître Dee Brian, who not only looked after Ray & I but also took exceptional “first class” care of our parents. Not only were Ray & I over the moon happy for having such a magical day, our guests had the time of their lives. Rave reviews kept pouring in from our family and friends saying the food was “AMAZING, Unreal, Best Wedding Ever, So Much Fun, Took us days to recover”. Ray & I had the time of our lives, so much so, that we want to have an anniversary party and do it all over again, as long as Erica Goddard Breslin is in charge. We are so grateful to have had the amazing Crown Plaza Chef, Lou our fabulous bartender and of course the truly talented DJ Dan Breslin of Silver Sounds. We are so grateful to have found you and cannot thank you enough for giving us memories to last a lifetime. Your experience, planning, and execution made our day MAGICAL!

Wonderful venue! The wedding planner, Laura, was fabulous with delivering our requests. My husband and I were never without a drink, we received fabulous comments from guests about the food, as well as my signature drink (pear sangria). After the wedding, everything was cleaned up and packed aside for us the day following the wedding. The only downfall, there were multiple events planned for that day. Our wedding ceremony began at 330pm. When guests arrived, the room was not 100% complete, so the guests were waiting in the hallway to enter.

The Crowne Plaza did an amazing job of making everything come together for our wedding. Laura and Dan, the event coordinators, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and were willing to accommodate anything we wanted/needed to make our reception more personal. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received many compliments from our guests about the service and quality. The decor and lighting transformed the ballroom into a beautiful setting for the perfect evening. We received a complimentary hotel room for the night, and had access to a private lounge as our hospitality suite for the bridal party. If we did our wedding all over again, we wouldn't change a thing!
