We rented a white trolley for the bridal party and then a 45 passenger van for the rest of the guests. They were on time and everything was clean! They had bottles of water on the trolley for us. No complaints! They were a breeze to work with!

We booked the trolley for our big day and it was one of the best decisions of our lives! Not only was everyone able to move and dance, we received complimentary beverages and we kept saying how much more beautiful and convenient it was instead of a traditional limo or car. Our attendant Tom was the MVP of the day, coming into church to fluff my dress, playing the here comes the bride horn as many times as i asked and was extremely prompt, patient and helpful. Highly recommended and made for beautiful pictures!

Wonderful! Steven, our trolly driver was so helpful. I knew we made the right decision when the coordinator at the church asked who we were using for transport and was thrilled when I told them cruise control. Very professional. We also did a guest transport bus which went very smoothly! Thank you all! Maureen was also so easy to deal with leading up to the big day!

Cruise Control Limousines were an absolute breeze to work with, fairly priced and responsive. The trolley was in beautiful condition and was the perfect compliment to our big day and the drivers for both the trolley and our shuttle bus were so nice and professional. Highly recommend!

We used Cruise Control for our guest's shuttle for our wedding. They showed up early, were extremely friendly and responsive to all emails and calls. When I had the wrong ending time on the contract they were so accommodating and easy to work with to change the mistake. Great value as well, highly recommend!!!

Absolute gem to work with! Our booking was fairly last minute, and they were super patient with us. We absolutely loved the team of drivers as well! P.s. they have an adorable trolley which we used to shuttle from our venue to the hotel. They were fantastic, and would 1000% recommend working with them!

Easy to work with and arrived on time. Driver was very nice too! Loved this white trolley and felt it was a nice touch to the day. We took the trolley 4 minutes up the road to the Vanderbilt Mansion for more photos.

Limos were punctual and clean, what more could you ask for! Our driver was awesome and made sure to take special care getting me (the bride) into and out of the limo during our stops for pictures. My husband’s limo was even upgraded the day of. The company was a pleasure to work with and I would use them again for future limo needs.

I had ordered the Trolly for my wedding in October. It was the best thing! Mark was my driver and he was so super amazing. He assisted us with anything we needed. He arrived on time and everything ran sooo smoothly. can't rave enough about how great this service is. P.S. the one thing that was not advertised to me was that the horn plays here comes the bride (it was so cute)!

We were married on 10/18/19 and used cruise control for our trolley. They were absolutely fantastic - they called us 2 days before the wedding to go over the schedule to ease some nerves. Tom was our driver and he was the absolute best - he showed up early (which was amazing since you never know how traffic going out to montauk can be), he was perfect driving us to our photo destinations, ceremony, and reception. He helped me in and out of the trolley every time and he somehow managed to pull the trolley into a narrow driveway at the house we were getting ready in and into the drop off spot for the camp hero ceremony site. Thank you so much Tom you really helped make our day fantastic.

Margaret from cruise control is great!! She is easy to contact and very helpful. My rolls Royce, trolley, and passenger shuttle were on time and clean. The drivers were very friendly and accommodating. My guests were transported safely from one location to the next with no issues. Everything was reasonably priced as well! Definitely recommend this company!!

Amazing company! Margaret was lovely to work with but I am just blown away by the professionalism of the drivers on the wedding day. Both my husband's driver and mine showed up very early and was always ready to lend a helping hand. I highly recommend this company.

When I was looking for a transportation company for my wedding the most important aspects to me were reliability and punctuality. Cruise Control is both of these things and so much more!! All of the vans and limos were 15 minutes early as promised and the drivers were SO friendly and helpful! I don't know how they put up with our crazy groomsmen. Additionally, communicating with Margaret was great, she is lovely and very responsive. I was especially touched by our driver Brian who climbed into the back of the limo and walked up and down the entire length of the car to turn all the vents off so only two were open and blasting me with cold air (which I needed!) They also helped carry the back of my dress into the church and even fluffed it out right as I was about to walk down the aisle! I cannot recommend Cruise Control highly enough and after hearing horror stories about other wedding limos I will definitely insist all my friends and family use Cruise Control!!

This company was a pleasure to work with for our Wedding Day. We set up the initial meeting with them to see the Trolley and passenger bus and the woman we met with was very nice and flexible with the timing. The contract process was smooth and we had to make changes a couple times, to which they were very nice about doing. Fast forward to the day of the wedding…the Trolley driver was on time to the first location, picking up the men. He brought them to the church and was on time to pick up the ladies. He was so accommodating. The Trolley was clean and the drive was smooth. He even helped me with my veil and gown as I entered the church!! He took us from the church to where we were taking pictures; he had a tight fit into the park, but made it happen without any hiccups! He then dropped us off at the reception and was helpful with all the trash, etc. We would definitely recommend this company for all events, especially Weddings! We also hired a passenger bus to pick up guests from the hotel to bring to the reception, then to bring all guests back to the hotel after the Wedding. The driver was on time and all things went smoothly here. Again, would recommend this company!

It was clean. They were very nice. Easy to work with! On time. Only slight negative was a 20 person barely fit 16 of us, but I don’t think that’s too far from the norm.

We were so happy with our experience with this company! We were so lucky to have Mark as our trolley driver as well as a substitute wedding coordinator! Came on time, loaded people’s bags, made sure to escort all the girls on and off, was happy to take photos of us, had it decorated with white ribbons and bows and had coolers loaded with champagne and ice. Margaret Benedetto, thank you for sending Mark, he took exceptional care of our grandmother and escorted her up the church steps. He even reminded the bridesmaids where to hold their bouquets and fanned out my veil as I walked into church. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

We used the 45 passenger luxury shuttle from Cruise Control limousines for our wedding guests that were staying at our hotel and they were great! On time, officiant and clean. The shuttle was beautiful and very clean. Our driver was great too!

Cruise Control was perfect! We got the trolley and the escalade limo. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the trolley was. The drivers arrived at both locations early the morning of which made me and my fiance feel so calm. The driver introduced himself and you could tell he really cared about making our day perfect. We ended up running a bit late with after-ceremony pictures and both drivers were super flexible. We also had a driver pick us up after our reception and he was so kind and it was such a pleasant ride after such a tiring night. Wouldn't reccommend any other place!!!

Cruise Control was absolutely amazing to work with - we ordered a trolly and rolls royce. Everyone was on time (even in the snow) and super professional. Tom, the driver I had assigned to me the day of, was an absolute GEM - he made me feel comfortable and special all day long!!!! Unfortunately we had a big snow storm so we weren’t able to get the rolls (all of which was explained to me as a possibility very clearly in advance so there was no surprises), so they worked with my wedding planner to figure out the best alternative. They immediately reimbursed me the price difference too! They were a fantastic company to work with and the drivers were SO AMAZING!!!

My husband and I used Cruise Control for our wedding on November 17, 2017. We were very pleased with our drivers, Rolls Royce, and trolley. They truly have a beautiful fleet. We were originally attracted to cruise control because they are one of the few limo companies that have a trolley. We are so happy that we chose them. They were on time, friendly, and very professional. They even provided my husband and I with a complimentary car home from the Inn at New Hyde Park. Overall, they were great. We have no complaints what so ever. I recommend Cruise Control to every bride and groom!

We booked Cruise Control for our 10/14 wedding. We booked a white trolley for the bridal party and a shuttle bus for hotel guests. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Cruise Control! I was nervous about the trolley/bus showing up late because I've heard horror stories from brides who booked with other companies, but both drivers were 15 minutes earlier than scheduled. Our trolley driver went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly, and I wish we remembered his name to personally thank him. On top of this, Cruise Control's prices were significantly lower than other quotes we received. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Unprofessional, obnoxious and deceptive. My wedding was on December 17, 2017 and we had booked Cruise Control limos after numerous reviews from other friends, OUR VENUE and reviews online. The whole process leading up to our wedding day was smooth. Our communication was up to my standards and my questions were answered in timely manner. However, after spending $1,000 for a Trolley, our driver deceptively took advantage of the fact that it was my wedding day. In the beginning he was very sweet, caring and took the time to assist my bridal party. When we were at the church taking pictures, he approached my husband and myself to say that we MAY go over if we do not leave within the next few minutes. We adhered to what he had said and left shortly thereafter. We got to our wedding venue at around 5 pm where our driver proceeded to tell our bridal party NOT to take anything upstairs and that he would do it on his own. Even after our bridal party had begun to transport our belongings. We thought he had a good intention to help assist us on my special day so that we were all able to get inside, enjoy cocktail hour, take pictures, etc. He began taking our things VERY slowly upstairs; which in retrospect made sure that we ran into “overtime.” As I was taking pictures with my family and bridal party ( a $10,000 cost), the gentleman approached me, the bride, and demanded $200 in an “overtime fee”. Which threw me off guard and my brother-in-law went to my father to explain everything. Put in mind, this is the same man who did not say ANYTHING to ANYONE when we got on the trolley from the church, off the trolley to our venue, or even when we got upstairs to the bridal suite. Once I got home, I was able to check my contract and the overtime fee listed on the contract was $175/hour so him charging my father (which I didn’t find out about until the next day) was a breach in our contract. After a couple of days, I tried to let myself settle down and relax from all of our wedding planning and excitement and called to speak to someone about this situation. Unfortunately, the woman who I spoke with was VERY curt, and was yelling at me while I was trying to explain what happened. Apparently, her driver wrote on his paperwork that he was finished at 5:30. If the man did not tell my bridal party to leave our bags so he could carry them up, we would NOT have been over. I completely understand if we were significantly over and/or was charged a pro-rated amount, however, that did not happen. The woman who did scream at me and was VERY sarcastic, turned out to be one of the owners of the company. This was extremely disappointing to have such a terrible experience when everything else on my wedding day was perfect. It seemed as though the “overtime” was part of a scam to maximize the profit they would make on the trolley versus other vehicles. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and I will be forwarding this to each wedding website AND our wedding venue.

Cruise Control is 100% the way to go! Throughout the entire process, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The day of our wedding, it ended up snowing. Sadly, we were unable to get the Rolls Royce because of the weather, but Cruise Control had a stretch limo for us on hand. In addition, we booked the trolley as well, which is more than worth it. Everybody loved the trolley! Our drivers were phenomenal. My gown was massive and had a very long train. I was nervous walking up to the church because of the ice and rain. Both drivers basically propped me up, held my train and almost carried me to the church so that I wouldn't slip and fall. They helped our procession get into formation and directed everyone on what to do, since of course our bridal party had forgotten everything. We love Cruise Control and would use them again in a heart beat. We were so happy with everything they did for us. I cannot say enough great things about this company. HIRE THEM!

My husband and I got married November 11, 2017. We had the escalade and rolls for our wedding. The drivers amazed us with everything they did. They were there from the beginning of our ceremony to end. They helped us with all the details you don't think about. This included getting to the park before the sun went down for pictures. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We got the white trolley for our wedding in september and we were very happy! It was decorated so cute and our driver was the best! (wish i could remember his name) He arrived not only on time but EARLY! Our ceremony ran a little behind so it pushed everything else back a little but our driver was so easy to work with and accomodating! We still went to our spot for photos before going to our venue! He stayed at least 45 minutes late for us and did not complain the slightest! Could not have been happier! Thank you cruise control for making our wedding day that much better and less stressful!

I used Cruise Control Limo for my wedding on 7/3/17. We only rented one car from them, a white trolley, which was in pristine condition. We were able to go to one of their open houses to view the trolley and even go on it and look around which was a huge relief because we knew exactly what we would be getting the day of the wedding. Our driver was absolutely FANTASTIC, (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). We were a little concerned on time because since we were only having one vehicle they had to go get the groom and groomsmen first and drop them at the church and then come to get me and my bridesmaids, but our driver was early to both locations and we ran right on time (we were even a little early!). Our driver had me wait on the bus and coordinated with the photographers to make sure they got pictures of me walking into the church we even made sure the train on my dress was perfectly laid out behind me before I walked down the aisle! After church we went to take pictures at a nearby park before heading to the venue, the skies were threatening rain, our driver stood outside with two huge umbrellas ready to cover us the minute the first drop fell, which they did, both me and my husband remained nice and dry. I really can't recommend them enough the booking process was easy and they were very responsive in answering any questions we had. Thank you Cruise Control for helping to make our wedding day perfect!

We had the Rolls Royce and the White Trolley for our wedding. The cars where beautiful and sparkling clean. I can't say enough about the drivers, they were fantastic, on time and professional. They were also alot of fun! I would recommend Cruise Control to every bride and groom for their wedding and any special occasion.

Thanks Cruise Control! I got one of their cars for my wedding, to drive us from the ceremony to the restaurant. Very cute! It had the horn for the wedding march. People in town all waved to us as we drove by. The driver was very kind and professional, we were so happy we went with cruise control!

Cruise Control was a pleasure to work with. We attended one of their open houses and loved that they were a family business that really cared about each customer. They are totally reliable and their drivers were extremely pleasant. We had two separate limos do a pick up and drop off and a 50 passenger shuttle bus make multiple trips to pick up and drop off guests at hotels. We didn't have to worry about a thing! Highly recommend them!

If you are considering using them please reconsider. I saw them mid February and decided I wanted to book with them that evening and sent them the info for the payment but they couldn't hold the date and cars without the contract, which I waited over a week for them to send me and only received after I emailed to remind them I hadn't yet received it. After I finally got the contract I emailed with questions that could possibly change the contract and got no response until I sent a second email. Obviously I wasn't going to send it back if it needs to be changed. So after getting a response I immediately sent the contract, they took my deposit and the contract after having already booked our vehicles to another couple and didn't tell us till after we paid them. When we had our consult we were told of anyone else was interested in the same vehicles before we returned our contract we would be notified and given the first option. Which obviously they did NOT do. When I expressed how upset I was with this situation I was told that they had made no mistake and it was my fault for not returning the contract sooner, and that I was one of 200 brides they will deal with this year and things like this happen all the time. Obviously already being upset about losing my vehicles this wasn't the response I was looking for, they offered to find another bus but at a higher price, why do I have to pay for their lack of communication?! Steve was very rude and condescending the entire time And repeatedly told me no business "books or holds dates without a contract and deposit" when that was never the issue I was trying to address with him. I simply wanted him to acknowledge that he made us a promise and didn't follow through or make Good on it. I didn't want a bus from someone else that I have to pay more money for! It's Common practice in the wedding industry for the vendors to contact you if someone else is interested in your date, he acted like I was asking the world of him EVEN THOUGH HE HIMSELF PROMISED THIS. Then he tells me if I had an idea for a program for pending contracts that people would purchase it From me, as if it's not already common knowledge and curtesy in this business to give the person you created a contract for 1st the heads up someone else is interested. He made me feel like we were just another wedding and we didn't matter because someone else will come along. He never admitted his company had done something wrong and repeatedly blamed us. This is without a doubt the worst customer service we've received in the process of planning our wedding. Don't be fooled by your original meet, if someone else is willing to sign and pay before you say goodbye to your contract without any warning.

I loved working with Cruise Control Limo for my wedding day and very happy that I made the decision to work with them. I ordered one of the white trolleys to take myself and my whole bridal party and parents to and from the church as well as the reception site. Everyone loved the trolley and had a fun time riding in it instead of the usual limo. Our driver Steve was great, even helping me with my dress as I went in and out of the trolley. Working with Margaret leading up to the wedding was also smooth sailing. I also was able to go in and take a look at the trolley to see what I was paying for beforehand. Before my wedding day they made sure to call me to confirm pick up locations and times and was also was early for all pickups. It made me less anxious the day of my wedding and helped me focus more on having fun. Loved working with this company and would highly recommend them for any bride looking for transportation options.

We booked Cruise Control for our wedding - the 2 person Rolls Royce and the White Trolley, and it was perfect!! Sal and Tom (our drivers) could not have been more nice or helpful. They had everything under control from waters to napkins to helping us in and out of cars. They were absolutely amazing and so attentive. The cars were in perfect condition, we can't wait to get our pictures back!! Margaret was a pleasure to book with, overall I would HIGHLY recommend!!

We reserved a trolley months before the wedding and Cruise Control was super helpful. They were very quick with the paper work and easy to contact. They arrived earlier than expected on my wedding day but waited patiently. The driver was amazing and very attentive. The price of the trolley was a little over our budget but I really wanted a trolley for our special day and that is rare to find in Long Island (so book early). We would definitely use them again!

Their service on the day of our wedding was excellent. We hired a full coach bus and a Rolls Royce from Cruise Control Limos. We paid around $2,000. After shopping around we found that this price was very competitive. Their driver was nothing but courteous. He drove us from the hotel where we were picked up to a park and then to the wedding. The Rolls Royce even played wedding sounds which was super fun. The driver allowed us ample time to take pictures and even made some suggestions on how to better the experience. The Rolls was one of my wife's favorite parts of our wedding. It made her dream come true. The coach bus was a big score for many of our guests who enjoyed drinking more than they would have otherwise. The bus also was on time and the driver was excellent. The coach bus driver made several shuttles between the hotel and the wedding site all on very tight schedule. The only issue with Cruise Control Limos was a billing issue but Steve was eager to help us resolve it. We appreciate his efforts. We would recommend the service.

Cruise Control Limousines are professional and reliable! After visiting their open house, we fell in love with their Rolls Royce! Steve and Margaret were extremely helpful when booking our limos. For our wedding we used the Rolls Royce and the stretch escalade. Both were pristine. The drivers (Jerry and Tom) were personable and helpful throughout the entire day. Cruise Control was great to work with! We had a lot of questions and time changes prior to the big day, and everyone we spoke to at the office was great to work with! They were very accommodating and generous with their services. Everything was on time and ran super smoothly. Our driver was a great, funny guy who made the trip tons of fun!

We got a beautiful trolley for our wedding, and we couldn't have been happier. Our driver's name was Kirk, and he was professional, personable, respectful and wonderful. The drive was so smooth, and he treated us all with so much respect. He also had a sense of humor which was great. He was also the driver that picked up my husband and I from our reception place on the way home. He listened to all our stories, was receptive, and really thoroughly seemed like he enjoyed his job. The trolley was impeccably clean as well, and was so roomy. It was so much easier getting into that than a limo in a big wedding dress.

I would recommend anyone to use Cruise Control for their wedding. We were set on having a trolley and Cruise Control's prices were fair. They were very easy to work with and were on top of all of the details of our day. The drivers were on time, personable and very reliable.

We are really happy that we found Cruise Control Limousines and retained them for a point to point drop off for our wedding. This was a last minute booking after our original Limo company fell through. We dealt with Margaret who is the owner and is incredibly professional, nice, and easy to work with. The price that she quoted us was fair and the Limo showed up a good 15-20 minutes early. The limo was gorgeous, and the driver was polite, friendly, well dressed and just an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We used three vehicles through Cruise Control- a Rolls Royce, a stretch, and the trolley. All 3 drivers were on time and extremely nice. We used the stretch for only P/D... the other two drivers were so helpful- they even came into the church with us and made sure everyone was good to go down the aisle. They had no problem stopping off to take pictures and I got nothing but compliments about them from everyone in my bridal party. I would definitely recommend them.

We decided to book Cruise Control because they were one of the few vendors around that offered a white trolley. We also got a 14 passenger SUV. Both vehicles were clean and well maintained and the drivers were courteous. Vehicles arrived on time. Took off one star because we were told upon booking that the vehicles would come fully stocked with water, soda, champaign and beer, but they only had water and coca cola on board.

We wanted something unique and different so we started searching for a trolley limo service and found it here! My husband had an easy time figuring out details with the company. More importantly they were early to pick myself and my bridesmaid up from my dad's house. They also suggested a time to leave to make sure we were at the church on time. The driver was super helpful and got us from the church to the reception in a timely manner.

Do not use them- I had 70 guests waiting to get home from the party at the end of the night. I arranged for 2 (and I was told I would get a third ride for me and my bridal party at the very end) and the trip back and forth took almost an hour and guests were sitting around (we had to call limos to take them back to the hotel). They connected us to limos for the day-of rides though who were spectacular but were not their staff or vehicles. This is the only thing I would redo from my wedding.

It was my dream to drive to the church with my dad in a vintage Rolls Royce, but I had a really hard time finding a limousine company that would service my wedding on Shelter Island. After nearly 30 frustrating calls with a few companies saying yes and then calling back to back-out, my day-of-coordinator recommended Cruise Control. I'm so glad she did! They quickly said they could take care of it and promptly sent a contract. It was so easy! On the wedding day the service was perfect and again they just made everything easy. In addition to the Rolls Royce we had a 10 passenger limo for the bridal party, but the Rolls was the star of show - the driver's horn played Here Comes The Bride as we drove through town, with everyone cheering. After the ceremony my husband and I took pictures on the beach with the car that are just stunning. Limos are the last thing you want to worry about during your planning process and on your wedding day. Go with Cruise Control and make it easy.

The individual owners of Cruise Control Limousines refused to provide our complimentary honeymoon getaway car according to their contractual obligation - an approximate value of over $300 for a Lincoln Towncar from home to JFK Airport. They kept coming up with unwritten conditions, reasons and excuses to decline our reservation requests even though there were no conditions written on the contract. They became hostile when asked for monetary compensation for their breach of contract. Complimentary does not mean optional, it was part of the deal!

Cruise Control Limo saved my wedding day!!! I had booked a trolley from another company that bailed on me two days before my wedding date! I had 48 hours to find and book a new company and I couldn't be any happier that I found Cruise Control Limo. They really helped us out and they made a last minute contract so easy. Then, their absoultely beautiful white trolley showed up and was a huge hit! The outside and inside were beautiful and the horn played "here comes the bride" The driver was professional and so nice. He played such a big role in the moments before I walked down the aisle. He rolled out the runner, opened the doors, fixed my dress and gave us words of encouragement. I really appreciated having him there. The cherry on top was the photos we took on the back porch section with a just married sign and our family and friends cheering us on.

I arrived to church with my father and left with my groom in the perfect white Rolls Royce! The driver was early and great and when we drove away he pressed the horn which rang out here comes the bride! I reverted to a little girl while in that car, it was such a perfect touch on the day!

The limo drivers of Cruise Control were on time, professional, and even stopped for a beer run. Also, Cruise Control has a white trolley in its limo fleet that is awesome! Overall, my fiance and I were very pleased with using Cruise Control on our wedding day!

The drivers did a great job helping me with my flowers, my dress, setting up the aisle runner and finding pins to secure my mom's dress that got ripped before the wedding. The drivers were very professional, they did a great job.

We used Cruise Control for our May 2012 wedding! We were in the market for something different for our wedding and one night on the Long Island Expressway there it was, a white old fashioned Trolley. After going on line we found that Cruise Control in Lindenhurst was the vendor to call! We went to their showroom and immediately knew this was the vehicle we wanted to use! One our wedding day the trolley showed up on time and took the bride and bridal party to the church! After the ceremony it accommodated the whole bridal party and guests that needed a lift to our venue! Tony was a wonderful driver and host. All our guests are still talking about the trolley!
