I booked Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals for arbor and chair rentals for my wedding ceremony. Chris was very helpful and quick with answering any questions and sending quotes. All rentals were delivered and set up on time and were great quality. They were wonderful to work with and also came highly recommended by my venue. 10/10 would hire them again.
Planning a wedding is stressful enough. Planning a wedding nine hours away is a whole other thing.
My grandparents recommended Chris and Crystal Coast Tents to me for my beach wedding. I reached out to Chris and was emailed back quickly. Looking at his rates and his work, it was clear that he was the correct vendor for me! All of his work was beautiful!
He answered all of my million and one questions and addressed every possible issue leading up to the wedding so quickly and promptly, I never had a chance to freak out about anything! We were having our reception in the beach house we rented for the week, so not your usual reception space, but Chris really helped transform the space into something spectacular!
His team and him showed up and had everything set up so quickly and perfectly. He really made the image in my head of how I wanted my wedding to look come to life.
We rented everything from him- from the driftwood arbor which is beyond beautiful (even more so in person) to tables and chairs.
On top of all this, he also handles florals (under Coastal Petals). I sent him a picture of a dream bouquet I saw online containing white anemones, purple roses and lots of other beautiful purple and white flowers. He matched that picture perfectly- maybe even better than the original bouquet! I also loved that he took elements of my husband's boutonnieres which contained lavender and rosemary and implemented them into my bouquet. Let me just say how amazing that beach house smelled with all of those fresh flowers and rosemary! He also took a picture of a centerpiece we loved and made it our own with flowers we had chosen.
Between the rentals and the florals, my vision of a beachy boho wedding came to life and was more beautiful than I could imagine!

Chris was incredibly helpful throughout the entire event and planning process, and everything looked exactly as I had imagined and described it!! I would highly recommend him for any event, especially a wedding.
They were so easy to work with and everything looked perfect! They also did our florals which turned out beautiful! Definitely recommend
We were very happy that we went with Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals. The coordinators I emailed with were very helpful and clear, which can sometimes be tricky over email. They didn’t try to get us to rent stuff we didn’t need, and were flexible in adjusting the contract (a lot) as our needs changed throughout the wedding planning process. Also, they coordinated well with our venue behind the scenes to make sure they were providing what the venue didn't already have, so we'd have what we needed day-of.
Somewhat difficult to know what all was or was not offered, but they were very helpful in helping us select the linens. Very prompt in providing an invoice.
Heather and Chris really helped to make our special day as great as it was. I really appreciated how awesomely they coordinated everything, especially given we live halfway across the country.
I was very happy with my wedding decorations. I had the ceiling of my venue decorated with Chinese lanterns. I also rented my arch from this company. The owner was very helpful and he carried out my vision for what I wanted the ceiling to look like.
I worked with Heather for event rentals for 3 different events for my wedding weekend: bridal brunch, rehearsal dinner, and wedding ceremony/reception. Heather is very organized so that made the planning and execution of events go smoothly. Heather was also patient with me when it came to picking out linens for the various events as I changed my mind about what I wanted several times. Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals has a large selection of lines to choose from so I was able to achieve different looks for the various events. In addition to linen rentals, I rented tables, chairs, and 2 tents with lighting. Everything was delivered on time and in good condition. If I had to plan a wedding all over again, I would use Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals without hesitation.
They were EXTREMELY helpful in the planning process. They customized a lot of stuff for our wedding and we really appreciated the extra mile they went to help us. The flowers were gorgeous. We didn't get a ton, but they did a beautiful job with the bouquets.
We also had them provide the equipment for our beach ceremony. It looked fantastic. There was only one issue. They dropped off the wireless mic unit only partially charged to us earlier in the day (and accidentally dropped off the micrphone at another location). They said the charge should be plenty for the ceremony, but even after charging another 3 hours it was still under 50 percent. Sure enough it died out about 8 minutes into the ceremony which was a bummer!
People said they could still hear the pastor, so that's great, but they could hear really clearly when the equipment was working.
Despite that one issue, we loved working with them and would do so again for future events. They were head and shoulders above other rental companies we checked out in the area in both price and assistance.
I would refer any of my friends getting married in NC to use Crystal Coast Tent and Event Rentals for ALL of their wedding rental needs. They have such a variety of items to choose from, are very open to your suggestions and vision, and when the day comes, they set everything up beautifully, so that is one less stress that you have to deal with that day!
We rented a few chairs and a PA system for our beach wedding. The PA system was a bit confusing to get set up properly, but when we got it figured out it worked great!
This was a great company, we had to have seats for the ceremony on the beach. We decided to rent benches and this part was carefree. They set up a couple of hours before and it was taken down once we were finished. Great company.
My husband were happy with the people we talked with and the service we got and all the products we rented from them for the wedding.
Even though I just walked in randomly on a busy day for them, they still sat down with me and discussed what I wanted for my wedding. Their prices were very reasonable! Not only do they deliver everything but they also set it all up. Their products are what really made my wedding day a dream come true. It was absolutely breath-taking when I saw the venue for the first time! Highly recommended!
I had the problem of it raining on my wedding day and this company was great with working with me while I was stressed and worried about the rain. They helped me with my plan B since it was for an outside wedding. They set up and took down fast and were just great!! Beautiful rentals too! :)
I used CCTER for many of my rentals: tables, chairs, linens, and portable sound system with microphone. All of their products were great and worked perfectly. The portable sound system was especially useful since we used it for the beach ceremony and for speeches on the pool deck later. The only thing I would have liked is a more exact time for when the drop-off and pick-ups would be. Originally I was told everything would be dropped off the day before but they didn't come so I had to call back and then they told me they'd come the morning of the wedding. It all worked out and the guys set up everything the way we wanted, but it makes the bride a little nervous!
