Our experience at Crystal Events was great from beginning to end. The owner Diego is very personable and accommodating and a joy to worth with! All guests of our wedding couldn’t stop raving about the food and arrangement of the venue. Definitely a good choice for any wedding big or small!

This isn’t a single negative thing I can say about Crystal Events. From the day of viewing the venue up until the day of, the service is exceptional. Diego, the owner, is so kind and passionate about what he does. He was by my side every step of the way, even sending me pictures and videos of my setup the day of the wedding to make sure everything was perfect in my eyes. This venue is all inclusive…food list so long (and delicious) nobody can possibly eat it all, open bar, DJ included and even gratuity. If you’re looking for an amazing venue, that cares and is super organized, I couldn’t possibly recommend anywhere better!! 100/10 stars!!!! Thank you Diego! You were truly my “Man of Honor” from start to finish!!

This venue is EVERYTHING! Diego was WONDERFUL! They made sure the food kept coming, the drinks were great and every desire I asked for was met. The staff was very accommodating with the people sent to decorate and they even allowed my guest to come in a little earlier than planned. This venue didn’t miss one beat. I didn’t get to see him before I left but I want to say thank you Diego while most venues treat people as a number you were family and I appreciated it all.

The Owner, Diego, and the Wedding Coordinator, Shelby, are working exceptionally well with my fiancé and me. We are in the planning process and every time I call I am assisted professionally. They are working with us on almost everything. Great team!!! I’m elated that we chose this venue. I encourage others to book the date and the place.

We absolutely loved this venue! Every single person from the staff to the owner were exceptional! Food was great, drinks were awesome, and the service was top notch! They made all of our wedding dreams come to life and worked with us on anything. If your looking for a place that includes almost everything look no further. You won’t regret it!

Oh 2020…. It almost got us. I honestly thought the wedding might never happen with the amount of times we moved it. 2020 didn’t get us and Crystal Event was one of many amazing choices for our wedding in this year of so much uncertainty. Diego was there every step of the way, calming all my fears and really being a rock. He was so kind whenever I came to him with strange request and he made the whole experience so comfortable. What was also very comfortable was his pricing. Getting married can be very expensive but at Crystal Events they don’t short cut anything. OMG the food, was amazing! You get the whole menu not just package deals. Everyone from the wedding raved about the food, especially the corn crab bisque soup. Lawd it so good!!! Once the wedding started it all flowed together so smoothly. Everyone that worked for our wedding was kind and very very helpful. I never wanted for anything. I had someone, really two people always near making sure I had everything I needed. The DJ got people to the dance floor and we really had the most magical moment of our lives. Im so thankful that we choose Crystal Events. Do yourself a favor and choose Crystal Events for any event you have. You will be more than satisfied. THE CRYSTAL PLANTATION WHERE DO I BEGIN! FIRST, IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS I WOULD! OUR WEDDING RECEPTION WAS THE MOST AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL AND GREATEST TIME EVER! THE CRYSTAL PLANTATION GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE! DONNIE IS AN AMAZING OWNER AND IS THERE FROM START TO FINISH FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS 100% NOT ONLY WAS HE THERE FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT BUT HE WAS WITH MY HUSBAND AND I EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH WEDDING PLANNING AND MAKING SURE IT WAS EXACTLY HOW WE WANTED OUR SPECIAL DAY TO BE. HE ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE AND MADE SURE THE CRAZY JITTERS WERE GONE. NEVER HAD TO WORRY ABOUT ONE THING. HE IS THE BEST AND GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES AND HE LOVES HIS COMPANY TO THE FULLEST WHICH WAS GREAT TO HAVE...YOU ARE NOT JUST A NUMBER TO HIM I WAS AMANDA, THE BRIDE AND HE MADE OUR DAY FLAWLESS!! HIS STAFF IS JUST AS GREAT AS HIM! THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR MY HUSBAND AND I AS WELL AS OUR FAMILIES THEY MADE SURE OUR CUPS WERE NEVER EMPTY AND KEPTH THEM FLOWING. THE FOOD WHERE DO I BEGING...THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING!!! WE ADDED 30MINS TO THE BEGINING OF OUR RECEPTION AND MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO A PRIVATE ROOM AND ATE OUR DELICIOUS FOOD AND TOOK A BREATHER. THEY HAD FOR US AN ENTIRE TRAY OF FOOD WAITING SO WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY OUR WEDDING DAY FEAST! IT WAS WONDERFUL! THE STAFF WALKED AROUND AND YOU DID NOT SEE ONE DIRTY PLATE ON THE TABLE OR EMPTY CUP IT WAS ALWAYS CLEANED UP FAST. THE BARTENDERS WERE GREAT AND KEPT OUR CRAZY NEW ORLEANS DRINKING FAMILY HAPPY! WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THE CRYSTAL PLANTATION WAS IT EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE BEST OF THE BEST! THANK YOU AGAIN FOR AN AMAZING NIGHT AND THE BEST MEMORIES! Hello all, I have to say that Donnie and his staff went above and beyond to make the experience incredible. I kept looking for "the catch" to justify his very reasonable prices, but I could never find it. This is by far the best deal in the area for a wedding!!! The food: Guests could not stop talking about the food. I was especially concerned in this area, as my wife's family is from New Orleans and can be particularly critical of this type of food if not done right. Donnie's food is amazing! He even sent us home with a ton of food and champagne to go!! The music: Reece was our DJ, and was nothing short of professional. He called us a week ahead of time to make sure everything was in order, and he satisfied all of our requests in perfect time. There are some negative reviews of the music here, but don't pay them any mind. Music levels and styles were perfect, Reece was amazing! He even accommodated the equipment needs of my friend who played classical guitar for the ceremony! The liquor: Drinks were flowing, my party friends kept commenting about the whiskey on the gun. Donnie made sure the drinks were flowing all night to keep my guests happy! Long and short: If you are trying to have a wedding on a budget in NOLA, Donnie and his crew will not disappoint. 5 stars all the way!!!

Absolutely wonderful! We had such an amazing experience! Donnie, the owner, took care of us from the smallest detail to our biggest concerns. We loved the overall look and our guests couldn't stop talking about the fantastic food and drinks. The staff took care of us and our families. They made sure we stayed on track with everything we wanted to do and we didn't have to worry about a thing! If you are looking for a low stress reception for a very good price, then this is the place for you.

If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with an amazing staff and owner then look no further!! I recently had my wedding here and from start to finish Donnie and his staff were absolutely amazing! Donnie, the owner, makes your experience personal and caters to your individual wants and needs for your wedding to make it unique to you! He handles everything from start to finish with personal care to make sure your day is everything you dream of! The venue itself is a beautiful plantation tucked away in the heart of Kenner! Your guest get the elegant and authentic feel of a plantation style event with out having to go far! After the wedding was over my guests were raving about the delicious food that's made In house by the venues own chef! My husband and I were able to sit in a private room while we ate dinner before we went out for our first dance and it was perfect! The room was intimate and roomy at the same time and we were able to have a moment to ourselves before we greeted our guests. The venue is very spacious and was large enough to hold all of our guest, while still giving us room to dance while the band played! I could go on and on about the amazing experience I had! I hope you consider having your wedding here or any event! You won't be disappointed!

Excellent Service from day 1. Donnie is one of those rare people who are in business because they like what they do. He is very patient and attentive. Professional and courteous. Answered all of my questions, even if I asked more than once. The food was awesome, plentiful and hot from start to finish. As the car was being loaded, they were still passing out hot food. Donnie went above and beyond to ease what is typically a stressful day. He honored his word in all that he said he would do and service he would provide. I've been involved in other weddings where they promise the world to get your business then change their attitude when the check has cleared. Hands down, I am completely satisfied with Donnie and his crew and I will definitely recommend him with every chance I get.

My wedding was June 19, 2015. Let me just say it was amazing! Donnie (the owner) had to practically hold my hand for weeks because of my pre-wedding nerves. I called him every other day it seemed and he put my mind at ease with every concern I had. The facility is beautiful and clean. My guests raved about the quality of the food that was served right up to the last minute. Any special requests were no problem, the drinks flowed and my reception was a great success. I would absolutely recommend The Crystal Plantation for your reception. I am proud to say that I became Mrs. Christopher Cureau there.

Even though I didn't go with this venue the price was very reasonable.

We were very pleased with our experience at the Crystal Plantation! Donnie and his staff made sure my husband and I were taken care of the whole evening. Not only was my ceremony beautiful, but EVERY guest we spoke to said they had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food. If you are on a budget(as we were) I would check out this place. It was the best deal we found around.

The crystal plantation exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, and the servers were awesome! Our personal server took great care of my husband and I,attending to every need. The music was wonderful and kept us dancing all night. I have gotten so many compliments from our guests stating what a wonderful time they had and that the ceremony was beautiful! I will definitely recommend this venue to others!
