Crystal Limousine Service

We rented the 22 person party bus for our wedding in August. We were very proactive and sent an itinerary to the bus company because our pick up/drop off schedule was pretty intricate. When we were picked up, our driver didn't know where she was going or by what time even though I had sent all of that to them per their request. The air was never working well on the bus, but completely failed with over an hour left of our ride. It was over 90 degrees that day and needless to say both my husband and I along with our bridal party were miserable. We did our best to make the most of it! We talked with John and he let us know that the reason the driver didn't have our information was because the initial bus that was supposed to come get us also had issues with air. They sent a different bus in order to not be late meaning that bus driver didn't have our information with her. She did her best, but the company did not prepare her to do her job. It also worries me that their buses can't keep up with summers in Michigan and do not have reliable AC. I would not recommend this company. We did call and complain about losing air on the bus and were refunded 20% but the experience of losing air was not even close to the money refunded.

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. We booked them for our wedding 9 months prior. If you look on their website the first bus that comes up is the 40 passenger bus. This bus is no longer in use with their company and they will not tell you this. we booked it and a tiny 20 passenger bus came to pick us up on the day of our wedding. we uncomfortably fit 20 people and 2 coolers in this bus. Not only did we have to squish in this tiny bus that we did not ask for but the driver was rude and requested the 20% mandatory gratuity (that they also do not tell you about when you book with them) before anyone could get on the bus. When the manager finally contacted me (after I called 3x) he refused to believe that we were sent a 20 passenger bus. I showed him pictures and he still argued that it was the 40 passenger bus. If I could rate this service with negative stars I would, but they require we give at least one star rating. do not book this company unless you want your wedding ruined

Our Experience: The limo showed up on time and it was nice. The issue we had was completely with the driver. We didn't have any issues with the limo itself. It started right when we got out of the church. We planned on tipping the driver $100 at the end of our drive, everything was already pre paid. We were out taking pictures (before we went to the limo) and the driver tracked us down. She said we needed to pay her $160 in tip right then and there. She was just really rude about the whole thing. So we had to try to find extra cash right then and there. We were just never notified that we had a pay a set amount of tip. This should've been something that should've came out of the pre pay if this was the case. We personally think she was taking advantage of the situation to get more money out of us. Its not like we could said no, we had everything lined up and ready to go. Then later in the day we were driving to an old farm (for pictures) and down a dirt road. She got out of the car and was furious about how dirty the limo was from driving down a dirt road. We just felt like we weren't treated well. It was our wedding and the last thing we wanted to deal with was a driver who hated her life and clearly wanted to take it out on everyone around her.

John was great to work with, had a change in the venue location, it was no problem or extra charge traveling a little farther away. The driver arrived on time, and everyone had a great ride!

My bridal party absolutely loved the 22 passenger party bus. They gave us a great last minute/off season discount.

Awesome limo driver! The limo itself left a little to be desired, but the driver was very accommodating and friendly. If you order a 14 passenger limo, be prepared for there to be a "back seat" in which two people are cut off from the rest of the wedding party..

The driver of the Limo was Dennis and he was amazing he made our night magical.

We used Crystal for our shuttle and party bus. We had planned on using their shuttle vans, but on the day of the wedding the shuttle vans needed repair. Oh no, right?!? No big deal! Crystal sent over a stretch hummer instead! Icing on the cake :) Very clean vehicles and super friendly service.

We actually had another party bus planned but they bailed at the last minute. Crystal was nice enough to take us on the day before the event and knocked down the price for us (which was still way too high for only 2 hours). But the service was great. They were on time and even stopped when a few of our party needed to use the restroom.

didnt know where he was supposed to go even though i had sent him directions. Not very clean. Didnt look as good as the othe party buses but was more expensive

The limo was very nice and clean, but the driver was a little inappropriate. It was a decent price though, and he drove us where we wanted to go, so overall it was fine.

They showed up on time and dropped us off on time at the reception site, but up until 4:30 the day of the wedding I wasn't sure if we were going to have a limo or not! They called to confirm the morning of the wedding, so that worried me.

The driver was awsome. He was fun and very polite. We loved it. The vehicles themselves were immaculate!! Very Classy!
