Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day. The food was phenomenal — even the “basic” offerings are first class and provide everything you could possibly want. Guests raved about the quality, variety, and presentation, and we felt like we were treated to a true fine-dining experience. Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible. The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience. The day-of experience was out of this world. Everything was seamless, elegant, and beyond anything we could have imagined. We will forever be grateful to Crystal Plaza for making our wedding day not just beautiful, but truly unforgettable.

From getting ready in the morning in their gorgeous bride and groom spaces (the chicken nuggets and french fries for an afternoon snack amid the hair, makeup, and photo chaos was a particularly nice touch) to the ceremony, cocktail and reception, everything flowed perfectly and we felt really well taken care of the whole time. The venue by itself is stunning and they had great vendor recommendations for people who understood the space and were able to use it well. The cocktail hour food and presentation was a particular standout, and our guests can not stop raving about how good all the food was. Our maitre d and all of the venue staff were incredibly helpful in communicating with us and all of our vendors day-of and keeping things running smoothly, especially since we didn't have a planner, and we honestly could not have been happier.

le staff at CP. From start to finish, from the very first tour to leaving at the end of our wedding... Max was beyond helpful, honest, and supportive. We felt so confident in him and his staff from the get-go, and they made the wedding process and planning so easy and effortless. Crystal Plaza is known for their food, and wow did they exceed expectations. Usually couples don't get to eat at their weddings, but we sure did! The food, cocktail hour + dinner + dessert, was top-notch. Our guests are raving about it still! Some saying it was just the best FOOD they've ever had, not even just being at a wedding. Crystal Plaza is a well-run machine. Every staff member is attentive, but not in your way, kind, but not too nice where it felt fake, and they seem like they truly enjoy working together and for each other. Every single attendant, bartender, waiter/waitress, and staff member, were beyond incredible. We did a t-shirt toss during our introductions, and a few glasses of water got hit and knocked over on a few guests. The way the staff RAN over to these guests to help them dry off was so comforting. Finally, the venue itself is STUNNING. The upgrades to the ballroom, the bridal suite (penthouse) and groom suite (the vault) were perfect locations to get ready and enjoy our family and friends before the wedding. Not to mention, the atrium for the ceremony is what sold us on the venue. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend Crystal Plaza for a wedding or celebratory event. The attention to detail, impeccable organization, and genuine care shown by the entire team made our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. They helped curate the day exactly how we envisioned. With a guest list of 300, finding the perfect venue can be a challenge, but Crystal Plaza effortlessly accommodated our needs. Their space was just right for our party size, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the planning process. Mikheil, our maitre d', was fantastic. He ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day and kept in touch in the lead-up to the wedding, putting our minds at ease. Our bridal attendants were also wonderful, always on hand to help and make sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding. Our guests couldn't get enough of it and we're still receiving compliments about the entire night. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Crystal Plaza and their staff truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day unforgettable.

y request. We had the ceremony set up outside, and when it started to rain they quickly started to set up inside. Then when the rain passed, they reset up everything outside! The venue was beautiful, the gardens were lovely, and the rooms to get ready in very pretty and spacious. All of the attendants were very friendly and helpful, constantly checking in with us to make sure we were all set. Special shout out the Mikheil for coordinating everything!

e stress, our wedding planning process with Max and his team was not only enjoyable, but FUN! His professional expertise, honesty, and attention to detail was invaluable and beyond appreciated. This is not your average wedding culinary experience. It's obvious Crystal Plaza cares deeply about cuisine and we were blown away by every bite and sip. Our guests have not stopped raving about the culinary experience and the unique presentations of food and drink. The Penthouse and Vault (where the bride/groom/bridal party/groomsmen get ready) is out of this world. There is no other venue with this level of accommodation for both the bride and groom. It was so much fun treating the bridal party to a morning of pampering and having the groomsmen be just as excited about getting ready in the morning was incredible. They won't stop talking about the golf simulator and cigar lounge. I cannot recommend Crystal Plaza enough. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!

ed our wedding in less than six months. CP had one date available which we quickly snagged, and I can honestly say having our wedding at CP was the best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Ryan Howell primarily to plan our event - he was professional, responsive, and kind. When my parents met Ryan for the first time at our final walkthrough, they were blown away by his pleasant demeanor and charming nature because he has a natural way of putting you at ease and making things happen for you in a timely and professional manner. He worked with us in this manner from beginning to end. While most venues find gentle ways to tell a couple “no,” Crystal Plaza found every way to tell you “yes” for all of your ideas and thoughts. They were truly wishmakers willing to do anything and everything to make your experience a pleasant one, and we appreciated that they never lost patience even when last minute things arose close in time to the event as they often do with weddings. This experience was not only specific to Ryan but the entire CP staff - Office Manager Talmia who was equally professional and responsive at all times leading up to the wedding, Isaac who was friendly to greet us every time we walked through the doors (even at 4 am when we started hair & makeup the day of), as well as the Maitre D team, bartenders, attendants, and servers who worked hard for our full-day event from 9 am to past midnight for 300+ guests. Our guests have not stopped raving about their experience at our wedding and in particular, the impeccable service. We are so thankful to CP for hosting the most memorable affair for us and being the most lovely people to work with during a stressful time. They are a family business and treat you like family.

nd the food was absolutely delicious. We received compliment after compliment about how the food and venue was one of the top our guests have ever experienced. Of course all of these things played an important part in making our day so amazing, but what really left an impression on Peter, our families, and myself was the staff. From the beginning, every email and phone call encounter I had with the receptionist she was pleasant and helpful. Everytime I came to the venue I was greeted by the smiling face of the man sitting at the front desk. When I arrived at the venue on Thursday to drop off items Marianne helped sort through everything and took detailed notes to make sure each item was in its correct place on Friday and nothing was left out. When we arrived at the venue we were given a cheerful welcome. Both my AM/PM bridal attendants were always at my side, making sure I ate and had a drink in my hand. Any spill on my slip or gown was quickly washed away and they flooded me with compliments helping me feel my best all day long. In the groom suite my husband had one guy with him all day. Yesterday my husband and I found out that when my husband dad went to get dressed his white tuxedo shirt was sent in the wrong size and did not button. In a panic he went to the groom attendant for help and within minutes he came back with a white tuxedo shirt that fit my father-in-law... I mean that alone speaks volumes to how prepared the Crystal Plaza and all of the staff is. It was taken care of so quickly that the bride and groom never even knew about it. The Maitre d were absolutely amazing, they made sure our first look went off without a hitch, they quickly moved the family and bridal party from the balcony to the ballroom so everyone could get a perfect view of the first look. Even as the reception was happening everyone kept coming up to us to make sure we didn't need anything, to run to the suites to grab an item for us. An unknown dietary restriction from a guest came up and the chef quickly and happily made him a chicken cutlet- the guest was floored and so impressed the venue did this. And Max, you are one of the main things that sold us on the Crystal Plaza, so welcoming, funny, and genuine. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so so much for giving us the wedding of a lifetime.

All throughout the process, our coordinator, Iris, went above and beyond to work with our planner and other vendors to ensure everything was executed flawlessly. My bridal attendants, Lisa and Alejandra, and my husband's attendant, G, were truly exceptional — I'm rarely at a loss for words but they were really that good. They made us feel like royalty the entire day, and knew what we needed before we even asked for it. They help with these small details that you don't even realize are so important day-of, and trust me when I say, they are reason enough to book your wedding at Crystal Plaza. The maitre D, Mikhail, was also exceptional at making bowties for my husband and his groomsmen. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the venue itself is absolutely stunning, chic, elegant, and classy. The bridal suite blew my friends away, and we had the best morning getting ready before the rest of the day began. The food there is the best of the best, and if you know, you know: the cocktail hour at Crystal Plaza is legendary. Our guests are still raving about the food a week later. If you can have your wedding at Crystal Plaza, DO IT. It lives up to the hype and then some. If we could do it all again, we'd pick Crystal Plaza every single time. lly was a huge factor as to why we felt our venue choice was the right one; it’s not just about the venue but the people involved. Ronni led the entire process from day one. She was so accommodating and made sure anything we needed was taken care of with no concern. We can’t thank her enough for all the work she put into making our perfect day. Every room, from the cocktail room to the ballroom to the bridesmaids suite to the vault (groomsmen suite) is sleek, classy and elegant. The look and feel of the venue speaks for itself, but Ronni and her team really went above and beyond to make our wedding special. The staff and Matre De were extremely attentive and our day flowed effortlessly. As far as the wedding itself, we’re still getting comments from our friends and family on how delicious (and plentiful) the cocktail hour was, and got so many compliments on our add-ons like the Champagne Hand Wall and the sushi, as well as how accommodating the service was. Initially we had 2 bars for the guests, but being our guests were very excited to party, Ronni and her team opened up a third bar for us. This definitely left us and our guests happy as we had guests on the dance floor all night, rather than waiting on the bar lines. We would recommend Crystal Plaza a hundred times over! Your wedding day will most definitely be the day of your dreams!

Big shout out to Ryan-our point person from the 1st phone call, the 1st walk through, throughout the wedding planning, and there for the execution the day of. Its so reassuring to have continuity of care throughout the stressful time of planning a wedding. The moment we walked in, the place just got better and better. The bridal suite is to die for, and by far this place has the best grooms suite i've ever seen. Yess Kings you can have your own man cave of your dreams and not a shady small closet to get ready in! LOL The service though, you walk in and you are catered on from the beginning until the end. First, the Bridal Attendant of my dreams, Marianne. She worked our wedding as a Bridal attendant, but she was so much more. She could have and should have been our month/day of wedding planner. She was present when we dropped off all of our decor and she gathered info of how we wanted things to be set up in case there was a problem with the wedding planner. Day of the wedding, she comes walking in with a Ube cold brew and a ube cream puff (she knew that I - a fellow Filipina loves all things ube.) She was there with her survival kit giving my bridesmaids anything they asked for from bandaids, to tequila shots, to taking our fire bridal gang pics, to even going down to help organize all the favors in the ballroom correctly when my wedding planner was no where to be seen. During the first look, it was hott and humid, Mari had a personal electric fan, was fanning me off and dabbing me with a cold towel. She carried my long train around so it wouldnt get dirty before the ceremony. It started to rain during our private vow reading and we looked to the side and Mari was already walking up to us with another attendant with clear umbrellas, like how cute and prepared is that!? She single handedly bustled my massive train gown (she took a class for it and girl it shows!) She took out the makeup stain I didn't even know was there and the mud on the dress right before I walked down the aisle. My bridesmaids told me after the wedding that whenever they needed something and was about to look for someone to ask, Mari was already there able to help them. Mari was everywhere. She took pics of us whenever we wanted and even had my Polaroid camera ready for the cute intimate cocktail hour pics. Even right to the end of the night, Mari was ready with our decor and signs, and even helped my husband pack the cars. Start to finish service like that is unmatched. Everyone - bridesmaids, family members, vendors - were all impressed with my "wedding planner" Mari. Thank goodness she was there to pick up the slack of my lack there of Wedding planner. I had the best bridal experience there because of Marianne! Also big shout out to Mikheil and Robin! They were key in running the rehearsal prior to the ceremony, and making sure the event went smoothly and on time, as well as being there for the groom and the grooms men. Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding. They kept saying that was the best wedding they had ever attended. They were shocked to find out that the cocktail hour food kept being replenished, as well as being asked if they wanted more of the main course. What other venue does that? CP is the best!

nning stages. We always felt taken care of. Such a well oiled machine. The day of planner was AMAZING. Literally every single detail was scheduled, planned, and executed to perfection. Bridal attendant was there to hold my dress anytime I took a step during family pictures - I barely noticed her but she was perfect. They work with their preferred vendors seamlessly, my parents and I were able to enjoy the entire day without any stress. Even after the wedding, they followed up with us to make sure we had all leftover food, centerpieces, etc. I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!

the wedding, I felt ease. Everything was taken care of and I have never seen a machine run smoother in my life. They have an answer for EVERYTHING. I at one point looked at my brides attendant and needed a tooth brush, 2 minutes later I had one. Chloe was my hero all night. This is just one example of the level of service... Another example is Ryan, the Maitre D. Ryan is the wedding coordinator VIP. He made our entire day/night flow with NO HICCUPS- ZERO. Who else can confidently say nothing went wrong at their wedding?! At one point in the reception someone noticed my earring was missing, and sure enough Ryan found it in .2 seconds. This is just what the staff at crystal plaza does, they do it all!!!! Max Janoff was our planner- he truly outdid himself. We told him our vision, and from there he took care of the rest. His recommended vendors were absolutely in sync with everything we had hoped for in our day and more. Everything over exceeded our expectations, from the lighting, to the cocktail hour, to the band, the florals, the table set up... you name it he made sure it flowed. He knew what details were needed and where and left no stone un-turned. Leaving crystal plaza the night of my wedding was heartbreaking and I will forever be grateful to them for giving me and my husband the best night of our lives. Max and his team supported us with every question and need throughout the entire planning process and connected us with the highest quality vendors. They also help you to make decisions that are the best for YOU and don’t push you in any way shape or form. They want you to create your dream day and are there to make it happen. Then on the actual day of our event I felt like a true queen for the day. The bridal attendants and maitre d waited on us hand and foot and were so kind and personable. When the guests were finished with their drinks, a staff member was there in a moment’s notice to take their glass and ask them if they wanted another. The team is impeccable and the food is NEXT LEVEL. My grandfather is an Italian man who is very particular about his food and his parties and he was floored by the quality of everything! You can even do your bouquet toss from the balcony and that was so much fun. The bridal attendant came upstairs with me and we were both so excited together, it was adorable! They round out the night with traveling treats that are passed out on the dance floor to keep everyone dancing until the final moments of the party and everyone was in love. I’ve never seen so many people on the dance floor at a wedding. There was so much love in the air. JUST DO IT!! The Crystal Plaza is perfect and I keep saying I wouldn’t even go back and do it again because I’m so happy with our day that we couldn’t do it better!

enue itself is absolutely gorgeous - the indoor ceremony space is one of my favorite rooms. With just a 6 month engagement, I was a bit nervous about securing vendors but with Max's help I booked my vendors in record time. Max and his staff helped make the planning process and lead up to the wedding easy. My wedding at Crystal Plaza was unbelievable in every way from start to finish. From getting ready in the beautiful suites, to the delicious food and drinks, to the impeccable service - everything was truly top notch. We were told countless times by our guests that the venue was beautiful, the staff were true professionals and the food was out of this world (our guests loved our cocktail pairings with the cocktail hour stations and the traveling treats format of dessert). Weeks later we are still getting calls about it being the most amazing wedding someone has been to. The staff at Crystal Plaza are all fantastic - the attendants were extremely attentive (shout out to Chloe for the emergency bustle pinning when mine broke!), Ryan, our matri d' kept everyone on track all night. We knew we were in good hands from the start after meeting Max and his guidance is what helped create an unforgettable evening for us and our guests. The team really brought our vision to life and our wedding was a dream come true.
