Cheena was the wedding consultant and helped with any and every question. She was helpful and in a great attitude always. She even was willing to stay at the office later than normal when we would have meetings. I am so grateful for having the wedding there. It all turned out so well and everything was completely well organized. There was nothing to worry about.

uld highly recommend the Crystal Rose. The only annoying thing is the 21% "service charge" they tack on your price and then expect you to pay another 15-20% gratuity on top of it. Don't let them push you into the gratuity unless you think they've really outdone themselves.

They lost my M&M's and my lunch box that the M&Ms were in and told me I was lying about getting it back, and I need to look harder for it.Eventhough the M&Ms were not even put out for the guest. The person that worked there cornered me at the end of the night and bugged me to get a tip for the whole staff.They were telling us normally you tip 10% of your bill they wanted us to give them $800 for a tip Eventhough the guest were tipping on the drinks.Some guest had to wait 30mins to get a drink cuz there was only 1 bartender.The Groom's dressing room was the office and they had to use a paper and thumb tack to cover the window.We could not keep the extra food either.Also the DJ didnt even know my name.

perfect size and the beams in the ceiling added a classy mountain feel. The wedding planner Catherine that came with the venue was so helpful! Everything came out perfectly! The only disappointment was that when the party started to wind down they were already taking decorations off the tables and asking me what I wanted to keep etc. I felt this made the party end faster and were details that I didn't want to think about! However, im sure if you let Catherine know that you don't want this to happen at your wedding it won't.

The day of the wedding we were delayed in getting in the rooms because they were still cleaning from the wedding the night before. Some information we didn't know till the day of the wedding such as the bride & groom only those drinks from the bar are on the house, others (wedding party) are not, but the wait staff didn't even ask the rest of the wedding party. Besides the location, and the price, another plus, is we ran into some financial difficulties and they worked with us on making payments after the wedding instead of not having the wedding.

st women getting married this is our first time and last time. We want the day to be special. I will skip to the day of the wedding. We got there at 10:00 am on a Friday and started to get ready. Paid for the location (10:00am-1:00am) Little did I know 12:00 pm comes around and a bride walks in with about 20 people saying she has her rehearsal? I wouldn't have been bothered by this if someone would have told me? We had paid our flower lady to have flowers for each pillar outside so my mom had asked Brian if we could move the flower pots that he has out of the way so the focal point would be more on the flowers up high. (they were half dead) He said, are you kidding me? Rolled his eyes and moved them. We would have gladly moved them ourselves. I paid for an open bar from 7-12 so a few people were buying their own drinks before the wedding. He cut my sister off after one beer and my bridesmaids who drink were not able to have any ? He also added 6 coronas onto my cousins tab and said the father of the bride put these on your tab for the 6 bridesmaids??? Well 2 were pregnant and one does not drink and the other 3 do not drink corona? Made him pay for them anyway after getting in an argument with him. I gave him a video at 2:00 that I had worked on for 4 months and asked if it would be played while everyone is finding their seat, and to make sure it works (video is being played at 7:00) he once again added I have been doing this for 20 years, I know how to do this. Video time comes along and IT DOESNT WORK!!!!)He had 5 hours to check to see if it works? He was cutting people off throughout the night with drinking- NO ONE WAS DRUNK or out of control. He stopped letting people request music (including my brother, cousins and myself) My brother and family members asked for songs and he did not play them. I was even scared to go up and ask him to say Happy Birthday to my cousin. That is half of the wedding day. Sunday comes around for us to pick up everything (I brought my own chair covers, table linens, sashes, decorated the inside pillars with tooling and xmas lights, I set up everything with my mom) We offered to come in and take this down ourselves because we wanted to reuse everything for a wedding for my cousin. Everything was in trash bags for us which was fine. We later went home to see that instead of unwrapping the tooling and lights they cut all the way up the pillars to leave the tooling and lights in pieces????? My wedding day was beautiful and we all had a great time! Photographer was amazing (mjoyphotography), staff was amazing, family was fun, food was great and cake was awesome. The only bad thing was Brian. 50% of my wedding guest made a comment about him the next day and how rude he was. I was happy with everything except for Brian. You work with weddings (a happy time) if you hate your job and its a hassle for you to explain to every bride little details, find a new job

etty basic decorations and their whole premise is that they do everything for you, the decorating included. However, we felt they were trying to do as little work as possible, acting as if we were asking so much of them. Not nearly enough for what they charged. The wedding day went smoothly enough until it was time for photos, we rushed through them but when we got back from the park down the road the coordinator practically yelled at us for not being on their time schedule. The rest of the staff was really nice, and the food was good, our relations with the coordinator however really put a damper on the day, when that should really not happen.

decided to check them out. *PRICING*Their prices were very competitive with other event centers. Their prices are per head -- but this price INCLUDES the rental fee for the center, set-up, tear-down, DJing, bartending, and catering. Prices vary with the day of the week and time of wedding. For our Sunday morning wedding, it was base $43 per person, plus $2 for unlimited soda/juice package and $2 more for the champagne toast. So $47 per person, but remember that this price is all inclusive. This cost, when compared to the price for all the separate vendors, was much MUCH lower than anything else I found! They are also partnered up with several local vendors for bakeries, florists, tuxedos, etc. that may run deals when you mention you are booked with the Crystal Rose. Also, since they do all the set-ups and tear-downs and switching the area from the ceremony to tables for the reception, it made it super easy and so that no family or guests had to spend part of the wedding hauling furniture. **CONVENIENT**Since the Crystal Rose is all inclusive, you don't have to search for many different vendors! They were our ceremony site, reception site, caterer, bartender, DJ, and then wedding planner, since everything was here. Brian helped me arrange everything. I rarely had questions after our meetings because he has checklists he ran through. I had never really fantasized about my "dream wedding," so Brian walked me through all the steps and make everything so easy. He is also very no-nonsense -- he knew that I didn't really want to spend all day figuring out minute details and he got me in and out quickly without me ever feeling rushed or stressed. **DAY OF**Brian and his staff are simply amazing. They helped everybody with any last-minute problems that popped up, helped all the poor guys get their boutonnieres on, played our music perfectly, were so professional serving and tending to the tables during the reception, and made it so I didn't have to really think about a thing! While we were having the photos taken, they opened up the bar (we had a limited bar with domestic, wine and beer) and set out the cheese and cracker appetizers. When our photos ran over, Brian checked with me if I wanted to wait or let the guests start eating. I told him to go ahead and open the lunch buffet, and was so pleased he was keeping an eye on things and saw people were getting a tiny bit restless (because I sure didn't notice!) Brian managed to talk us through the cake cutting while completely staying out of the pictures and was standing by with warm towels right afterwards. He listened to all my music requests (and do-not-play lists!). **OVERALL** I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Rose Littleton and Brian Byerly if you want an affordable and easy wedding!! *Sidenote* I had a very good experience because I was looking for someone who was no-nonsense, got things done, didn't add in frills, and yet was friendly and professional throughout. Brian will not sit with you and giggle over colors, but hey, that's what your bridal party and parents are for, right?
